Fantastic experience: It was our first ever visit and from the moment we walked through the door until we left the staff were incredible. They were super friendly and helpful and the woman who did his cleaning as well as the dentist was amazing with my son. They both, especially the dentist, made him feel super comfortable and told him more than once if he had any concerns to just tell him right away. I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience and I’m glad to have found this place!

They are all very good with kids, they work with the kids and give them time if they are upset. The dentist is super thorough and gentle. Love that they each get a TV to distract them. Both my kids zone in to the TV and forget to be afraid. I highly recommend to others!

Fantastic experience: My kids were terrified of the dentist due to very bad experiences at other places. We've been going here for 3 years now and I am SO glad we chose Clark! My kids now enjoy going to the dentist and no longer have fear or anxiety before a visit. The staff is amazing. Fantastic experience: Daughter got first cavity filled today-she’s 8-no tears and not even frowns! Dr. Clark made her feel included and at ease by telling and showing her every step he was doing before did it. Cavities suck but they’re likely gonna happen at some point. This is was a great experience and didn’t make her afraid of dentist!!! Great job to all staff!

Negative experience: I was very disappointed with our experience at this office. I don’t feel that my child’s needs were taken into consideration during his visit, and the approach to his care felt rushed and lacking in understanding of his specific situation. After being told about the planned procedure, I did not feel secure in my child’s safety, which no parent should have to feel at a healthcare appointment. Additionally, the reception staff was unprofessional and rude, making an already stressful visit even more unpleasant. We left feeling unheard, unwelcome, and concerned, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this office based on our experience.

Fantastic experience: The staff has always been very caring to all the children we have brought in for care. Dr Clark talks directly to the children and does a wonderful job seeing they are comfortable and knows exactly what to expect- we have been coming to this practice since it opened the doors at the Eastchester office! Great practice!!!

They are so patient with the kids and Dr. Clark makes sure I’m well informed about my son’s dental care and all procedures. The front office staff has greatly improved. I felt welcomed and it was a pleasant visit.

Negative experience: My initial visit was unsatisfactory. Three of my sons had appointments; two scheduled for 11:00 a.m. and one for 11:30 a.m. Arriving at 11:15 a.m., I understand the ten-minute grace period, but I am perplexed that my son's 11:30 a.m. appointment could not be accommodated, despite presenting his appointment confirmation to the receptionist. I am dissatisfied with this experience.

Negative experience: The first time we went everything was ok. The dental assistant was friendly, patient, and helpful with my son. This last time we went, I’m not sure if Dr. Clark was having a bad morning but he had absolutely no patience when he saw my son was fearful. He even admitted in front of an already terrified child that the procedure was going to hurt! I will NOT be taking my child back! I refuse to give my business to someone who has no patience with kids, especially when it’s your job!

Fantastic experience: Phenomenal!! From the moment you walk through the doors until you leave, Dr. Clark and his staff truly provide an excellent, personable experience for children and parents. We are always greeted with smiles and every concern or question is answered, I’ve been taking my three children (now 5-10 yrs old) to Dr. Clark for the past 6 years. From their first check up as toddlers through now, I have been exceptionally impressed with every appointment!

Waleed thinks he is above ALL human beings just because he has more power and is a so called doctor ive never seen someone who confuses themselves and force his opinion on others, half of the staff has absolutely no good manners based on common knowledge people who are in this field and many other's are supposed to treat us with respect and is welcoming, if there was a zero to give this place i would without a doubt. Take care you just lost yourself a customer.

Fantastic experience: A shame having that posted a review yet. Dr Clark is a warm person. He definitely puts the kids at ease and he is great about explaining and being upfront with parents. The staff there are A+ as well!

Negative experience: My 9 yr old had an appointment here at 11am as a new patient. The Morning of the appointment I called as soon as they opened to reschedule the appointment being that my son had fallen ill the night before having a fever of 102. Thinking like ANY other parent thinks, “I can’t take my child to the dentist with a 102 fever, with a fever he may be contagious” I called the office at opening hours trying to reschedule and was told that since i did not give a 24hr notice they could not reschedule my son at all. even though the reason for cancellation was out of anyone’s control, and was serious in nature, calling to reschedule 24 hrs in advance wasn’t an option as he did not become ill until 3am that morning and the office was closed. Very inconsiderate and insensitive.

Negative experience: EVERYTIME I call they are so rude & disrespectful on the phone. Left multiple messages for them to call me(they won’t even call back) They barely let me get a sentence out before talking over me THEN will ask me what I said. First, appointment, we was a couple minutes late. No more than 3 minutes late(which I completely understand having to reschedule) but that was in February. First they said end of March, then May, now July. I get they are taking new patients still but you mean to tell me NO ONE has cancelled or had to reschedule since February?

Fantastic experience: I have been bringing my daughter to Dr. Clark for almost 6 yrs now. Dr. Waleed Clark is **hands down** THE BEST pediatric dentist I have ever met. He is professional, thorough, upbeat, funny and a joy to interact with. My daughter LOVES him and he instantly made her feel at ease and comfortable from her very 1st visit back in 2018! She will be heartbroken when she turns 18 and can no longer go to him She jokes about that every time we’re on our way home after her visit☺️His staff is WONDERFUL and every single one of the ladies that works in his office are fantastic…knowledgeable, professional and super friendly!

You can tell that Dr. Clark is very passionate about our children’s oral health. He’s very detailed in his explanation and answers any questions or concerns you may have. Fantastic experience: The Front Desk staff is AMAZING! You’re greeted with a smile EVERY TIME! One particular employee ACTUALLY remembers my girls & I. Unlike some places, that are like a “Dental Assembly Line”. Please forgive me for not remembering her name . She remembers when I said, “I was done having kids”, then when I became pregnant with my 2nd. Dr. Clark is so patient and gentle with my girls, especially my “wild one”! He explains every step slowly and uses language that my girls understand. BEST PEDIATRIC DENTAL TEAM EVER!!!!

Fantastic experience: We love Dr. Clark! Our daughters have been patients since each of them was 2yo (so ~5 years now), and the staff here has always been great with them. One of my daughters has a bit of anxiety about the dentist and they have always been gentle and kind and patient. Dr. Clark always makes sure that concerns are addressed and questions are answered and is super thorough with both the kiddo and the parents. The office has a cool fish tank in the lobby with all sorts of critters and TVs at every examination chair for kids to watch while they are worked on. We would definitely recommend!
