Aspen Dental - North Little Rock, AR

Negative experience: All I needed was to have my denture looked at by your technician to see if it could be repaired. And I keep telling the lady up front that's ALL I NEEDED. But she keep insisting that I had to fill out all the paperwork, so I did. They call my name and I go back with a dental technician and I tell her that ALL I'M HEAR FROM IS TO SEE THE TECHNICIAN TO SEE IF MY DENTURE CAN BE REPAIRED. She tells me to stand in the X-ray machine to get a X-ray of my mouth. I just need the technician to look at my denture and tell me, yes or no on the repair I need done. She takes me to a room and puts a bib around my neck and sits me down in the chair, and again I say I just need to see if my denture can be repaired. She takes my broken denture and out the door she went. Less than three minutes later she came back to my room and she said NO THEY CAN'T BE REPAIRED. I left Aspen dental and drove to Absolute denture there in Sherwood on Warden road and they will have my denture repaired and ready for me to pickup in the morning and 9:15 AM. I will never use Aspen dental again. I wish I could have gave a better review to Aspen dental, but that was my experience with Aspen dental today.

Fantastic experience: Having just moved to Arkansas and in need of a dentist. I called around and finally was able to get in to see a dentist (emergency )in less than 24 hours to my surprise. That was Aspen Dental. Had my appointment and already have a follow up appointment next week. The ease of scheduling an appointment is unmatched. Their staff is professional and very courteous.

Fantastic experience: I am so grateful for Aspen Dental. I live in North Little Rock and had a horrible toothache for days that kept getting worse. Finally i could not take it anymore and started calling all of the dentist offices around seeing when and how much it would cost for the tooth to be removed as fast as possible. I couldn't believe how expensive most places were charging and some of them said it would be weeks before they could even get me in. Then i came across Aspen Dental emergency after hours number because it was late at night. They gave me the lowest price, which was $149, and also said that they could schedule me for 7:30am. Since it was already late at night 7:30am was only 8 hours away, so i took it. I was out of the office and back home by 9am with the tooth removed and feeling completely relieved. The offices were clean, the staff was professional and knowledgeable. They described all options available and offered financing if i needed it, but with the price being only $149 i didnt need financing. When i left they already had prescriptions called in for me for antibiotics and pain meds. I am now a customer for life there. Thank you Aspen Dental.

Fantastic experience: These folks are Rock Stars! Shout out to Eddie and Deme for making my visit good! The dentist was wonderful and the lab accommodating! I know we will have a great ending! Dental hygienist was great! There is one other lady but I can't remember her name that was amazing too!

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with the care my elderly mother has received at this dental office in North Little Rock, Arkansas. My mother has had the same set of dentures break four separate times. This is unacceptable and has caused her unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and discomfort. As a dental hygienist, I understand that dentures can occasionally require adjustments, but repeated breakage like this raises serious concerns about the quality of the work and the care being provided. Unfortunately, I do not live in the same state, so I cannot be there to advocate for my mother or ensure that her treatment is being handled properly. That makes this situation even more frustrating. My biggest concern is how vulnerable senior citizens are. Many elderly patients rely on dental professionals to provide honest recommendations and quality care. Based on my family's experience, I believe this office needs to take a much closer look at how it serves its senior patients and the quality of the prosthetic work being delivered. I hope corporate leadership and upper management investigate this location, review the quality of the dentures being provided, and ensure that elderly patients receive the respectful, competent care they deserve. My mother should not have to deal with dentures breaking four times.

Positive experience: It was not as bad as I thought it was except for the price is a little to high to or me I really don't have that much at this moment

Positive experience: Most of the staff was friendly and professional. My exam was very thorough. The facility is super clean and nice. The fact that I am elderly and a little slow to focus and comprehend leads to my chief complaint: I felt very rushed when going over the finances of suggested future procedures. Also, I realize that calls to most businesses these days must be filtered in order to control volume, but it's still frustrating that I was unable to get straight to the facility I was trying to reach by phone without first going through some sort of dispatch center first. And the emails I sent were never acknowledged.

Fantastic experience: Every time I visit is a great experience. Katlyn, Suset, and Dr.Dean helped me so much. There are awesome hygienists, dental assistants, and doctors here, and they take great care of their patients. Very kind people in a career path that helps so many of us. The receptionists try really hard and im proud of this office for helping keep our smiles healthy. Keep up the fantastic work!

Negative experience: Place is an absolute joke..I had 2 crowns and a partial done and they ordered the wrong color crowns and told me I just have to deal with it..I paid up front and a year later the partial doesn’t fit and is causing pain and they said u wouldn’t need to pay anything for that..I show up and they say there’s now some mysterious extra $1000 that I need to pay before they will fix the partial..I walked out..horrible place

Fantastic experience: The staff is polite and efficient. My regular dentist told me that I have some small problems. I was so luck to visit this dentist. She discovered a big problem and fixed it nicely. I would recomend her to anyone.

Negative experience: Dr. Hildesheim had left me with incomplete treatment. I was left with an overhang on a second molar, severely irritating my gum until I'd had it resolved with another dentist. All of the fillings were left unpolished, resulting in one falling out when I'd flossed, despite my numerous attempts to ask them to polish the fillings. Every single appointment I was told, "next time" they would. There was no next time and I had to get my work corrected by another dentist. Additionally, they had sent debt collection to recover the insurance portion without ever attempting to reach me. Per their agreement with my insurance, I was never responsible for their inability to file a claim within the year grace that they had to do so due to their own clerical error that they'd never attempted even once to resolve. The claim was only submitted and denied once. Unless you want a surprise bill (or in my case, a surprise debt collector), or inadequate care, I deeply suggest avoiding Aspen Dental. I have seen much better prices *and* care with private dentists and other practices.

Negative experience: I was given a appointment on 4/30/2026 for 5/2/2026 at 10:00am and received a call within 1 hour later canceling the appointment saying they close at 1:00 pm and will need to reschedule. This is unacceptable to me because I had already made plans for this appointment and it is an inconvenience. Your staff should have been aware of the scheduling of appointments. Thanks but no thanks for your service this is not professional at all

Fantastic experience: I have had severe dental anxiety since a traumatic dental visit as a pre-teen. Because of that, my teeth have suffered. I only scheduled this first appointment due to an infected tooth that was causing terrible pain and swelling. From the first day that I walked into the clinic, I have received care from all of the staff, that is friendly, courteous, respectful and non-judgmental . All of the things health professionals should be. All of the things that develop trust in a medical relationship. But when you throw in kindness, compassion and humor you have a team you not only trust but are COMFORTABLE with. I haven’t been comfortable in a dentist chair since I was 9 years old. During my first visit with Dr. Yin, I explained my terror of “this chair” and she came up with a plan to handle my anxiety for future procedures. She explained what needed to be done and a plan was made with me not at me. After treating the infection, I was scheduled for extractions and fittings for immediate partials were done. The day of the extractions, my anxiety and pain were actually taken care of. I didn’t have to “white knuckle it” through the procedure. During the extractions, Dr. Yin had the sweetest assistant, KeMe. As Dr. Yin was working, KeMe kept me informed as to what was happening, how much longer, didn’t let me feel like I was drowning, etc. She didn’t just tell me, she literally held my hand and walked me through the entire process with concerned care and compassion. KeMe thank you for having such a sweet servants heart. You can’t fake that! And Dr Yin thank you for restoring my trust in dentist! Negative experience: This place is a scam. They are not out to help people they are out to take all of your money. I went in looking to get a simple check up which should’ve been completely covered by insurance but instead they decided they needed to take a large and expensive array of images and bill me over $100 just to tell me that I would need upwards of $15000 of dental work done. Went to another dentist that week and they said that the imaging was done incorrectly, I would not need half of that amount of dental work done, and that I was not the first person to tell them that aspen had done this to me. Do not trust them or book an appointment with them. If I could leave negative stars I would.

Fantastic experience: I just want to say, this team at Aspen dental was nothing short of incredible. I came in with gum problems and needing some new partial due to pregnancy taking my calcium and density from my teeth causing me to loose my side teeth and reducing my confidence in my smile and as a person. I got some partials one time before but I figure they gave me what Medicaid could afford but now my husband placed me on his amazing insurance and Aspen dental placed me on a plan of whatever the insurance couldn’t cover allowing me to afford to get the work done I needed. The deep cleaning was exactly what it says Deep cleaning but while I was there my hygienist was very careful and attentive even allowing me to listen to the music of my choice for this 2 hour process. There was some wonderful moments and there was some moments that made me cry but not because of them, it was because I felt embarrassed about my mouth but the assurance from each person that worked with me made me feel so great. They even sent me home with products to heal and keep my teeth and gums healthier after the cleaning. I can’t wait to show y’all my partials!! Today, I find myself smiling freely—and even having to remind myself that I no longer need to hide it. That kind of confidence is something I can’t fully put into words. Negative experience: My husband came to his initial visit and the dentist was EXTREMELY rude to his as well as other staff! She literally did nothing and created an uncomfortable situation for everyone involved! Do not go to this location!

Fantastic experience: The entire staff is extremely kind and nonjudgmental. They treat me with respect and are mindful of any pain you are experiencing and do their best to minimize it. They explained what I needed to have done and began helping with scheduling and payment options for the procedures I felt I was ready for. Extremely nice people from the front desk to the doctor.

Positive experience: All are very kind, I didn't get any after care instructions, my bottom teeth were pulled and recieved dentures right then. My jaw really hurts, it's very loose so when I move the denture touches the gum that hurts so bad, and having trouble drinking

Fantastic experience: New patient. 2nd visit. First visit was mostly X-rays and interview. 2nd visit was the chair of pain and torture. I’m being overdramatic of course since I’m the worst patient. Katlyn my hygienist was amazing and handled me like a champ. Very professional answered all my questions and constantly checked in on my pain level. She also put up with all my jokes. 10/10 will suffer here again. Clean facility and just super friendly.

Fantastic experience: AMAZING. Highly recommend! I haven’t been to the dentist since I was a young child, so naturally I was extremely nervous and anxious about my trip to one again as an adult. All of that anxiety though, for it to turn out completely fine (even despite a diagnosis I was worried about). The office did an overall exam which helped me figure out what I need done and set up a plan & payment plan for me. I appreciated that I didn’t feel pressured into getting anything done / scheduled that I wasn’t ready for yet. The lovely lady at the front desk was kind. The x-ray techs were fun and had good personalities (I believe one was named Suzette), and Katelyn was a wonderful hygienist. She worked on removing the tartar in my mouth and was extremely courteous, judgement free, and hyper sensitive to the way I felt about it all. She was careful and informative - answering all my questions. I happily made my follow up with her. If you’re nervous about your first visit in a while, this is where I would recommend. Even if you have hard-to-hear results, they will make sure you are taken care of. :)

Negative experience: I called in for an emergency tooth extraction as a new patient from out of town. I told two different representatives that this tooth had to be removed today, this should have been placed in noted on the call that I had made. However upon showing up this morning, and PAYING for the first consultation fee. I was informed the dentist “just doesn’t have time.” To do the extraction. Then they couldn’t just credit my card back. Now I’m sitting in their parking lot 29 dollars poorer looking for a dentist that does have time to see me. I literally just walked in there and tipped them 29 dollars for existing. ‍♂️ Edit: added imagine of a similar review. I guess this is a pattern. How strange. Response to Owner: Thos was not a same day appointment. I made the appointment yesterday. Spoke to 2 different representatives told me the consultation at 9:15 and the extraction could been done at 11. The office told me. I specified if it couldn’t be done I need to go somewhere else. This is 100% on yall. And why colllect $29 when there is now service or consultation performed? The “owners” response makes this even stranger. ‍♂️

Fantastic experience: Everything that I have had done has been awesome. The girls have been awesome. Everybody has been so nice and I will tell anybody I see that very same thing thank you.

Negative experience: I’ve had multiple frustrating experiences with this office. The first time I had an appointment, they called to push it an hour later because they were running behind, which I agreed to. I had confirmed my appointment by phone and received an email confirming it. When I arrived, they told me I hadn’t confirmed, despite showing proof, and said someone else had already been put in the chair, so I had to reschedule. At my most recent appointment, I arrived ready to pay my past balance plus the balance for that day using Tap2Pay. Their system required a full card number, which Tap2Pay doesn’t provide. I even offered to pay immediately after the service once I got home, but they said I could not be seen until the payment cleared. They asked if I wanted to reschedule, but I declined, as I decided to find a different provider. I hope the office updates their scheduling and payment process so future patients who confirm appointments and are ready to pay aren’t turned away unnecessarily.

Negative experience: This is the worst dental experience I've ever had. I had a tooth pulled and a bridge made. It's been less than a year and the bridge broke while I was eating popcorn. I asked about getting it fixed. I was told I had to pay just to see if it could be fix. Customer service is really poor. The should have did a filling but they pulled it and made a bridge. They over Charge. They took out on my insurance and I still payed almost 5000 out of pocket for co pay. The loans are 33% interest rates. I had the money but took loan to help boost my credit. Once I seen the loan rate I went on and paid it off in 30 days. There was 1 dentist working between several patients by herself. The techs did most of her work. Her English is bad. The tech had to help me understand her. My bridge was poorly designed and did t fit well. I went in about my complaint and the lobby was empty. This is the clinic on McCain in NLR . If you need a dentist please don't waste your time or money in this place. I gave them 1 star cause I had to could give them a 0. I'm not better or mad.just giving my honest option. This place is like a WalMart of dental care. No disrespect to wal mart. I've found me a new dentist cause if I have to pay again it wo t be to Aspen dental. The so called operations manager was very rude on the phone trying to tell me about my teeth when she's not the dentist. One person said my bridge was under warranty so bring it on once I got there the BS started.i could go on about this place but I've give this enough of my time. If you think it's just me. Fantastic experience: Aspen Dental has addressed my needs when asked. Removing a painful wisdom tooth and follow -up on throbbing pain afterwards was much needed and appreciated. Katlyn was/is Awesome. She continued to comfort me throughout my cleaning and extraction. The Dentist was grand as well. So far so good

Negative experience: WORST SERVICE!! They are so rude and unknowledgeable, From the disrespectful staff to the doctors they can’t keep. Had to fight to make appointments then when I decided to switch care and signed the paperwork they NEVER processed it! They are still withholding documentation!! THIS LOCATION SHOULDNT EXIST!!!

Fantastic experience: First the staff is amazing! Very nice loving lady's, I definitely felt at home like I was with my family. They had great financing and discounts, went OUT OF THERE WAY to get things solved and get me my smile back! Dr Varsha Patel was very comforting and gentle. I had six teeth taken out in what seemed like 3 minutes and never felt a thing! I still am in awe! I thought ok she's going to start pulling and she said ok one more left! Absolutely Amazing! God has Blessed these ladies at Aspen Dental North Little Rock with the ability to give you a beautiful smile and make you show it!

Fantastic experience: Had a cleaning today and the young lady was absolutely great. Going to the dentist isn’t my favorite thing to do, but she was very professional and comforting. Thanks to the entire staff.

Negative experience: All Staff was amazing, efficient, quick, listen to my issue and very helpful until the dentist herself came in and she didn’t listen, told what she wanted to do and didn’t stop any pain or even attempt to just said I can’t stop it today I have another patient waiting but this is what we are going to do and sent me home with the exact medicine I already have at home that I told her didn’t work for the tooth pain! So basically the dentist lady was just there to get as many patients as possible to make more money and then on to the next without even listening to the patient she has in front of her. The rest of her staff is why the NLR office got 5 stars but the dentist herself gets 0 so had to give it 2 stars!!

Negative experience: Got a second opinion immediately… they were nice people but their determination of necessary care differed wildly from the next dentist..

Great Staff Very Professional and Got to the bottom of what I came in for, even fixed my broken denture right on the spot in less than 30 minutes and I was out of there. Negative experience: This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a dentist. But The staff was amazing and very attentive and answered all my questions and concerns. And was very nice. But on to the dentist she was extremely rude and very aggressive and rough. (Had a tooth pulled) and she and her assistant came in gave me a shot in my CHEEK not my gums or anywhere near it. My CHEEK. so that went numb but my tooth or surrounding area did not. I told her I could still feel it. So once again she gave me another shot into my cheek. So I thought she was going to wait for it to numb but NO she dug right in and started trying to pull my teeth while I was setting there crying my eyes out telling her to stop she looked at me and said no that’s just pressure ( I know what pressure and pain feels like. And that was definitely PAIN) she then grabbed my chin and yanked my face down and said hold still and sit right there. While remind you begging her to stop. I could see the assistant could feel sympathy for me. And now I have big holes in my Cheek. My mouth hurts more than it did before I even came in there . I would not suggest Letting this Dentist do any dental work on you. She is extremely unprofessional!!

Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars I would. The staff are polite enough but messed up my account. They also took it upon themselves to switch me from oral surgery to regular surgical extractions. I don’t numb so this made for the worst experience of my life. To top it off the dentist, female I can’t remember her name, mangled my mouth. She left an entire half a tooth and several tooth roots in causing me pain and would only give me ibuprofen. The temporary death they made me had 2 pink teeth!!!! Who wants pink teeth?! They had zero interest in helping me or fixing the problem. Thank god there are other people who care out there who fixed it. Worst place ever, I would not bring my worst enemy here.

Positive experience: Went in with a sore tooth, three were broken and infected. After a bit of thinking, I went for the full denture on the bottom and was really surprised at the great cost. They told me my teeth were in the bag and got home and they weren't ......no big bucks from the tooth fairy now.....so only four stars. lol

Positive experience: Can’t say I have not received my new dentures, but the wax mold not sure about the pink gums show to much and not sure about the fit. I hope all is good. My husband is not completely Ok with upper dentures they still fall down without something to stick them in, don’t think he will ever ware them. Thank you

Fantastic experience: I was scared to go to a dentist but got to the point that i had no choice. Very glad i chose Aspen Dental as everone was so nice and put me at ease. And i love my dentures and able to smile without being self conscious anymore. I would recommend Aspen .
