Fantastic experience: I go to see Dr. Taylor at the tooth zone and there staff does a wonderful job on my teeth and I just got my wisdom teeth removed and Dr. Patrick Burkardt did a wonderful job taking care of me and safety taking out my wisdom teeth and giving me the confidence to go through the sedation and I didn't even remember anything about and what I also like about dr. Taylor office is that I get to choose the kind of tooth paste I want for the hygienist to clean my teeth with and I love the sunglasses that they gave me for my eyes and Dr Taylor check out my teeth and I never get cavity and they are good at working out with your schedule

Fantastic experience: They are always so kind and wonderful will my kids, who are a little wild and chatty. Melissa and Molly and Aurora all took great care of my kids. Actually everyone including the dentist, were very pleasant. 10/10

Fantastic experience: This place is great! The staff is friendly and efficient. So many things for the kids to do. They even have TV’s on the ceiling so they can watch a movie while getting your teeth worked on. My kids get upset when it’s time to leave. I highly recommend Tooth Zone!

Fantastic experience: Our 3 kids have seen Dr. Taylor for all their dental needs for over 9 yrs an have absolutely loved him! They always were asking for when the next appointment was and was bummed they had to wait to see him again. They also have seen Dr. Crane for all their Orthodontic needs and was just as comfortable and happy to see him as they were with Dr. Taylor. Sadly we moved states an had to end our services thru Toothzone but can not recommend this office enough they are friendly, knowledgeable as well as patient with kids that have anxiety and make the whole dental/orthodontic experience as comfortable as possible!!! If we could give 10/10 stars for this office we would!!!

Negative experience: Update: Was back for sealants and fillings two weeks later and everyone doing that was kind. :) I've taken my kids here multiple times and had a great experience until this last one. The hygienists were SO grumpy and demeaning. The kids didn't get their usual choice of movie. 2 of 3 kids had no movie most of the time. After telling my one child that had no movie twice to not use the remote, they finally turned something on for him but didn't let him choose. They couldn't find the remote for the TV for 1 child so she never got any movie. I know movies aren't necessary but it is a fun perk of this dentistry for my kids so it was disappointing. My teenager kept being told grumpily over and over that he was biting down wrong with the x-ray (I wasn't with him at the time.)We were one of the first appts of the Day- 8:20 (we were a little late) and so it baffled me even more that the hygienists were so grumpy unless they were all just tired or stressed over the holidays? I only saw one child go ahead of us and when we left saw no one. So it didn't seem like it was stress from work. Anyway, super disappointed. The doctor was great, kind, and helpful but before that, I couldn't wait to get us all out of there.

Fantastic experience: Always a good experience:) My son had been going to Dr Jamison for 12 years, and always arrives and leaves with a smile. Everyone we encounter here is helpful, and they all seem very happy to be there. Highly recommend:)

Negative experience: The dental assistant was more rough with my kids during their visit yesterday than any other assistant has ever been. Disappointing because now my son never wants to go back to the dentist because it was a bad experience and he left in tears very upset. We’ve been going to ToothZone for at least 5 years and we have never had a bad experience until now. BOTH my kids gums were bleeding from her flossing and she blamed it on them not brushing their teeth good enough. My daughter (8) also told me it was painful when she was doing her X-rays. We’ve NEVER had an issue with anything until yesterday. Very frustrating and I’ll be requesting a different assistant IF I can get my kids to go back!! The Dr’s are amazing and Dr Taylor has made a personal connection with my son that he’ll never forget! My kids have always been fine with going until now. The assistants working with children should not be rough on them, they are already sensitive and anxious. It was hard for me watching them in pain JUST from her flossing their teeth!!

Negative experience: My child has braces and I have been trying to schedule him to be seen since his wiring has been coming off and yesterday I took him in as an emergency and got told I needed to wait two weeks for him to be seen still. Has not been able to be seen but they continue to charge for the services and monthly payments. Staff that was in the front with an attitude, and very unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: My children have been going to Dr. Taylor since they had their first tooth. It has been over 12 years and I should have posted a review much sooner. I would say my review has a 12 years credibility and should be valued as a trusted representative of their staff and services. 1. Dr. Taylor takes his time and explains the process to the children and speaks with the parents as long as necessary. He provides recommendations but also considers the child’s developmental stages. He never passes judgement regardless of economic status! Genuine person to his core!!!!!! 2. The staff is extremely welcoming and works together with a positive environment and culture. They welcome you when coming in and say “have a good day” when leaving. Offering a color competition for prizes that the children can engage in while in the waiting room. The office is always clean. 3. Wait time is minimal!!! You’re in the office for your appointment and get you back either early or on time. As they expect patients to arrive on time so do their staff and visits. Most offices will say be on time and have you wait 30 minutes. Toothzone expects the same of their visits with patients….if we are expected to be on time so should their visits been on time! Wonderful Practice!!! 4. Referrals are sent over same day. All communication is handled same day. Records are sent over within reason. Accepts all insurances!!! LOVE THIS OFFICE!!!

Positive experience: I really really loved toothzone when they were in the oak park location, Fort Collins. After they moved to whaler dr. every single appointment my kids have had is changed (not changed, I am called to let me know that Dr. Taylor is in a different office that day.) And I can choose to change our appointment...the other doctor is not covered by my insurance. So, I can keep appointment and pay cash or change my appointment. Sorry but we all live tight schedules with work and kid schedules, to have things changed 4-5 days ahead of time. Then when we got there 9 minutes late, due to a office change of schedule we were told that we couldn't be seen. I really do like Dr. Taylor and the hygienists, I am sad that we can't continue to go there, but really after the move to Whaler Dr. a couple years ago the office scheduling is horrible and I cannot continue to go there.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Tayler is truly loyal I got my braces there and he keeps my teeth straight and clean love that place (definitely recommend)

Positive experience: We love this place! Doctors and staff are great and attentive. Just the appointment scheduling people need to be careful when saving appointments. I’ve been scheduled to different times or days (quite a few times) from what I chose, looks like their schedule system is not the best, they just need to make sure to save the correct spot for the appointments the patients request, but other than it’s a great Dental office.

Fantastic experience: I truly love this office and will never take my kids anywhere else. Dr. Taylor's communication to both me and my kids is impeccable. He takes the time to explain what he's doing and always pays attention to the reaction of the kiddos to ensure he's not creating any unnecessary fears surrounding the dentist -- something I wish I could have had as a child. I could not recommend this office enough! The costumer service from the front desk to the dental hygienist to the dentist and everyone you encounter there is top notch! Thank you so much for all you do for our little ones in our community!

Fantastic experience: Staff is wonderful. We have always enjoyed our visits. The kids corner has fun activities and sometimes we just want to stay to finish watching the movie that is playing. Location is easy to get to and has lots of free parking.

Fantastic experience: PLEASE READ: This review is for the Toothzone Network. As all calls go through the Fort Collins Office, I am leaving my review here. My children have been going to Toothzone since they were little. Long before it was bought out and Dr. Michelle came along. Every dentist that we have encountered in the Longmont office was wonderful and I would personally recommend them as individuals. HOWEVER, as a business, Toothzone is unprofessional. When I arrived with my son for his appointment, I found the building closed. Thinking it's odd I call the phone number only to find out the offices were closed a month ago! Who Shutters an office without notifying patients?! Telling me I should have received a text or email notice if I was enrolled to receive them is completely unprofessional and irresponsible. It is your Responsibly to be sure ALL Patients are notified. I was enrolled and never received notice. Saying sorry doesn't fix things. Actions do. DO Better, Toothzone. DO BETTER. 2 STARS. UPDATED: After my initial phone call, Toothzone reached out and apologize. Which is huge for a me. Not only did they apologize, they got to work finding the how/why this happened. Thank You, Toothzone, for taking the initiative and setting things right for me and for others who were not informed. It doesn't go unnoticed. I don't give 5 starts often. I must be earned. This fix has changed my rating to 5 STARS.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Taylor and the other staff at Toothzone are amazing! I have a kiddo who has always been terrified to go dentist; to the point they couldn't do much with him and he would cry the whole time. When we started going to Toothzone about two years ago, everyone was so nice and patient with him. They took extra time to help him feel comfortable and over time, my son has gotten so comfortable he doesn't mind going anymore. As a parent it's hard to know your kiddo needs something for their physical wellbeing but when it's that taxing on them mentally, it's hard to watch. I can't say enough great things about Dr. Taylor and his staff. If you have a kiddo who's scared of the dentist, I highly recommend you take them to Toothzone! Actually I recommend everyone's kids go there!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Taylor and his team are amazing!! We got out of the habit of regular dental visits and no one made us feel guilty about that. They were just happy to help us get back on track. They were so welcoming, kind and gentle. Dr. Taylor emphasizes making dental visits pleasant and not scary for kids and guilt free for parents. He explains everything in ways that are easy to understand and lowers anxiety. He also encourages kids to take responsibility for their dental health and empowers them to make good choices. Who knew getting fillings and extractions could actually be fun for kids? He makes it possible. We feel truly blessed to have found him!!! Cannot recommend enough.

Negative experience: We really enjoyed working with Dr Taylor and his dental team (who would receive five stars), but the billing process/department is extremely deceptive. They try to complete (and have completed) unnecessary services that are not covered by insurance and take no responsibility for their lack of transparency.

Fantastic experience: All three of my children come here. I couldn't be happier finding this office. My children range from 13-7. That being said I even have a special needs kiddo. Dr. Jamison and staff are incredible with all my kids.

Fantastic experience: Toothzone on broadway has been our office for a couple years now, my son got his braces there and the results and care was amazing. Positive experience: The dental side is absolutely great, the orthodontics I seem to have a consistent experience where I’m not told either correct information or explained fully what is going on with treatment. The team is vague when answering questions and then we’re stuck with a different outcome than expected during our next appointment.

Fantastic experience: I enjoy going here with my kids. They have great staff and love Dr. Taylor. He has always listened to me and my concerns about my kids and explains everything really well.

Negative experience: The dentist was fantastic! The administrative part was not. Received two calls about the same thing.. .Had answered immediately to the first one and some how it was not noted. Emailed the referral (and received a response) yet needed to give it in person. Got there 15 min early and was taken back 19 min after the scheduled appointment to only wait another 10 min for the dentist to see us. Took about 10 min to pay my bill, because of the ‘system’. The team was kind but it was a mess administratively.

Negative experience: This practice has decreased its customer service significantly in the past few years. The wait times are exceedingly long. For reference, my husband was a patient of the original Toothzone dentist Dr. Oberman, and we had great experiences in our early years of taking our child to Toothzone. Over the past two years, each semi annual visit for my child to receive a routine teeth cleaning results in a two hour stay in the office, with the tooth cleaning taking a maximum of 30 minutes. I mentioned my experience in an email to the office, as the office phone did not give me an option to provide feedback. The response I received did not show that the team is committed to improving the patient experience. I am disappointed and will be taking my child to another dentist after this experience.

Fantastic experience: My young child needed to get a filling done. He was very anxious about it, not knowing what to expect. It was the best experience… given the circumstances. They were so great at explaining what they were doing so nothing seemed scary and they have the process down. They were so efficient so it was over as quickly as possible. My son left there with positive views of the dentist and isn’t worried anymore about going back in the future. Also very friendly staff all around! Definitely recommend! Thank you Dr. Taylor!

Fantastic experience: We had a consult with Dr. Taylor for my 2.5 year old to get some cavities filled. I'm very nervous as they have to put him under, but Dr. Taylor was very empathetic and understanding and made me feel a little more comfortable. He asked lots of questions and provided me with much knowledge about the whole process. I'm still nervous for him to have the surgery when he turns 3, but I feel he will be in good hands with Dr. Taylor. He was also very good with my little one and interacting with him very well.

Fantastic experience: From cleanings to filling cavities- this staff is the best! My youngest and most stubborn kid (5yo) had gotten a cavity and was so nervous about getting it taken care of, but this staff went above and beyond to make sure she could find her brave. This mom is grateful!

Negative experience: Sure they seem awesome and quick and friendly - until you find out that they routinely do NOT numb a child’s mouth before drilling a “small” spot. I watched my kid cringe in agony over being drilled on with zero numbing medication bc “it’s quick” and “kids don’t like to be numbed”. I will not go back!

Negative experience: Actual dental service has been adequate with no issues. Billing staff could improve . Ex - should get back to patients in a timely manner before the date of service if a service is not covered per pre-check (usually a covered benefit but the service is been performed outside recommended time frame) so the patients can ask the right questions and make informed decisions if it's not an emergency service.

Fantastic experience: I bring my kids here for Orthodontic care and their cleanings and they are the best! Everyone is so kind and the Doctors go above and beyond to help my kids!

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good about Toothzone and Dr Taylor! Our kiddo is pretty timid and they’ve been so patient with her. Dr Taylor takes the time to explain things and even had her help him do a dental “exam” on our little one’s stuffed animal before hers. The office is clean and filled with all sorts of fun kid’s characters, colors, and activities. I recommend Dr Taylor and Toothzone to anyone with little kids!

Positive experience: This Toothzone Location opened in 2022 in place of their shuttered offices at Oak Park and Drake, which have both been converted into orthodontist offices for oral examinations at the higher levels. I have long been an individual who has valued the dental work of all of the dentists that I have had since moving here in the Obama Administration in December of 2010, and have been bestowed with some of the finest Children's and Adult's dental work, which I have valued for 13 years and counting, including the works of Dr. Taylor, a comical man who I have grown to enjoy, even in my Late Teenage Years from 2019-2023. Considering the ordeals dealt in their previous locations, the contemporary atmosphere of the Whalers Way Office is an experience set for the 21st century, an attribute I enjoy from the office, however, I sincerely miss the presence of Cultural Americana present at the previous location, especially in the case of the operating room, themed to a 1950s Vintage Diner adorned with Coca-Cola Signs and Photographs, and thus the location receives a star less due to the lack of distinct character from the interior.

Fantastic experience: We brought our son to see Dr. Taylor for his first dentist visit, he is only a year old but needed someone really exceptional to look at some unique dental problems he is already facing. We were not disappointed. From the front desk staff to our hygienist Innez, they were friendly, efficient and professional. They spent quality time with our son while also being efficient and I can’t stress how well Dr. Taylor does his job. We are so thankful for our first experience at Toothzone.

Fantastic experience: We have four kids that go to Toothzone! And we love how accommodating they are to all of our kids, everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable, our kids look forward to going to the dentist. Dr. Jamison is such a great dentist, he really makes the kids feel good about their teeth and how talks to them in detail about how to take care of them, and what can happen if they don’t take care of their teeth. Fantastic experience: We’ve been with Toothzone for 7 years now and have found Dr. Taylor and his staff to be reliable partners in the two boys’ dental care. Where necessary, every effort has been made to hold off on interventions such as fillings and extractions until the kids were at an age where this would not traumatize them towards dental care. Work is only suggested when absolutely necessary and done with patience and care; Dr. Taylor is wonderful with children. Would absolutely recommend this practice.

Negative experience: The last time my daughter came in to this office for a filling on the right side of her tooth, and she also had one on the left side to be filled. The doctor stated that she didn't need to do anything with her left side, long story short my daughter did need the other side filled and when we came back in to get that filled the doctor she seen was very short with his words and down right rude!! However, the doctors assistant was very kind and all those at the front desk.

Fantastic experience: Check in process was a breeze. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The assistant we had that did the X-rays, cleaning, and exam did an excellent job. She was so encouraging and enthusiastic and she made my 4 year old feel comfortable! She really made our experience wonderful! I hope to always get her. The doctor is friendly and addresses any concerns I have. This is a great office!

Fantastic experience: GREAT STAFF! I love the dentists, super helpful and knowledgeable. The DAs and reception are amazing and always up beat. Fun and kid friendly environment! My Kid has healthy teeth no cavities, and we have been going here for 8 years now!

Fantastic experience: We tried several pediatric dentists in town, but Im grateful to have found Dr. Taylor. He's great with kids & parents a like. We tend to lean toward the conservative side with treatments, x rays & we do our best to avoid numbered food dyes. They are kind, accommodating and help us determine what is really necessary.

Fantastic experience: We love love love Dr Taylor. My three girls, ages 3, 6 and 9 are always accommodated and able to be seen together. My 9 yo says Dr. Taylor is very nice and that he needs a raise and more than 5 stars lol. My 6 yo gives him 100 stars and says he's the best. My 3 yo says she likes him and feels like a big girl. She always leaves with such confidence. There are never any tears. All three look forward to their visits and never want to disappoint him. It's adorable. He always has good advice for parents and we all leave happy. Always the best experience. I hope all three of my girls can continue seeing him until they move on into adulthood. Can't say enough wonderful things about the office, Dr. Taylor and the whole experience. Everyone there is wonderful!!!

Fantastic experience: My daughter was so nervous, it's been awhile since she's been seen. The hygienist was so patient and caring. I love that I can go back with my child. There is no separation anxiety on top of being anxious of what is going to happen. I've had very bad experiences as a mom having to force my child to leave my side into a situation they didn't understand. I love the toothzone and will continue to choose them as my child's dentist

Fantastic experience: Dr. Taylor is fantastic. He has changed all my kids' views on going to the dentist. They actually enjoy it! As a parent, its also great to see a dentist that's a "real" person and accepts our realistic life and helps us in all the ways he can. 5 stars!

Positive experience: Have to manually enter children's health history into their digital system every.single.time. It is very time consuming and it is strange that it doesn't carry over?!? Dental care seems to be good! The dude at the front desk seems rather passive aggressive and judgemental.

Fantastic experience: Have tried to go to a few dentists with my son who is on the spectrum. This is the best dentist office in the Loveland Fort Collins area. They were patient and kind to my son and didn’t judge us once. Bedside manner of everyone was incredible and quick. I know it’s hard to find a place to take kids who are on the spectrum but this office is amazing.

Fantastic experience: Have been coming here for over 7 years and my daughters dentist Dr.Taylor is seriously amazing!!! He talks to children just in general super well, offers laughing gas, always has prizes for the kiddos, the office is very organized, and operated. Will be coming here as long as they’re around. Recommend to anyone I know who has kids. Best dentist to ever exist.

Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars I would. Initially I was more than happy with this place. The staff was friendly and kind to my kids. The first incident was when my daughter had to go in for her ecos será which we waited months for and they told me there was an error and the X-rays had to be taken all over again. So again we waited months. After that she was supposed to get braces. To make an extremely long story short whoever is in charge with claims and insurances is irresponsible and a liar including the doctor that called me saying they’re trying to get her claim approved. We waited 7 months and they said the insurance kept denying her braces and they had submitted it 5 times. When I called the insurance they said it was only submitted twice and nothing else has been submitted in 3 months since the last. I’m disgusted with this office and feel that they just wanted us to pay out of pocket since it’s what they kept mentioning saying it would be easier and faster. Don’t waste your time and go somewhere else. I could say a lot more but this dental office has wasted enough of my valuable time.

Fantastic experience: We live in Wellington and had to drive down for my boys first dental work. There was miscommunication with our appointment and without hesitation the staff did everything they could to help get us in. They ended up being able to not only get their X-rays done but got them both in for their fillings immediately. I was a little overwhelmed since it’s their first time getting fillings and they did amazing and did a great job communicating and making sure my boys were comfortable. Will be using them from now on.

Negative experience: The front desk staff is the reason for the two stars. When asked specifically what the treatment plan was for the day the 1st girl behind the desk pawned me off to another gal that tried explaining my dental benefits to me that I did not ask about, I already know that. Also, every time I make a payment I get a receipt with my exes name on it as if he has paid. I have asked so. many. times. for a correction and nothing. I need these receipts for court! I have a limited amount of time to turn them in to him and I need help with these bills! It looks like he paid the whole thing and that I owe him now!! We don’t even have the same last name. Not sure whats going on anymore. You used to get clear, concise answers and now it just seems like nobody cares anymore since they have moved.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience for my two and four year old at Toothzoome Ft. Collins with Dr. Taylor! Happy to have found a great pediatric dentist our whole family approves of. Great front desk staf and dental staff. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Our kids have been seeing Dr. Taylor since they were a year old. So, we have known him for almost 5 years now. He is personable and has an excellent bedside (chair side) manner with the kids. Dr. Taylor also takes the time to explain what he is doing and what the current practice is with dental care in children. This last visit was a much different experience as it wasn't the typical 6 month teeth cleaning. Our 5 year old had 2 teeth extracted and Dr. Taylor was great with her (and with me as well...it's hard to watch your kid have their teeth pulled!). There are iPads to play games while your kid is waiting for their appointment, but they typically run on time (there was one time when we had an extended wait because another child had to come in for an emergent visit). The office front desk staff are great and the staff in the back have been great with the kids as well. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I really loved this place and all of the staff! Esmeralda is one of the nicest and most helpful office employees I’ve ever encountered! She’s so friendly, she follows up, answers questions, and calls back. She makes me feel like we were not forgotten and our experience was a little more personal. Dr. Taylor is also fantastic! We came to his office seeking a third opinion and I really appreciate his approach and bedside manner the most! I think he truly gets kids and is eager to help even the wiggliest and energetic of them!this place is great!

Fantastic experience: It's always so wonderful taking my boys here! They have never feared going to the dentist due to the wonderful care of Dr. Taylor! He is seriously amazing with my kids!! We live far south Loveland and we decided to try out a few other offices closer to home to save drive time, that was an absolute mistake!! We decided the drive is well worth it!! There is no comparison to Dr. Taylor and his staff! I will not be taking them anywhere else ever again! Thank you for everything you do to keep my kids comfortable, and smiling!

Fantastic experience: Love Dr. Taylor! He's the best with my son! He makes sure he's comfortable and ok before, while, and after doing work. My son was afraid of the dentist from past trauma from a bad dentist. Dr. Taylor has earned my son's trust and mostly took his anxiety away. Dr. Taylor is the best! He also shows me what he's talking about and what my son needs. He is so friendly and happy to see his patients. He makes you feel welcome, comfortable, and at home.

I have been taking my kid to Toothzone for many years and I'm extremely pleased with their services, especially enjoying the new clinic, so fancy and nice. Doctor Taylor and all the dental assistants and clinic personnel are extremely kind and know how to work with kids. I would give them 10 stars plus, but I'm allowed to give them five only. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic experience: My 7 year old has been coming to Toothzone since he was 3 years old. We LOVE Dr. Taylor and his staff. They are always super personable, kind, and patient. My son recently had his cleaning and upper sealants done, and it was not only smooth sailing, but a fun visit. We are so thankful for Toothzone!

Fantastic experience: We’ve been twice and both times we had such a great experience! The staff and dentist are so great with kids and make a point to make “The Dentist” a fun and not scary experience for my 4 year old. The staff show me and explain everything they are talking about. Each time we’ve been I’ve been so surprised as to how well my son does and actually enjoys himself and that is all thanks to the amazing staff!

Fantastic experience: They have TVs on the ceiling! How cool! I went here with my twin 2 year olds by myself, which was risky. The doctor was running about an hour late and when I decided to reschedule, one of the techs let the doctor know, so he came and checked the twins quickly, which was awesome. He gave my a lot of education and my kiddos felt comfortable with him.

Fantastic experience: What a day fantastic office. I can’t brag enough about how amazing dr Taylor is. He is king compassionate and always makes the kids feel comfortable. He never pushes anything and just gives me info on what is needed. They have tvs for the kids and offer gas for kids that are unsettled for a procedure Best dentist for kids by far!

Fantastic experience: This was our first time at this clinic and we took all four of our kids ranging from age 5-1. This was probably the best experience they ever had at the dentist.
