Fantastic experience: This family run business cares. The staff and doctors have been professional knowledgeable and timely. The hygienist was very efficient. Love their early morning hours. Working full-time myself I finally found a realistic dentist for the working class people.

Negative experience: Excellent front desk staff and hygienists were wonderful. Unfortunately, the doctor commented during exam that "Your English is so good!". Will not be returning.

Fantastic experience: I had to have a crown replaced and am a white knuckles on the arm rest type patient. Dr. McMaster's technique was so smooth and efficient that I was comfortable going to the dentist for the first time in my life and I am retired. The crown fits perfectly.

Fantastic experience: *Update*: Happy to say it went very well and I'm very happy. I had two fillings and a temporary crown. Of course I have to go back and as much as I hate the dentist Im excited to have my teeth fixed and cared for. I expierenced no pain and was there for an hour and 30 mins. Everyone explained everything very well and everyone was GREAT! They are all very caring and respectful. I hope I found my forever dentist! First time here! I was recommended by Dr.Ly who is also a dentist for my two kids. I do my research before I go anywhere new, thier reviews from different sites are all 5 star ratings. Really, I decided to give them a try because of Dr. Ly. I FEAR the dentist which explains why ive been avoiding a dentist visit for years until I couldnt avoid it any longer. A crown fell off couple days ago and its time to face my fear! ( I know I need LOTS of work my teeth by no means are close to being ok). Im terrified of the dentist, always have been as far as I can remember. I walked in on 02.13.23, was greeted by Peggy and got right to it. She went over my insurance coverage and was able to schedule me for the following day. Origionally because Im a new client, they had appointments until middle of March. I told her about my crown situation and booked me for the following day instead. Since its a new doctor for me I will have to update as I go. I hope and pray his reviews are real and honest. So far I think we are off to a good start. I will update soon after my first visit! *2026* Im so thankful for the McMasters family dentistry. I have been going to them for the past 3 years and now have my partner going to them as well. I love love Karen, she does my cleanings all the time and she is THE BEST. I will recommend anyone and everyone to come here, they are all amazing people and take care of you very well and explain everything step by step. The best family dentist you will ever find. Ive had so much work done that I needed and my teeth are the healthiest they have been because of them.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. Zach since September when one of my front tooth fillings fell out, him and his team were so incredibly nice and made me feel so comfortable. I paid out of pocket and it was a fair price for the quality, because I loved the service so much I decided to get my cleaning done there and loved the experience. When I had an issue with my filling after the new year, they fit me in promptly free of charge! I will be coming here for the foreseeable future. Dr. Zach and his team is wonderful!

Fantastic experience: I have avoided going to the dentist for longer than I want to admit. My last visit was awful in every way. My husband has been a patient of Dr. McMaster for a few years and raves about him every time he gets home from his appointments so I finally worked up my courage to schedule an appointment for myself. Hands down, everything about my visit was perfect, from setting the appointment to checking in, to my exam and going over my treatment plan. Sitting in the chair, I realized that my usual dentist office fist/jaw clenching tense posture was nowhere to be found. Dr. McMaster and Gina were warm, friendly, comforting, knowledgeable, skilled and professional. Dr. McMaster discussed a really easy and reasonable plan to address my old fillings and I’m actually looking forward to getting everything wrapped up by the end of the year. If you have dental anxiety like me and have been putting off your checkups, make your appointment here-you won’t regret it (and it’s not scary)!

Fantastic experience: I had an issue that I thought needed immediate attention. My regular dentist was out of town. Dr McMaster and his friendly staff found an opening and saw me the same day.. If I didn't have a regular dentist's I would choose Dr McMaster. His staff is very helpful and friend. Dr McMaster listened to my concerns and promptly took action and put my concerned to rest.

Fantastic experience: Everyone is very nice and the assistant explained what Dr Todd McMaster was going to do to me. He took scans of my mouth to make a new crown that will fit on my implant. He is very thorough and explained the procedure to me. We talked about the right color to match my other teeth. It is easy to make appointments to fit into. my schedule.
