Fantastic experience: This is the best dentist I have ever been too ! My daughter has trisomy 18 she has went to dentist and they kept wanting to put her to sleep to be able to see into her mouth the dentist here didn’t have to do that and was willing to find other alternatives and she did without putting her asleep and YO-EL loved them and was very cooperative if you have children who it can be difficult to treat go here they are very patient and kind and they show they genuinely care we are switching our entire family here they are the best hands down !

Fantastic experience: I’ve been bringing my son here since he was toddler and they were still in their old location in Southern Village. The staff is kind and helpful, and Dr. Hardin has been my son’s dentist since the beginning. He’s now 17, and he still going there for care. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: I have been taking my kids to see Dr. Hardin since 2020 but recently decided I cannot continue to do so. My 11 year old had a minor procedure that involved 2 tiny fillings (no decay) and 4 sealants. I paid $395.56 in the office AFTER insurance was applied, then they billed me for an additional $120.64 after 2 sealants weren't covered by insurance. So, that is $516.20 out of pocket after insurance. I complained to Erin that I was unhappy with the bill and the situation all together, especially after 6 years of three kids seeing Dr. Hardin. She said she was sorry my insurance didn't pay more. This practice charges a premium for services and while all the people are friendly and the office is nice, I am not comfortable paying that much out of pocket. They will say their fees are customary for this area but I find them very overpriced.

Fantastic experience: Our son was a patient of Dr Hardin’s from age (almost 3) until he “graduated” at age 18. We were very pleased with our care. They took time in the beginning since he was so little being patient and making it fun with prizes at the end for a good visit. :) This practice is very well run and Dr Hardin is the best!

From the moment you walk in you are greeted by the front office and are quickly seen. Our children see both Faith and Dalila for cleanings and both assistants are very well trained and knowledgeable. Dr Hardin performs a thorough examination and creates a positive environment for them, and our kids leave with a cute little toy and a good experience. If we have any billing or insurance questions, Erin the office manager is always willing to help explain the process and answer our questions. The whole experience is a smooth one every time we come in. Cannot recommend enough!

We’ve never ever considered going anywhere else because of the care, professionalism, and kind nature of everyone in Dr. Hardin’s practice. The administrative staff has always made visits and payment simple and quick. The atmosphere is bright, natural and always tastefully decorated. And you can tell when the staff of a practice feel valued and happy. Would recommend to anyone 100 x over.

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience with Dr. Sohn with my 2 and 4 year old. The dental hygienists and Dr. Sohn were thorough, kind and a calming presence through the whole process. My kids both had full cleanings and the 4 year old successfully did X-rays for the first time. Now my 4 year old can't stop playing dentist. I'm so glad we found this pediatric dentist office!

Fantastic experience: So appreciative of the thoughtful and thorough care provided by Dalila, our fantastic dental hygienist, and Dr Song (the wonderful dentist) at Franklin Street Pediatric Dentistry. I am especially grateful for their patience with my preschool aged son who is a bit of a wiggle-worm. Dalila really engaged with him about his interests and was so efficient and cheerful.

It is a shame that I will be leaving this practice as I am nearing adulthood but I am thankful for their services and professionalism over the years.

Fantastic experience: My 3 yo son needed a tooth extraction from some trauma. They were so wonderful with laughing gas, numbing, and playing a movie for him. He didn’t feel a thing. Very grateful for Dr. Hardin and the dental assistant’s compassionate and kind care!

We come from out of state to see Dr. Hardin, and the care my daughter receives from her makes it every bit worth the travel. I cannot imagine taking her anywhere else! We were able to get an appointment the next day for a consultation which was amazing. The office is beautiful, pristine, and welcoming and everyone on staff was is incredibly kind and compassionate. We scheduled the procedure and Angie, the Office Manager was super patient and helpful, making sure to answer any question we had. On the day of the procedure, the entire team could not have been more thoughtful and caring! They were so wonderful to us and to our son, making a daunting experience quick, professional, and painless. We would absolutely recommend Dr Hardin and her amazing staff for any pediatric dental needs you have!

Fantastic experience: Love this dentist! We’ve been going since my kids were little and now that they are teenagers, they still love it. Great staff and excellent dental hygienist.

Negative experience: All the staff are enthusiastically positive and child oriented. However, Dr. Hardin recommended filling five cavities, all baby teeth. I sought a second opinion from my dentist whom I have seen for close to twenty years. The outcome: one tiny cavity, they will monitor and hopefully it will fall out and not need filling.
