Negative experience: Went in for a cleaning (which my insurance covers 100%) but was sent away because I could not afford a payment for other suggested dental work. Was told the other work needed to be completed before I got a cleaning, which I now know was not true.

Fantastic experience: Shannon is so sweet and passionate about her career. She always does a phenomenal job with the cleanings and educates you on things to do at home.

Negative experience: Honestly you should be more upfront, my original appointment was at 1pm, specified I needed some teeth pulled due to some severe pain. My appointment was bumped up by 2.5 hours I came in at 10:30am just so I could have my teeth pulled. Only to have the Dentist look in my mouth for a minute and say I don’t have enough time & explain absolutely nothing. Why waste my time? Why bump up my appointment and mislead me? My Husband was seen same day/had extractions done. What was the point in making an emergency visit bumping my appointment up for literally nothing? Thanks for wasting my time…

Brittany took the time to calm me down and held my hand thru the whole process. Another dentist told me my tooth was fractured and needed to be removed for an implant, but Dr. McIver carefully checked and said it was not fractured. He saved my tooth by doing a root canal and placing a crown. I am very happy with the results and truly grateful. I highly recommend him.

I’m excited to continue my oral health journey with this office. In just less than a month I was able to get the exam, x-rays, cavities filled, an extraction, and root cleaning. There was no wait and they were able to get it done on the schedule that worked best for me. 100/10 recommend. I know I’ve def found the place for all my dental needs!

Negative experience: All went well, until I tried to schedule a follow up appointment with the receptionist for a "Basic Cleaning". I was told, she didn't have any time, until January 2026 to accommodate my schedule. Sad, so sad, that a basic cleaning, can't be done, until Jan. 2026!!!

Negative experience: If you don't have dental insurance don't waste your time with this place. I went here for an emergency bridge, someone else made the appointment. I signed up for the plan to get a discount on the bridge. I figure I may as well use this place for cleanings... wrong. It's $299 a cleaning on the plan! Then they tried telling me without the plan a cleaning is normally $700! I don't know what planet these people live on but it's not a world I want to live in. Find a good family owned dental practice and not this corporate owned nonsense.

Fantastic experience: Man where to start! Everyone I've talked to and interacted with have been just so nice, easy to talk too and professional! Ceinna and Devin have been great to talk too and have made the front admin experience very accommodating and helpful with setting up payment plans that work with my schedule and just overall pleasant people to be the face of both the orthopedic and dentist office on both sides of the building! To the other admin staff I'm really sorry I can't remember your names but you guys are all very nice as well! Dr. Mciver is super nice and professional and listened to my story as well as fit me into his schedule when he didn't have too so huge shout out to him! Dr. Chau is super chill he put me in some braces and has been very pleasant to talk too/help with the questions I had regarding my process with my new braces! Dr. Shannon did some deep cleaning on me and is very nice because she fit me into her schedule as well on short notice and gave me very helpful tips on how to improve my oral health and I'm super grateful I especially enjoy talking to her about olive garden soup! Dr. Nix was also very nice in doing a filling on me, very professional and good vibes while working on my fillings! Overall you guys are all so very nice and I appreciate you all in the office along with the super rad tooth brush I got from you guys this last Friday! Negative experience: Cynthia the lead DA was extremely rude. Additionally, she seemed to not care when taking Xrays on my mom. She was being super rough and inconsiderate. She was also being mean to another dental assistant. It is crazy to me that the “lead” dental assistant is treating her coworkers like that. Says a lot about the culture and environment of the office. I would not visit again. Definitely do NOT recommend. Terrible office.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Arrowhead Dental Group and Orthodontics. I had an in-house made crown put in and my next appointment all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted under general anesthesia. Everything went very smoothly. I had my wisdom teeth removed in less than an hour. I was given detailed instructions and medications for pain. Luckily for me, I'm on my third day post-op and am not experiencing any swelling or pain whatsoever. However, they give you everything necessary in case you do experience pain and swelling.

Negative experience: At my 1st visit I was informed that I had to have 2 procedures to clean my teeth below the gums (SRP). This was to “correct” a condition that has not changed in my mouth for 20 years. Researching SRP the same results came be achieved by flossing or using a water pick. When I called the office to asking to just get a normal maintenance cleaning, I was told nothing could be done until the SRPs were completed otherwise the Dr could lose his license. Talking with my friend that is a retired dentist the SRP is not needed

Fantastic experience: The young lady who did my x-rays very professional and explained everything very clear. Shannon I believe was her name who did my cleaning, always a pleasure and always so so gentle and explains everything clearly Dr Mciver is always such a pleasure to have as my dentist, always very professional and funny, which makes me very relaxed and assured I'm in good hands

Fantastic experience: If you haven’t already booked your appointment please do so this dentist is dope they’re not just worried about money they care about the patient from the front desk to the dentist they are a caring group and I’m happy that’s my dentist!

Negative experience: I was there for a total of 35 minutes, had X-rays, a dental exam by dentist, and a perio maintenance cleaning with a little cleaning with instruments, flossing, polishing and fluoride treatment. My hygienist back in North Dakota uses a Cavitron, many instruments, flosses, and polishes only my non crowned teeth and it takes her a full 60 minutes. I can’t believe I received a thorough cleaning.

Fantastic experience: Best dental office I have been to. Everyone is so nice and very helpful. They helped me figure finances so I could get the treatment iso desperately needed. Dr. McIver cared about the priority I wanted my work done, and is helping me achieve my goals.

Gracie is such a sweetheart who is so understanding and has such an extraordinary personality, she's super friendly and especially gorgeous. Shannon is so understanding too, she's beautiful. My mom especially loves how she leaves her with a super clean feeling, and not just with a partial job. I hate the dentist personally, but I don't mind going at all because of those two. They make the visit so worth it. :)

Fantastic experience: Shannon was amazing during my deep cleaning with laser and irrigation. I'm extremely needlephobic and nervous in a medical environment and she made it so much more comfortable. She also made a somewhat uncomfortable treatment overall bearable and I even ended up relaxing into it! I also learned more during my deep cleaning than I ever did during trips to the dentist. I'm genuinely looking forward to my next visit instead of the usual anxiety. HIGHLY recommend her and Doctor Larry Maciver but I'm sure all the stay is amazing! Ceinna was also super helpful up front and the girls are always very friendly. My new goto dentist for sure. :)

Fantastic experience: I recently switched to Arrowhead Dental Group and it is by far the number 1 dental group that I have ever experienced in my 91 years. The office staff is exceptional under the management of Cienna King, Office Manager. Dr. McIver's treatment is excellent and painless. Overall I would highly recommend Arrowhead Dental Group.

Fantastic experience: The team at Arrowhead Dental have been fantastic. I am in my 50s and had a horrible experience with a dentist when I was 16. That experience kept me from going to the dentist for about 30 years. If it had not been for the team at Arrowhead Dental, I probably would not have gone back. I have been going to this office for 7 or 8 years, I have moved twice and the distance is about 20 miles now. It is worth the drive to go to an office that is very sensitive to the needs of their patients.

Negative experience: I had a horrible experience with Arrowhead Dental Group a few months ago. The front desk staff is incompetent and lacks compassion. I was scheduled for a root canal and a crown because the crown that Arrowhead Dental Group failed. At the time, I had two dental insurances. I paid the deposit for the services and came in 30 minutes early. I'm over all of Benefits for my Company and I knew there was an issue with the file feed that send over member details to the carrier. When I arrived, the front desk told me she couldn't verify my second insurance. I proceeded to call member services through my Company and told them what was going on. The carrier told me she wouldn't see that the secondary insurance was active on her side because it takes two days for providers to see carrier updates that would verify my insurance. I asked the front desk provider if she would speak to member services on the phone and she initially refused stating "I can see what he sees". I proceeded to tell her again what the carrier was telling me and she did not care. Mind you, this is my secondary insurance. I really needed this service done and I told her if she couldn't verify, I would pay the difference and go through my secondary insurance for reimbursement so we could get the procedure done today. She said she couldn't do that and I would have to wait until she verified the information in the system. The carrier overheard what she was telling me and he was confused as to why she wouldn't cooperate with me and was giving both of us a very difficult time. This process took over an hour and then they came back and told me I was over my appointment time and would have to reschedule. The front staff was neither kind, caring, or professional. However, I decided to look for a new dentist who told me I didn't even need the root canal that Arrowhead Dental was telling me I needed to get. I guess it was a blessing in disguise. Please do not go here. Terrible customer service and experience.

I have had a lot (A LOT) of dental work and feel overwhelmed by it oftentimes. But the staff today made me very comfortable and eased all of my anxiety. I highly recommend Dr. Wilson and this staff if you’re looking for high-quality care and a positive setting.

I really love her attitude & patients to deal with the youth..Also dental Assistance are so nice & helpful with Everything Cynthia and Stacie.. Everyone is so friendly & answer any questions you have.. They are located in a great area as well.

Fantastic experience: Amazing Experience and I love the staff, Devin at the front desk helped me and got everything done in a nice timely manner and answered all my questions. Carol cleaned my teeth and made the process simple and was very GENTLE with the process. I recommend them to EVERYONE!
