From day one, the entire team has been kind, patient, and incredibly professional. What truly sets them apart is the care and understanding they show toward my daughter Marissa, who is autistic. Dr. Sarpatdar and his staff take the time to really listen to her needs and explain everything in a calm, thoughtful way and at a pace she can understand. They never rush her, always make sure she feels comfortable, and treat her with genuine respect and compassion. That level of patience means more to our family than I can put into words. The office staff is equally wonderful — friendly, welcoming, and always helpful with scheduling and questions. Every visit has been a positive experience, which is not something I can say easily as a parent of a child with special needs. We are so grateful to have found Icon Orthodontics and highly recommend Dr. Sarpotdar and his team to anyone, especially families looking for a practice that truly cares about their patients as individuals.

Fantastic experience: Clean and welcoming. Very efficient staff, great follow up with appointment reminders. Very affordable dental plans. I was very stressed about this surprise needing braces for jaw alignment. But they took great care and Olivia even helped me research different dental insurances and compare the prices to ensure I was able to get the care I needed. Dr. Sarpotdar was very kind and helpful. They explained treatment very well to me and took a great deal of stress of my shoulders. Highly recommend! They take great care of their patients!

I just signed my daughter up for treatment with them as well. The doctor is nice, straight to the point, knows what he is talking about, listens to your every concern and helps you through it all.
