Fantastic experience: Just had my first appointment at the Dental Depot and I was impressed. The office was clean and inviting. The staff was very nice and helpful. They are also less expensive than my previous dentist. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I’m a recent resident of the NW Valley and had been procrastinating on finding an area dental office. So, on a Saturday morning I’m eating my corn flakes and banana and split a molar in two. The need for a dentist immediately shot to the top of list! The closest and only office open was Dental Depot. I immediately called and arrangements were made for me to come in pronto. Upon my arrival I was greeted and felt immediately relieved and comfortable. I knew I’d made the right choice. As a new patient I filled out a few simple forms and had a very reasonable wait time considering I had no appointment. I was called in and had full mouth x-rays and had a short wait to see the dentist. I must say the entire staff of Dental Depot are friendly, comforting, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. A treatment plan was explained to me in a clear understandable manner and the price was very reasonable. The dentist Nicole was very patient, persistent and attentive to my pain and comfort as the extraction was very difficult and lengthy. In a way I’m thankful for that cracked molar as I know now I have a wonderful local dentist with a spectacular staff and comfortable office. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I had a crown come out on a Friday night and after calling several places to see who could get me in on a Saturday the dental Depot was able to get me in ASAP. I normally have major anxiety issues when I have to see a dentist but I didn't have the issue here. Everyone was so awesome that I'm actually going to have a cleaning done next week when I come back for my permanent crown set. Thanks for everything.

Fantastic experience: My second visit was last week and was as consistently m impressive than the first with the friendly and professional staff. My very nice hygenist Reggie was very gentle but very thorough. Dr. Noble was very cordial, concerned and highly professional and I must say she was very kind and understanding and I cannot say enough. I highly recommend Dental Depot. The train station concept is a child's dream and mine too!

Fantastic experience: My boyfriend & I recently visited this location due to being in a pinch & our regular office was closed. Immediate difference in the experience & proof that staff can make or break a business! The dentist can be an anxiety inducing place & everyone was very welcoming & so kind. Lisa was phenomenal & exactly the type of person you want to be “holding your hand” at the dentist very personable & great sense of humor! We saw Dr Noble that set him up with a treatment plan and didnt make us feel rushed at all. He just went in for his second visit yesterday & had an equally great experience; I wish I caught his hygienists name but he had nothing but praise for her as well! This’ll definitely be our new dental office. Thanks guys!

Dr. Noble’s assistant performed a deep cleaning for me, and it was a very pleasant experience; she made me feel very comfortable. The doctor is very patient and truly cares about her patients. Negative experience: The dentist is amazing. The staff is "kind" But the customer service is some of the worst ever. If it wasn't for the great dentist I would have stopped going here a long time ago and sadly still might. Insurance issues that I have had to fix myself almost every time. Today was the tipping point, just felt so set aside, called 3 times and told I would be called back. 3rd time left on hold for 48 minutes and am still on hold.

Negative experience: Dental depot has canceled my appointment the day before not once but twice and then rescheduled for months out. The excuse I was given the last time is someone needed to leave early then was told that management told them to cancel the appointment. I guess they assume people can drop everything and miss work for whenever they have a last minute appointment. Very unimpressed. They also bill for services that weren’t rendered, which is fraudulent the last time I checked. Will not be back and do not recommend.

Fantastic experience: Had a blood pressure problem and passed out, hit my front teeth doing severe damage. Dr. Fromm was amazing!!!! He is the most caring Doctor I have ever met!!!! Fantastic experience: The entire staff are pleasant and caring. Any issues are always addressed. I do not have a sore mouth after a cleaning because the hygienist takes her time and is careful. Dr Noble is great, too. I am delighted I found this practice.

Fantastic experience: From the time I walked through the door, I felt welcomed and genuinely cared for. The office is beautifully decorated in such a way that both children and adults are comfortable. The front desk was very friendly. The care I received was exemplary! It had been too long since I had a cleaning and frankly I expected a lot of pain. My hygienist was gentle but thorough, friendly and efficient. The dentist was lovely. As she made her exam, she was personable and obviously cared about her patients. All in all, it was one of the best experiences I've ever had at a dentist. I'm 75, so that's been A LOT of dentist visits!

Negative experience: I ended up moving forward with these guys on Invisalign. Everything was going good for 2 months till they got rid of their original orthodontist. Brought in a new Orthodontist to close out there current patients but he is there on days that I can’t be there in time to see him, and I can’t just miss work.. so I asked if I can just see this new ortho at his original place on a day that works for me and keep paying them. It’s been 3 weeks almost 4 weeks since I have been able to get my new trays to keep my teeth on track. Every-time I talk to the manager she beats around the bush and tells me she has to talk to corporate. Tells me she will call me back. And never does. This situation is a 1 star review. We will not be going here anymore. Even for the dental side of things.

Fantastic experience: Generally a trip to the dentist is dreaded, however I was impressed by the atmosphere from the moment I entered. The decor puts one at ease. The experience from there on was, to my surprise, nothing but pleasant.

Front desk check in/out are also awesome always an open line of communication for appointment confirmation and rescheduling. 10 out of 10 recommend, my sons enjoy coming here. My son chipped both front teeth and Dr noble did a beautiful job repairing!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Noble and her team were fantastic. I expected pain but had none. Everything is proceeding much better than expected.

Negative experience: I went in for a free consultation. Months later, I called to request my medical records, including documents/photos taken during that visit. The office manager told me I had to pay $120 before they would release any of my records, claiming it was their “office policy” because the consult was free. Patients have a right to access their medical records, including photos. This is entirely unethical and a violation of HIPPA law medical records shouldn’t be withheld unless patients pay a fee. This place seems to be all about money, huge red flag. I will still be following up with the release of my records as I have every right to them according to HIPPA law.

Fantastic experience: Found them only because a family member had an emergency dental situation that was being covered by access and it was so hard to find anyone that would accept that insurance. I can't say enough how I am abundantly impressed with their professionalism, their kindness, their high level of services AND respect shown to each patient...regardless If there have private insurance or not! I was so impressed that I have decided to make them my family dentistry location from now on. I have already brought my stepdaughter in as a new patient as well. They make big dental problems seem not so overwhelming.

Fantastic experience: The entire dental office was so clean and so welcoming. Upon entering you feel completely welcome not only by the aesthetics but also the staff. Every staff member was so very nice and very caring. My son’s exam and cleaning were stupendous and they explained everything to my son before they even did anything. I highly recommend this dental office not only for kids but adults as well. So nice and so comfortable. I went in for a couple fillings a to have a tooth pulled. No pain at all. They really make sure you are comfortable and have what you need.

This place provides all the small-town loving compassionate that gives the Midwest its ‘Charm’. So if you are new to the area, or from the Midwest and a little homesick, go in and get your teeth cleaned. You will feel a whole lot better after! All four of my children love it there

Fantastic experience: 100% would recommend going to this dentist office! Everyone was so great! Update: a word of advice though DONT reschedule or miss any appointments cause if you do you will be out on the No appointment schedule list which means if you need an appointment you will have to call the day you are able to go and maybe they might be able to see you.

Fantastic experience: First time at this place! I found the Staff were friendly with smiles and very pleasant. The Hygenist Jill was amazing. She has great hands with skills of being very experienced! We shared some stories, it was fun. I met all of the doctors. Super fun and friendly. My doctor was Dr. Phillip Fromm. Talk about a Great Dr. He has skills way beyond his young age. We talked about my teeth which he spotted two cavities. I made appointment in January to have them filled. Thank you Phillip you are a true blessing and very professional. I will make this office mine and share with other people.

Fantastic experience: I’m a brand-new patient here and I could not be more impressed. Every single person in this office is so sweet, patient, and thorough. They explain everything in a way that actually makes sense, and you can tell they genuinely care. I ended up needing a service that requires four separate appointments, and because of a job change my insurance is ending soon. They went above and beyond to help me — even getting me back in the very next day and rearranging their schedule to fit all four appointments into one week. They even held a cancellation spot just in case. Who does that anymore?! Truly outstanding service from start to finish. I’m so grateful I found this office and would recommend them 10/10 times.

Fantastic experience: This Peoria location has it all figured out, I’d send anyone with any dental concerns here and here only. I’ve felt comfortable and taken care of from the moment I called to inquire regarding some extreme pain from a cavity. I called with an emergency and they acted with the same sense of urgency. The staff is friendly, no pressure to have work done but very thorough on everything going on. I HIGHLY recommend this office, Dr Noble is an Angel. Thank you Dental Depot Peoria!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended for your children or train lovers! There are trains on the tracks above you. It smooths us. Once we become new patients at this dentist, they give us a bag of t-shirts and lip balm sticks. They also offer us a bottle of cold water every time we have an appointment. There’s also a huge train outside.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Fromm and his assistant were absolutely amazing. As well as the front desk staff. I needed to be seen ASAP and was lucky enough to get an early appointment! As soon as I got there they offered water and we're so kind. X-ray went smoothly and was told I could have extraction same day. I was beyond relieved. Dr. Fromm made sure I was completely comfortable before starting. One of the best dental experiences I've ever had. And make the dentist not so dreadful. Highly recommend.
