Fantastic experience: After getting a filling my tooth on that side was bothering me a month after. I called and they got me in the same day to just check it out to be safe. They did a couple tests and assured me it was still looking good nothing to worry about. The last minute check up appt didn’t cost anything and the service was awesome. Very considerate and personable staff.

Fantastic experience: Dr L was absolutely amazing! This was my first time with him! He kept me informed and just made me feel so comfortable! His assistants, well as receptionist were amazing!!

Negative experience: The first time I went in Summer 2025, the experience was excellent. Unfortunately, when I returned in April 2026, the office felt completely different. The appointment felt more like a sales pitch for additional products and services than patient care, which was disappointing compared to my first visit. Additionally, for any military members using Prime Remote, be careful to verify your paperwork. My dental readiness documentation was entered incorrectly, which forced me to schedule an additional appointment with a military dentist to have it corrected.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr. Lor and he was the best! Had a small cavity that he filled in 5-10 minutes with no pain, and since we didn’t have time for the full cleaning today he made sure to polish everything he could and take measurements since the other staff was busy; not to mention that got me on the schedule to get my cleaning with something that worked with my family calendar. Great people and service!

Fantastic experience: I had a new hygienist this visit. I was pleasantly surprised how much she impressed me because I was not prepared to not like her after seeing my previous hygienist for five years. She did a fantastic job.

Positive experience: Staff is professional, friendly and gentle with my teeth. I will note I was a bit uncomfortable sitting in the chair alone for 10-15 minutes waiting for the doctor to arrive, but her consultation made up for that. I will return again!

Positive experience: The dental hygienist was extremely nice and helpful as she examined my teeth. The dentist lacked any skills of interacting with a patient she had never met or interacted with prior to our first meeting. I am considering returning for the cleaning by the dental hygienist but doubt I will become a patient of this office.

Fantastic experience: It was my first time there and I had a great experience. I was little nervous since I haven’t been to the dentist in a while, but McNeal made me feel very welcome and McKayla and was super sweet!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Maniar has been wonderful in the last two visits i've been here. I come here yearly to get work done and I absolutely hate the dentist office, and every doctor and staff member has been wonderful! I highly these guys to anyone! I've also been to the office in Burlington, NC as well and they were just as wonderful!

Fantastic experience: Brittany is an excellent Dental Hygienist. She is very attentive to her patients. She made sure that I didn't need anything while I waited for my mouth to numb. She made sure that I didn't feel anything before the dental work began. She also gave me instructions on what to do and not do as far as dental care before returning for next visit. I love the early appointments.

Negative experience: I was scheduled for a 9 am appointment and had to go to the desk at 9:30 because I was still waiting and no one said anything. People have to work and to not acknowledge the time is ridiculous.

Fantastic experience: The location is conveniently located off Hwy 68. The building is new and modern. The staff was friendly and genuinely concerned for my well being. I think their pricing is good. Great experience.

Fantastic experience: My visit today at this practice was remarkable. I know you have heard a lot of stories about root canals. Dr McNeal will put those stories to rest. He's good. You have to give a thumbs up to the front desk. Candace and Rachel Very friendly and most of all knowledgeable. They lean on each other you have a question it will get answered before you leave. Fantastic experience: Had my 1st visit yesterday with Dr. McNeal to have a tooth extracted. From the minute I walked through the door Candace and Rachael made me feel welcome and acknowledge me right away. Once I was back in the room my assistant Kassidy was so polite and went over any concerns I had. Dr. McNeal came in and explained everything to me that would be taking place and made sure I felt at ease with my decision. I will definitely be using them again and would recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Negative experience: This place deserves a BIG ZERO. Went in to get some dentures uppers and lowers. The young lady doing the mold was nice but didn't know who she was doing. Pushing down so hard in my mouth the pain was unbearable. The dentist said they were short on staff and he was more concerned about my insurance than anything else. I just got up and left. AVOID THIS PLACE

Fantastic experience: There are not enough words to describe the fear I have of going to the dentist. I found Riccobene through a friend of a family member of mine. Dr Bonnick and his staff we’re so understanding and was without any judgment whatsoever. And the amount of time put into my first visit is totally unheard of in most medical environments. The amount of comfort and the feeling of deep care radiating from the staff made my decision for me. I will be returning. And If you knew me personally and knew what horrible experience I had in dental several years ago at another dental practice you would never believe I even made an appointment. Fantastic experience: I was somewhat nervous at my appt today after a horrible first appt at Lane and associates. Kaila the dental hygentist and Dr Koh were simply awesome!! Kaila made me feel at ease and was very kind!! She explained everything she was doing. She also made me feel good about how I was taking care of my teeth!! Dr Koh came in and went through every tooth and explained any work that may need to be done. She was so friendly and made me feel relaxed!! After going to the same dentist for 25 years and then she retired I was so nervous finding a provider in my husband's network. Lane and associates was so unprofessional and treated me horrible. I would highly recommend Riccobene dental on Hwy 68 in High Point!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Bonnick is the smartest, most caring, most professional people I know. The only negative is the assistants and front desk don’t always answer my questions.

Negative experience: Told me what was wrong.. tooth gone bad and to take Tylenol? It’s three in the morning I’m taking Tylenol! Maybe it should have been removed? At an age of 70 who cares?

Fantastic experience: This Dental practice is great! I just had my teeth cleanded by Kaila. She did a super job and is very conscientious and professional! I highly recommend Riccobene.

Negative experience: I have been going to this dental practice for years. Then they cancelled an appointment because the hygienist was out sick. So after a lot of texts for quite a while I finally got another much needed appointment. We had a death in the family so I was not able to respond to calls or emails to confirm but had planned to go to my appointment. But on the day of my appointment they cancelled on me again because I did not respond. I could not believe this. I sent a text and asked why my appointment was cancelled and they said because I did not respond. This was a few hours before my appointment but they had already given my time away. I texted back and told them I had a death in the family but they did not care and never responded again. I was a difficult time but this just added to my stress. I really needed to go as I have dental issues. I always show or call well in advance if I cannot make an appointment. It is very difficult to get the time off due to my job. I was not happy sometime back because of treatment but wanted to continue with the practice so I went back. I had reservations because of consultation from a female dentist there at the time. I was terrified but it ended up being nothing. I will not be going back after the cancellations this time. I've already found another dental office. It is just very disappointing and a real hardship to have to start over with another dentist as I am not a young patient, maybe that is why. I never knew who my dentist was going to be so I guess it is for the best. Beware of going to this practice and make sure you always respond or they will just give your long awaited appointment to someone else in a flash.

Fantastic experience: Hadnt been to a dentist in long time but my experience was very pleasurable.Kayla who cleaned did trays and cleaned my teeth was very thorough and made sure I was comfortable..I had few issues that need to be taken care of and Dr Koh and Jasmine made me feel relaxed/comfortable...I even got serenade it two.lol..I'd highly recommend giving them a try for any dental needs..Also a special Shout Out to the Office Manager

Fantastic experience: For someone that has had a bad experience at the dentist before going to Riccobene Associates, they are fantastic. They take very good care of their patients and keep them from having a horrible experience. I have had my teeth cleaned and two cavities filled using laughing gas. I was so relaxed and didn't hardly feel anything. I would recommend this dentist office to everyone. If you have a fear of going to the dentist, they are the one to go to.

Fantastic experience: I was pleasantly surprised when my dental hygienist was able to proceed with my regular teeth cleaning as I was wearing a Miami neck brace from a serious car accident 2 months earlier. Fantastic experience: I would like to share a sincere thank you to the team, led by Dr Koh, that helped me through my needed root canal and crown. Dr. Koh, had a very pleasant, friendly, and assuring way to relate to me. I am a VERY nervous dental appointments patient, and you and your team helped me by being very attentive and responsive to how I was feeling. This may not make sense, but I like how Dr. Koh hums or softly sings while treating me, because it truly helped me calm down and feel I am in good hands. I can tell Dr Koh has a passion for her profession. I believe Ashley is the name of the hygienist that completed the numbing part of my procedure, thank you!!!! for helping me stop being nervous and for being a magician as it was painless!!!. Lastly, thank you to Jasmin for being such a kind dental nurse, and for explaining to me every step of the process and checking with me throughout.

Fantastic experience: Very thorough exam and good teeth cleaning. They showed me everything on a big screen and even took close up pictures to show me areas of concern. They gave me great advice on how to maintain the cleaning that they did at home. Make sure to bring cash or a debit card if you want to avoid paying the extra fee for a using a credit card. It was a very good experience with kind and caring staff.

Fantastic experience: Emily and Dr. Bonnick are on a different level compared to other advanced dentist teams. Dr. Bonnick actually trains many dentist in NC, and it would not surprise me if national. Emily is his forever assistant who you will often speak with for coordinating and/or troubles. She gets results…rare in this day and age! Dr. Bonnick appears to be one of those experts you hear about, but never see in the wild, haha. Has literally been there and done that, got the trophy. When people with this level of expertise are available, they usually have a person (Emily), who knows their next move before they make it. When we have great expert dentist in NC, I pray we utilize them effectively since people drive from all over to see Dr. Bonnick!!!! Someone has to know them well enough to control all the moving parts. We are new to Riccobene, they seem to attract talented professionals. Yay our teeth❤️❤️❤️

Positive experience: Dr Bonnick and his staff operate at the highest levels of professionalism, skill, and care for their patients. Dr. Bonnick is highly skilled and in addition to being a Master dentist, he is innovative and knowledgeable when considering treatments for his patients. Emily and the other members of the staff are friendly,, professional and go out of their way to accommodate the patients’ needs. They always greet you with a smile and/or a hug. The only minus, for me is that since joining Riccobene, one is asked for payments prior to being seen, or asked for payments while appliances are being made and insisting upon making payments over the phone.

Fantastic experience: Relax Dental of the Triad is one of the best Dental clinics in the Triad area. I have been a patient of Dr. Bonnicks for the last 17 years. He's an amazing Dentist along with his caring and professional staff. Negative experience: I was a patient of Dr. Bonnick since we moved to NC in 2019. He came highly recommended, and I truly loved his office and HIM. He is a great dentist!! Since this office became a Riccobene office last year, my appts have been cancelled three times, and it forced me to find another practice. I literally just made my yearly appt to try to give the office a 2nd chance...and guess what? Cancelled again due to the hygienist not being able to leave her driveway because of the snow we received Friday....which is completely understandable. This office seems to only have one hygienist working at all times. The last three appts were canceled due to the hygienist as well. I read a few other reviews about cancellations as well. Dr. Bonnick is great, and he will truly be missed...but I can only be cancelled so many times!!

Fantastic experience: My hygienist Kaila was friendly, gentle and explained everything well. The treatment plan sheet they give you after the dentist sees you was informative but simple enough to understand. Dr.Koh is great. Refreshing, quick, explains well.

Fantastic experience: I switched dentist when I moved to high point from charlotte about 3 years ago, I wanted a dentist that I can go to and not just feel like a number. I want my experience to be personable let me tell you……..I LOVE IT HERE!!!!!! I walk in not a long wait time. The staff is amazing!!! Ashley usually does my cleaning and she always gets my pearly whites shining bright, they have music playing and great vibes, Ashley so good you actually could fall asleep while getting your teeth cleaned !!!!! I get so many compliments on my smile . I love that I always see the Same faces so to me that means the staff loves it here too☺️. Dr Koh did a crown for me last year and the experience was the bomb.com Thank you Dr Koh and assistant Mayra for getting my smile back to the smile I wanted.

Fantastic experience: I called 5 other dentist with extreme pain and needing an immediate extraction. Riccobene Dentistry was the only place that was able to see me on the same day and extract both of the teeth causing me pain. Dr. Koh and Jasmine were incredible and easy to talk too the entire time. 10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic experience: I came to Riccobene because of a referral from Dr J. Cooper. I have extreme dental anxiety amd have not received dental work in years because of it. This is my first visit and Dr. Bonnick and his staff were AMAZING to me. They were so kind and understanding. They helped me feel very relaxed and comfortable during my visit. Everything was thoroughly explained and they provided me with all the appropriate information. I am very excited to establish a doctor/patient relationship here.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of dr Bonnick for a long time and the reason is because he is more than a dentist. He is a teacher. Every year, sometimes multiple times a year he does a course where he instructs other dentists on how to do sedation dentistry and at those events he charges a small fee to off set the cost. It’s a great way to get fillings, extractions or even cleanings done on a budget. I have done several of these courses over the years and look forward to them to get work done at a discount. I highly recommend checking out his next opportunity to be a class patient if you don’t like going to the dentist, if you have dental work that needs to be done, and if you are on a limited budget.

Fantastic experience: I haven't never been more pleased with being a new patient and getting a plan going to fix my teeth. It was a simple and easy process and the price for imaging and setting up the plan was reasonable and not as much as I even expected. They also did not turn me away because of my brain aneurysm but instead were willing to get consultation approved to see which option would be best for the extensive work that I need. Fantastic experience: Had my first cleaning here today. Everyone (front desk staff, hygienist and dentist) was super friendly. The cleaning was done with the sonic waterpic type devise, which I love bc it's comfortable and works really well. The lobby and patient room were both quiet and calm, which helps me be calmer too. Over all great experience.

Dr Koh has a gentle technique and actually seems to care about her patients. Her assistant, Mayra, is intelligent and considerate. They make a great team. Ashley cleaned my teeth 2 weeks ago, and I requested her to be my regular hygienist. This office and its staff are great.

Fantastic experience: I went in for my first procedure. I was nervous because the last place I went (Aspen Dental), the dentist reminded me of Steve Martin in Little Shop of Horrors. They put on some spa music and a put a weighted blanky (lead x-ray vest) on me and started nO2. 3 hours later, and I didn't feel a thing. I love this place. They care and you can tell.
