Fantastic experience: I had an great experience at Taft Hill Orghodontics! The staff is excellent. Very professional and efficient. They were very accommodating to my schedule and the orthodontist was thorough and was able to work me in to get my braces taken off. I highly recommend this office!

They made my daughter feel completely at ease and took the time to explain everything in a way we both could understand. We truly felt valued and cared for throughout the entire visit. A friend recommended this place, and now I absolutely see why—top-notch experience all around!

Negative experience: We came to this orthodontic office to get Medicaid approval for braces for my two children. About a week after our initial visit, the office called and told me that one of my children had been approved and that we could proceed with Invisalign. I agreed, but later misplaced the letters from the mail. When I called the office for copy, I was told that I had actually received two denial letters and that both children were denied. This confused me because earlier they told me one child was approved and they had already ordered Invisalign. I was then told that Medicaid does not cover Invisalign and that I would need to pay out of pocket. They said they would ask approval by lowering the cost to 3k instead of 5700. On the appointment day for starting Invisalign, while finalizing the contract, I saw that my cost would be $5,700. At that point, I had to stop the treatment because this was not what I was previously told, while my kid was already laying on the chair to put the invisalign on. I filed an appeal through Medicaid. During the process, I learned that the child who was supposed to receive Invisalign had actually been approved, but because I transferred to different orthodontist and transfering responsibilities need to go through Dental Quest and found out that they used the files to a wrong kid which caused one approval to be inactivated, got a call from new office 1 hour before my hearing. The new orthodontist, who explained that the child who wanted Invisalign actually needs metal braces because of a deep overbite, and that Invisalign would not correct it. Medicaid reviewed and reactivated the correct approval for the child who truly needed treatment. I am grateful for that, but the experience with this office caused significant delays for 4 months (July 19th and he got braces on Nov 20th) The and stress due to file mistakes and inconsistent communication.

Fantastic experience: We’ve had our two teens complete Invisalign here, our younger in braces and now Mom gets her turn in Invisalign. Friendly, efficient, helpful, professional and effective. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: My kid is currently receiving orthodontic care at Taft Hill. They claimed at the start that they would be able to get us in to fix brackets and such and that they have plenty of appointments. THIS IS NOT THE TRUTH. We always have to wait DAYS to get in. I am also being told conflicting information constantly and I DO NOT recommend this establishment for busy parents.

Fantastic experience: Two of my kids had braces at this location, a great place and great staff members. We had a great experience throughout the whole treatment and everything was well explained since the beginning.

Negative experience: I made an appointment with them to get my wisdom tooth extracted and after a few weeks I got a call from them a few days before my appointmment saying they do not do extractions and that I will have to make an appointment with another office. I had to jump through so many hoops to get everything lined up with my schedule to make things work and to get a call just a few days before the appointment informing me that they don't even do extractions is just beyond frustrating. I am so confused why the person that took my inital phone call confirmed that they do extractions and set up the appointment if don't. Also, if that were the case, why wasn't I called sooner for clarification so that I can plan accordingly and set up an appointment elsewhere? It is absolutely frustrating that because of the carelessness and incompetance of the person who scheduled me in, I've wasted weeks of my time and have to wait another few weeks to get my procedure done.

Positive experience: Everyone was very nice and text alerts are great! We look forward to working with Taft. The time to see the doctor was long and I get that things don’t always go as planned. This is the only reason for 4 out of 5.

Fantastic experience: They are all so nice. Their building is clean and comfortable. They make kids of all just feel safe and comfortable getting their work done. My daughter’s teeth look amazing!

Fantastic experience: Taft hill has provided 2 /3 of my children braces. My oldest son’s teeth look beautiful and they keep checking in on him after he has been out of braces for almost 1 yr. My youngest son is getting his braces taken off this coming week and I can already see that his teeth look great. We have one more kid to go and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for services. There are many other places I could go especially since Taft hill is more than 30 mins away from my home but I love the friendly staff and how professional their services are.

Fantastic experience: I made an appointment to get more information on options for braces. I was given a warm welcome when I entered the office and my wait time was minimal (I had an early appt). I was quite impressed with the staff’s knowledge on the product offered as well as their patience with my questions. Everything was explained well and I like that they offer a payment plan. With the help of Taft Hill Orthodontics, I won’t be hiding my teeth any longer. Lots of smiles to you!!

It was refreshing to have a provider & staff that didn't make me feel pressured to just sign a contract or commit to a treatment plan immediately, and instead went over the pros & cons to doing treatment now vs waiting a while longer. So many places will push you into doing something now just to have a sale, but I was very pleased this practice puts the patients needs 1st giving you all the facts and comfort to make a educated decision without pressuring you. We look forward to moving forward with the treatment plan here when the time is right.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Hardy was very knowledgeable, helpful and honest. Everyone in the office is helpful and nice. I went in for the free evaluation for some concerns about my teeth alignment and jaws. Dr. Hardy was very thorough diagnosing, and explaining the pros and cons of the orthodontic treatment plan. He spent a good trunk of time trying to solve my problem and was very honest explaining that orthodontic treatment would not help much in my case. He referred me to other doctors that he believed would solve the issue.

Fantastic experience: I recently finished an Invisalign treatment with Taft Hill, and they were stellar! I had braces 10 years ago and my teeth shifted over the years, so I went to Taft Hill to see what they could do. I was pleasantly surprised with how affordable my treatment was, and was so happy to see my smile fixed at the end! The staff is awesome, and I’d go back without hesitation if I need work done in the future.

Negative experience: Customer service is horrific. Walk in with no greeting. Every time. Staff late from lunch breaks. No calls to let you know they have cancelled an appointment. Poor communication, apathetic attitudes. Taking my kid somewhere else from now on. Dismal understanding of little kids. It was like a huge ask for them to even take time to explain procedures to my kid. Stark decor. Depressing. Taking our braces bucks elsewhere, thanks.

Negative experience: Do not come here if you have Cigna HMO dental insurance. Though their website and Cigna’s says they are contracted they are not and will charge you twice what other Cigna HMO providers will. I wasted hours of my and my daughter’s time figuring this out.

Positive experience: Everything was great except for prices. It's a 3rd the cost to do Smile Direct Club online. It's about $2500 with them or $7,000 at Tafthill Orthodontist. Not worth it, I'll be going online to Smile Direct for $2500

Positive experience: Very disappointed in this last visit, the assistant that worked on my daughter accidentally broke a bracket off of one of my daughter's front teeth. Said she didn't have time to fix it this time, so will fix it at her next appointment in mid-September. My daughter is a 15 year who image is important to and now she is self-conscious of her smile. We have a vacation coming up and with her feeling that way. I hope that doesn't affect her smile in the many pictures I plan to take. I feel that since she broke it qt this appointment she should have fixed it.

Explained to me all the details and payment plans available and the also stated they also have an office in Greeley which that’s awesome which will save me a 45 minute drive back and forth. All I cam say is I can’t wait to get my braces and be able to be more confident with my smile

Fantastic experience: Where do I start taft hill orthodontics is amazing! I have been taking my daughter for a little over a year now. The staff is so beyond nice. They pay close attention to my daughter and make her as comfortable as possible. She didn't like one of the tools in her mouth because it was to big so they came up with a different option that was more comfortable for her and made sure she was calm and ok before they started any of the work. The team is so understanding and patient with kids. And Dr. Hardy is amazing! I would recommend them to anyone! And if I could they deserve more then 5 stars. All around amazing.

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for an orthodontist that really cares about your kiddo this is the place you want to go. Whether you’re a family paying cash or whether you are a family on government assistance insurance, they take it all. They are nothing like ToothZone and actually follow HIPAA laws as well as keeping their appointments and not over booking. You can count on the staff to be knowledgeable and friendly at every visit, 100% on time and respectful of it. Since they’re not so overworked and overbooked they actually get to know their patients to and care. No matter what insurance you are working with, this is the place you wanna go. My daughter goes here and I take my daughter’s friend here for care as well and they have been nothing but the best the entire time.

Fantastic experience: I went to the orthodontist when I was younger for years and have been dreading having to take my son in but it wasn’t something that could be avoided. I was referred here by our family dentist and I am so grateful that they did. The staff were so welcoming and warm. The person that helped us was Taylor and he was absolutely wonderful. My son really liked him and is actually looking forward to going back.

Negative experience: The new associate did not read the patient notes nor the notes of patient history I filled out the day of the appointment. They did an x-ray when told not to puting my daughter with a rare medical condition in danger.

Positive experience: They aren't always the most cleanest or most organized. But they are friendly and kind and seem to get you in and quickly. It also seems like they are doing there best to keep the 6 foot rule, and are in the middle of trying to remodel parts of there operation to be more efficient.

I was able to get a consultation and have my permanent retainer fixed in the same visit. Dr. Hardy was so nice and chill. I experienced no pain at all. Also, the Valentine’s Day decorations were very cute. I would definitely say this is an exceptional orthodontics office. Highly recommend.
