Fantastic experience: I always have a good experience at Mission Hills Dental. Today they worked hard to get my procedure done as fast as they could so I could make it to a meeting I had scheduled right after my dental visit! Thank you to all the staff and Dr. Miller for expediting my procedure!

Fantastic experience: My mother recently fell and broke her denture in half. We were fortunate to find Mission Hills Family Dental, who were able to repair it quickly and have it ready for us to pick up on Monday. The denture fit perfectly, and we were truly impressed with the turnaround time. Everyone we worked with was professional, courteous, and genuinely caring toward my mother and her situation. We are very grateful for their excellent service and are happy we chose Mission Hills Family Dental to help us.

Fantastic experience: I wasn't able to get the pre-appt forms link to work. Filling them out manually was a pain. Marie and Dr Montgomery were great. That's what really matters.

Fantastic experience: I appreciate that the facility was very clean and the staff was not walking around with dirty gloves touching everything and then trying to stick those dirty gloves in your mouth everyone was nice they actually read your info and knew about you they're very thorough in their treatments and recommendations I received really good care everyone took their time and gave you good care I highly recommend Mission Hills Family Dental

Fantastic experience: Started going here when I lost my dental insurance. They have a plan that makes regular dental care affordable. I love the Saturday hours. Dr. Miller is amazing, very kind and compassionate. They have the latest technology -always surprising in a small dental practice. They remember me each time I'm there which is great. Love the cleanings with ultrasonic equipment - so much better than the endless scraping with a metal tool. And when my mom had a dental emergency, they fit her in quickly, even though she wasn't a patient there. Definitely a great place for dental care!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at this dental office for over a year. My initial first impression was great, however I reserved a positive online review, waiting to see how my care and follow-up would unfold. After having been in this office several times and after having interacted with at least 6 staff members, I can honestly say that I am very pleased with the exceptional service. I feel very cared for and listened to by both dentists, as well as their support staff. I received treatment- both preventative, and interventional. The doctors were very careful to make sure that I was completely satisfied. I did not feel as though I was being taken advantage of financially, which is a concern in dental offices these days. I would not hesitate to recommend a friend or family to this dental office. Many praises./ update: I'm still a patient. Everything A-ok :)

Negative experience: The visit started off I was seen 20 mins past my appointment. When my name was called I asked to use the restroom and the lady in a passive way said you need to use the restroom while your waiting She let me know that she only has an hr with me, this is unprofessional to tell a patients this. I was not late they were! I was getting a routine teeth cleaning, she asked me if I was flossing and brushing my teeth? I told her yes of course I do it all. She said what do you mean in a passive way!? She was talking at me instead of educating me. I see a lot of elderly come through this office and I would not want to hear someone speaking to my mom or dad this way. She let me know that my dentist was coming and he never came or saw me to go over my teeth or any concerns.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely wonderful team, I've been visiting Dr. Miller for 9 years now and have only ever had fantastic experiences. As someone with a pretty strong fear of dentistry after some horrible childhood experiences, I can truly say I have never felt more comfortable in an otherwise unavoidably uncomfortable part of healthcare.

I've been to a number of dentist around the San Diego and North County area for a variety of issues, and I have to say she's a Dentist at the top of her game!! She is my favorite and I'm not changing now that I have found the Best!!!

Fantastic experience: This review is specifically for Jayson - their Registered Dental Hygienist. He is the best!! Even though it had been 6 months since I'd visited, he remembered (without reminding him) that I preferred hand-scaling for cleanings due to sensitivities! This was huge for me, as the last place I went to completely ignored my request and was very rough on my teeth/gums when I asked for it (hand-scaling) in order to "prove" that it wasn't as gentle as the electric cleaner :( He remembered small details I had mentioned last time, which made it feel like I'd been a long-time customer. The experience was nice and he really takes pride in his work :) The temperature in the office was perfect, and I didn't need to put on a coat like I normally do in most offices that are freezing :)

Positive experience: I have no dental insurance and I find the price of re-cementing cap on a tooth for $182.00 to be over charging for a simple procedure here, at home in NY. I paid $90.00 for the same procedure which takes 10 minutes I was there over one hour.’ The dentist and staff were great price too high

Fantastic experience: I'm so glad that I recently changed to Mission Hills Family Dental. My first exam was great - very thorough, everyone was super friendly and the office was very comfortable with a TV to watch during my cleaning which made the time just fly by. I did not feel like I was being talked into a lot of treatments I didn't need, which was such a relief. I was shown pictures of the problems I have and it was explained very clearly why would want to have them taken care of, but with no pressure at all. I only have HMO insurance, so I signed up for their Dental Saver Plan and that is really going to help. I even talked to my health insurance agent about it and she said that's what she would do also instead of getting a PPO plan. I highly recommend Mission Hills Family Dental.

Came in originally with an urgent issue, and high anxiety, and they were very kind and reassuring. They will do numbing before a cleaning if your teeth are sensitive as well as if they need to give you a shot to do root canals, etc. I have been super happy with their services, their prices the dental insurance they accept. Fantastic experience: 5 stars was not hard to give on the expertise and care that I had received. Dentist Miller med sure the job was done right and that I was well taken care of as well, the staff keep the place clean and assistants are on it and have everything well prepared before getting into room. The front desk always made sure to work with my schedule and gave me a reminder card as well as a call day before visit.

Turned out to be nothing critical and she polished the jagged edges. I can't say enough about the wonderful service from her office.
