Fantastic experience: All of the staff we met were wonderful! The front office were so helpful, kind and took the time to explain the billing process! Cate, our hygienist, was so kind and patient with my little one. We saw Dr. Krissi and she was also so kind and patient! We had a great experience and are so glad we chose this office to be our pediatric dentist!

Fantastic experience: My children have been going here for years and we have never had a bad experience. From your child's very first dental visit until their last as a pediatric patient, they are in the absolute BEST hands. Whether it's a routine cleaning or more complex procedure, the staff are very capable, caring and know how to work well with your child. The entire team is A+! I drive an hour here and have never once considered taking my children elsewhere. High Point Pediatric Dentistry is the best!

Fantastic experience: Great visit today! Little one was a little shy at first but the staff really made her come out of her shell- and made the visit fun. Picking out a fun toothbrush and stickers made a lasting impression for a 2 year old- that now wants to go back to the dentist tomorrow

Dr. Chrissy could be described using the exact same adjectives. I paid out of pocket and I found the price reasonable for the services received. Fantastic experience: When my kids know they’re going to the dentist, they get so excited and constantly ask when it’s time to go again. What kid begs to go to the dentist?! That’s when you know you’ve found the best of the best to care for your children’s teeth. Everyone is always so kind and welcoming — from the staff at the front desk to the wonderful ladies in the back. We are beyond thankful for the amazing care they give my kids each and every visit. I can’t recommend HPPD enough to anyone looking for a caring, friendly, and wonderful dental office for their children!

Negative experience: I haven't even gone here yet but I did call to set up a new patient for my 1yo daughter. Because of the type of insurance I have, the lady that answered the phone changed her tone to one that felt very betittling. When I asked her if I could just pay out of pocket she said that their place wants ppl to be forced to use insurance and recommended a different place. I didn't quite hear her but when I asked her to repeat it she hung the phone up on me and if she's better then me. I work hard as an independent contractor truck driver but my daughter was getting this type of insurance while I was out of work for some time and to treat someone as if they are smaller is very disrespectful. I wouldn't suggest anyone take their children here at all !!!!!!

The entire office was bright, welcoming, and so much fun for kids — my daughter actually loved all the decor and activities! A special thank-you to Mattie, who was amazing with her. She was kind, patient, and made my daughter feel completely cared for the whole time. You can tell everyone there truly loves what they do. We’re so thankful to have found a place that makes dental visits something to look forward to!

Negative experience: They did not properly numb me for a dental procedure and then proceeded to drill into my teeth and physically restrain me when i was screaming about being in pain and repeatedly begging them to stop, I am still in extreme pain and I plan on suing for malpractice and the damages inflicted upon me

Fantastic experience: By far the best medical experience! I took my two year old daughter for her first dental visit. The atmosphere is fantastic- great kids decor, toys, and tv entertainment. The staff was very gentle, patient, and provided great education. I wish they served adults so I can be a patient!

Fantastic experience: I cannot speak their praises more!!! Both my boys are not easiest when it comes to the dentist. They are both on the spectrum and the hygienist and doctors are so extremely kind and patient with them both. They never make us feel like a burden or inconvenience. They love my boys as if they were their own and truly get to know them. We have a private room when we go and they always value my opinion and thoughts in regards to my boys. We love HP pediatric dentistry! Big shout out to Brooke who greets us every time with the biggest smile!

Every staff member from check in to check out were absolutely wonderful. Sharita did an excellent job with our son. She was so kind and patient! Dr Stephanie was also great with him. Negative experience: I have a severely disabled son who has the mind of a 6 months old with a seizure disorder and while he is an adult he is only 5 ft 4 inches tall and weighs 105 lbs and I called because they specialize in special needs individuals as my son would need to be sedated to fill cavities but have not found any dentist that can do this, I called this dental service over 2 weeks ago and asked a SIMPLE question can they see him, I have left my number to be called back by the office manager or even the dentist herself, SO FAR after over 6 messages left in a 2 week period NO CALL even after saying I need to know one way or an other so I can move on or now I stated he is in discomfort we are sure but can not find anyone that can do sedation except for pulling a tooth. Each time I call the receptionist runs interference to any call and no call back, So I can assume that they SAY THEY CARE but in fact they do NOT, They would most likely care more about their animals being treated than a SEVERELY disabled young man with seizures and distonia that can not walk, talk, crawl or feed himself as we have to do everything for him and THIS PRACTICE does not even have the courtesy just to say NO, I hope they can sleep at night cause SPECIAL NEEDS children and adults have a sit at the right hand of GOD, and GOD will remember folks like them

Fantastic experience: My 2 year old had been to 2 other dental offices prior to coming to High Point Pediatric, and while the experiences at the other offices weren’t horrible, they weren’t great. High Point Pediatric exceeded my expectations. From the moment we even walked in the door, the receptionist was so friendly and welcoming to my little one. The entire staff definitely knows how to work with children in a setting that makes a lot of kids nervous. To top it off they sent us a personalized card in the mail. My son kept telling the DA how we were going to see the fish and dinosaurs (at the science center) that day, and she remembered and wrote about it in the card. The dentist was so nice and patient too! This was a stress free visit for myself and my son.

Fantastic experience: Our son has multiple diagnoses with accompanying sensory issues and medical care can be really difficult. The staff here was amazing and made the process as easy as possible, given the obstacles. They explained everything thoroughly and did everything they could to set him up for success; they were very patient with him and communicated clearly to me throughout the procedure, as well. They are absolutely fantastic with kids and I'm grateful that we found them.

Fantastic experience: Couldn't ask for a better dentist office for my babies. They give options for treatment instead of just telling you what to do with your childs teeth. They are very good with kids. Love the pic your get for the first dentist appointment as well.

Also, have to share what a extraordinary team of dental assistants and front desk staff they have from the time we come to the time we leave. This place is will ALWAYS be our "home away from home."

Fantastic experience: My son recently had to have two cavities filled and the staff did everything they could to make him more comfortable and calm him down a bit. It is not always easy dealing with a difficult patient... and their parents, but HPPD did an amazing job and I would recommend them to all of my friends.

You kids will love it. The staff treats them like people instead of children. That's why kids love it here. Today I have the lobby to myself.

Fantastic experience: We have been going to high point pediatric dentistry for a little over a year now and my 8&6 year olds love it. We couldn’t be happier. My 8 year old is autistic and while his first visit wasn’t all sunshine and rainbows they went above and beyond to help him try to relax. Yesterday he went back for his second cleaning and he went in all by himself, didn’t require anything but a little laughing gas to chill out. This is monumental for him. Emily was so sweet with him and said she just let him lead the appt and he did great. Love her and love high point pediatric dentistry.

Fantastic experience: All the staff are super friendly and it's authentic. They truly care about their patients and find something to praise them for. The providers are awesome. They make you feel comfortable to ask questions. The environment is adolescent friendly and colorful. My kid is nervous every time he goes but that quickly goes away once they take him back.

Fantastic experience: Great experience from booking the apt till after. My son was very afraid to go to the dentist. In fact his first visit at a regular office we had to leave because he couldn't even sit in chair. He attempted to throw up 3xs. Very scared!! High Point Pediatric Dentistry told me I would be allowed back with him, and they would explain everything to him and go at his pace. I was also told that they were out of network for us. But they did give me the dental codes and I was able to call my dental ins. to ask them the poss out of pocket cost. They also told me the paperwork i could fill out in advance before the visit which was also helpful. The day of apt when we walked in the door we were greeted with smiles. They introduced themselves to my son right away and let him know they were glad he was there. They had a playroom for him to relax while we waited. It's def a child focused atmosphere. The hygienist we had was Lauren and she was sooo good with my son!! She made sure he was comfortable the entire time. She actually got him to sit in the chair, hold the mirror, was able to look at his teeth and even brush his teeth. With no fuss or crying at all. This was a huge success!! Then Dr.Coffield came and spoke with him and she was able to look at his teeth too!!! They never made him feel like he "had" to do anything. They were so gentle and careful with his individual comfort level. No we didn't do a typical first visit. But for me as a mom with a terrified child, I cannot tell you how happy I was and relieved that he made it as far as he did. They made me feel involved but their focus was definitely on my son and him feeling safe and comfortable. You can tell they have a passion for what they do and putting the kids first is def a top priority ! Plus we went on Halloween which was fun too !!!

Positive experience: Dr.Lindsay and her nurse were so nice and helpful but the front end staff are short and seem rude. The lady that checked us in was nice and the lady that checked us out was ok but the rest of the staff that was up there act like I was bothering them (while giving them my insurance information) and kind of made me feel uncomfortable.

Fantastic experience: Took my nearly 14 month old daughter for her 1st visit. The environment is completely centered around children and the staff are extremely good with kids. The hygienist and dentist we're phenomenal. It was a great dental appointment and I'd recommend it to any family.

Fantastic experience: We love Dr. Lindsey, Dr. Stephanie, and all their staff. My kids have been seeing them every 6 months since they were one year old so for about 4 years now. Everyone is so patient and has worked through the toddler tantrums and fear with so much kindness. Now, they do great getting their exams and xrays... my 4 year old even said "Aww! But I wanna stay here!" when we were leaving their last appointment. That says A LOT!

Fantastic experience: I came here to get a second opinion on my son's teeth and I was absolutely blown away by how child-friendly this dentist is. If you have been taking your kids to a family dentist like I have, you know that it is bland and stuffy and the whole time you are trying to keep your kids quiet to avoid bothering adults in the waiting room. Not the case here. There is plenty for the kids to do in the waiting room or even in the treatment area if siblings are getting services (tables for drawing, movies, toys, education screen games, etc.). They also have wifi and coffee for parents. On top of that, the staff goes ABOVE and beyond to make child and parent comfortable and understand all of their planned procedures. I am so glad I came to get a second decision because they were able to take a better course of action for my son and identified some issues my former dentist never even mentioned.

Fantastic experience: My ten-year-old daughter will not go anywhere else. They have a very sweet and caring staff. They are so good with children and make them feel so comfortable about being at the dentist.

Fantastic experience: The Assistant was absolutely wonderful - she walked my 3 year old through the entire process even though he wasn't paying much attention, showed him the tools and demonstrated before using them, and was super great with my son. They offered multiple options for future treatments and were able to work with me. It was a good first experience.
