Negative experience: Paid out of pocket for initial consultation, was offered a treatment plan, then was denied and referred out when I stated I only wanted work done for the more pressing issues.

Fantastic experience: My daughter has been a patient for nearly a year and I have to say that I am very impressed with the facility and staff. From regular dental checks to having caps put on, every visit or interaction is pleasant and they really find a way to keep the parents at ease the entire time.

Fantastic experience: We absolutely love Triad Pediatric Dentistry! My three-year-old had her first cleaning today, and Dr. Sona and Jasmin made the entire experience so positive and stress-free. They were so patient, gentle, and encouraging, and Isabella felt comfortable right away. It means so much as a parent to see your child excited about going to the dentist. We’re so thankful to have found such a wonderful pediatric dental team! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: We took our son for his first appointment today and are very pleased! Between the toys in the waiting area and the ability for them to watch something while they get their cleaning, my son loved it. They really do cater to kiddos, the staff is super friendly to the kids and parents. The pediatric eye doctor we saw could take some notes. They truly made my son’s first appointment enjoyable for all of us! Jazmyn was incredible, between keeping our son engaged and also keeping us informed, and Dr.G soothed our worries! We highly recommend bringing your kids here. It was awesome!

Fantastic experience: As a mom of four who has been to several dental offices over the years, I can confidently say Dr. G is the best — hands down! Dr. G is incredibly thoughtful, patient, and encouraging. She truly makes every visit feel positive and fun. When my daughter needed to be numbed, Dr. G was so gentle and reassuring, which made a big difference for both of us. Ms. Jasmin is always so sweet and kind and helped make the experience even better. It means everything to have a dentist my child feels comfortable with. We absolutely love it here and can’t recommend Dr. G enough.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Sona was great with my 1 year old. Her 1st dental visit was phenomenal! She had a strategy that included me as the parent to examine my daughters new teeth. The check in was great, the nurse was informative & great. My daughter was allowed to listen to her favorite music (five little ducks) while she was examined. It was an educational experience & there were toys that were age appropriate while we waited & meaningful take always for her being a good patient. Aria & I would recommend Dr Sona & her team without hesitation!

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience at Traid Pediatric Dentistry. From the moment we walked in, the staff made my child and myself feel comfortable and welcomed. The hygienist was patient and explained things in a fun and engaging way. She even spoke Spanish to my son majority of the visit after being informed he could speak it. Dr. G was fantastic, she made sure to engage with not only myself but included my son as well. The office was clean, quiet, and kid-friendly. My son is already looking forward to the next visit!!!

Fantastic experience: We reached there ahead of our appointment time but they checked us in right away. Gustavo was very patient with my 5 year old and engaging him in conversation while working in his mouth to check everything. He and Dr.G were great at clearing any doubts I had.

Fantastic experience: This isn't a review from my first visit. I like to go a few times to really give an honest review. I can not put in words the amazement I have at this office. My children are hard to build a relationship with due to developmental delays. I truly adore their passion they have with interacting with kids. They are the only dentist office I can recommend for anyone.

Fantastic experience: My 6-year-old had his very first cavity filled today, and it was such a great experience! There were smiles and laughter the whole time — no tears at all. He loved joking with Dr. Ghattan whenever he wasn’t busy watching Minions on the screen above his chair. From the moment we arrived, he was able to play and feel comfortable while we waited to be seated. The dental assistant, Callie, and Dr. Ghattan work so well together — they made the whole visit calm and relaxing, which isn’t always easy to find at the dentist. Such a wonderful experience for kids!

Fantastic experience: My 9 month old had a great experience with Dr. Ghattan. She was amazing and the wait to get in and out was very fast. Jennifer was great as well. She was the first one in his mouth and was very gentle and provided us with great first time information. All the staff made this a wonderful experience. We will be back in 6 months.

Fantastic experience: Dentistry with a mother's touch is right on point for this office. These women were so gentle and loving to my daughter who has been diagnosed with autism. We were so scared to take her to the dentist for so long but this place proved to us that amazing people do exist. We drive 45 minutes to come here and won't go anywhere else now. I'm truly impressed and pleased with this place.

My girl needs extra time and trust which Dr Sona and staff have worked very hard to build with her and we went in today and had the easiest appointment ever. My little is autistic and I appreciate the care, time and commitment they make for her every visit! Here is my little with her stuffie under her weighted blanket getting her teeth cleaned.

Negative experience: WILL BE REPORTING TO THE BOARD OF PEDIATRIC DENTISTRY!! IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOIR KIDS DO NOT BRINGTHEM HERE! THEY LOCKED MULTIPLE PEOPLE OUT OF THE OFFICE BECAUSE I WANTED TO DISCUSS HOW SHE SENT THE WRONG XRAYS AND NEGLECTED THE PROBLEM TOOTH I KEPT BRINGING HER IN FOR AND IT FELL OUT! SHE ALSO INSULTED ME INFRONT OF MY CHILD THEY LOCKED ME OUT AND CALLED THE POLICE ON ME FOR WAITING OUTSIDE QUIETLY AND PATIENTLY TO TALK WITH HER!!

Fantastic experience: What a wonderful experience!! Every staff member we came in contact with was so kind. After a concerning and less than stellar experience elsewhere, this visit was so reassuring and plesant for both our littles...and for Mom too!! The facility is SUPER clean and loaded with great staff! Booking an appointment alao had a great turn around time! There are just so many great things to say about our visit today. My son has autism and by the grace of God, we had the number for their office.He cracked his tooth over the weekend and developed an absess. They got us in on monday and were so great with my son. He has sensory issues and they accommodated everything to make him more comfortable. I will not be taking my younger kids anywhere else. Thank you and your staff for the best dental experience.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely wonderful experience, getting in for an appointment was both straightforward and simple. We saw Jazmyn and Dr. G and they were wonderful, my son was very nervous but they were both incredibly patient and kind during the entire process. He left with an entirely new perspective of going to the dentist and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

Fantastic experience: My baby's first dentist appointment went much better than I had anticipated. Everyone in the office was extremely courteous and helpful with my son. We were provided with important information for his dental care and the examination went quickly and gently. Subsequent appointments over the years have gone wonderfully as well. We are more than pleased with this practice. Five years later: an excellent practice. They work so well with my sensitive boys, and I couldn't ask for better people to work with my sons (or any kids)!

Fantastic experience: I was nervous, taking my little one to see a dentist for the first time. Brittany met us with a smile made checking in easy.Gustavo Could see that my little one was not ready yet he was very patient. He l distracted him, told him what he was doing step by step, kept him engaged and managed to get things done without him crying and that was great. Even Ashley, who helped with taking the X-rays was great. Dr. G came was great too she spoke to him made him feel comfortable they answered all my questions. I’m glad I got to take him in.

Fantastic experience: Dr Sona and her team always take such good care of our daughters. So much so, that our youngest wants to be a dentist when she grows up! Today we called with an urgent request to come in as our daughter chipped her tooth. Dr Sona fit us into her schedule, shared multiple options on how to handle the situation with all pros and cons, and then fit in the repair same day. She kept our daughter calm and confident through the whole process. 5 stars!

Negative experience: My most recent visit was lackluster. Apot was for 2:10 pm and at 2:45 my child still wasn't seen. No one was in the place at all. Besides that the only thing we were able to find out was that ny daughter needed braces. Lol. If she does won't be returning here. Lack of attention and just overall bad customer service is evident here. My daughter is autistic and I can tell from the instructions they have no idea of how to handle an autistic child. Just another ploy to get insurance. . It's shame. Quite frankly I need to find. Dentist who's willing to do more. Seemed discriminatory.

Fantastic experience: Today was our son’s first dental visit & everything was absolutely amazing! The front desk staff was on the phone when we entered but she still took the time to greet us & make us feel welcomed. The check in process was seamless since we received all documentation prior to his visit. There’s a really cute waiting room with puzzles, toys & books that our son loved. He’s only 14 months old but is walking & in his exploration phase. Jennifer was the sweetest dental assistant & our son really liked her! She had a beautiful spirit & was so gentle & understanding during his examination. Dr. G was so warm & welcoming & also patient! We even got a picture of his first dental visit & a toy to bring home. I recommend everyone bring their children here!

I absolutely loved the energy in this facility from the receptionist to the technicians and the doctor was so charming. Everyone was polite and I love when someone can explain things to me about what's happening with my children teeth. The doctor was very warm and welcoming. I wish I had found this place sooner. The office is warm and inviting with toys and books that keep my little occupied while we waited. The Hygienist patiently explained what to expect for the visit and walled my through best practices to care for my daughters teeth. The room was child proof, so I don't have to worry about trying to keep a toddler still while we talked. They tailored the experience to my daughter by playing her favorite songs and videos while they bushed her teeth. Ofcourse she loved receiving a prize afterwards and we are looking forward to our next visit!

Fantastic experience: I just moved from SC to NC and was in search of a dentist for my daughter. After searching and searching and reading reviews, I found this place, Triad Pediatric Dentistry. I can definitely say the reviews are true. They are GREAT! We felt so welcomed as soon as walking in the door. Everyone there seems to be so nice even the receptionist. We had Jazmine and she was so awesome with my daughter. She answered all the so many questions my daughter had for her and definitely patient. When Dr G came in the room after, she was also awesome with my daughter. Im so glad I picked Triad Pediatric Dentistry for my daughter.

Fantastic experience: We had our first appt at this office this week and I was SO impressed! From the receptionist who took the booking to the hygenist to the dentist herself - everyone was extremely kind and professional. The hygienist (Jazmyn) was delightful and informative. The whole office has a positive atmosphere and our sensory-sensitive 3yo left happy - it was a polar opposite experience to other practices we've been too. I'm so grateful to have found a home for our kids dental care for the foreseeable future.

Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful experience at Triad Pediatric Dentistry. It was our first time there for a free infant oral exam for my 10-month-old daughter. When we walked in, we were immediately greeted by the friendly receptionist. The waiting room, bathroom, and overall office was clean, organized, and felt safe for children. The baby changing station in the bathroom was a great size and also very clean. Jazmun took us back to a private patient room where she turned on my daughter’s favorite show as background music to make sure she was comfortable during the whole visit. She was so kind and had the best personality. We went over the new patient forms I previously filled out online and our dental history. Then, Jazmun gave me and my husband a detailed and informative presentation on infant oral care. She explained everything well and answered all of our questions. My 10-month-old daughter then had an infant oral exam done by Dr. Shima Ghattan. Dr. Ghattan was also very nice and was great with our daughter. We were able to get a “My 1st Dentist Appointment” photo with our daughter, and she received a sticker and a prize after the visit. I highly recommend Triad Pediatric Dentistry to any family in the Greensboro/Triad area. We loved the office environment and they have the nicest staff.

They were very patient with my busy daughter. Jazmyn answered all my questions and relieved a couple of fears. I can’t wait to bring my daughter back. Fantastic experience: My daughter is 3 and was pretty nervous about going to the dentist. Once we arrived, she saw the toys and forgot all about those nerves. Brittany was very pleasant checking us in and out at the front desk. Jazmyn grabbed us from the lobby and escorted us to our room. She immediately made us comfortable by putting on the t.v and simply having a conversation. Jazmyn was very knowledgeable, she even had a presentation! Dr. G was awesome! She was quick and effective. My baby girl gave her multiple high fives and walked away with a smile. We love this office! Definitely our new dentist FAMILY ❤️

Fantastic experience: Recently switched my daughters to Triad Pediatric Dentistry from their regular dentist here in Asheboro. To say that I am extremely had to have made the switch would be an understatement. The environment and the staff is all very welcoming. I really liked the fact that the dentist and dental assistant give you their undivided attention and address any questions or concerns.

The environment seemed welcoming and kid friendly, the staff is awesome and helpful, and we loved the doctor! Very pleased as a first time mom and all of the “unknowns”.
