Fantastic experience: I would give this place 20 stars if I could. I hate I didn’t find this place sooner . The staff is absolutely amazing!! & the Dr Turner was AMAZING as well. He was Very knowledgeable and Kind. you can tell he truly cares for his patients . His associate Dentist or the 2nd dentist. He was so kind and down to earth as well. I was like woah everyone is so nice and kind , not just doing their job but going above and beyond. I’m always honest on my reviews so trust me when I say definitely give them place a try . You most definitely won’t regret it and won’t want to go to another dentist office!! God bless .

Because I have been Traumatized by these our Dentists And its very hard for me to trust people when there doing work on your face Dr. Turner tells you what he can and can’t do not others Dentists in Abilene Tx they don’t he’s very friendly and Detailed And organizedI I love that he looks at you with no judgment eyes like other dentists but staff needs improvement or pointers when It comes to billing write recipes for work done or itemize work done and tell them about there balance because trust is at jeopardy especially in business not to argue with patients if you can’t show it on paper what was done and balance then take responsibility for that do be friendly and bring patients and explain work done if we don’t understand and then let us know about patients balance please don’t hide that from patients because the older we are the more we the patients need to be shown because we have to budget and have to make our money Stretch out with a lot of things out and be friendly like doctor Tunner it will help he’s business I wish I had found you when I first had problems if I had more money to fix my the rest of my teeth he would be my first choice Thank You Dr. Turner for helping me and going out of your way we need more Dentist like you ❤️

All of the staff members are very knowledgeable, technology is advanced, and the office provided me with much needed advice about hygiene and care. Their standard of care is impeccable and I am very grateful their office accommodates both adults and children. You cannot go wrong with choosing Dr. Garrett/ Dr. Turner.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Turner is the best dentist I have ever been a patient of in my entire life. Dr. Garrett comes in second. But if I was standing in front of either I would flip flop my rating of both of these great Dentists. I am a big baby when it comes to needles and applying local anesthetic and Dr. Turner always makes it a painless process. When it comes to cost, I am out of network and I pay mostly out of pocket, so what I am saying is that the procedures I have had are far less than what I have paid out of network. Great team of dental assistants and front desk team. Thank you for your care and jokes. I feel comfortable after 5 minutes in the chair.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Dr. Turner for a little over 3 years. Today was for my 6 month cleaning. Every single time has been a great experience (considering it's a dental appointment!). I love that in those 3 years, Valarie is still greeting me with joy and Cheyenne is still keeping my teeth clean! That, as a former business owner, says a ton to me about how they care for their team. Even today, Dr. T stopped by just to say hi and see how I was enjoying retirement. He said "I saw your name on the schedule this morning and then recognized your bald head in the chair." That's AMAZING! They really care about you!!! I love my dentist and their entire staff and feel bad I put off for so many years going to see them. They are awesome!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Stan Turner is always so thorough and helpful with our whole family for over 10 years. I love the bird feeder & water features out most the exam windows to help calm the environment . I have an allergy to sedation and he did research and a consult to make sure he could provide me the best care and he was amazing throughout my treatment. Today was Halloween Eve and the office was dressed up, pretty cool!

Fantastic experience: I'm 55 & I have been extremely afraid of dentists my entire life. Had never been to a dentist from '86 until '19 when I went for sedation dentistry with someone in Eastland....was a wonderful thing...today, without sedation, I had the most AWESOME experience with Dr. Turner & his assistant (without sedation mind you .... & REALLY nervous, can't ever remember his name & I'm sorry for that) they were remarkable to the point that I felt the pokes but nothing I couldn't handle....about 15 minutes later he said you'll feel pressure, which I didn't, then he lifted up & I said did you get it? He said yes. I have more to be done but with this man I know what I'm getting & I'm going back in couple of weeks for round 2. Thank you Dr. Garrett Turner. This scaredy cat will follow up. Might still be nervous but thank you so much.

Negative experience: G. Turner filled a cavity I had, after the meds wore off I had pain. I was already gone as I drive over the road so I didn't call or complain about it, I adjusted the side I chew on. When I was finally in town, they did work me in, no problem there. But when I go in to get it repaired they want to charge me for a exam visit. Nope just here for the filling to be adjusted, replaced or whatever yall need to do. This is something that was not done correctly and it needs to be fixed. I shouldn't have to pay extra out of pocket for it. That is not how business is done. If I deliver a load of busted stuff and it was my fault, guess who is responsible. I may be old school in my way of thinking but in my opinion you fix what you messed up.

Fantastic experience: Who in the world gives the dentist five stars? I do!! Staff is pleasant and ridiculously punctual. Office is very modern and pleasing to the eye. State of the art equipment. I can’t say enough good things about them. If you could get this level of service in all medical fields, people would not have anything to complain about.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Turner has been my dentist since I was 3 years old. He also did my braces. He’s the reason that I have never been afraid to have dental work done. Today, I took my 2 year old for her first cleaning, and she was treated like royalty. I have always loved every single visit. Dr. Turner is a perfectionist, and is so knowledgeable about anything and everything possibly involved in his field. He also offers laser frenectomy for lip/tongue ties. He’s truly a genius, and I can’t say enough good things about how kind and compassionate he is, as well as his entire staff.

Fantastic experience: Turner Dental is wonderful! My husband and I have been their patients now for almost 14 years and both Drs Turner are caring & concerned for their patients. I popped a veneer (not Dr Stan's work, btw) on a Fri night, called & left a non-emergency message, they texted Mon morning about 7:30 with an appointment time, and by 1:00 that afternoon my veneer was cemented back in place and I was good to go! The staff is always kind and caring and go above and beyond to make appointments go as easily as possible. Thank you, Dr Stan!!!

I was referred to Dr. Turner and he was so awesome that I'm now loyal to him and went back to see him today. Fantastic experience: I was very happy with my treatment by Dr. Garrett and his team. I needed an extraction of a tooth that just didn’t want to come out. Fantastic experience: I was scared to death of having my wisdom teeth removed! I have heard so many horror stories about how excruciating it is!! I had them removed yesterday and I'm so grateful that I came to Turner Dental! I was made to feel at ease and the dentist walked me through what he was doing. The extraction process had zero pain, just weird cracking and pushing.

Fantastic experience: I somehow managed to chip a crown and was concerned that things could get worse quickly. Dr. Garrett Turner has been the only dentist I’ve used in Abilene and he managed to see me the same day. While the problem isn’t completely resolved, Dr. Garrett is going to see me again to further assess the situation. Perhaps it’s just a small crack or perhaps I will need a new crown. Whichever, I’m not in pain.

Fantastic experience: We have used the Turners for years now. My kids love them and I do too. My youngest had to have two more extractions done today and it all went well. They have the patience with all ages, they do well to comfort and explain everything so well. Even though they are always busy you never feel rushed or unimportant. They both really go above and beyond for their patients and everyone from the front staff to any of the other staff members are always so pleasant. Staff is so important and you can tell they think so too because they have fantastic helpers.
