Fantastic experience: My fiancees young daughter had a tooth emergency when one broke and the nerve was exposed. Dr.Bhatti was great at getting her fixed and he handled her nervousness of getting the numbing agent very well. She is fully recovered and enjoying her new year at school. Thank you Dr.Bhatti

Negative experience: Shady! I would not recommend this office based on our experience. We originally scheduled an appointment for Monday, but they texted us asking if it was an emergency and to come in on Friday instead. Before changing the appointment, I specifically asked if they accepted both of our dental insurance plans, and they told me they did. When my wife arrived, the doctor had her complete a financing application to pay for the procedure. When she wasn’t fully approved, he told her to ask friends or family to help cover the cost. He then said we could pay out of pocket and that our insurance would reimburse us later because they don’t process insurance on Fridays. This felt very misleading and unprofessional, especially since we were told beforehand that they accepted our insurance. The office communicated almost exclusively through text messages, including sending us a message at 8:42 PM encouraging us to come in the next day and assuring us they took our insurance. The entire experience gave us an uncomfortable feeling, so my wife decided to leave without treatment and reschedule with another provider. I can’t speak to how they operate during the rest of the week, but based on our Friday experience, I would not recommend this office.

Negative experience: I came here roughly 2 years ago with a broke molar and had it all cleaned up and a crown placed. It has now fallen out and there was some abscess and the tooth was decaying. I had gotten settled at another dentist and had to have the tooth extracted despite spending a ton of money to try to the save the tooth, which was explained by my current dentist as Dr. Bhatti simply "threw a hail mary" to try to save the tooth. Even though my current dentist did not know what it looked like he could obviously tell a competent dentist would not have done that and I truly believe it was all because he could make another dollar off of me. DO NOT GO HERE.

Negative experience: I want to start with the positives. The techs and receptionists have always been very kind to me. They stayed late working on my teeth one night and it was much appreciated .They made me feel welcomed and like I could relax. Unfortunately, the same care was not taken by Dr.Bahtti. I called in October saying I had tooth pain after an extensive procedure. When I first called he took a couple of days to get back to me which I had grace for because I know he has a lot of patients. However after mentioning the pain, I was recommended to come in. We took x rays and after he looked at them he immediately jumped to putting me on a steroid. He did no tests to localize the pain and find out which teeth were giving me trouble and did not do a thorough exam to find out why I was in pain. He barely asked me questions. He just looked at the x rays and moved on once he didn’t see anything concerning from them. I had to get off the steroid because it was giving me heart flutters and that really scared me. I called them and told them about this and I never got a follow up or a recommendation to come back in. Mentioned it again at my next visit, which he then told me to keep an eye on it. Not addressing my pain at all or doing a thorough exam. Came for this most recent visit, still in pain and when the assistant told me he could file my enamel down in hopes that it was a bite issue and I was applying too much pressure to those teeth, he came in and almost forgot that he had to file them down. I had to remind him. He looked in my mouth real quick again and boiled it down to it most likely being me gritting my teeth too much. They wanted to get me a mouth guard but something just didn’t sit right with me. I got a second opinion and I not only have a cracked tooth that is most likely what’s causing the pain, I also need 4 new fill-ins that Dr.Bahtti missed on my exam. I’m so disappointed with the lack of care he took in me as his patient who hasn’t been able to eat on the right side of my mouth since October. Thankfully I found a place that did exemplify the quality of care I’m looking for.

Negative experience: Beware, stay away from this dental office! I had an emergency dental issue with a broken tooth and this dentist office was the only office will to see me after 5pm. Dr. Bhatti stayed late just to help me and I drove from nearly an hour away. I immediately got shady vibes from this office as the doctor was the only person there that night. But with snow/ice coming and being a Friday, I had no other choice. There was no one to file my insurance so I paid nearly $1200.00 out of my pocket to get my issue taken care of. The doctor was so incompetent that he put the wrong date of birth on my pain medication prescription and I didn’t notice until was about 40 minutes into my hour drive back home. Luckily, the pharmacy said they could still take the prescription, they would just have to call him to verify it. Now for it’s April and I was seen in January. The office cannot seem to get the claim sent through to the insurance company despite the fact I have called to speak with the office manager at least 15 times since January. The office manager when I call is NEVER actually there so supposedly she works there but is never actually there. According to her, they have called BCBS multiple times trying to get this claim through but BCBS said they have called once and that was on March 18. They called that time because I had enough and told them if they couldn’t get the claim through to insurance I would be disputing the charge for the nearly $1200 on my FSA. I called insurance today and they said there is something incorrect on the claim and that is why it is not going through. They also said I should not be playing middle man as this is not something I can take care of the provider needs to call. So I call the office manager and per usual, she is not I the office today but will be back on Monday. They say this exact thing every single time I call. I told them I’m done playing around and I am starting the dispute on the charge at this point, that I highly suggest she call ma back asap. The staff member that answered the phone actually hung up on me today when I called. Can you say unprofessional? Everything about this office screams unprofessional and incompetent! She calls to tell me that my husband’s date of birth is apparently incorrect. Surprise, surprise! We have been desperately trying to get reimbursed by the insurance company for almost 4 months and the issue was they had another date of birth incorrect! I don’t know if the doctor was high that night or what but there seems to be a pattern here! I did start the dispute on my FSA card because as BCBS said, the dental office has no motivation to get this claim through as they have already been paid. It’s me that I has been waiting on reimbursement from the insurance. Not to mention after my 2 teeth were extracted, I went to my regular dentist 6 days later because I had this very sharp piece sticking out of my gum that was very painful. My dentist pulled 3 huge chunks of bone out, then had to file bone down and ended up putting sutures in to close my gum. Save yourself the trouble are run don’t walk from this incompetent joke of a dental office! Hopefully, one day I will get my money back but at this point I really don’t know! ETA: claim has finally gone through and the office actually owes me nearly $600 back due to a PPO discount agreement between my insurance company and the office! The office manager is NEVER there and I cannot seem to get a call back from her to settle this! My next call will be to dispute the charge on my card if all else fails as I have done EVERYTHING I can do on my end! I wish looking back I had NEVER gone to this office as this has been a nightmare with absolutely no end in sight!

Fantastic experience: Traveling through and had a dental emergency. They were able to get him in that same day and take care of the issue, a front tooth that broke off, and make a bridge within 2 days! So thank for this clinic!

Negative experience: I’ve never been in a dental office like this in my life. The wait wasn’t bad, I was just there for a consultation. After I had my X-ray done I was directed to sit in the dentists’s office…..that’s where the normalcy stopped. There were boxes, cables, supplies, you name it, every where. His desk was piled with “things”, all sitting on top of a layer of dust. When I checked out I shared my thoughts about how unprofessional and messy things were there. I signed a release to get my X-ray sent to my normal dentist and when I called back to give them the email address to send it to, she hung up on me mid sentence . I called back immediately and no one answered the number when I had just spoken with someone. I’m sure I won’t be called back, it just reinforced my opinion of the place. I wouldn’t go back for anything.

Fantastic experience: I started going to Infinity Dental a year ago. Had a bit of catching up to do on some issues that had been neglected. The work: A root canal, repairing a tooth with a old crummy filling that ended up also needing a crown, repairing a broken tooth from a previous root canal + crown, a couple of cleanings. My background (because it matters): I come with a boatload of medical anxiety. Over a decade of severe pain from endometriosis not properly managed by provider or myself which eventually resulted in panic attacks from any prolonged episodes of any kind of pain. I went through a multitude of unexpected worst case scenarios (medical), which I won't list all of here. But I will say that in more recent times, I had three hemorrhages within two and a half years... all independent from one another. All different causes. After my last one in 2024 (a freak scenario that still makes no sense to anyone) I couldn't even sit in the waiting room of that clinic for my last follow-up. The nurses knew I was 'panic attack central' and had my room ready so they could pull me back the moment I checked in. Now I hate clinics. I'm anxious around anyone in a white coat. I am not the ideal patient. But I needed to catch up on dental work, and my friend and neighbor suggested Infinity Dental. So four months after my last follow-up post hemorrhage I walked into Infinity Dental...and sat in the waiting room...with all of my anxiety and past experiences. Unmedicated (insert wide-eyed emoji). Finally, the review: I was very skeptical for my first few visits, but that's no fault of theirs as its pretty normal for me in general. However, over time I have been able to experience consistency with certain characteristics of Dr. Bhatti and the staff that make someone like me feel at ease and dare I say maybe even comfortable. Consistent patience. Consistent respect. Consistent professionalism. Everyone including myself acknowledges that I'm "jumpy," but no one makes me feel overdramatic. No one makes me feel like a burden. No one argues or doubts if I say I'm in pain. Kim at the reception desk has been so polite, patient, and professional. Every single interaction with her has been positive. Donna has the patience of a saint to navigate around sensitive areas and stay within my comfort zone as much as possible when doing cleanings but also do her job effectively on someone like me. With Dr. Bhatti, I have witnessed many of the same positive characteristics that I have from the rest of his staff, but I have been most impressed by his ability to stay calm when I am not. From my perspective, my anxiety doesn't appear to have any negative effect towards the performance of his job nor his attitude to me. He seems steady and unbothered even when I flinch or get jumpy. Consistency with that can make an anxious patient feel exponentially more comfortable over time. I can continue singling people out but the truth is that I've been impressed by just about everyone I've met there. Over time. For someone like me to say something that positive about someone in a white coat or a clinic in general is a true testament to their incredible performance. Thank you for trying to make your clinic a safe place for anxious patients like me who struggle to feel safe in a medical environment. You are greatly appreciated.

Fantastic experience: My case was complicated. I had a broken lower denture (25 years old), and missing one and a half of 4 implants (way outdated for today’s technology), on which the denture was set. I was facing a serious problem, and a few outfits, I approached, didn’t want to bother. Dr. B accepted the challenge, and worked with me as if I were his own grandmother, treating me with compassion and understanding, and going out of his way to solve the problem. And he did.. This grandma is eternally grateful.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough about how AMAZING this dentist is... Dr. Bhatti is a miracle worker... I am TERRIFIED of the dentist from a traumatic experience as a kid elsewhere.... First time I needed work done he listened to all my concerns and was very understanding, compassionate... To keep it short and sweet he is AMAZING at what he does... I went from being so scared, having to be put to sleep for other work to having a wisdom tooth pulled while being awake.... Didn't feel a thing. At all! I will never go to anyone else ever.... Honestly 5 stars is not even close to being enough, I don't think 100 stars would even come close to being enough...

Fantastic experience: I had emergency toothache and they worked me in same day and also cleaned my teeth and took X-rays. Once in Dr Bhatti chair he had pulled my tooth and three others that needed to come out in less than twenty minutes. I would recommend DrBhatti to anyone needing a dentist in Winston Salem. I was referred to him as well and was pleased with results

Fantastic experience: Dr. Bhatti was very caring in helping me with needing a crown for my broken tooth. He works a lot to help his patients even after hours with emergencies and treats pain promptly. His staff was also very nice. He knew exactly what to do to adjust my crown for the perfect fit.

Fantastic experience: I could not get into my dentist for 2 months and I had a broken tooth and had a trip coming up. Infinity took me right in and went right to work and had a temp tooth ready to go and a crown in just 2 weeks very professional staff and dentist. I could not ask for better service or treatment. Negative experience: I called for a simple question regarding if they took my insurance, unfortunately they don’t. I kindly thanked the receptionist and was met with her hanging up the call I guess it was a good sign my insurance isn’t in their network. Who would want to go to a dental office where receptionist don’t have great customer service.

Negative experience: Never again. I needed emergency service and the dentist speaks extremely rude and aggressively to his female staff. It’s distasteful. I called the next day as a follow-up after having 1.5 of my wisdom teeth removed and was met with hostility on the phone by an extremely disrespectful staff member who had the audacity to mock my voice. The customer relations manager contacted me (who was super kind) but in my opinion nothing can save this place. I would not recommend this place to a dying dog. Terrible by EVERY sense of the word. You reap what you sow and I sincerely hope that some of the staff members seek new employment opportunities elsewhere and hopefully they will be spoken to like human beings. Shame on you!

Fantastic experience: Finding a good dentist is a special kind anxiety if you don't have one. Even more so if you need emergency service off hours. Dr. Bhatti was the only one we found in the Triad that was able to see my wife quickly. Didn't know what we were in for. We were blown away happy and any anxiety was very quickly gone. The respect, professionalism and care he gave was far above average. And he has better pricing and pymt options than any others I've known, for whatever amount Insurance may not cover. It's getting so hard to give anyone in the medical field high marks anymore but we're highly recommending Dr. Bhatti. We're confident you will be glad you try him.

Fantastic experience: I had a broken tooth that was causing me severe pain, and since I don’t have a regular dentist, I searched for a same-day appointment. When I called Dr. Bhatti's office, I reached a voicemail because they were closed on Friday—just my luck! However, I soon received a text message from their office asking if I had a dental emergency. I explained my situation, and to my surprise, I got a response within minutes saying I could see the doctor at 2:00 TODAY. If that wasn't impressive enough, the professionalism and patience that Dr. Bhatti exhibited were exceptional. I'm usually anxious about dental pain, but he handled my concerns with great care. I was in and out in about an hour, and now I can enjoy a pain-free weekend—something I didn't think was possible this morning!

Fantastic experience: I got a cleaning and two wisdom teeth removed with no pain. They were fast and were professional.

Negative experience: Was excited that my daughter was able to be seen so quickly after contact and that payment options were available. Unfortunately there was a lack of transparency regarding costs and she was told no down payment required until she was in the chair. Then she was asked for $260 down, which she didnt have and had to leave after driving an hour to get there. She has a bill of nearly 300 to be told what she already knew. We sucked it up and left happy to at least have prescription to tide her over til payday when she could be treated. Unfortunately we got to pharmacy and she was prescribed a med that she specifically listed being allergic to. Thankfully the pharmacist caught it and she didnt die from it. The cleanliness was issue there too and some tools in rust covered container

Negative experience: This dentist is sketchy. Read the reviews. My son needed a tooth pulled they told him it would be $1200. But agreed to take a smaller amount and call it paid. I thought that this dentist was a good guy helping us out. He should have put my son asleep for this procedure he told my son that would cost another 2k so he asked about gas he was told several things. Said gas costs 1k extra and it doesn't work on adults. I'm 48 yrs old and get gas everytime I have to get work done and it cost $75. I feel like this dentist is a scam artist. Praying on desperate people. I go to the most expensive dentist in my town bc I have to have gas. To charge 1k for gas is highway robbery and I think the dental board needs to look into this practice.

Fantastic experience: Called with abscesses tooth. And facial swelling. Very painful. I got an appointment quickly within an hour and half. Upon arrival . X-rays done. Gums numbed tooth pulled and infection removed. On my way home in an hour and half. Everyone at this facility are professional and prepared.

Fantastic experience: Kathleen, the Dental Hygienist and all the other staff were wonderful. My wife was so impressed, she scheduled an appointment and she avoids the dentist. Blessings to you all. I need more work done and look forward to their help. They also scheduled me for a six month cleaning come this December.

Fantastic experience: I couldn't pay the full amount but the dentist worked with me to pay less so I could get my infected tooth taken out. They were very nice and clean. Also very fast. Once I paid I was out very quickly

Negative experience: Left a little emotional today after my appointment at Infinity Dental and not because of my wisdom teeth being extracted. I was seen today on short notice, which I’m grateful for, however, if I would’ve known that certain staff would be so intimidating when talking about prices, I would have stuck out the pain to see someone else. There was no transparency on billing beforehand. The doctor was the one to go over all the billing whilst I was in the chair ready to be numbed. I was originally supposed to be sedated to get all four of my wisdom teeth removed, but since I did not have $2000 (which was not disclosed to me at all before I got to the office) out of pocket, I could only get 2 teeth out under numbing. I feel I have more questions than I did answers leaving the office in terms of how much I paid. Gary is the only person I came in contact with that I trust after the visit. He explained things to me without making me feel inferior. I’m hesitant to leave a bad review after seeing the offices response to other bad reviews. I’m very happy I was able to be seen fast. Not happy with the service.

Fantastic experience: If I could give this place more stars I would! Everybody is friendly and they seem to really care about their patients. I have been here twice & they do not accept my insurance but Dr. Bhatti worked out a price that I could afford. In the past he did work for no charge and I can’t thank him enough for that. I would rather pay out of pocket for his services than go to any other dentist. I’d also like to add I have a fear of the dentist, but I know I’m in good hands when I come here.

Fantastic experience: I woke up on Saturday with an abscess got a script for the infection from my primary care. Then I called infinity, the office was closed. Within 20 minutes I got a text back. I responded with my issue, they tried to get me to come on in. I couldn't arrange to be there that day. They set me up for 9 am Monday. I was there at 8:45. Had to extract the tooth. I walked out at 11:20. Was able to drink a cup of coffee at 3: and had a little to eat a 6. Excellent job. I highly recommend.

Negative experience: When I called this place, they didn’t answer but their answering machine said if you have a dental emergency, to text this number. I did, and asked them if they do walk-ins. Someone responded and said sure, you can come now. I texted back and said I have Healthy Blue Medicaid and asked them if they accept it and they responded back and said bring your card with you. After arriving to the office at 2:50 and gave them my driver license and Medicaid card, I sat in the lobby and didn’t get called to the back until 4:20. After X-rays, and the dentist poking around in my mouth which caused my pain to go from 7 to 10. A lady came in there with paperwork saying it would cost $520. I asked her did my medicaid not cover it and then she states that they don’t accept Medicaid. After I’ve waited in pain for nearly 2 hours and they told me my tooth was cracked. I asked if they did payment arrangements. She said they go through a 3rd party company and sent me the link. I also asked, is there a credit check involved and she said no. I didn’t get approved for the payment plan and left the office upset, hurting and in pain. They lied to me twice. This was a complete waste of time to go there when I had to drive from another town and also asked if they accepted Medicaid in advance and they still told me to come and bring my card. They also scanned it in when I got there. Seems like these people like to put their patients in an uncomfortable position of irritating the affected area worse so a person will be more vulnerable to paying the money feeling like they don’t have a choice. Had to go home in pain and pray for a better day tomorrow by finding a dentist who will do an emergency visit who accepts Medicaid. I would not recommend this dentist office.

Fantastic experience: I had all-on-4 zirconia implants on both arches done by Dr Bhatti. He did a phenomenal job fitting the implants with perfection!!! My new teeth are absolutely gorgeous and have a very natural looking appearance!!! I am sooo pleased with them. His team, especially Ann, make you feel at home and very comfortable. Negative experience: READ BEFORE COMING HERE!!! My normal dentist that I’ve been going to for years was booked out so I came to infinity dental to get fillings before the holidays. It was The worst decision I could have made. My other dentist was charging 142 dollars for the work I needed and somehow he charged me 300 out of pocket and I have good insurance so that made me wonder sometime was off. This is where the nightmare begins keep in mind I’m already terrified of dentist. so they brought me to the room sat me down and the dental assistant started to put a numbing cream on my gums before my numbing shots. After she numbed me up she comes in with the pricing they made up and all the paper work I was supposed to sign. Imagine being numbed up already and they bring u a 300 dollar bill for the tiniest little cavities that she couldn’t even find. I didn’t really have another option as I was already numbed up. The dentist comes in and gives me 2 injections for numbing and waited 10 minutes or so. He comes in and ask me if I’m numb I say I’m not sure because I can still feel my lip so he waits another 5 minutes then gets to drilling. I literally felt everything and I kept making noises from the pain so he stopped and gave me another numbing injection. I waited about another 5 minutes while he was working on everyone else. He kept complaining about how tired he was which made me nervous because this is my mouth we’re talking about. He starts drilling again after the third numbing shot and I still felt it I’ve never felt anything like it. At that point he kept drilling even tho I was in discomfort. My tooth has not been the same since I left his office. I can’t eat on my left side on my mouth because the cavity he filled hurts when I bite down on it and I can’t even floss behind the tooth he filled. I know he botched the tooth I can feel it. I haven’t been able to eat on the left side of my mouth for 2 and a half weeks because of the discomfort. Cold water makes it hurt . Cold air makes it hurt. I’ve texted them and called them so many times but no answers. I literally paid 300 dollars out of pocket and I’m 22 years old. He left the room multiple times to work on other patients while he was working with me super unprofessional!!!!!!! He’s the only dentist in the whole office working on so many people at once. Negative experience: This place is a scam. They refuse to answer the phone and then text you that they can see you. They refused to run your insurance when you’re in a dental an emergency, forcing you to pay out-of-pocket they can text you, but they won’t answer your phone calls. Fantastic experience: Thank you Dr.Bhatti! Had a broken infected molar and couldn’t take the pain nomore… he took me in the same day on a Saturday!!! Couldn’t believe it, gave me a discount despite coming on the weekend emergency fee which I understand but it was needed and APPRECIATED!! Need more places and doctors like him. I am feeling 10000x better!! Thankyou for your time! If need an emergency this is the place to go!

Fantastic experience: I am so pleased with my dental implants. They look and feel amazing. The Dentist is very knowledgeable and experienced and the price is about 1/3 of the cost you’ll normally pay. I am so happy with their services. Everyone is very professional and friendly. Negative experience: DO NOT EVER GO HERE! He’s unprofessional, rude, and just wants your money. I went here over a month ago because I cracked a tooth. He’s the only dentist there, he hops from room to room without fully taking care of each patient. Not to mention the rooms are tiny and one room had a USED needle container on the floor with NO LID ON THE TOP!!!! (Risk for children) I paid $1389 OUT OF POCKET for a crown. He told me that was an “discounted price” for paying out of pocket but then when I came back to get the permanent crown on he charged my Medicaid (which he says he doesn’t accept) $600 extra dollars… Everything was fine until a week after the crown was placed I noticed significant sensitivity, told him about it and he then replaced it. I even told Dr.Batthi that I was afraid I had cavities and he didn’t even take X-rays just told me I’d need another crown on another tooth. So I went to my actual dentist, he took X-rays of my teeth and found out that “cavity” was actually staining. Long story short do NOT trust him.

Positive experience: As soon as he saw me.He seemed to really want to pull my tooth that was abcessed,and should have been on an antibiotic for several days first.I know he had at least 2 patients before me who were having theirs pulled,and the wating room was fullHe told me tooth extractions were like $300 something.He was the only staff member working that I saw.It was on a Sunday too..Reguardless if he was trying to pay the bills by doing a bunch of extractions.I am still glad he was open after hours on a Sunday,bc tooth aches are nothing to play with.I got an antibiotic,and a something for pain too in which I am very grateful...He was kind just seemed to really want to pull my tooth .I would probablly go back to him on a weekend.

Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend this dental office to anyone! Dr. Bhatti and his team worked very hard and extra hours to make sure I was well taken care of. I don’t have dental insurance and Dr. Bhatti did everything he could to make sure my out-of-pocket price was the cheapest it could be, as well as offered me a payment plan. Dental offices have always brought me high anxiety but meeting him and his sweet team i’ve never felt more comfortable in an office. Dr. Bhatti came in on a Saturday (leaving his son’s T-ball game) to ease my pain the best he could, and offered to come back later that day if needed. I ended up calling the following Monday to get scheduled and his team fit me in that day! They all made me feel like a priority and even though I was in so much pain and had to have an extraction, if i had to chose to do this again… I would 100% pick this office over and over. They showed nothing but kindness, compassion and selflessness towards me and my mother. Thank you so much to Dr. Bhatti and his wonderful team!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Bhatti & his asst Anna went above and beyond to treat my daughter with care & compassion. He came in on a Saturday leaving his son’s game, to treat my daughter for the first time for severe pain, not knowing the situation or ever seeing her as a patient. They are very responsive during and after hours. He continued to ensure she was as comfortable as possible during the procedure, the staff even checked on me & gave me a crackers & a drink to comfort me during her procedure. I would recommend this office to those who do not have dental insurance and are afraid of dentist overall!!!!! Thank you for showing kindness and compassion in such a difficult situation to us.

Fantastic experience: Went in for a very badly damage tooth and was very surprised to find out it could be saved with a root canal and crown! Dr. Bhatti and his wonderful staff were all very kind. They actually listened to my concerns, I felt heard, I felt cared for. Not only did I get the root canal but I did the other recommended services for my teeth. I know my teeth were in need of care, I knew this could be costly but there are options! I walked in with a broken tooth & others needing care. I walked out with all my teeth cared for! THANK YOU Dr. Bhatti and staff! Thank you so much for taking the time to help me. I can't recommend Infinity Dental enough! Also, I'm not in any real pain. I had the back teeth on left side, upper & lower worked on as well as back lower right side. I was able to eat food normally that evening. Food sure does taste better when you can actually chew it

Negative experience: I had a very bad experience with this dentist. He failed to fix my issue properly, leading to repeated problems. After filing a claim with my insurance, I got some of my money back as they found the work was not done correctly. He never responded to the emergency line, and I often waited long at his office without getting the necessary attention. I had to see another doctor who fixed my issue without the extraction he suggested. I cannot recommend this doctor or his practice.

Fantastic experience: I called this office on a Saturday praying for someone to help me. They were able to see me the very next day, on a Sunday! I was in so much pain, and I’m very fearful of the dentist. Dr. Bhatti was amazing! He was so patient with me and as expressed my concerns he listened to every single word. Dr. Bhatti was very gentle as the pain I was in was horrific. Dr. Bhatti found the problem right away and was able to get me out of pain! After being in pain for an entire week, truly grateful for him and this office!

Fantastic experience: I would give this place a 10/10. They are fast and efficient. I’ve had a fear of dentists since I was a child who had a very traumatic experience and they made me feel comfortable about the procedure. My wisdom teeth needed to come out, so I went online and made an appointment for a consultation..they ended up seeing me that same day to do the procedure. I also had a problem with my insurance not covering the entire costs and Dr. Bhatti still took care of me regardless of my situation. I will continue going here for any dental work and refer everybody I can! They are truly amazing as a business and as people.

Negative experience: Don’t recommend, lack of professionalism and/ or training how to work and talk to clients. I was very disappointed about the last 2 visits when I was at the office with the service I received from the same hygienist. The last time I went, she made comments about how my hygiene has gotten better vs. last time . Then she hurt me twice while cleaning to the point that I jumped up because of the pain. Her response was, sorry it’s because your plague is next to the gum. I used to go to the same hygienist for over 12 years at another office until I had to change due to insurance change and I NEVER experienced anything like that before. What kind of excuse is that and why does she talk like that to the client? I sent an email to cancel the next appointment because of my experience with the hygienist and the only feedback received was: sorry to hear that, your appointment was cancelled… no questions about what happened , how can we improve. Obviously, they don’t care about retaining clients or improving their shortcomings. Good luck

Negative experience: On February 15, I entered this facility with an abscess. I explained to them that I wanted my tooth pulled, and my abscess drained and that was it. I was told that my insurance covered $1250 and I had to pay $440 and I would be paid in full before I sat down in the chair. So they supposedly ran my insurance for $1250 and then charge my personal credit card $440. I sat down and began to have my tooth pulled, and during the process the doctor informed me that I could Implant that day… He said I could have the implant and be out the door all in one day I agreed. After I left the facility and got home, I realized I didn’t have an implant… I called up there and they informed me that it would take months before I would get an implant… Then I get my CareCredit bill for 4000! They did not run insurance at all for $1250. They did not minus the $440 that I paid in office and they charge me $2200 for an implant i did Not receive. Not to mention the fact that after he pulled my tooth, I let him know that I wasn’t comfortable proceeding with an implant, and I would rather wait. He informed me that it was too late after he all he had done was remove my tooth…At this time, I lost my job and I let them know that I could not afford an implant. Informed me that was too bad. I was already charged $2200 for it. This is done in February And I still do not have an implant. I essentially paid almost $2000 to have my tooth removed when you can go to a regular dentist and have your tooth pulled for $300. This place is a fraud.. They claim they run your insurance when they do not… You pay in office and they do not remove the money you paid in office…stay away from these people!!!! They will continue to swear they did work that they did not do!!! As you can clearly see in the picture, I posted below I do not have an implant, and this doctor is absolutely claiming to all parties that he put in an implant!

Negative experience: They Put up another google profile with different name but same doctor and same address… trying to escape their bad reputation and bad reviews. It does not stop the disrespect, negligence, and extremely poor care of this “urgent care” office. DO NOT GO HERE!! I have a lot and I do mean a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist already due to multiple bad experiences and very bad TMJ, so I was tentatively hopeful after reading the profile of the dentist on the website and my husband having a decent experience with them. I set up an appointment for an emergency at 9:30a and got there a little early knowing I’d need to fill out paperwork. But, what I didn’t expect was to wait for 2.5 hours and never be seen. I asked front desk several times and was ignored. Not to mention they referred to me as a “walk in” and thought I was a different patient every time I got up to the desk even after they asked me my name or asked me by name to come to desk. Not HIPAA compliant. I saw the waiting room fill and empty 3 times at least while waiting. Finally, I couldn’t handle the pain anymore and I left. It was ridiculous. To get an appointment, check in, be in visible pain and crying, and still wait 2 hours and never even get called for consult, X-ray’s, or anything.i do not recommend anyone using this place. I will be avoiding it like the plague. It is ridiculous. DO NOT GO HERE. No where to park & the place is shabby, but the dentist has a Tesla? Yeah, forget that. I think I may have dodged a bullet not being seen at this point. Update: my husband had his 2 wisdom teeth removed here 2 months ago and still has not regained his feeling in one side of his tongue or mouth, and they couldn’t care less. Update after response from dentist: a MONTH after I go in and do not get care for my EMERGENCY need, Dr. Bhatti texts me on one of the numbers I texted all day that day while sitting in waiting room to say “we had a lot of emergencies that day” and “it’s been a busy few weeks”. Then, I should give them another chance and even just contact him directly. Then gives me the “emergency line” number which he says will contact him “directly,” yet I messaged this number a lot a MONTH ago when I was sitting crying in the waiting room for hours on end and no one cared. I don’t believe a word out if it’s mouth. Wont be wasting any more of my time on this snake oil salesman or his disrespectful and uncaring staff.

Negative experience: Worst service ever ! A storage room not a professional dentist office. Front desk people are horrible, been a month begging them to provide the claim to my insurance company because that’s their job not mine as I already made sure they do accept my insurance provider. They keep telling me it got denied for no good reason and my insurance agent tried to reach out to them multiple times as well but they dont pick up the phone as always I was there myself and they wouldn’t pick up. This office needs to be out of business.

Negative experience: By far worse experience I’ve had any medical office. Appointment changed while I was in office bc dentist was “behind”. Took 45 minutes for dentist to come in room after I returned to their pushed back appointment. Went out and laughed and talked with dental assistants for about 30 minutes by the time he returned mouth was as numb and he had to do it again. Tried to push for an unneeded service then after waiting an hour and a half for dentist who finally adds fill in to my service which is what I originally requested along with an extraction. Place was unsanitary and doctor as out of uniform and covered in powder. Never sanitized his hands just put on gloves. No bedside mannner. Simply walked out when done and sent front desk to collect money moments after he left. I wait an hour and a half before he began after already being rescheduled 3 hours out. Do not go here. Terrible staffs and service. Dr Bhatti needs his license revoked

Fantastic experience: I was told I was not a candidate for various restorative options and when an urgent issue and facing the loss of front teeth occurred; Dr. Bhatti performed an assessment and treatment plan the same day. Dr. Bhatti and his kind staff made sure I left their office with my teeth, peace of mind and a beautiful!

Negative experience: Do not come here if it's an emergency. We filled out the contact form on the website and the next morning we got a text saying they could see my spouse that day at 4 pm. We show up and nobody is there, nobody is answering phones. Seems like someone was working from home and not paying attention to times or dates. Drove far to get there. Aspen dental around the corner saved the day!

Negative experience: If I could give 0 Stars I would. This is my 3rd time here. First visit I had no issue I went In for a wisdom tooth that needed to be pulled. It came out with no problem because it was almost out. Called for a broken tooth the second time. Came in the assistant took a X-ray I was told my tooth couldn’t be saved this particular tooth was a tooth that previously had a root canal.I wasn’t shown the X-ray or nothing was told I had a option to do a bridge or tooth implant. I chose the bridge I was told it would’ve 3,400 I paid out of pocket. I was then was instructed to wait in the dentist office which was messy at this point I was told to proceed with payment. I still hadn’t been told the process of this. The tooth extraction was a horrible experience. I was numbed twice. As he started I still could feel certin parts in my mouth. The assistant told me if I felt any pain to raise my left hand. I proceeded to do so serveral times to the point I jumped because I could feel the heat and pain from the extraction . I’ve had amazing dentist ms have never experienced somone pulling tooth with that much force. It was to the point he stood up and told me to turn my head. As he finished there was no explanation of after care the form govien was barley readable. The assistant forgot to take my peice out from the root canal and had to go back and pull it out. By the time they finished the impressions stuff was all on my face I had to ask for something to wipe it off. There was no thank you afterwards or anything. I really didn’t feel like a patient but somone that paid with no compassion. This dentist doesn’t seem to care about his patient. 3 visit I was scheduled 2 weeks later for my bridge and was told those dates weren’t avliable it was 4 weeks later. I was schedule for a Monday and got a call Friday that they couldn’t because he had a death in the family. Very understandable. So the rescheduled me for wed at 12:15. By 12:45 I went to the front desk to ask how long it would be because time alga’s passed I was told they had an emergency walk in surgery that was important . I didn’t understand why that was relayed in an massage ahead of time and was they didn’t know. I over heard the front desk say they didn’t care if I walked out. At this point my money was already spent one young lady called be back by 1:15 apologies for the long wait. The the assistant told me she would be taking my temporary bridge out I asked questions about he process the after care no information was giving at all I asked for information on the bridge I was told to google my procedure. The dentist came in didn’t speak automatically said ima put your bridge in then you’ll be done. My mouth is still sensitive from the previous extraction he proceed with a gauze inside the extraction I had to let him no it hurt he was ruff he did apologize for that but I would not recommend to anyone I just wish they would do better with communication skills. Proper proceed or training within the business as somone who works in customer service. Be mindful how you treat people who find your business.

Negative experience: My experience with them was the worst 1: very unprofessional staff, one nurse was setting me up for X-rays, while the accountant was standing on my head and putting the payment machine in mouth insisting to pay- as I would jump out of the window after the treatment, i had to ask to the x-ray nurse to wait so I pay first. 2: The consent form was unreadable and I asked to provide a clean copy so i can read and the nurse said “unfortunately we have only this copy”. 3: Now the Dr.bhatti after numbing my tooth for extraction, he was pulling it straight by force without loosening it first (so it can come out easily) but No he was pulling it straight with so much force that now my whole jaw is hurting. I previously had tooth extraction with another Dr. and he was very well trained because he first loses the tooth and then took it out very easily without me feeling it. I won’t recommend it anyone.

Would recommend this dentist to anyone looking for care. I was dreading this procedure because I’ve had a bad history with dentists in the past. After cutting 4 abscess out of my mouth I've felt great and couldn't be happier. And you know a Dr. cares when he talks about what he can do for you and runs a care plan by you for future visits. I've heard a lot of reviews talking about you sitting in his office! Negative experience: First off if you happened to come across this practice on social media and think you scheduled a free consultation. Be prepared to pay an xray fee of $145. So it's misleading there because it's actually not free. The place of very small and congested, be prepared to wait atleast 30 min. I have done my research and he seems to have some knowledge but I can't say he's an expert. Bottom line is don't fall for the free consultation marketing he's advertising.

Fantastic experience: My husband (James) would like to publicly issue a sincere apology to Infinity Dental especially to Dr. Bhatti after the tooth removal on 6/27/23. After getting a second opinion it was discovered my husband had remaining nerve damage and decay in 2 other teeth that Dr. Bhatti did not remove. The office is great (however some of the staff does not know that it's a HIPPA violation to spread personal account information in front of other patients) however Dr. Bhatti is a great dentist.

Fantastic experience: Dentist office is very busy but it's worth the wait! Dr Bhatti is very nice and explains everything so worth going here. The waiting room is all ways busy when I go but that's a good sign of a great dentist! And the wait is always fast! Staff is also terrific super friendly and top notch they really helpful in fitting you in an emergency comes up like what happened with me. I had a very painful toothache over the weekend and emailed them on a Sunday I was in their office that Monday! Dr Bhatti gave me options and explained what he needed to do I was very nervous about having my tooth pulled. The crazy thing was I didn't even know when it started I was done, came back weeks later for my implant. I won't ever go to any other dentist Thanks Infinity Dental YOU ROCK! highly recommend. Negative experience: Such a disappointment I had High hopes but was so disappointed treated like just another cog in the money machine. I left Aspen Dental because they are terrible but I feel that this is worse had four teeth pulled and they all were painful even with the novacaine. Sadly I will keep looking for a Dentist who I can really trust to care for me. And not see me as just another paycheck.

Negative experience: My husband came here to get a tooth pulled and it was infected when pulled and the day after getting it pulled he was in worse pain than before he had the tooth pulled came back and was told it takes time… here we are 3 weeks later and he has had to go to Urgent care as well as 2 trips to the ER because of the infection and pain that still has not subsided, he has been taking antibiotics for 3 weeks and pain meds, his pain and infection had gotten so bad his blood pressure was through the roof, and has not been put on blood pressure medication. This has been an ongoing problem for weeks. I don’t like leaving bad reviews and the people at the office are very nice but this is not the place to go if you have infected teeth to be pulled.

Negative experience: The staff an Dr Bhatti are awesome. They understood my Phobia of having hands in my face. If there’s two things that raise my anxiety is spiders and having anything close to my face. Dr Bhatti understood this and insured me that it wasn’t going to be a problem. My blood pressure for the first time was normal on the day of surgery. The first step of getting the fixed denture was a great experience. After that went down hill from there. After about two months after surgery I had to call see what was going on. They tried numerous times with the wax dentures but couldn’t seem to get them right. Was told before anything it would take 6 months witch was perfect cause my my is a traveling laboratory scientist and we were going to be n the area that long. After three and half months of having nothing but aharp post for upper teeth cutting lips and tounge we had to leave for wife’s next contract august 18 with nothing in my mouth. After she started doc informed me he could put a set in for the holidays so I wasn’t toothless I had to fly back to Nc to have this done made several trips from MO to NC to get final ones in the final one was just as messed up as the temp he put in. Still having pain with front post and lower teeth hurst every time I eat or wake up. Plus looks like I have buck teeth and my top teeth doesn’t even touch bottom teeth except the two front lower teeth. It’s now been a year and four months with no results. Very unhappy with the results and dealing with pain and embarrassment of the teeth. Still trying to get results. Going to be getting second opinion.

Negative experience: Don’t go to Infinity Dental! I would give them 0 stars if I could! What a horrible experience! I was treated like a number not a person. He didn’t hardly speak to me or explain anything to me, didn’t check to see if I was numb before starting the procedure,didn’t warn me that he was giving me the local,pulled very hard on my mouth the whole time even when I told him so and it really hurt! And Left blood on my face! They made me pay before doing anything even coming into the room to get it! I’ve never had any dentist ever do that!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Bhatti and his staff were absolutely amazing with me. I've been shamed often by dentists, or even turned down, due to my oral health. But Dr. Bhatti was familiar with my health condition that causes my issues, and took me on as a patient. They cared for me so well and I will recommend this practice to anyone needing dental care, from here on out.

Positive experience: Went to a wisdom teeth consultation here and it was very odd. They had us in the dentists personal office which was very messy. He was in and out and very distracted. He pulled up his schedule and said he could fit us in the next day, but he didn't go over the procedure or talk to my daughter about it all. He didnt look at her xray or the medical information forms we filled out or anything like that. I did ask him what kind of sedation he uses and he said "oh she'll be knocked out". He asked if we had insurance or if we needed a payment plan and then left and never came back. My daughter felt very uncomfortable and told me she didn't want surgery from him. I have no idea if he's a good dentist, but he was very unprofessional in a consultation and the office seemed dirty.

Fantastic experience: My entire family has moved practice. We have had a combined three crowns done and two fillings. The one crown needed a root canal following completion but we knew this might be the case. The work is well done and two years on, our teeth feel fine. Our son, had his first minor filling and came back saying he had no pain besides some numbness. The dentists’ skills are wonderful and he works quickly and accurately. Thank you Doctor!

Fantastic experience: Our son was experiencing severe wisdom teeth pain. This was on Thanksgiving weekend and could not find any dentist available until I called Infinity Dental. Dr. Bhatti went above and beyond in calling in medicine immediately then performing the teeth extractions the day after Thanksgiving. The process was flawless and saved our don from even greater pain or worse. We greatly appreciate Dr. Bhatti and would highly recommend Infinity Dental. Fantastic experience: I needed some work done under sedation and choose to try Infinity Dental. Best decision I made in finding a dentist. His whole staff are caring, knowledgeable and cares about the patients. They literally gave me a new smile. They worked with me on the best plan for all my needs. I love the fact the dr. Can do it all. So many dentist, you have to go to multiple locations. But at Infinity it's a one stop shop. He was honest about the cost and for what I got done, I feel I received a wonderful deal. So much so, my husband is changing to Infinity dental as well. Fast service,caring service, reasonable price and one stop shop. Love this location.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely thrilled that my research led me here. When I say research, I've spent months and considered traveling to find the best price without sacrificing great care and service. They were very transparent and one of very few practices that were even willing to quote me in any way over the phone. So many scams and fake promotions out there so this is a big deal! Now to the procedure! I was there for a tooth implant, I was terrified. A screw? In my gums?! But it was SO MUCH BETTER then I pictured. Dr Bhatti was so quick and gentle, his small talk was perfectly distracting, and it was over before I knew it. The most pain was the shot to numb the area! My healing was easy and fast as well, they gave me all the necessary Prescriptions and everything looked perfect at my week follow up! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Very clean office/ rooms. There was even a neck pillow that I've always wished dentist had! I can't believe it was the best price and yet more impressive then most practices I've been to! I'll be back in 3 months when I finish the process with my abutment/crown but I was eager to recommend them for all your dental needs! Honest, friendly and extremely skilled. Fantastic experience: I absolutely hate going to the dentist and I get my nerves all worked up even over routine checks. Dr Bhatti and his staff made me feel comfortable and at peace while doing a bridge procedure after being hit in the mouth. I was absolutely amazed that I had 3 extractions with no pain and procedure was over before I knew it. Definitely my forever dentist from this point forward. Thank you Dr Bhatti for putting my fears to rest and making me comfortable so I can pursue normal oral hygiene instead of just when something’s terrible wrong!

Fantastic experience: I went to Dr Bhatti today to have two dental implants. I have to admit I was nervous! Dr. Bhatti was absolutely wonderful at calming me down. So no need to worry at all.It was over within an hour. I was amazed at how painfree the procedure was.My opinion is Dr. Bhatti is the best dentist in NC. Fantastic experience: I had a tooth that was painful. My dental office gave me referrals but they didn’t have any openings. I called around, places like Aspen who claimed they did emergency care couldn’t see me until October (today is July 13). When I declined the appt. they kept pushing me to keep the appt. Finally I called Infinity Dental, they got me an appt. ASAP and turned out I needed a root canal!! Dr. Bhatti and Suzy saw me and did the root canal during same appt! The procedure went really well, they explained everything and answered all my questions. Also, it’s a great atmosphere throughout (I could hear the other associates happy and working together). I felt like they really took care of me. Thank you!!

Negative experience: It was a good place until the old owner died, then the new DDS modernized it way more than needed, I went for a sore tooth...... no X-ray, he just looked at it and wanted to schedule root canal, I just wanted it pulled, Old owner $100-150 bucks, new owner I got bill for a little over $400 for just sitting in a chair for 15 mins. Don't go there, he is ripping people off and has lost a huge amount of clients!
