Fantastic experience: Honestly, from the knowledgeability to the friendliness of the people here, this is an incredible place and one of the two best dentist practices I've ever been to in my adult life (the other is in Japan). At time of writing, I've been to Greensboro Dental twice, and the experience has been so good it's made me realize how poor other dentist offices I've been to are in comparison.

Fantastic experience: If you have Dental Anxiety, listen up. I have had some very bad dental experiences in the past, but Greensboro Dental will forever be my favorite. Front desk staff is super friendly, always willing to chat about anything and everything. Dana, my hygienist, is amazing. Always has a smile on her face, very personable, we always laugh and have a great time. Dr. Patel is amazing too, very personable, he has a calm sense about him and a sense of humor too. It’s all laughs and smiles at Greensboro Dental. 100% you should come here, no more are my fears and anxiety with dental care. I genuinely love coming here and you will too. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would.

Fantastic experience: The staff was awesome! They made sure I was comfortable, they made me smile, the didn’t rush me. The office is so warm and inviting. I was running late and called them to let them know and they were so nice about it and even told me to “take my time and drive safe”. They took my insurance but also offer in office plans which is a great option.

Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment here yesterday. I was very nervous because I hadn’t been to the dentist in a few years. The front staff was so nice, the dental hygienist was phenomenal, and Dr. Patel was super nice. Definitely would recommend this office to anyone!

Fantastic experience: My daughter and I always enjoy our experience. I feel like a guest and the young lady is treated like a princess. The staff is always friendly and engaging. Fantastic experience: Dear Greensboro Dental, I want other seniors in the community to know about my experience. As an 85 year young woman, soon to be 86, I have always been pain sensitive. The thought of pain quickly dissolved starting with Karen and Brittany who are amazing welcome ambassadors. Thank you for creating a warm and friendly atmosphere. Stephanie, my dental hygienist, designed her area to feel peaceful and serene. I enjoyed the humming birds through her window. Thank you for encouraging me to take care of a filling I needed and to be more diligent about brushing before bedtime. Dr. Patel, and his assistant, I could not remember her name, were absolutely wonderful! His assistant walked me to the checkout counter and genuinely cared about me. Such a sweet spirit. My message to the community is to do our best to be mindful of how we treat professionals who are providing a service to us. Trust me, kindness, patience, understanding, and appreciation makes a difference. Dr. Patel, may God continue to strengthen you, your team, bless your hands, minds, and hearts, for many years to come.

Fantastic experience: I have always dreaded going to the dentist but my visit was 100% not what I expected. Everything went smoothly as Dr. Patel and staff were professional, pleasant, and answered all questions that I had. I will definitely recommend this team of professionals to anyone.

Negative experience: Went in about a month ago for cleaning and a fill in. I was charged more than I should have been. Explained this to the lady at the desk. She swiped my card anyway. I was called after the visit and advised I was over charged and would receive a refund. Now I’m being told the refund can take up to 6 weeks. Makes me feel they are playing with my money. I will not return.

Negative experience: My girlfriend who is a professional and she is in health Services herself and she stays extremely busy servicing multiple Health Sites. All of her patients are important to her because of her passion for God and His people, you and I. like everyone else her time is valuable.She makes an appointment months in advance for July 11th and she had altered her schedule to get there in an Friday .She is not from Greensboro and has to travel to get there. On the day of her appointment the attendant there explained to my lady friend that she couldn’t be seen because Greensboro Dental doesn’t want to pay overtime because of their hectic day to their employees! Help me to make sense of this! She made an appointment months in advance and that was the only reason Greensboro Dental didn’t honor the appointment they made for her because of something she has nothing to do with! Please help me to understand this business practice ! The only reason we could think of is it was Friday and everyone was ready to be off! This is poor business practice! Do better people!!

Fantastic experience: Everyone was very pleasant, friendly and courteous. I ran into some challenges outside their office control. I was given apologies and explanations for the problems when identified and again when the issue was resolved. A very memorable interaction with each staff member encountered.

Fantastic experience: I love Greensboro Dental! They never make me wait for long, and there have actually been a couple of times that I've had sn emergency situation where they got me in right away, and that shows that they honestly care about me. Also, the staff is super nice. Dr. Patel did a rotation at ECU, which is also adds points with me. GO PIRATES ‍☠️ ‍☠️!!!

Fantastic experience: They are kind, courteous and professional. They were also very patient in helping us deal with a unauthorized switching of our insurance plans. They made phone calls that provided helpful information regarding this matter. This was definitely above and beyond.

Fantastic experience: I was in for a cleaning and mentioned an issue with my lower left back molars. They took some X-rays and found a cavity that was not visible because of where it was. I decided to wait as they had an opening just a short time after my cleaning would be done. They took care of the bad tooth with a minor procedure. I was very happy they worked with me to do this procedure to get rid of the painful episodes I was having. Dr Patel is great and puts his patient health and comfort first an outstanding dentist.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Patel and everyone at Greensboro Dental are so empathetic and professional. I had recently moved to Greensboro and did not have a dentist when a cap fell off a front tooth. I called more than five dentists trying to find someone to put the cap back on. No one would see me or work on the tooth because I wasn't already a patient. When by chance I called Dr.Patel's office, they understood my predicament and agreed to see me that day. They were so understanding and quickly reattached the cap. I decided to make Dr.Patel my new dentist!

I can not say enough about the hygienist Dana made feel at ease with my cleaning since it has been a minute since I have been to the dentist on top of that doctor Patel was great answered all my questions abd explained everything to mevthst pur me at ease .I have found my new dentist and can not wait start my teeth journey with them

Fantastic experience: Great Dental Team. The dentist was awesome and so was his staff. If you are looking for dentist, you can't go wrong in giving them a chance.

Negative experience: The short story is I'll be searching for a different dentist for my next preventative care visit, here's why: After having some trouble finding the office due of their wrinkled up vinyl sign, I was met with an unpleasant lobby with odd decorations and a crying baby behind the reception desk. The hygienist was rather rough and caused lots of bleeding, however she was very pleasant to speak to. The dentist however was wildly dismissive, and condescending.. I'm not sure how he got the impression that he should explain concepts to me like I'm 9 year old, and brush off my growing concerns and reports about my misaligned bite and sore gums as "all in my head" and a "mental issue" when clearly that was not the case if had actually listened to my symptoms. A bit shocking to say the least.

Fantastic experience: June 27, 2024, Dr. Patel and staff did a wonderful job working me in on their schedule to get my right upper molar pulled. Fantastic experience: First time at the dentist in almost a decade and got a tooth pulled. The dental assistant was amazing. Afterwards while getting checked out I started to feel really lightheaded (didn’t eat anything all day) and they gave me orange juice and cookies. Extremely friendly people

Let me tell you, the staff there are super friendly, I don’t know all the technical terms in the world of dentistry but the dentist in that office there, HE IS FINE AS HELL!!!! Let me tell you, that handsome gentle smile he gives me, the soft handshake, the tone of his voice, baby i am over here melting and i only spoke to him twice. Fantastic experience: I’ve been going here and despite changes, they have always been a solid and wonderful place. Judgment free zone that really cares about their patients. After previous trauma with my teeth, they take great care every time I come into the office to make sure I am comfortable and painless.

Negative experience: So, there were many things that went wrong here. We, the dentist and I, came up with a plan for my teeth that needed to be removed and signed it. At that time I paid $700 and received an assurance we were on the right path. So, I had many issues keeping my appointments made due to work so I kept rescheduling. During this time I received a statement in the mail saying I only had $300ish left. I decided to go ahead and work it out with my job to get the procedure done. When I got there they got me to the back and started working on me. I started to experience an immense amount of pain but waited for the procedure to be done. During the procedure the dentist and the dental assistant steps out and upon the dental assistant reentering I say "I am in extreme pain I just want this to be over and go home." The dental assistant tells the dentist and he gives me some more numbing shots. PAINFUL to say the least. They then finish the process. Once up front I am told I owe over $1000. I am extremely confused, in pain, and not firing on all cylinders. I explain I have insurance, already paid $700, and received a letter saying I only have $300 ish left to pay which I came ready to pay. As the time goes on and I'm becoming increasingly agitated because I'm in growing pain. So, she explains I have to pay and that I owe over $1000 and asked me how much could I pay. She drafts up this sheet of paper and gives it to me to sign saying they will take a certain amount out each month to pay this bill off. Mind you I'm in so much pain I would have signed my life away if it would have got me out of there, which is what I did. As the office assistant up front looks at my previous plan and current plan she notices something is wrong and does not address it with me. She goes around the corner to address with the Dentist and I want to say Dental Assistant (from what I hear) about how a part of the procedure performed was not apart of my original dental plan. She comes back explaining how oh this part of the procedure was "SOOOO" important and I should be glad they did it. She then states that I is a lot being explained and going on in the moment and pretty much I'm having a hard time understanding so I should go home, heal, and call back (not them call me) next week to work out the billing/ procedure issue. So, I gave it a little longer than a week and followed up. I was told that my insurance would not cover the additional procedure they did that I never asked them to do or signed off on so they were going to be so kind to not charge me for it. REALLY... Mean while I am thinking why wasn't the whold procdure submitted to insurance to see what they would cover. Anyway during this time she explains that I still owe the same amount as before per the signed agreement. I then ask for them to email me for an itemized statement because how you take off a pretty pricey step to the procedure and the amount is still the same. Needless to say it was never emailed to me. So, at this point I do not feel these people are trustworthy let alone going to give me the information requested. So, I anxiously waited to see how much they are taking from my account because I do not remember the amounts on the paper I signed due to pain and I work with numbers for a living. The amount came out and regardless of whether I can pay it or not I am bound to it because I signed. I have stitches in my mouth that need to be removed but do not trust them enough to have that done. I'll probably owe an extensive amount for that as well and they will probably add in their own additional procedure that I will have to pay for. I just am not sure what to do.

Fantastic experience: It was an amazing experience, i haven’t been to a better dental facility with great staff, great conversations, all smiles which made me extremely comfortable. I have some work that’s going to be done in the future and excited about it. I highly recommend Greensboro Dental to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

Negative experience: The worst dental experience I've ever had I literally felt every bit of the pain while getting a filling and it was awful. I recently had a root canal and didn't feel anything. I'm not sure why I was in so much pain during my procedure. I am extremely disappointed.

Fantastic experience: In my opinion this is the best dental office in ALL of Greensboro. They are extremely friendly, competent, focused, and goal-oriented. They do not mess around with stupid stuff, and they have extremely experienced staff. I love it here - my whole family goes here and it has exceeded expectations!

Fantastic experience: I had been looking for a Dentist for months. Everytime I get appointments I would get there and the cancel. I call Greensboro Dental they took my in the next day. Made the plans for my care and I am on my way for Dental work. Love this place.

Fantastic experience: This was an AWESOME experience for my first time going! My hygienist Jessica was amazing and so personable and Dr. Patel was very nice and super helpful! If you are looking for a new dentist to go to for thinking about changing, because you’re not happy with your current one, definitely give them a shot at being your new dentist!
