Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about how wonderful Dr Lisa and her staff has been to me. I'm a problem patient with severe anxiety about dental work and an extremely sensitive mouth. They loved on me and made me feel relaxed and other than some numbing discomfort they have never caused me pain. And the numbing is tolerable. I trust them so much that I was able to have all my mercury fillings removed and replaced. That was huge for me but I trusted them completely. Dr. Lisa and her staff do very in depth exam. They found issues that needed to be taken care of and referred me to the best periodontist and orthodontist. She is available for her patients. she goes go beyond what is required. I consider them my friends and I love them all. I enjoyed my semi-annual cleaning visits, before I was terrified to go to the dentist. I still need meds to have work done. But they use bite blocks so you don't get fatigued holding you mouth open and the use lip balm to keep you lips from getting dry. If you have dental anxiety issues this is the place for you. The billing department is wonderful to help you with any issues. I love my dentist and I know you will too. thank you Dr Lisa and staff for the great care you've given me. Dr Lisa and her staff are always on the cuttting edge and always seeking additional education. You will never regret coming here.

I work Monday through Thursday and they do as well so it makes sense for me to find a dentist that is open on Fridays but I refuse to go elsewhere. Best dentist office ever. I’ve taken (what I felt was very good care of my teeth) but obviously not like a dentist can do so I finally gave in and my daughter scheduled me an appointment at her dentist office. I was very nervous about how it would go but they were 100% awesome!!!!! Fantastic experience: I was a patient of Dr. A for years when I lived in Guilford County and my whole family loved the staff and the doc. Then after we moved to Forsyth County I searched for a comparable dentist office to no avail , so made the decision to after multiple different dentist office to just make the trip (the new highway makes it easier) and I feel like I’m back where we belong. Dr. A and all the docs and staff are amazing and so caring and get to know you personally. I highly recommend this office especially to the folks in W-S looking for a better experience!! Fantastic experience: I've never left a regular (so not the orthodontist, who was amazing as well) dentist feeling happy about the state of my teeth until my first visit with Dr. A's office. Everyone was kind and professional and extremely knowledgeable. I know I should floss more regularly, and it shows on my teeth that I don't, but instead of berating me for not flossing (like previous experiences), they offered alternative solutions so that I could find a way that would work best for me. I was treated as an individual, not just a mouthful of teeth with insurance. I felt cared for and this is not something I've experienced ever at the dentist. As for the less important stuff - the office is clean, modern, and up-to-date on dental technology. Checking in and out was a smooth and easy process. My wait time was minimal. That said, the human element is the most important to me, and for that reason, although all the other stuff is the cherry on top, I highly recommend Dr. A and her awesome staff for your dental care needs.
