Fantastic experience: Gasser Dental Implants I found by doing an online search. The website and the video caught my attention. From the moment I made my appointment with the assistance of Staff to the moment I walked into the office. Glasser Dental is a professional, knowledgeable Group that is Patient centered. I say come in and experience it for yourself initial consultation is free.

Fantastic experience: Too many details to mention, all positive. Simply put, its like a family, everybody there cares about you. If you have any dental problem, go see Doctor Gasser first. Its worth it!

Negative experience: I was disappointed with my experience. I went in expecting to have two existing crowns re-cemented, but I was never given that option. Instead, I was told I needed two completely new crowns, which cost me $3,200. In late 2025, I explained to Dr. Gasser that I wanted to wait until my husband's dental insurance became active before moving forward. Once my insurance was active, I provided the office with all of my insurance information and was told someone would contact me to explain what would be covered. I never received that call. There was no discussion about my benefits, whether the office accepted my insurance, or what my expected out-of-pocket costs would be. After paying $3,200, I never received any insurance reimbursement. I would have expected the office to verify my insurance and communicate any coverage issues before treatment, rather than leaving me to discover afterward that there was no coverage. Better communication and transparency about insurance and treatment options would have made a significant difference.

Fantastic experience: I am on my third implant with Dr. Gasser and I have to tell you it gets easier and easier. I have what they call SPD (sensory perception disorder) which means I have a severe gag reflex anytime a doctor puts something in my mouth. Any medical doctor I went to understood and never used a tongue depressor; dentists never got it so as a result, I only went if I was in pain. Luckily, I had good teeth so I could avoid going, that is until I got older. Fourteen years ago, I found Dr. Kevin Gasser, a pioneer in implants and sedation dentistry and just like that, my dentistry problem was solved. Any work I have done is with sedation and every experience is better than the previous one. Thanks to his very capable assistant, Mindy, who is personable and explains everything she is doing before "Doctor G" comes in, you feel right at home. I have only one regret with Dr Gasser and that is that I didn't find him sooner.

Fantastic experience: Great dentist and staff ...painless with great results. I've had a lot of dental work done over the years (83) and Dr Gasser is by far the best. He is a true scientist and perfectionist.

Fantastic experience: I would like to say that I was very excited in meeting Dr. Gasser in person watching him on TV explaining his procedures is one thing but to see him in person and listen to him hands-on was wonderful. I will do everything in my power to make sure I have a set of his teeth in my mouth.

Fantastic experience: I first saw Dr Gasser on tv speaking of dental implants two years ago. I remember him saying that “no matter the dental problem, there’s always a solution.” That stuck with me. Not only is going to a dentist a dreaded event for me, I thought I might just have one of the most challenging problems to date for him. I had worn an upper denture for 53 years (!) and was interested in implants and got up the courage to finally call. The front office put me right at ease from the start and treated me like part of their family. From there, it only got better….his surgical assistant, Mindy, took me under her wing from start to finish and was simply the best and I can’t say enough kind words about her expertise. Jeff, Diane, etc….to many to mention. They all listened to me and my concerns and Dr Gasser made it all happen. I wasn’t a candidate for All on 4’s implants due to bone loss but as explained by Dr Gasser, I was a candidate for Zygomatic Implants and that’s what I decided on. It’s been a positive journey and happy to say that as of this week, I have the most beautiful smile that will last a lifetime and couldn’t be happier! Fantastic experience: I went to see Dr. Gasser after having 3 other consults . The first thing I noticed was how welcoming and friendly the staff was. I had a horrible experience at Burns Dental. I left feeling like there was no hope for me to ever have a beautiful smile. It was a terrible experience. I nearly gave up, but one night, I saw a commercial and just felt I needed to call. It's been 14 months since my life changing decision. I no longer avoid pictures and I don't worry about eating foods I have avoided for years. If you look in the mirror or avoid looking in the mirror because you don't like your smile, make the first call. The rest will fall into place. It was money well spent. Fantastic experience: Somehow I found Dr Gasser and all the dental needs that I needed were taken care of. Dr Gasser is a dream come true as his office and staff took care of me in the most competent manner that I ever could have imagined. I had some complications and he took care of me everytime one came up. The Dr and staff are truly a blessing to folks like me that need alot of work done. Fantastic experience: I went in this last week for a free consult. I am very impressed with how great this office was. From the efficient front office all the way through to Dr. Gasser. Mindy the medical assistant was outstanding. She listened carefully to my concerns and made sure those were passed on to Dr. Gasser to address. Jeff, the coordinator, made talking about a very difficult subject of finances easy and gave me all the information and resources I need to make a decision. I was given Dr Gasser number, I called, and have been going to them ever since and WILL continue to do so!! Fantastic experience: Love the Staff. They cater to all needs from basic (crowns) to more complex (implants). They have been great to my wife Katy fixing her implants. When I found Dr. Gasser and sat for my consultation I knew I found the Dentist to do the Reconstruction of my mouth which went beautifully in looks and function and was also pain free! Fantastic experience: I've had a lot of dental work done in my life. Receding gums exposed the upper darkness of an implant and crown in my front teeth so I hated my smile. My previous dentist said he couldn't do anything about the tooth with the implant even though he did implants in his practice. I went to Dr. Gasser as a second opinion. He pointed out to me something that another dentist either failed to see or chose not to show me; inflammation and a fissure in my gum at the site of an existing old implant. There is no doubt that EVERYONE in the office of Gasser Dental office, is dedicated, passionate and committed to making the patient experience the best it can be. Front office staff will go out of their way to attend to insurance requests/concerns as well as scheduling preferences. The chairside support staff care for you as though you are a beloved family member with such compassion and comfort. And then of course, there is the star of the show, Dr. Gasser. As mentioned above, I've had a lot of dental work, but I've never had a more pain free experience. That's just the tip of the iceberg. His work is a demonstration of his experience and expertise. I am midway through my dental procedure and I am so happy with the process. What a shining example of what a dental/medical office should be.

Fantastic experience: I knew when I first walked into this office, that this was the place for me. The staff was always there to help. I got my implants Dec.2022 and have never had any problems.
