Negative experience: Horrible communication, you have to call if you want answers for anything even if they say they will call you they don’t. They miscommunicate about billing as well saying you won’t get charged and you end up getting charged anyway.

Positive experience: The dentist and his team did a good job overall. However, I was rather miffed that the admin came in during the middle of the procedure to collect payment as if I was going to get the dental work done and then dash out the door without paying. Just wait until the end to get payment like literally every other practitioner out there.

Fantastic experience: I met the team at Harbor Dental a while back and ended up staying, mostly because they’re actually awesome! I hadn’t been to a dentist in a while, and instead of getting the guilt trip, they were super understanding and just got to work. Dr. Ciaran Murphy, along with the front desk staff and the rest of the team (wish I remembered everyone's names!), worked with me to create a treatment plan that actually fit my budget. They’ve done quite a bit of work on my teeth, and I’ve felt comfortable and well taken care of the entire time. If you are skimming through reviews, this is your nudge to just go for it.

Fantastic experience: Just wanted to give a big thumbs up to Harbor Dental. I was up in Summit County with my family - fractured my tooth during dinner and needed help. We called Harbor Dental and they arranged for me to be seen a day later- this is a welcome surprise since my tooth was quite painful. I had Carolyn for my dental workup and Dr. Murphy reviewed all the digital images and performed his exam. He was able to salvage the tooth, and most surprisingly, they have in-house 3-D printers to create my crown while I waited. I am now home, pain-free, and able to eat right away. My crown replacement was so efficient and I even napped in the chair while it was being milled! If you are looking for excellent, skilled dental work, coupled with an up to date, pleasant environment, this is it.

Negative experience: While grinding off leftover glue from a permanent retainer, Dr. Murphy changed the shape of my tooth, removing not just the glue but also some of my actual tooth. It is now extremely sensitive.

Fantastic experience: I just finished my first appointment at Harbor Dental. Everything and everyone is remarkable from the friendly staff, Carolina, the Tech who handled my many digital X-rays, and Clark, my new dentist. Fantastic experience: Went to get a crown put back on that fell off after 26 years and no problem putting it back on. Dr. Cranfill was kind enough to clean my teeth as it had been awhile I was not sceduled for a cleaning but he worked me into his schedule. Very good job really appreciate it. Fantastic experience: I’ve lived in 12 states (so at least 12 different dental offices) and have had about 7 crowns done. Believe me when I say these guys are THE.BEST. The equipment is state of the art. The hygienists have all been superb. And Dr Cranfill is excellent at explaining procedures, including my input in his treatment plan, and making sure I know what to expect. I typically am not a fan of dentists, but it would be very hard not to like this office!

Negative experience: It was not a great experience. The hygienist manhandled my face when asking me to turn left and right forced my head around. Jabbed the suction tube in the back of my throat. The machine for a cleaning tore up my gums and my mouth hurt for 3 days after. Will not be going back. Long time patient but seems the care went down hill now only want additional procedures to make money. Rushed visit. The office manager did call next day to follow up on my complaint. That was appreciated how ever will not return.

Fantastic experience: I am completely impressed with Harbor Dental. I moved from the east cost and was with my last dentist for 31 years. I was dreading finding a new dentist. So glad I found Harbor! The office is impeccably clean, the staff is fantastic and the dentists and hygienist are outstanding. I’ve had two procedures and a few cleanings and everything has been completely pain free. I have never felt that they were trying to sell me in anyway on procedures I do not need which seems to almost be the norm at other offices. I recommend Harbor Dental to anyone looking for great service!

Negative experience: The most important part of dentistry to me is to find a compassionate practice. This practice will not make scheduling exceptions for genuine dental emergencies -even if your teeth are literally breaking as you speak to them on the phone. That is a fact. As a follow up - I did find 3 other dentists office who were willing to see me immediately and recognized the urgency of the situation. I saw one immediately after Harbor Dental dismissively told me no. So 3/4 dentists thought I needed to be seen on an emergency basis and Harbor Dental refused to see me. This is a fact.

Fantastic experience: I just went to my first appointment at Harbor Dental. My dearest friend recommended them and I knew she wouldn't steer me wrong. From the minute I walked in I saw genuine smiles, laughter and kindness! I loved everyone. I was treated like a valued, respected patient, and as a person with severe anxiety and fear of the dentist office, that meant so much. My hygienist explained every X-ray, every procedure and even taught me some interesting facts! The dentist was so kind, knew I was worried, and put me right at ease. He also explained every detail, which I really appreciated. He came up with a plan that we both liked and I'm on my way to a great smile again. Thank you to them all!!! ***after my third visit, and 4 crowns, I can still say Dr. Cranfill and the entire staff are amazing!

Fantastic experience: I only had to wait about 2 minutes before being brought back to the treatment room. The procedure I was to have done was explained thoroughly with numerous chances to ask any further questions. Dr. Murphy preformed my procedure while making sure I was comfortable. I was provided with the home care directions and once again given the chance to ask any further questions I might have neglected. All in all, it was a pleasant experience and wouldn't hesitate to refer others to their office.

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Harbor Dental enough. Coming from someone who has had some fairly challenging dental experiences in the past, I was highly anxious to find a new dentist once I moved to Fort Collins. That said, I was SO lucky to have found Harbor Dental, Dr. Cranfill and their team. The office is impeccably clean, inviting and comfortable. The tools and equipment are state of the art. But what truly makes this THE place to go - are the dentists and the team. Everyone from the greetings I received, to the assistances, dentists, care I received before, during and after - were absolutely above and beyond. I felt that I was in the best of hands. All of my questions were answered thoughtfully and thoroughly. I had a challenging procedure which required a referral - and even that referral was to an amazing office. Dental Harbor followed up since then to make sure I was doing ok and everything. I have felt like I was part of a family and that they truly care about me and my teeth. Dr. Ciaran Murphy walked me through the treatments he recommended in detail. I really appreciated this as I like knowing the reasoning behind why the treatments were chosen. Jaden was so helpful in breaking down the estimated costs for these treatments as it is my first time being on individual insurance as well as providing the paperwork after the appointment for me to view at home. Overall, I left telling myself it was one of the best dentist experiences I have had in a long time. So, I hope to stick with Harbor for as long as they will take me. :)
