Fantastic experience: I went to Dr. Sivley as a kid. Only dentist Intrust for my whole family!

Fantastic experience: Danni is the best at cleaning my teeth! I get so much natural tarter build up, and she cleans them twice a year. Danni also does all the needed preventative maintenance of x-rays and gum measurements. Dr. Sivley does the final checking and is always pleased! Great job!

Negative experience: I have a tooth turned sideways on the right side of my upper jaw and he didn't send me for a surgical consultant or anything. I was informed by the VA that he had relocated but he's still in the same location so I can only assume that he hates old veterans with dental problems. In my opinion I would not take my dog to him to have plaque removed !!!

Fantastic experience: I always have a positive experience at Dr, Sivley & Toogood DDS! They must be doing something right for me. Dr. Sivley has been my dentist since 1986, almost 40 years! Danni J. has been my hygienist for a long time too. The whole practice has the greatest atmosphere, with Christian music playing softly, and the attitudes of every person there are so amazing! I highly recommend you choose Dr. Sivley & Toogood DDS!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr. Sivley for 14 years. I am never disappointed with the care I receive here. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hygienist are very thorough and knowledgeable. Dr. Sivley is genuinely concerned about his patients and quick to fix problem teeth. The eight veneers he placed on my front teeth 13 years ago are still beautiful and I've never had any issue with them. I highly recommend Big Country Dental.

Fantastic experience: Recently went to Big Country Dental (Sivley) for the first time. Really impressed with the staff and level of dental expertise. I was impressed with their scanning equipment and through approach to my current dental situation. My cleaning was done really well. The dental assistant was very conscientious with everything she did and had some great advice to help me floss more consistently. Will definitely be back! Great experience!

Fantastic experience: First time patient, my fiance told me about them and I decided to try them out. Never felt judged and left with a good plan on what steps to take into getting me on the right track where I want to be with my dental health. Definitely worth going to! From the receptionist, to the hygienist and to the doctor, they were all amazing and friendly!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Birk has been amazing, extremely kind, patient and knowledgeable during each of our multiple family appointments! He was tremendous with my teenager during fillings which calmed her during the process. He was amazing during my process of having a crown! He was caring when it came to pain level and making sure his patients are comfortable. He also completed extractions and a partial that looks amazing for my spouse. Highly recommend Dr. Birk for the entire family! I am excited to work with him in the future regarding whitening my teeth with Icon next!

Fantastic experience: The staff is amazing and friendly. It was my 4 year olds first time in this office and he was very nervous. The hygienist and Dentist are both wonderful with children and made him feel super comfortable. I can’t thank enough for such a smooth visit today. My whole family can now go one place for our dental visits.

Fantastic experience: I went in today as a new patient with previous severe dental anxiety. Dr. Toogood’s team did so good explaining everything and reassuring me along the way. I ended up needing 3 fillings and a deep cleaning which is scheduled for another date. Dr. Toogood and his team offered sedation to help relieve my dental anxiety when I come in for my procedures next time — PRAISE . Everyone there was so kind! I developed some anxiety as a result and needed medication to have my teeth cleaned. Dr Too good and Erin made a very pleasant dental visit. I hope to see Erin for all of my cleanings in the future. Fantastic experience: Dr Sivley and his staff are the best. I’ve been seeing him and Dani for cleaning and repairs for over 22 years! Dr Sivley is so kind and such a great dentist! He makes sure I’m okay during my shots and being worked on. He is also so kind to Linda as she is helping him! Love them all.

Fantastic experience: This was our 1st visit to Dr Toogood’s office. The staff was friendly and efficient. Jean was an excellent hygienist! Dr Toogood took his time talking with my wife and I about options and recommendations, and we really appreciated that he was not pushy at all trying to get us to do something expensive or make quick decisions. Also it was a soothing environment, not a party atmosphere like we’ve seen elsewhere. Excellent experience and we highly recommend them!

The whole entire staff treated us so kindly and as if we were truly valued as patients. The ladies working the front desk were so sweet and helpful. The dental hygienist's noticed our son was feeling nervous about the procedure, considering he has never been through this before, but they talked to our son and helped him feel calm and safe. Fantastic experience: My bridge came off on Sunday, Dr. Dawes and his wonderful office staff were able to get me in on Monday. I needed a root canal before the bridge could be attached, Dr Dawes got me into an endodontist that morning and on Tuesday he put my bridge back on. I am so thankful for the quick service.

Fantastic experience: I had a somewhat emergent situation recently (7/7/23). I had let some tooth pain go for a bit too long and it started to become bothersome. I knew it was time for the tooth to come out. I haven’t seen a dentist in years and a friend referred me to Big Country Dental (Dr. Sivley, specifically) I wasn’t able to get in to see Sivley, but Terri was able to get me I with Dr. Dawes right away! Amazing! The team never once made me feel less-than-important (even though I know putting the pain off for so long was a foolish choice and the many phone calls to schedule me in must have driven Terri crazy!). They settled any anxiety I had and helped me decide on a treatment plan that worked for me and my budget. The staff are not only kind, but incredibly compassionate as well! 10 out of 10–highly recommend!! Thank you Linda, for the recommendation ❤️

It’s a great place for the whole family modern facility and great customer service and they make you feel so comfortable. My original dental hygienist, retired from this office and I had to find somebody new at the office. They did not miss a beat and I’m equally happy with the person that cleans my teeth now. Not only was I was able to get in the following day, they were also able to go ahead and do the procedure then as well. They were professional and super nice. Dr Dawes was very thorough, he explained my options and answered all my questions. They are so advanced they were able to take what had usually been such a painful procedure, they were able to do it saving me from any pain. I am so thankful. Fantastic experience: As always, I had a good experience getting my teeth cleaned this week by Sarah, my usual hygienist. She does an excellent job & is always so pleasant. My longtime dentist, Dr. Mark Sivley, examined my teeth & x-rays afterwards & was very thorough. He noticed a crown, where it appears I need follow up, as a precautionary measure, to prevent more major dental work in the future. An appointment was made, before I left, for Dr. Sivley to provide the needed follow up dental care in about a month since I'm in no pain or discomfort now. I would highly recommend Big Country Dental to anyone who is looking for excellent dental care.

They and their staff are very professional and provided exceptional care. Was able to get an appt quickly for a filling that fell out and the cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend them. I have been beyond PLEASED by that recommendation. The entire staff is kind, thorough and friendly. They explain in detail what they are doing and make sure you are comfortable each step of the way. Yesterday, I was there to get my teeth cleaned and the staff checked not only on me, but the dental assistant who had just come back from maternity leave. It is clear to see that Big Country Dental is a family and that as a patient you are a part of that family.

Fantastic experience: The front office staff were able to work me in early one morning on extremely short notice. I’d chipped a back molar over the weekend and was in excruciating pain and they got me right in! Dr Dawes performed the emergency extraction and him and his assistant were so kind and gentle. I was extremely anxious and they did all they could to help me relax. They explained everything in great easy to grasp details. I didn’t have any insurance at the time and what could have easily been a $800 visit was barely even a fraction of that. Now that I have insurance you better believe I went right back to Dr Dawes. He’s also concerned about his patients over all health, not just their teeth. I can’t say enough about how great Dr Dawes and his assistant are. All of the office staff are incredibly kind and professional as well. At no point in the process do they ever make you feel silly or as though you’re an inconvenience for asking a ton of questions.

Fantastic experience: I went from being a nervous wreck about dental work to actually looking forward to my yearly visit with Sarah and Dr. Sivley. They, and all the folks who work there, make you feel almost like family. Sarah is my dental hygienist and she is so kind and considerate and extremely good at her job. And, of course, you won't find a dentist more caring than Dr. Sivley. I certainly do appreciate the high quality of care I receive from them and also the friendliness of all the staff who work there.
