Fantastic experience: Great dental practice! Everyone was professional, kind, and did quality dentistry! Highly recommend!

Negative experience: I will be seeking a second opinion, even though they wasted two hours of my time and 300 of my insurance limit, I needed a chip fixed on my front tooth and they talked me into a first time patient where they gave me 20 x-rays of my mouth and then told me I had a severe scaling on my teeth and they wanted to spend four separate visits on four different quadrants of my mouth doing a “deep clean” and that they were not allowed to numb more than one quadrant of my mouth at a time and that they needed to numb my teeth for them to be cleaned properly and that each visit would be 242..I am not a fan of how they incorporated AI to tell me that I had nine cavities that needed filled and that it would be approximately $400 per cavity because my insurance would be capped out from all of the four separate cleanings. They refuse to fix my chip in my tooth and grounded down now I feel like a hillbilly. Then they told me they didn’t have time to do one of the cleanings they did say they had time to do and rescheduled me for 7 o’clock in the morning. When I left because I told them that I couldn’t swing the payment of $3000 over 10 different dental visits the ladies at the counter scoffed at me and I could see them snickering to themselves about how overwhelmed I became. I have beautiful teeth and have a lot of work done in my life and never did I have to pay 400 per cavity and I do not trust the AI that used to tell me this. I believe the other prices are grossly overrated, and the scope of work that they said I needed was grossly over exaggerated and that they could have cleaned my teeth, maybe 1/2 per hour but to do 7 teeth per hour. I just don’t understand how their pricing is built out and how it’s per tooth even though the “cavities” are “superficial”…..

Fantastic experience: I have been using centre family dentistry since 2001. I have been through three different dentists there and each have been excellent. The hygienist like, January, over the years have been superb. The office staff like Lois, Jan, Dona, etc. are always fun and very pleasant to be around. I current live over two hours away and I still choose to drive the distance to have them as my dentist over anyone closer. If you choose them; you won't ever be dissapointed

Fantastic experience: Madison did a phenomenal job of getting my teeth sparkling clean and I loved chatting with her. Lovely professional woman. I always enjoy seeing Dr. Humbert. He is excellent at his profession and he has a fun sense of humor, which I adore.

I can honestly say that Centre Family Dentistry takes care of you as a person not as a name in an appointment book. The staff is fantastic and Dr. Humbert takes pride in his work. If you didn't smile when you went in you will definitely smile when you leave. I highly recommend Centre Family Dentistry for your dental needs, they won't disappoint.

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient for years. The staff is friendly and professional and I always feel well cared for. I've had a long time phobia of the dentist, and my body doesn't have a traditional reaction to novocaine. But even when extensive work was required, they do a great job of listening to me and making sure I'm as comfortable as possible. Despite the fact that I left Fort Collins a few years ago and now live at Windsor, they are still my dentist and I have no plans to change that. That says a lot about what a great job they do!!

Fantastic experience: I recently had 3 teeth which needed work. I am very sensitive to dental procedures and was a bit apprehensive about having that much work completed in one appointment. I was amazed at how easy it actually turned out to be. My time in the chair was kept to a minimum and on the last tooth, I detected some sensitivity and Dr Humbert gave another shot to insure the process went smoothly and painlessly. It has been a couple months since the work was done and I have had zero issues arise. I have been a patient at Centre Family Dentistry for several years and have always had a good experience with the staff as well as the Doctors I have seen. I will be there from now on!

Fantastic experience: I found Centre Family Dentistry over a year ago because my crown was swelling and needed emergency help. Dr. Horst got me on antibiotics right away and I’ve recommended them ever since. I would definitely recommend Center Family Dentistry! I just had a filling done and was nervous for not having headphones, and he and his team made me feel so at ease being there. Everyone I’ve hand the pleasure of speaking with is very calming and honest! They make sure you’re comfortable and walk you through the whole process. Finding them has been such a breath of fresh air! Thank you Dr. Horst and team!! Recently Dr Horst has moved out of state and I now have the pleasure of working with Dr. Simmons. My initial visit was easy. He asked personal questions to try to get to know you and create a relationship, which I hadn’t have someone do that before coming here. The whole team, from front facing, Hygienist team, (Devin is the best!) to the Dr.s, it’s been such a wonderful experience!

Fantastic experience: I had a severe toothache and my primary dentist was out of their office. I contacted Centre Family Dental, and even though I didn't have an appointment, they made the time to see me . The office was very clean and well decorated. The secretary at the front desk was extremely helpful and accommodating. Centre Family Dental is part of the Delta insurance family of dentists, but they will bill most insurance providers and work with you concerning payment. All in all, a great experience and help when I needed it most.

That experience was super frustrating and uncomfortable—overdiagnosis, unnecessary referrals, upcharges, poor quality scans. My friend swore by Dr. Humbert, so I gave the office a call and I’m so glad I did. He and Natosha are fantastic (as is the whole team)! They fit me in the same day for a second opinion at no charge and walked me through everything clearly and honestly, and made me feel really comfortable and put no pressure on me. Even though they’re out of network for me, my out-of-pocket cost ended up being less than what the chain had quoted, without all the unnecessary treatments. I left feeling genuinely cared for and confident in their work. I’m so thankful to have finally found a dentist I trust again!

Negative experience: The front office staff and hygienist were nice enough, however, when I asked to forego the 18 xrays, the hygienist brought back the Dentist and I was scolded into why they were so important. I am not having issues, see the Dentist regularly and wanted to have a cleaning. He would not yield "for liability" and told me I would not be charged for the day and that the hygienist would escort me out. At checkout with the front staff, I could hear the hygienist and Dentist laughing and talking about me. I felt intimidated and humiliated. This office does not let you advocate for yourself as a patient and don't respect your choices for the care you would like - it's not a team approach to dental care.

Fantastic experience: I love this practice. Close to home and the entire staff there are highly professional and knowledgeable about anything you ask or need from them. Thumbs upto you all. P.S. my tooth extraction was smooth, fast and painless. Still no pain the day after thanks to Nate and his assistant.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely hate being numbed, it puts me in a horrible mood. I posted a review for this office right after my appointment that was a bit negative. After sleeping it off I realized that the thing I was upset about was completely out of the dentist’s control. For context, I got a root canal and the lab that makes the permanent crowns made a mistake on mine, so I was told I’d have to go another three weeks with a temp crown; an issue that was completely out of the dentist’s control. It is unfortunate and a little embarrassing that I left a negative review in my moment of frustration, because this dentist office has consistently provided what I sincerely consider to be the best dental experience(s) I’ve ever had. The staff is always so incredibly kind, comforting, and patient, which is greatly appreciated from someone with dental anxiety. The dental work I got done was done exceptionally well. Both the dental assistants and the dentist were careful, gentle, and considerate when working on my teeth. The quality of their work has been outstanding as well. Truly wonderful staff all together. If you’re looking for a new dentist, I strongly consider Centre Family Dentistry. To any of the staff that saw the review I left when I was worked up and upset, I do very much apologize. I do believe I had a rational reason to be upset, but I was irrational in blaming the staff who have been nothing but good to me. Especially for something that was completely out of their control. I do not look forward to any dental work I may need in the future, but I do look forward to being treated by your incredible team when that time comes.

Negative experience: Wish i could give less than 1 star. Told me over the phone they take a certain insurance. Drove 45 min to ft for them to say they actually don’t take it. Everyone is rude. Don’t waste your time.

Fantastic experience: I have great anxiety about visiting the dentist due to a horrible childhood experience. The dentists there know this and are compassionate and understanding, always willing to be patient with me and to try to calm me, or give me less stressful treatment options. I trust them and I feel comfortable under their care. Everyone in the office is understanding of my fear and works with me to help me have healthy teeth in spite of it. I’m still scared when I go, but I know they truly want to help me and care about my health.

When I called to make the appointment I got in very quickly and my issue that I was having with another dentist was solved that has been going on for over a year. Fantastic experience: I love this place. The hygienists always do a great job, and it isn’t the painfest I have experienced elsewhere. The dentist’s professionalism and bedside manner are top notch, and the front desk staff is always friendly.

Positive experience: The staff is always incredibly friendly and ive had good experiences at appts- however, charging a $75 same-day cancellation fee for illness is a bit ridiculous, even if given a ‘one time waiver’ on the fee. Would you prefer that staff are working inside a sick client’s mouth?

Fantastic experience: Best experience in my >50 years of dental care visits. From Helena and Natasha to Jessica and Dr. Humbert, everyone was professional, personable and...calm. (Most thorough cleaning I've ever had). They took extra effort to make sure my questions were answered including a discussion with Dr. Humbert about a mandibular advancement device for sleep disordered breathing. A MAD device can provide a more open airway and reduce snoring, daytime fatigue, brain fog and other sleep quality issues and this dentist charges only $850 for this device/service whereas others I have contacted quoted me $3k-$4k. I highly recommend Dr. Humbert and Centre Family Dentistry. (I am not affiliated with them in any way whatsoever)

They had a very cute lobby, and the rooms were nice and well maintained. They made a very big priority of making sure I was informed and as comfortable as possible throughout the whole process.

Fantastic experience: I obviously really love this dental office if I’m taking the time to leave a review. Easy booking, thorough cleaning (and had me raise my hand if I was experiencing discomfort), very kind staff. The dr. takes time to explain things during his exam and is present with patients. They must jot down little notes about their patients because they asked about things I mentioned going on in my life from my last visit. This is very good customer service.

Fantastic experience: Doctor, hygienist and staff were great. I’ve been to other places that are quick and low cost but they really don’t clean your teeth thoroughly, which is one of the main reasons you go in every 6 months!

Negative experience: They were nice and I confirmed before my appointment that it was fully covered and they said yes, then when I went in they looked in my mouth and decided they needed to do more, quoted me $104 in the chair, so I said sure. Then they did the work and when I went to leave they charged me $215 total. So my appointment went from free, covered by insurance, to a $215 bill, and then they had plenty of more work to do which would cost me over $2500. Outrageous, unprofessional and annoying. Do not get fooled!!

Fantastic experience: This dental office is fantastic. It's easy to get appointments and easy to get ahold of them. The office runs on time. I've seen both Dr. Horst and Dr. Humbert, and they are both great. Dr. Humbert picked up on some concerning changes on annual xrays and did further tests to determine that I needed 2 root canals. Despite some anxiety about the procedure, it was a total breeze. Felt no pain at all after the only slightly painful anesthetic injections, and had zero pain in the preceding days/weeks. I highly recommend this office!

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend this dentist enough. Less than 6 months ago, I had my first dentist appointment in 5 years due to some anxiety and fear from past experiences. Since then I’ve had pretty extensive work done and can honestly say Dr. Horst and the team have changed my life! I’m in a lot less pain and feel so much better. From the beginning, the entire staff was kind, attentive, considerate, understanding, and friendly. When my insurance had issues, they were helpful and informative. Fantastic experience: Dr Humbert and his assistant Martha were both really nice, professional and compassionate. I was in pain and referred out for a root canal. After the one visit I will definitely continue to use this office for my dental needs. Nikki, at the front, was sweet and thoroughly explained the costs of future care I’ll need.
