Fantastic experience: As a new patient, I was so impressed! I came in for my yearly appointment, and they were able to get stains off my teeth that I didn't even know could be removed! My hygienist was patient and thorough and explained the "why" of everything and how I can optimize my at-home dental care. The dentist even recommended care for a jaw issue that none of my previous dentists had a solution for. Will definitely be staying with this office!

Fantastic experience: I was very pleased with my first visit to F & D. Jessica and Dr. Hatzipetrou were both excellent. Very thorough, friendly. They came recommended from a friend and I can see why. I had a follow up visit with Dr Hatzipetrou to repair a compromised tooth and filling. She and her assistant did outstanding work. The procedure was handled flawlessly! 6 month appt. I returned and had an excellent appointment with Amanda and Dr. Hatzipetrou. I was very pleased with the care I received. Very professional, state of the art care. I went in for my 6 month check up (2024) and once again had a great experience. Friendly staff and they do excellent work. 2025 semi-annual visit. I continue to be very satisfied with the care and attention I receive from these fine people. Jan 2026- Dr H and Lyn helped me with a temporary crown today. Very pleased with the procedure and follow up. They continue to impress me.

And their assistants at Dr. Bob’s office, make you feel like your family as soon as you walk in there. I had two root canals and one surgical extraction not only did I not feel a thing. Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about Failla & DeFransisco Dentistry in Watertown, MA! Everyone there is so professional, friendly, and truly dedicated to their patients. Today, they went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get my teeth cleaned—even though the person who handles insurance wasn’t in and the computer system was giving them trouble. Rather than just reschedule my appointment (which would have been the easy route), the whole team worked together to figure it out, all with patience, kindness, and a great attitude. Total rockstars! And the best part? My teeth have never felt so clean and amazing. Highly recommend this fantastic office!

Negative experience: 0 rating for a poor customer service. They do not know what insurance they accept and even if you were a new patient making your very first appointment, will not help verify if they can accept your insurance. Apparently, they have a long line of patients, good for you because I will take my business somewhere else, you are not the only office in Boston.

The hygienist who cleaned my teeth the past two times was Julie, and she’s always been friendly and welcoming. She cleans my teeth really thoroughly I feel like I come out with a new smile. I did zoom whitening today for the first time and had a positive experience. Julie checked in on me often and made sure I was comfortable while I sat in the chair for a bit.
