Fantastic experience: Staff and doctor are very friendly and honest. Doctor Bainer educated me about my teeth and showed me exactly what he was talking about so that I could make informed decisions about any further treatment I desired. They have the ability to do in house crowns and fillings, so no temporaries are required. All done same day, which is super important for me. I did a lot of research before going to this office and am fully confident that I found a gem.

Every thoughtful possible comfort has been considered. I’ve been going to The Smile Gallery for years because 1) Dr. Bainer is an exceptional dentist, 2) every single staff member is an absolute joy to speak with and are profoundly competent, and 3) there is an attention to detail beyond the dentistry that I have not encountered elsewhere. Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient at this Smile Gallery for over a decade. I live in Scripps Ranch and I drive up to Escondido to see Dr. Bainer and his team because they’re that good! Yesterday I had been putting off getting a crown for some time, but I knew I had to do it and the doctor and his team made me feel so comfortable with a nice lavender heated mask to soothe my eyes as well as listening to my favorite playlist I was able to sit back and have the procedure done professionally, expertly, and with compassion and a bit of fun… Did I just say that at the dentist if you’re looking for a new dentist, you will not be disappointed with the Smile Gallery and Escondido !

I never felt pressured to have unnecessary procedure. I had 4 dental crowns procedure done. With very high tech office of Dr. Bainer, in one visit, it took 45 minutes to have two of my crowns done, and I felt like I was in really good hands the entire time. The Hygienist, Leeya, also does an excellent job. You all make a fantastic team and that means a lot to me. Many thanks for the terrific service. Everyone is highly competent & extremely pleasant! The location is nestled in the city of Escondido, in a cute boutique style building with an impressive paver style parking lot. (I appreciate the details). The staff was extremely warm when greeting me, and walked me through each step of the process. I’m not very fond of dental work as I am former military. (Iykyk). The attention to detail here is outstanding—whether it's a routine cleaning or a more complex procedure, they take their time to ensure everything is done perfectly and comfortably. They are also AMAZING with kids! The staff is so patient and gentle, making sure little ones feel safe and at ease. My kids actually enjoy going to the dentist now! Fantastic experience: My dentist of 25 years retired, and I was searching for a new one. After trying some that did not work out, I was referred to The Smile Gallery/Dr. Bainer. Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a new dentist in Escondido, look no further. Dr. Bainer and his staff are who you are looking for. The experience from the front desk, to the hygienists, the dental assistants, and of course, Dr. Bainer himself will set you at ease from the start. Dr. Bainer's demeanor is always reassuring and confident but needless to say, his work is excellent too. That is what you are paying for ... but I am one of those patients that thinks the entire experience should be a good one. I give them a 5 star rating because after several years now in going there, I know I can count on them with questions, concerns and I always leave this office feeling like they CARE!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Bainer…..Talk about a Dream Team! In the dental profession, I’d consider you and your team are IT ! Time to seek dental attention again, you say? Another doctor? A stranger because you’re new to this area? Not only a doctor but a dentist doctor who’s sure to cause pain ? AAUUGGHH! Go visit Dr. David Bainer, say friends ! So very reluctantly, I follow their advice ! I shuffle half-heartedly up to the front door of his office, not at all looking forward to what lies beyond. But then, I’m pleasantly surprised by the very welcoming receptionist, Lina. OK, I feel better already! Then comes Medical Assistant, “Bailey” who instantly charms and engages me about Dr. Bainer and what lies ahead today as she escorts me into the inner chamber. Clearly, Bailey loves her job and respects Dr. Bainer, settling most of my apprehensions. Next up is Dr. Bainer himself, and OMG, I was totally impressed by him, first as a gentleman, second as a knowledgeable and charming dentist who gave me the best medical experience I’ve encountered in 80 years of visiting doctors ! For me t’was a “red letter day!” Most notable about Dr. Bainer was his kindness and compassion, as exceptional as his obvious drive to deliver the highest possible standard of patient care. I left with a confidence that he would do his very best hereafter to help me and soon my wife, who dreads dentists with a passion! T’would be easy for critics to claim I‘m over the top with praise here, but I exaggerate not! Everybody I met on the team was exceptional. Fantastic experience: This post is written by Cheryl Moen. I was referred to Dr Bainer from a relative. I was with another dentist who was always trying to “UP-sale” me on everything. I had broken a crown and needed it replaced. He was not only professional, personable and caring but funny too! He made my crown on site and while I waited I got cold. IT WAS SUMMER and AC was on. His assistant asked if she could get me a blanket. I said yes, that would be nice! It was a warmed blanket, which was great!! Dr Bainer came in and asked me if I liked the blanket, which I said yes. He said he ran out to his car to get it for me! ! The crown fit perfect the first time with no extra grinding. Office staff are also personable and polite! GREAT AtDENTIST, staff and office!! PS. My husband, Cary also went to him and wanted to know if a front tooth on the bottom could be pulled, since the ones on each side had come together behind that tooth. Dr Bainer said yes, he thought that would be a simple fix. So he did and it healed perfectly! Our prior Dentist said he would not pull it and recommended “Invisiline” which he did in his office….
