Fantastic experience: The staff at Dean dental solutions are amazing. Very compassionate. Very gentle. Very friendly. Great recommendations for ongoing healthy dental health. I’ve only met with them once but they certainly inspired me to make a strong positive review. And I have never done that before. I highly recommend.

She will also be able to handle an extraction I will need when i was previously referred out to an oral surgeon.

Fantastic experience: How can I say thank you Dr Heard & Wonderful Staff! You have been taking care of my dental needs for my family & me since 2004! But I am most especially grateful for the last appointment. I a a portion of an upper rear molar break off. It felt like I had a huge hole in my tooth. Couldn’t hardly chew without it filling up and making me very uncomfortable. Two variables that made this situation challenging: a. The streets were covered in ice. b. I was leaving town in two days. I was brought in at earliest possible day and time in order to fit my time constraints - not necessarily theirs. Dr Heard went right to work. Cleaned the hole out and then put in new filling in less than an hour. Next thing I knew I was heading out the door and on my way to Dallas. Who does that kind of personal care these days? Well - Heard’s team moved mountains as far as I’m concerned and made it happen. If you’ve ever traveled - you know a dental emergency is the hardest kind of emergency to deal with. His staff was committed to make sure I left home with no thought of my dental issue worsening! Thank you team. Thank you for your care & compassion. I love the fact that you promote great customer care while at the same time being a positive witness for Christ. Can we clone you guys?!! Again - thanks is such a small word for such a large deed. Fantastic experience: I haven’t seen Dr. Heard in several years, but I went back recently for an urgent crown issue — and I’m honestly blown away by how exceptional he is as a clinician. From the start, he treated me like a long-time patient rather than someone who hadn’t been in for years. He took an X-ray, explained everything clearly, and walked me through exactly what he was seeing. He pointed out inflammation I didn’t even notice and made sure there was no infection or underlying problem before moving forward. The level of precision and care he put into re-cementing my crown was next level. He inspected the post, cleaned the tooth thoroughly, irrigated it with antibacterial solution, used a premium bonding system, cured it properly, and then even checked my bite and grinding pattern so the crown would hold correctly long-term. He removed excess cement under the gum line so gently I didn’t even feel it. That kind of attention to detail is rare. What impressed me the most is that he explained every step in a way that made sense, without rushing, and without trying to upsell anything. He’s conservative, honest, extremely skilled, and you can tell he genuinely cares about the work he does. You don’t see that combination often in healthcare. I work with clinicians every day — and Dr. Heard is truly exceptional at his job. He’s one of those rare dentists who makes you feel confident you’re in the right hands. I’m really grateful for his expertise and kindness. Little Rock is lucky to have him. Highly, highly recommend.

My daughter is three and she enjoys “getting my teeth clean.” For the young patients they have cool sunglasses and a TV in the ceiling to distract them from being scared.
