Taking off time from work to go to the dentist!!! I go on the weekends or after 5pm. They are so accommodating and you will not be sacrificing anything for the convenience. I’ve never had to wait more than 5 mins. They are prompt, efficient, courteous and they take the time to hear and consult with you about what you’d like to do. They give clear and detail explanations of any work you are considering. I’ve never had a bad experience since I’ve been coming!♥️❤️♥️

My husband’s first appointment (and each appointment thereafter) was with Dr. Gross. The pairing was a God-send. From the first visit, Dr. Gross and his staff earned my husband’s confidence. It only grew. Dr. Gross assessed X-rays and, after close examination, provided a careful analysis of dental needs. The needs were extensive. He proposed a detailed accounting and began working towards dental health right away. One particular evening, office staff stayed past closing to accommodate a busy day and a process that was so close to being complete, they didn’t want to inconvenience us in delaying the necessary work or having us return another day. The results have amazed both of us. Dr. Gross remains modest, saying it’s just what they do. All of the staff have been kind and welcoming and hardworking. It is a wonderful office. So very grateful and pleased!

Negative experience: This place is a good dentist office but they called me on a Sunday. Why are they not letting their employees have a weekend off or at least 1 day?? I think I'm going to switch because of this.

Fantastic experience: I Chipped a tooth this morning, called at 8:30 AM. They had me in by 9 AM it only took about 30 minutes to fix my tooth. Looks better than it did before. Very pleased.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr. Hernandez and her staff yesterday. It was, by far, the best dental experience I have ever had - and i am the type of person who HATES going to dentist. Well, needless to say, I had put some things off until pain was unbearable. But no one at her office lectured me or criticized me in any way. A couple of days before, she spelled out a plan that would elimanate my ongoing issues for good. The administration gave me a clear price. And while they were not rushing, the doctor and staff did the work as quickly as possible because they knew how uncomfortable I was. They were very considerate and kind. I feel like they did an excellant job and I will contine to see them for my dental needs. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Terrible experience. I’ve been coming to this location for closer to 30 years since Dr. Kellogg used to own and I think it’s gone through two or three ownerships since then. Made an appointment last week for this afternoon at 4 PM. I was there about 10 of 4pm for my appointment and I was told they needed to update some information Which I did after they sent me a link to my phone the best I could. Finally, you’ve asked me to go in the back at 4:30 at which time I was told that we were 30 minutes into my appointment and they were not gonna be able to do my cleaning. They’re just gonna do my x-rays and send me on my way, and they would have to reschedule my cleaning. At which point I said no way and I walked out of the office. I then went back in for a few minutes and I told the receptionist how unprofessional that was and if they needed to update that information, they should’ve sent me the link several days ago to my phone like she did. I guess they were worried about getting paid and they had to input all my information in there, even though I’ve gone through this practice for many years, including under Dental Care Greensboro. I guess my time is not that valuable. They better not charge me for a visit because they just wasted an hour of my time getting there plus driving back. Very, very unprofessional. I do not recommend them at all anymore. I will be going somewhere else if I have to make another appointment. They should’ve taken me in at the time of my appointment and then I could’ve filled out all the information they needed on the way out the door instead of making me wait and then tell me that they couldn’t do everything they needed to do. I was not a new patient. All they had to do was update my information which there wasn’t anything new. Very disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Dental Care of Greensboro is there for me whenever I need them. Their staff members are easy to talk with and seem to really like serving patients. I never have to wait long to set an appointment. The doctors are great also!

Scheduling staff was incompetent, didn't even take my name down when I tried to make an appointment, and when I called again to fix it they were confused. Could also hear hygienists talking about me right outside my room. Doctor kept harping on a procedure after I rejected it. Will not be returning.

Negative experience: Dental care of Greensboro is a Rip Off. I had services done on 10/15/2025. Was presented a bill($2843) for all services to be performed that day , was asked to pay difference between services and my insurance coverage($1404). I paid the requested amount UPFRONT($1439). They then billed my insurance company an amount greater than total amount I was shown . I later received a bill for $75 owed. Agent answering phone said may be something Insurance didn’t cover. I viewed my online account and discovered that they billed the insurance co $3159. The insurance company approved $2175 and deemed me responsible for $769. The insurance company verified the amount I owed and called the dental office to inform them of my refund. First person said had not billed insurance for a $199 procedure and I was responsible for the full amount billed minus the insurance pmt. Never mind the insurance company APPROVED amount! I challenged and had second rep call dental office. I was then told on phone that they did not bill insurance co for a $550 procedure because I had maxed out my coverage. I received a call saying I still owed $75 for a procedure not covered and then an email saying the $75 owed was for a cleaning. Insurance company documented payment for the cleaning done on that day. They sent me a list of the proposed services some underlined with my signature at bottom saying I had authorized the services. However the doc I signed the day of services listed the full charges for proposed services, the insurance coverage amount and the balance due owed by me. That is what I attached my signature to . Why would I sign the bottom of a treatment proposal? They came up with several scenarios, by different persons at different times to justify not refunding my money! None of the scenarios consistent with the facts. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND STAYING AWAY FROM THEM!!

Fantastic experience: Do NOT go anywhere else but here for your dental needs. The entirety of the staff was absolutely amazing from entry to exit. Seriously do not trust the negative reviews as after my experience I found them to be brought upon themselves. Dr.Gross is an amazing dentist that was very descriptive and transparent and even cleared up some time to get my operation done the same day. Very very very pleased with the attentiveness and care that was given to me in my time of need. Pricey yes, but you get what you pay for and I certainly would recommend anyone to this amazing state of the art office. Thank you Dr.Gross and the rest of the awesome staff !!!

Negative experience: Unprofessional. My appointment was rescheduled multiple times. Then, the day before my appointment, I was called and asked to move it up because they close at 6 p.m. (my appointment was scheduled for 5:30). I explained that I get off work at 5 p.m., which was the earliest I could arrive. Instead of honoring the appointment they had scheduled, they attempted to reschedule me again after waiting weeks for an appointment.

The dentist explained everything in a way that I could easily understand.This is now my new home for all of my dental care! I definitely recommend this dental office!

Negative experience: The cleaning tech was super harsh with my cleaning. It felt like she was trying to punish me for something. I had to take a pain killer when I got home. I tried to call and give her feedback, but she didn’t bother to call back and seemingly avoided my call. I have never experienced a cleaning this terrible.

Fantastic experience: I would like to commend Dental Care of Greensboro for their excellent service. Ms. Taylor, who received my call, heard the desperation in my voice because I was truly experiencing severe tooth pain. She was very warm, compassionate, and did her very best to assist me right away. All the staff who assisted Dr. Williams were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made a big difference. The clinic overall was excellent—clean, organized, and comforting. Dr. Williams did his very best to make sure I did not feel nervous throughout the entire procedure. Even though his schedule was fully booked, he still made sure to help me with my dental problem. I am truly grateful for his care and professionalism. Thank you so much. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: This was a bizarre cleaning experience today. It literally lasted 10min. Mouth open, she sprayed the high pressure water in random spots and told me it was going to be "Spicy". They she waved the polish over a few teeth. Then told me I was done. I said, "Is that it?" She said, "yes", and I left. Not joking - an entire cleaning experience (billed of course) at 10min. I had a filling a year ago that took 3 visits to get right and I thought that was a one-off. But I do NOT recommend this location if you want a professional service.

Negative experience: Original appointment was for 11am. Had a call from Ruth at the office to see if they could reschedule to 12pm, I said ok. After hygienist checked my gum pockets I was told I needed a deep cleaning. I told them I h a d stage 4 lung cancer and am taking eliquis a blood thinner. They checked with Dr and said I could have a regular cleaning BUT they go to lunch at 1pm and I'd have to reschedule. I was very upset and left. Afraid my insurance won't pay for 2nd visit. I did not get a call to reschedule. I was very disappointed with this dental office!!!!

Positive experience: Nice people but not happy. Called yesterday for my 87yr old mother. I asked if they took Liberty dental from BCBS and was told YES. I told them I needed a cleaning for her. When I get there today they tell me they accept Liberty Dental but it's out of Network and they would only pay 80%. I then asked for X-ray and cleaning how much would that be and was told about $100. Then she stayed in back a little over an hour. They took 8 X-rays and did an exam. Came out and said no cavities and looks good but did not clean her teeth. Said she needs a deep clean. Went to front desk was told this appointment today was $300 and we would owe $60 after telling me upfront procedure would be around $100. Usually insurance covers X-rays and cleaning but not here. Then said they would send us an estimate of a "cleaning schedule" which would be multiple trips for a deep clean. I should have been told over the phone yesterday this was out of Network and may not be able to clean teeth based on initial exam. I feel deceived and think they should have disclosed all this upfront. Nice folks but business is business.

Fantastic experience: Consistently, my experience with Dental Care of Greensboro (William Gross, DDS) has been incredible and I have never used the word “incredible” in connection with a visit to the dentist’s office. As a life and business strategist, I located to Greensboro in February of 2019, at the peak of COVID. As such, I found myself being held hostage to my computer screen and a camera to conduct client sessions. As the saying goes, “A picture is worth a thousand words,” however, virtual meetings are unfiltered closeups where words can get lost in hair and facial flaws and imperfections. For me, I was unnerved; especially, since I was keenly aware that I had a pronounced overbite and one front tooth on the lower mandible protruded outward. Dental Care of Greensboro office is very inviting and welcoming upon entering the reception area. The staff is always cordial, and you can expect prompt service. Dr. Gross is both a skilled dentist and a great communicator with the heart of a teacher – taking every opportunity to answer questions and discuss the desires of the patient. Yes, I could have just provided a 5-Star rating, however, this practice (staff and Dr. Gross) deserves an honest review from an appreciative patient who today has the confidence to face the world head-on with a SMILE .

Fantastic experience: I was eating at a local chilis and my tooth cracked on a Saturday afternoon. I was able to find this dentist office by googling. From the first phone call…. Professional! Instructed me to come right in. I said I would be there in 10 minutes. From the receptionist to the First Lady that seen me(forgot her name) she was awesome! I was then seen by another technician Claudia, she was pleasant as well. Dr. Rosemary was great! So personable. She reassured me that things would be okay. They provide me with a crown in 3.5 hours! That’s some amazing customer service! Thanks for taking care of me! The entire staff was awesome!

Fantastic experience: Upon arriving at Dental Care of Greensboro / North Carolina Sleep Solutions, I was warmly welcomed at the front desk. They quickly sent me the forms to complete my file directly to my phone, making the process easy and efficient. The staff was very polite and greeted me with a smile, which made me feel comfortable right away. When it came time for the X-rays, however, the assistant, Claudia, had a very unfriendly attitude that made me feel uncomfortable during the procedure. Since we both speak Spanish, I was hoping for a more empathetic interaction, but unfortunately that was not the case. It may have been just a bad day, but I believe her attitude could be improved to make the experience more pleasant for patients. On a positive note, the person who performed my dental cleaning was excellent—very kind, professional, and did an outstanding job. Afterwards, the doctor took the time to explain my dental health in detail, which I truly appreciated. Overall, my experience was very positive thanks to the professionalism and kindness of most of the team, with just that one area that I hope improves in the future.

Negative experience: This dental office is unprofessional and poorly managed. The office manager is extremely rude and disrespectful, making the environment uncomfortable for both patients and staff. It’s clear they have trouble keeping employees because of her attitude. Also, be cautious when reading their glowing online reviews many of them seem suspiciously fake and do not reflect the real experience you’ll have here.

Negative experience: I would take caution with this practice. I had several cavities that were missed. This was only identified when I decided to go elsewhere and my new dentistry informed me that I had multiple cavities while reviewing my most recent X-rays taken by Dental Care of Greensboro. Luckily they hadn’t progressed further. Furthermore, for almost 3 years, I would get a call to reschedule my appointment day-of (sometimes only a couple hours before) because someone was out sick or because their schedule was double booked.

Negative experience: I went in to have work done and the dental assistant who was doing my deep cleaning was very rude to me because I was asking her questions before she began the procedure, she did not want to answer my questions and she made me feel very uncomfortable so I decided not to have the work done and I left ..I used a finance service to pay for it that the dental service works with called cherry financial. The total cost was like $550 I paid $65 dwn payment and the rest would come out my bank account through monthly payments. This dental practice has been giving me the run around about refunding me the down payment for almost a month now and on top of that the finance company is gonna start deducting the payments out of my account nxt week . I'm assuming the dental service has gotten paid for services I did not receive from the finance company and they don't wanna return the money. Smells like a scam to me . I will be contacting news 2 next ! I do not recommend this place at all .

Negative experience: We started out with a great experience until one of the women that was extremely loud the whole time, dark hair and in blue scrubs with an accent…..started being extremely rude. We asked questions about one of the charges because our insurance had stated something different and the man at the desk had looked and said we could Do a Sunday or or Saturday morning and she yelled out in front of an office full Of people that either we do today or not at all! And it was an hour wait to do it today and we had other commitments so we needed tomorrow and he had already said we could do tomorrow or Sunday and she yells out nope nope today or we can’t do it for a week. She was very rude , the man at the desk was awesome and everyone else was too. We will not be back and will be moving to another dentist due to this experience today. I am adding to my review that after this experience I called and told them I needed my dental X-rays I had done that day because I’m letting another dentist do my dental work and the same rude lady told us she would email them to the email on file. Three weeks later and still no dental records. Our insurance said they HAVE to give us those X-rays paid for by our insurance and we still haven’t gotten them. We will be driving there later this week to get them in person per our insurance company. Before this lady came on board we had good experiences there and our oldest daughter has been a patient for a very long time there. Everyone else was great though.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Gross and his team were fantastic in the clinic. My hygienist, Memorie (sorry if I spelled that wrong!) was extremely knowledgeable, and the front desk staff was very friendly. I had promised one of the front desk staff I would leave a rating, although I can't fulfill my promise to write a whole essay. Hope this was good enough haha highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: I have never had a more inviting, personable and pleasant experience at a dental practice in my life. I visited another practice about a week prior to have 3 crowns and a filling done. I had been in discomfort and constant pain the day after I had this work done. I don't want to point fingers but let's just say it rhymes with Aspen Dental. By Saturday night, one of my temporary crown had popped off and ai was in severe pain . This was the only practice within 100 miles open on a Sunday. Pair this with the fact that they were the most competent, professional and accessible place I've ever visited in my life. From the reception staff, to the dentist (Shout Out Stephanie) to the owner of the practice themselves, this was a 5 star experience. I'll be transferring all future work to this practice and they will now have a customer for life. You couldn't ask for a better experience. They even made me coffee and gave me a doctors note for my job. If you're looking for a practice in the sea of mediocrity when it comes to dental offices, LOOK NO FURTHER!! Thank y'all so much for taking care of me. Seriously, I love you.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this dental office! The whole team is professional and friendly—from the warm and helpful front desk to the kind and informative doctor. A special shoutout to Sharon, the dental hygienist—she clearly loves what she does, was incredibly gentle, sweet, and shared great tips. Highly recommend!

Positive experience: Wow. Today was slightly painful but overall great experience. I seldomly leave reviews but the way Ms. Sharon was honest yet comforting made me feel confident about my journey. We laughed (I cried some) lol.I left with information and went immediately to the store to ensure I follow her directions. The front desk staff was nice as well. Sharon had different staff (they were kind) walk in during my service but she was adamant about completing her service(s) and talked me through the process. I will say someone made a comment about my hair (stated it was beautiful) and implied differences in her hair (culture) in the middle of the process, which made me a little uneasy but Ms. Sharon held it down! Can’t wait for my next appt. Can I get get plush toy or something to hold next time because I surely don't wanna pull her pony tail ( :

Fantastic experience: Been going here for several years and They a treat me like family. Dr.Gross, Lassete, George and the whole team are all wonderful!! I called at 8am this morning with dental pain and they had me in at 930 to access and helped me with medication until my procedure...which am waiting because of me not them ...Just met Stephanie today and feel like I've known her for years ❤️. Very knowledgeable and caring people, I highly recommend them for all your dental needs!

Fantastic experience: So glad this practice was accepting new patients. Very friendly and professional staff at all levels. Had my initial exam and clean yesterday and going back for three root canals today! Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to dental care of Greensboro. The entire staff was very professional and very friendly. Dr Hernandez was very thorough and explaining things to me and she was very friendly and professional. I had a very good experience. The hygienist had a wonderful personality but more importantly their skill and knowledge of Dentistry is up there with the best of them.

Fantastic experience: By far one of my favorite dentist offices, everyone in the facility is very welcoming. They treat you like family. The dentist is spectacular at his job and moves extremely fast. Highly recommend 5/5!

Fantastic experience: I fell and broke my front tooth. This place is open 7 days a week. My wife called and Dr. Gross’ wife scheduled my appointment. They got me right in on Friday afternoon, put in a temporary crown, then put in the permanent one on Saturday morning. Great bunch of people. Professional and extra friendly. George filed the insurance work quickly, lovely Stephanie did a lot of the crown work, and Dr. Gross oversaw the entire procedure. I’ve found a new home for all my future dental work.

Positive experience: Great people, that were super nice. But I don’t feel as though my teeth were cleaned properly. I’m not sure if it was because it was my first visit but my whole set of teeth were not cleaned properly. I understand the focus was on flossing and showing me the proper flossing techniques (which I appreciate) but I feel like because maybe it was towards the end of the day my cleaning was rushed. Then I was told to go to the front and await my care plan for my teeth, to which I never got and was told I’d receive a call (which I also never got). I’m not sure if I will return to this office .. over all kinda was a mediocre experience. When my xray was done there was talk about cavities but I don’t think the proper cleaning was done as far as a using fluoride and everything else I’d expect from a dental cleaning. Kinda just used the drill, skipped over teeth, rinsed me out, and said all done.

Fantastic experience: This is my 5th time visiting them and I can tell you that from the moment you're greeted by George you feel you're in the right place. Everyone I've talked to there has been patient, kind and interested in learning about you as their patient. This time my hygienist was María, and she was careful, thorough and helpful. Need to ask for her Since I first chose them, Dr. Hernandez has been the one I've always seen and she's also professional, kind and attentive to what I have to say. Pleased with their service and personnel.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Gross is awesome! I’ve had other dentists in the past where I thought they were recommending extra work to make more money. I have NOT had that experience with Dr. Gross. He gives his honest, expert opinion- and I really appreciate that!
