Fantastic experience: This is the dentist you need to go to. Don’t care how long it takes to get there. It’s like going to a five-star day spa. You are greeted like an old friend when you walk in. Staff treat you like a rock star, and you are staying at their house. On a serious note, my dental health has never been better. Never any issues and if arises you are in the office that day and you don’t leave until resolution. Can’t say enough about Dr. Walker and the staff.

Fantastic experience: As always, a perfect dental experience: nice welcome from Gina, on-the-dot appearance of Marissa, my hygienist, who gave me an amazingly thorough cleaning, including ultrasound ablation of the stains of years -- my teeth are now those of a twenty-year-old who drinks only water! All the hygienists at Walker Dental are consummate professionals, who are knowledgeable and clearly interested in promoting dental care. And I really appreciate the check for tongue, mouth, and thyroid cancer: no other dentist's office I have ever visited has provided this. Dr. Walker was thorough and helpful. I also appreciate the way my concerns are noted, never minimized, and the way my decisions are respected.

Stephanie was my hygienist and not only made me feel comfortable, but was so lovely with just the right amount of conversation! I was able to speak to Dr. Walker, who also made me feel very good about future work I need and submitting to my insurance. All in all, it was a wonderful visit because the people working there give off great vibes and do great work.

Negative experience: I saw Dr. Walker for a crown a few years ago. He was not meticulous. He in fact came across like he didn't care much about my tooth. He drilled a hole on the opposite tooth and left it like that. (I promptly sought another Dentist.) After all these years, I still remember how baffled I was at the careless treatment. The administrator, Gina, on the other hand, was top notch. She's the only reason this review is not one starred.

The Admin, Gina is excellent and that is a huge part why my opening statement is true. I have had dentists and hygienists in the past who were awesome with terrible administrative support. This place is the total package for sure!

Negative experience: The only reason this review isn't one star is because of the friendly, professional, and helpful hygienists that I've encountered at Walker Dental. Walker himself is rude, dismissive, and overall just comes off as a total jerk. He is incredibly unprofessional and his demeanor is not at all appropriate towards his patients. He keeps trying to insist on rather invasive (and expensive) procedures, when other dentists I've consulted have said it is not necessary and may just be a ploy to try to squeeze money out of my insurance. He makes me dread booking what would otherwise be a pleasant visit to the dentist. Unless you want to be seen by a sour and unprofessional dentist, I'd suggest going elsewhere. I genuinely feel bad that the hygienists are stuck working with someone like that.

Dr.Walker was able to determine a solution to the problem quickly and implemented it expeditiously I am very satisfied. One comment: I think that you will get better, more credible results with the survey if you don’t have a suggested comment. It looks too canned.
