Negative experience: HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! They were so rude and just refused to answer any questions. We paid for a full cleaning and xray and only received a partial xray. After they couldn’t answer our questions or give a clear estimate of the procedure that needed to be done we decided to leave and go to a new place. We requested to have a copy of our xrays and everyone I spoke with directed me to someone else. They said that it takes 15-30 days to send xrays when I had to go to a new dentist to get service done. We waited for 2.5 hours at the clinic without any work done and without the copy of xrays which we paid for. They did not want to put anything In writing and wanted me to sign papers without any information. They have a dental plan that they wouldn’t tell me everything about what was included.

Negative experience: Terrible I change my review, after being misled and being told I should just go to Mexico twice, 3 different visits, because prices were expensive I decided this place is a money grab doesn't actually care about your teeth....1st visit was supposed to be 99$ x-ray and cleaning never got the cleaning....sec time in another 100$ cash no cleaning same thing as first time. Was told root canal 550$ cash. Go to Mexico it's cheaper I get the most expensive dental insurance my work offers now one root canal with bone graft and a extraction is 1800$ lol yeah no thanks! With insurance! Third time going back... that was my mistake.

Negative experience: I scheduled a check up, but once I arrived, I was told I needed additional work. When I declined the extra services due to the cost i asked them proceed with just the cleaning since my insurance covered it , they refused to treat me at all. I understand recommending necessary dental work, but refusing a standard cleaning unless I agree to additional procedures felt frustrating and unprofessional. I left without receiving any service.

I YOLANDA HERNANDEZ MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR MY DAUGHTER KATE CASILLAS!!!,( BOOTH OF OUR NAMES ARE IN YOUR SISTEM!!! and after we paid for a cleaning, which they didn’t do, they tried to charge her extra. And since she is a young woman, they tried to take advantage of her, and they were very, very disrespectful. They didn’t respect her, and they didn’t want to give her the copies of the X-rays, the exams they did on her. The truth is, it is the worst place I have ever been to. I would not recommend it to anyone. It is dirty and foul-smelling, with people who are unprofessional and who are disgusting. “I am speaking on behalf of my daughter.” ...“I am speaking on behalf of my daughter.”

Negative experience: So rude and really just want to scam young people, went in for a clean up payed 110 for them to tell me i need to pay extra for another appointment and didn’t even clean anything. I asked for copies of my x-rays which they can give me a copy right then and there but no the old lady with blue eyes and black hair wanted to be lazy, rude, and unprofessional and handed me an email address.

Negative experience: Every 1 star review about Kenny is accurate. He was outrageously rude to me and my sister. I cannot express how much I do not want to come back to this place because of him. If Kenny is working, do NOT go in for your appointment, it is THAT simple.

Negative experience: Went in a couple days ago, everything was fine but the staff were insanely and unnecessarily rude to me and every other patient. Especially Kenny, he is the utmost rude and unwelcoming person I have ever met. Will not be coming back simply because of his behavior.

Fantastic experience: Came in a week ago with a need for an emergency root canal, before anything was worked on they went over pricing (they do have payment plans) and explained everything perfectly. Dr. Quesnell and Lana performed my root canal, they were very gentle and calming which was so reassuring given i’m terrified of dentist. Please consider them if you need anything.

Negative experience: This place is absolutely horrible! Rude unprofessional! I recognized some of the people that have posted reviews from my visit. The assistant and the receptionist both have five-star reviews as if they were customers this is shady!

Positive experience: While the dentist provided good clinical care, my overall experience with the practice was significantly impacted by my interaction with Kenny. He was particularly rude and spoke to me in a degrading and dismissive manner, which made the office feel uncomfortable and unapproachable from the start. His behavior stood out and largely defined my experience at this practice. In addition, when I requested copies of my own records and written quotes for recommended procedures, the process felt unnecessarily difficult, secretive, and at times shady. Information that should have been transparent required repeated follow-ups, and I never felt like I was given the full picture. The practice appeared more focused on securing a 5-star review and payment than on clear communication and patient trust. While the dentist did good work, the overall experience left me hesitant to return to the office.

Negative experience: Terrible patient service I was in pain and they told me to take advil recommended nothing for infection. More like buying a used car all they were interested in was how much money I wanted to spend with them. I don’t recommend them.

A+ was open and ready to see me immediately. Dr. Phan was efficient and explained my options clearly. My hygienist, Lana, was professional, comforting and compassionate. Micha and Virginia as well as the other office staff were helpful and understanding. I recommend them, especially if you need urgent dental care.

Negative experience: Stole 164.20 from me said they would run thru ins and if there is a credit they would take care of it. They added fictitious charges applied a first time patient discount then added it back in the bill. Charged me for a missed appointment that was never scheduled. Well its time to put this hack out of business. Treat people like crap face the consequences. I will be taking them to court. Crappy company crappy people said if I called or came to the shop they would call the cops. Any one else want to jump into a class action lawsuit hit me up they screwed over enough we should Qualify. But don't trust me either ask them why they don't have a yelp review.

Positive experience: I was especially impressed with the office staff, everyone was so kind. The doctor that examined me was very thorough and shared good information I didn't know. I really appreciated him, and offering perhaps a different approach than my previous dentist offered. At the end, I met with a different doctor there, and then was offered their annual plan - which would give a percentage off of all work; however, not knowing what the prices usually are, I couldn't calculate any savings. I just needed a one-time root canal, but before I left they were trying to sell me their plan and the cost, if all I needed all year was the one root canal, would've gone from a previous estimate of $795 to nearly $3,000,. I am very low income, so couldn't go any further. But the people there were really nice.

Micha at the front desk made the most incredible impression even on the phone. I’m here in person now and they are doing a thorough evaluation and they’re not upselling me, they’re looking at even lower cost options, and that’s crucial in my case. Every single person here has been exceptionally kind and genuinely caring, i’m really really pleasant. You feel like you’re among good friends. And the doctor doing the evaluation is thorough and taking all the information down for a clear understanding of the total picture, carefully explaining everything to me. I could not be more impressed. This would be the best family dentist, and they also have specialists for Endodontics and other things here. They get my highest recommendation and very sincere thanks. They’ve been so helpful to me, and truly, truly appreciate it.

Negative experience: If I could give ZERO Star Review I WOULD – Avoid This Office at All COST My experience with Las Posas Dental has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. I am writing this review to warn others about the deceptive and unclear billing practices at this office. I was initially quoted one price based on what my insurance would cover, only to be blindsided with over $400 in unexpected out-of-pocket charges after the work was already done. What’s worse is that they drilled into my tooth during the procedure and are now demanding an additional $200 out of pocket—on top of what my insurance is already paying—just to fill the hole they themselves created. At no point was I clearly informed of these extra charges beforehand. The lack of transparency and communication is deeply unprofessional and completely unacceptable. It feels like they do the work first, then leave you stuck with the bill, regardless of what was originally discussed or agreed upon. This kind of treatment is unethical and makes patients feel taken advantage of. I would strongly caution anyone considering Las Posas Dental to get everything in writing and be prepared for surprise charges. Based on my experience, I will not be returning—and I highly recommend you look elsewhere for honest, patient-centered care.

Negative experience: Coming into my appointment today, I was absolutely disgusted at how the higher ups treat their staff. Not even 10 minutes there, he is yelling at his staff and so being belittling towards them. Additionally, as I’m waiting to be seen, I see a roach!! So unsanitary for a dental establishment and they need to be looked into.

Negative experience: Beware! These people are shady. I visited the office to inquire about the cost of dental implants. They forced me to take an X ray I did not want. They said they could not give me an estimate without the X ray and said they would bill my insurance $99. Instead they billed me $500+ for x rays, for a cleaning that they did not do, and for a "comprehensive evaluation" that was not done or requested. They told me the implants would cost me $16,000 and asked me how I wanted to pay for that. These people are super shady. Do not do business with them.

Negative experience: I was dissatisfied because I had not even reached the back where I was completing paperwork when I overheard someone treating the girl at the front desk rudely and loudly. That made me a little uncomfortable. an adversary.

Negative experience: Aplus dental is a business that has unlawfully taken $750 from me without my consent. They have been committing unethical and fraudulent acts against me for a year. The company refused to refund me the amount of $750 after I realized they had charged me for a service I canceled and never received without my consent. Their reasoning was that because I had an outstanding balance for a surgery that my insurance did not pay for. This was a separate issue, for they told me beforehand that my surgery was covered, and did not check or tell me that the insurance would not cover it, even though they had ample time to find out and notify me. My surgery took place over a period of two months, and they only told me it was not covered AFTER it was completed, and then immediately signed me up for a teeth whitening service that was not covered. I told them I wished to cancel the teeth whitening, and since it was financed, they told me that they would cancel the payments. They never did. My surgery was also financed and I completely paid it off, except for the amount the insurance was supposed to cover. They refuse to refund me the $750 for the teeth whitening because of this. I was initially told that my money would be refunded and they lied. They misrepresented that my insurance would cover my needs, and signed me up for more expenses knowing that I had not yet paid the insurance balance, even when I said I couldn’t afford it. This is fraudulent and extremely unethical, possibly illegal behavior for any business to do.
