Fantastic experience: Best cleaning ever. Very accommodating with appointments etc

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient here for many years. It is close to my home and the staff is great. I had to change insurance carriers to stay with this dentist but it is worth it.

Fantastic experience: On a day I was dreading getting my wisdom teeth extracted, Dr. Muul and the assistants made me very calm and comfortable. I started a dental journey at Associated Dental almost a year ago, and every visit and every staff member has been so nice and supportive.

Fantastic experience: Deb was great, but I was very disappointed, knowing that you had a machine that can take x-rays and bite wings much easier for seven years and knowing that I have a real problem with my gag reflex with all the other techs that clean my teeth, nobody told me about this and I went through a lot of misery over this very disappointed

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here for years now and have seen 3 different hygienists. Each time I am there, I have a wonderful experience. The hygienists always explain what they’re doing as the work is being done and always provide tips to help my dental hygiene. I am in and out quickly which is great for my work schedule. This visit, I was seen by Molly and she is very knowledgeable! I am always greeted with smiles and welcoming faces. Great experience overall!

They will help you relax and put you at ease. Just tell them what you need. I go to the one on 59th and Bell. Carmen, Deb, Ali and Patsy are great. Dr. Woodfill is wonderful and has a great personality.

Positive experience: I've been going to this dental office for years, but have had a couple poor experiences the past 2 years. My first poor experience was a little over a year ago, where the hygienist accidentally popped my permanent retainer off. They made me come back another day to get it fixed instead of fixing it at that time (I had to take additional time off work and find child care again). They also asked if I wanted fluoride without telling me it would be an additional charge. I did try calling the office with this feedback and never got a follow up about it, just that they "should've told me beforehand". Then for my appointment a couple weeks ago, the dentist came to check my teeth prior to the hygienist cleaning, which was unusual. My appointment was at the end of the day so I figured she wanted to go home early or something. During the cleaning, the hygienist got floss stuck in my teeth between my molars. After a solid 10/15 minutes of working on it, she asked if it felt normal. I said it felt better (there was still some stuck) but she called it good and I just wanted her to stop anyway. I asked if a dentist could come look and she said we'd have to schedule for another day. When I got to the front desk, they said the earliest appointment with my dentist would be in the new year lol. I asked if they had any other appointments with any other dentists, and they said the following week was the earliest they had. I went home and got the floss out with some pliers. I also realized the hygienist caused a scratch/cut at the corner of my mouth from all the pulling with floss she did to try to get the first floss unstuck. Quite a bit of blood in my mouth for a standard cleaning. Overall, I've been disappointed with my appointments these past couple years, but I wanted to give 3 stars for the years prior of good service.

Negative experience: Bad experience I had with this people I called last week booked appointment for Wednesday I even mentioned them only Wednesdays , I had text yesterday that I have appointment today Tuesday at 2pm I called today the lady picked phone did not say her name she stand there is no appointment until April of 2025 , like I was born last night !!! Icalled back crystal picked phone and rescheduled my appointment for next Wednesday which I appreciate her a lot

Fantastic experience: I love Associated Dental, this location at 59th Ave and Bell is fantastic. I switched several years ago when my independent dentist moved here before he retired, and I continue to stay because they take great care of me and my whole family. Dr. Woodfil and Dr. Aljuboori are great, and Dr. Aljuboori especially has been kind and patient with my son, who hates getting fillings. Dr. Muul did the oral surgery for my oldest son today to remove his wisdom teeth, and he and the staff took wonderful care of him! Son #2 is scheduled for his wisdom teeth next month. Carmen in the front office is always sweet and so kind and welcoming. I have known her over 15 years, since she worked in my past dentist's office. I wouldn't go anywhere else but Associated Dental!

Fantastic experience: First of all I’ve been to so many dentists. This office was incredible! The assistant Maria was so sweet. Dr Woodfill was so amazing the hygienist Lee was awesome too. I forgot the lady's name that came in last to explain the breakdown so honest and not pushy at all. I was so comfortable. All Dr Woodfills concern was for me to get the right treatment. The office went above & beyond to get me to a specialist the next following morning because I was in severe pain. Thank you so much. This is more than a 5 star place!!

Positive experience: I want to say how wonderful the office staff is. I can't say enough about how accommodating and genuinely friendly they are. I'm a little put off by the rotating of dentists that I see. I'm used to having one dentist that knows me and my teeth issues. But maybe I'm just old fashioned. Fantastic experience: I was extremely surprised & pleased with having a major surgical procedure to remove a molar that had a broken nerve root and prior root canal. The VA referred me to this practice for the procedure using an incorrect procedure code. Dr Muul, the dentist, quickly corrected the administrative error and performed this non-routine 45 minute procedure inflicting MINIMAL pain…. This AF Vet was/ am impressed to have met a Dentist that truly cares. 3 days later, basically pain & a dead molar free!!

Fantastic experience: Very pleased with the service I got from all the staff and Dr Whitfill due to an emergency dental trip. They were very pleasant explained what was needed and what the charge would be and even took pictures to back it up. I would recommend this dental office.

Negative experience: Staff is great, but Dr.Muul is a condescending jerk who even after you answer his questions repeatedly asks again to make you feel dumb.

Fantastic experience: I recently had my permanent bottom retainer come loose on one end and I was able to get an appointment with Associated Dental in a few days. The orthodontist is only in the office Fridays and Tuesdays I believe. I have always had a good experience with this dentist at this location and this was the first time I had seen the orthodontist. I have also gotten a root canal done here a few years ago. They are professional and friendly! Have never had any issues with them.
