Fantastic experience: I know some people get anxiety going to a new Dentist. My experience was Easy from the start. The Office is very clean. I was greeted with Kindness and smiles . The staff here are very professional. I know I have in the past anxious feelings regarding Dentist however I have work to be done. I met the hygienist and Dr. who treated me with respect and professionalism. Surprise Family Dentistry is just what the name states a Family. I was relaxed the whole visit. Fantastic experience: Well… Let me tell you! We hit it off from the first phone call. You know.. love at first sight kinda thing haha I’m speaking specifically with Ms. Toni at the front desk. She is very professional and down to earth real. My kind of lady! I just went to my first appointment today. The ladies in these office are nothing short of spectacular. They are very personable and genuine. They made us feel like we have been there tons of times before. The doctor is also personable and we really enjoyed speaking and laughing with her. To the other ladies in the office, you are amazing. Thank you for putting up with my daughter and I antics. Especially you Ms. Rachel! You should get a bonus for dealing with us. We had a great time. Fantastic experience: I have found my new dentist. I have just moved to Surprise and have been looking for a dentist. My wife called The office spoke to the office manager Toni, My wife remembered her name as my name is Tony as well, she said that just from talking to her it seemed like she new her. Friendly, and extremely polite. We are able to get seen for our first visits together for a new patient exam and dental cleaning. The moment we walked in we were greeted with smiling faces and the atmosphere just felt homely. I do not like going to the dentist but my wife drags me at least twice a year. While sitting in the back room waiting to see the dentist one of the girls stopped in and said Hi Iam One of the assistants can I get you a water while you are waiting? I can hear my wife next to me laughing having a good old time. I said how about you get me what my wife is having in the next room, she said oh that’s the doctor you’re gonna love her she will be right in. Dr. Oyler came in introduced herself and we started talking about where we are from and how long we have been in Arizona. Long story short we start laughing my wife comes over to me and says see I knew you would like it here. My wife was right I actually enjoyed my first ever dental visit in 60 years. I had to write this review and I do not write reviews either so this must mean something. No one likes going to the dentist you usually get told you need this or need that. Well I know I needed a crown which the doctor said to me when ever you have the time let’s get that fixed no pressure no upity sales pitch just the honest truth. If you are in need of the best dental experience and dental office you must check out Surprise family dentistry, these ladies are the real deal. It’s like family and you will feel that way too. Looking forward to seeing them again for my crown work. Oh I could not get my wife to leave she love them too. Thank you ladies for making us feel special and treating us like family.

Everyone went above and beyond in making me feel as if I was a patient for years already. The hygienist I had, Rachel.... Well she was awesome. She was extremely thorough with my cleaning and was very informative. At times our conversation was flowing so well I forgot I was in a dental office. After Rachel was finished then I met Dr. Christie. She was fantastic! While her and I were speaking my mind drifted off a couple of times making me say to myself, Have I ever met her before today? Fantastic experience: I have realized through the years and living in many states that a dentist needs to be good and gentle but the hygienist needs to be excellent! (We see them - hopefully- more than we see the dentist!) Amanda is Dr. Oyler's SUPERHERO! She is gentle, pleasant, explains things fully and cares about her patients. She is awesome.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this office at least 4 years now. Every visit has always been a delight, the office staff are always very friendly, never once had a bad interaction. I have to give my hygienist a shout out, if you need someone who know what they’re doing, cleans amazingly, and will also give outstanding conversations ask for Amanda. Also Dr Oyler is the most friendly dentist I have encountered. She is also a vast swath of knowledge as she poke around your mouth 10/10!

Negative experience: I agree with the reviews about the friendly and professional staff here. Where I take issue is the quote for new patients of $150 for cleaning and, x rays and exam. After X rays I was told that there was a little extra plaque and there would be an additional $150 charge if I still wanted my teeth cleaned. I call this "bait and switch". You get your teeth cleaned to remove plaque! If you quote $150 then do it for $150!

Fantastic experience: We had some issues with insurance and Lori is so knowledgeable. Amanda is the best hygienist, she listens and educates. Often times hygienists will scold but Amanda sincerely cares about helping improve my health overall. Sara at the front is an advocate, she explains things that I did not completely understand and breaks it down into way I can understand. It is clear she wants to help in anyway possible and she is so well informed about everything. Dr. Oyler makes going to the dentist easy! When I first met her it was like I was with a long lost friend. She was so thorough with my exam and I love how she treated me like a client versus a patient. What I mean is that I wasn’t just a number but she cared about my health it was not this in and out in one minute and leaving an assistant to explain everything. She cares and is so good at what she does and it is obvious she loves her job which is important to me. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a good FAMILY dental office that is not ran like a clinic but is a dental home.

You should consider taking up a collection for Amanda, and having a statue of Her likeness put up in front of the building. Yes…She was that amazing. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this dentist office to all. It was a great experience from the moment I called till the end of my appointment. I recently moved from out of state so having to find someone new for all my appts is nerve racking because there are so many people trying to rip you off. They never tried to upsale me or try to do more work than needed (because believe it or not this has happened to me I’ve had one office tell me I have 4 cavities to go get a second opinion for them to tell me I have none. Most people wouldn’t second guess if a dentist was telling you this but I haven’t had a cavity in 11 years and I’m someone who I feel takes care of my teeth religiously so I questioned it) they were really genuine and awesome and I will be referring all my family and friends their way! DR CHRISTIE WAS AMAZING! And her staff and hygienist was just as amazing! If you are looking for a new dentist call and schedule here!

Fantastic experience: Excellent! I came here because I didn't like the place I was going to before, it felt like a dentist mill. Surprise family dentist has been wonderful both times I've visited. They did not up sell me on unnecessary procedures & I was very happy with the treatment plan they put together for me. It was more in line with what I thought I needed, not like the other place... Plus comparing what they said I need to the"dentist mill" is about 20k difference. I can buy a car for that! That's just crazy. Surprise family dentist have been very helpful explaining my insurance benefits & my treatment plan with me several times. I ask a lot of questions & they were very patient & helpful. I can't say enough good things about the staff, especially Dr Christine she was welcoming, gentle & her laugh makes you wanna smile. Great vibes here from everyone & I'm so glad it's more like old school dentist, I needed that to relax.

Fantastic experience: I was able to get an appointment within a few days of my initial phone call. The day of the appointment there was no long wait to be seen. The hygienist quickly did the x-rays, and initial exam. She was very capable and pleasant. My teeth got a much needed cleaning, and the dentist was also quite pleasant when she announced no cavities, but did refer me to an endodontist for oan issue she saw in the xrays.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff while remaining professional! They made me feel totally comfortable and explained everything they were doing. I appreciated not being talked down to because I was nervous or unsure of the process. This isn’t a huge thing for me but I did notice that the staff (when I was there) were all female, if that is something that makes you feel comfortable. I will 100% return here for my cleanings!

Fantastic experience: Great experience at Surprise Family Dentistry. I had not visited a dentist in almost 5 years. I was nervous only momentarily because of the great treatment I received. The hygienist Tressa made sure every step of the dental work process was explained. Tressa showed care throughout my teeth cleaning & followed up the next day via phone call to see how my teeth were feeling. Dr. Bhatt was present before & after my cleaning to ask questions if needed. Everyone at the office demonstrates outgoing personalities & professionalism. As long as Surprise Family Dentistry delivers this type of service, I’ll never have anxiety about getting dental work completed.

Fantastic experience: As someone who is anxious to go to the dentist this place did not make me feel anxious at all. The dental hygienist- Amanda explained everything before she was going to do it which helped calmed my nerves and Dr. Repta was very friendly and very informative as well. All other staff was very friendly as well.

We didn't want a "corporate dental" practice, we wanted an independently owned practice instead of a conglomerate type practice. Everybody in that office is super nice especially the front desk as you first enter!! Dr. Repta is excellent, she takes the time to give you a thorough exam and patiently explains the available options. Amanda is one of Dental Hygienists and she is so nice and excellent at her craft. We highly recommend Surprise Family Dentistry, you will be hard pressed to find more skilled or nicer professionals.

Dental hygienist was also friendly and made me feel very comfortable. She took extra pictures during X-ray to make sure she got best perspectives of a bad tooth. 3. Dr. Repta is just what I have been looking for in a dentist. She is gentle, friendly, educational, suggests natural things I can try at home, and prefers conservative treatment when possible instead of jumping to worst-case scenario. I felt like my questions and comments were valued and did not feel rushed. Wonderful first experience and, for the first time ever, am looking forward to going back to the dentist!

I came into town and broke a tooth the first day and on that day I was able to get in there to have it completely repaired briefly affordably and perfectly this place is fabulous I will be your newest advocate. This repair was done on my front tooth, one I've kept original for 77 years. I'm just so grateful. I'm a collision guy and the color matches perfectly

She wears her mask on her chin most of the time. The rest of the time she wears it under her nose. If she would (at minimum) wear it correctly when patients are at the desk that would be better (not great but better). She’s the “face” of the practice so it made me a bit uneasy upon entering that perhaps the dental office wasn’t taking even minimum precautions. It did seem that the direct patient care staff were all properly wearing their masks.

Fantastic experience: Our Family just relocated to the area from Nashville. I highly recommend Surprise Family dentistry!! The hygienist Candace was amazing! Dr. Kent was so knowledgeable and took his time with myself and my children. Office staff was so kind and understanding. We definitely lucked out!! Best dental experience we’ve had in many years!

Fantastic experience: Amy is the best:) best dental office in surprise!! I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else to get my teeth done! They were all so nice and I enjoyed talking to everyone! The coolest dental office ever! I look forward to coming here again!
