Fantastic experience: Great service and cleaning service

Negative experience: When I came in for my appointment, I was asked if I had any medical conditions. I said I believe I have iron deficiency bc I have genuinely seen the signs in my body. This hasn't been verified by a doctor yet. However, I'm not an ignorant and uneducated person. I have taken pre nursing classes and health related classes. Also, I have a habit of reading medical information. I wouldn't say this unless I genuinely believed that I do have it. To this, Sandy reacted with a negative attitude and proceeded to immediately invalidate my concern about being iron defficient. I'm truly not someone who would just assume in an unwise manner that I have a medical condition. This was one of the things that I immediately noticed and that I believe she has to definitely work on and change. Even if a medical condition is not always confirmed by a doctor, if your patient is telling you something - listen to your patient. A patient can tell you - "I feel like I'm allergic to this". If you ignore it bc "it hasnt been verified by a doctor" , you risk finding out by that same patient having an allergic reaction bc you didnt think the patient's concern was real. Therefore, Sandy needs to learn to listen to her patients and comments about their health and medical conditions. The second situation that happened to me was actually even worse and I'm highly concerned about that. Actually, this is what motivated me to write and post this review. I want everyone to be very careful when going to this office and they are taking the images of your teeth. Please be present in the room when they are taking the images of your daughter's or son's teeth. During my appointment, I was assigned to a young man who was supposed to take the images of my teeth. I don't know the details about this young man. I don't know if he has his dental assistant license or if he was training to get it. I don't know. He didn't seem like a good person either to be honest. However, as he was "taking the images of my teeth". He kept telling me to lay down and I couldn't see well what was happening. However, I kept feeling my breasts being touched - time after time. He never apologized for it. It just kept happening over and over again. If you mistakenly touch someone inappropriately, a good person apologizes and avoids any further inappropriate touching. However, this just kept happening. He would tell me to lay down and I can't see well - and I would feel my breasts touched. I didn't know how to react in the moment. I didn't go to this dental appointment thinking that I would get sexually assaulted several times. Now thinking back on it - I feel him asking me to lay down was planned and on purpose so that I couldn't see well. I definitely suggest management to start closely supervising how the employees take the images of teeth on the chair. Otherwise, this person will keep sexually assaulting female patients. The room where this happened at had a little car at the top where all the arms of the chair move. Despite how uncomfortable it is for me to tell the story about what happened to me, I still think it is very important to write this review. I'm hoping that the office closely supervises its employees when taking the images of the patient's teeth. I hope they take it seriously bc this in fact happened to me there and there is a risk that this young man will keep doing it to other female patients.

Fantastic experience: When I think of a tooth extraction, specially a wisdom tooth. Complete and utter dread fills me. But Insight Dental has changed all that for me. I had a wisdom tooth and a mouler with infections that were keeping me up at night and had me in an incredibly bad mood for days. One early, Saturday morning, I decided that I could not take the pain any longer. I called Insight dental as soon as they opened. They took me as a walk in, they did my x-rays, consultation, extraction AND a bone graft in a little under 2 hours. I didnt feel a thing!!! I was soo impressed and Ecstatic that they were able to help me so quickly. Im thankful for Insight Dental. This will be my Orthodontist from now on. No more freight thanks to these guys. The customer service is phenominal and theyre all so kind and thoughtful. Theyd check up on me and keep me posted on whats happening during the very little time they had me wait between x-rays and pre-op. Theyre very caring. I really havent recieved customer service quite like Insight. I will be recommending them to everyone I know, should anybody have a dental emergency.
