Fantastic experience: I had such a positive experience at this office. They were able to save my cracked tooth and truly address my chronic bruxism instead of just putting a temporary “band-aid” on the issue. I really appreciated how informative they were — they walked me through every step of the process so I understood exactly what was happening and why. The entire team was kind, gentle, and to the point. I felt listened to and genuinely cared for. It’s such a relief to find providers who focus on long-term solutions and patient education. This is officially my new dental home in Abilene. Dr K and Dr M are amazing Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: From the moment I entered the building I felt appreciated. The front desk staff was very friendly. I was seen within 15 minutes of arrival. Ashley was super friendly and went out of her way to explain procedures that were about to take place to ease any uneasiness I might have. Dr. M did a very good job of making me feel heard and comfortable about the process. Amanda did a great job cleaning my teeth! At one point Amanda, Ashley and Dr. M were all helping me and i felt very grateful to have such great service! As I checked out Camille also told me I had a credit towards my visit. You cannot beat that!

Fantastic experience: Aspen Dental on Clack Street in Abilene Texas is absolutely magnificent very efficient and courteous

Negative experience: The absolute worst experience of my life. Dr. K or C whatever his name is, is the most rude, unreasonable man. He acted as if he were the patient and I was working for him. He belittled and scolded me for shaking and not breathing correctly. He yelled. I stopped him and reminded him that I was the patient, not him. Absolutely horrible. I’m praying about how to handle this. I cannot say enough about how disturbing my treatment was from this man. If he was having a bad day, he took it out on me.

Positive experience: I’ve had a great experience so far! Everyone is so friendly and dedicated to making you feel comfortable. I have such bad anxiety, especially when it comes to the dentist. They talked me through everything, and did it on my pace.

Negative experience: Do not go here they will overcharge and don’t actually care to save your teeth. Just go to an actual dentist, who actually cares about patients and wants to help. Also the actual doctor is rude and not professional.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing dr M for a while now and she is amazing! Everytime I see her she remembers who I am which doesn’t happen often but makes me feel so comfortable everytime and Amanda did my cleaning today she was so great I love the environment she is so welcoming and extremely nice they’re are all truly awesome!

Negative experience: When I went to Aspen Dental yesterday afternoon for a new Bridge in my mouth and then when I come home my gum was swollen and I didn't like the doctor when he asked me if I smoked I never smoked since three months ago and he said that I had black stuff in my mouth when I don't have black stuff in my mouth because I do keep my mouth clean and my teeth clean and I'm not going back to Aspen Dental anymore because the doctor is rude and telling me how much I was spending for the bridge when my Medicine covers it and that's why I put a one star. And Dr. Sreekanth Kanagarla is so rude to me and he is the one who told me that I had black stuff in my mouth when I don't have black stuff in my mouth

Negative experience: The first time I received my upper denture I was really impressed. The staff and doctor was great and friendly and cost was reasonable. This time I just went in to have denture repair and it was horrible. The doctor was rude. The tally for the work over $10,000. I am sorry but I will not frequent the store again. Also my son had a horrible experience. He was so rude that he was was close to punching the doctor. My son is a very calm person.

Positive experience: I just completed having implants. Very long process. Started in March 2024. Had to have 8 teeth extracted on lower. That had to heal before anything else. Dr K very patient and precise. Dental assistant Emily very kind and willing to explain things until I understood.

Positive experience: So, I would recommend coming here for cleaning, hygienic purposes, and the general check up. The staff are kind and sweet. The hygienist, Amanda, takes care of you as a whole. I felt comfortable and primarily would keep coming just for her. If you want major operation, I would not recommend coming here. My experience was not the greatest and I would go to an oral surgeon instead. Otherwise, everyone is amazing and open to helping you.

Negative experience: I went into Abilene location paid for a deep cleaning with laxer and antibiotics. I was assured by the front when I was going over price estimates. To get there and have a horrible painful experience and half way through informed that I only paid for cleaning no laxer no antibiotics and informed another 1000.00 would have to be paid. BEWARE they rip you off and then try to put the blame on you then keep trying to get you to sign I will never suggest aspen to anyone RUN

Negative experience: Extremely expensive!! I went in for a possible filling or even a root canal. I left there with over $10,000 in itemized things to be done, and that was after my insurance paid their portion. As I sat to wait for my turn to hear what needed to be done, I could hear other with even higher dollar amounts than mine!! I went for a small job and ended up with a quote large enough to buy a very nice used car!! NO THANKS ASPEN DEMTAL!!

Positive experience: Made a last minute appointment for a cleaning procedure ! It started by them double booking and changing me from 9:30am to 10:30am which was find but they let me know within 2 hours basically, i am not from abilene but i always go to aspen dental back home i told the receptionist this so they can pull my files but she did not do that and they end up treating as a new patient and doing all type of exams, i was informed at the end of everything my insurance wouldnt cover my treatment and not at the beggining but they took me the same day for a cleaning and the person who did the cleaning did a great job issue is i was there for about 3 hours makeyla was great doing her job and taking care of my teeth but the front people and who verify everything they have alot of room for improvement !

Dental procedures can be stressful, but the professionalism and genuine care shown by the whole team really put her at ease. A huge thank you goes to the dentist (Dr.M). The doctor was absolutely fantastic—patient, highly skilled, and clearly dedicated to patient care. They took the time to answer all our questions and ensured the entire fitting process was smooth and successful. The final result is perfect; the healing dentures are comfortable and look amazing. Negative experience: DON’T GO HERE. I was there for four hours just for one doctor to see me and have me make an appointment to come in a different day. They didn’t actually get anything done. They also tried to suck me dry of every last cent by throwing in random costs that I didn’t need (ex. and electric toothbrush for $150). Overall very dissatisfied and will never return. Definitely under-staffed. Also the place and equipment is old.

Recently had a 2pm scheduled and got off work early and they were able to accommodate me at Noon before I went out of town. 10/10.

Negative experience: I went in for an extraction but was given a $4,000 plan. I was told the only way I could get the extraction was to do s cleaning first. I was very dissatisfied!!! I have since heard very poor ratings from many others. I will not return first any services from Aspen Dental!!!

Positive experience: I liked the modern technology. I had a check up and check up usually comes with cleaning but i was told you come back to cleaning because they were too busy but whenever i come back it would be 115. I didn't like that and then 10000 out of pocket quote made me say have a good day.

Negative experience: Ok, so dont have very good things to say other then how nice the staff is minus the male dr I had to deal with. So here we go, long story im gonna try to make short, to the point. I needed new dentures, mine are 12+ yrs old. It took a long time, 4 wax try in's till we got them to look great and acceptable. They sent them out for processing and there was some kind of processing error and they got destroyed and had to start the whole process over, mind you from start of this till my last visit was a 3 month process. Here's some issues with the male Dr I dealt with, at my 1st try in he made adjustments to the gum portion and ended up making it worse and more gum, total opposite of what I was looking for so that had to get fixed again at the 2nd try in. The lab technicians were also very nice and super caring tried hard. Hence why I approved my set and thought they were wonderful, esp since it took 4 times to get them right. So now we start the process over again due to their error and destruction of the approved set, come in for the 1st try in of round 2, now im dealing with the male Dr again, the female Dr is nicer. So as he's examining them and my bite. He warms up the wax try in's and has me bite down, tells me to keep biting, harder, harder he's saying. Then tells me to stop and open up BUT the bottom teeth sank into the upper set and ruined them! Doing what he's telling me to do. He literally says to the assistant, "i didn't realize she was biting that hard" and now that was set was ruined and was gonna have to make Another set!!! He then offered my a refund, I said no, I want my dentures. So I come back again with the next set and they look awful, huge, horse teeth, and im told by the female Dr that its either these or nothing! They will refund me all my money and makes a comment along the lines of them not being able to please me!!!!!! However, they did!! And I signed off on them to be made and they messed em up in process, and then the dr messed up the wax try in under his directions . I was heartbroken and devastated. However, I had a great ending to my story, they did refund me all my $ quickly and then I went to affordable dentures, they got my wax try in right away on the 1st set!!! AND I got a better set, and saved over $600 compared to Aspen dental. They are very expensive btw, not just for dentures but other services as per my daughter needing a cleaning, she went somewhere else at about 3 times cheaper. So I put 4 pics in here, pic 1 is the approved set they destroyed, pic 2 is the very last set they said either take them or get my $ back cause unlike their recordings, they wont do what they need to or how long it will take to get it right so happy with the product. Pic 3 is my current dentures and Pic 4 is the approved set at affordable dentures on the very 1st wax try in. They will be removing some of the gum area between the teeth, but they are amazing and soooooo much faster and better. The only reason they got 2 starts was because the office staff, assistants, and lab technicians were great , caring, and empathetic, and they refunded me all my $. That all the positives to say. My suggestion, if you want good dentures, save a lot of time and $, avoid Aspen dental and go to affordable dentures, and other places for cheaper services as well

Negative experience: One of the worst experiences I have ever had at any Dr's or dentist appointment 3hrs before even seeing the dentist and then getting third degree on why my blood pressure was high not the fact that I was spose to fast to get blood test because I've had a transplant not one person came into the room a said sorry sir alot has happened this morning and we are behind it's going to take like 3hrs+ i would have just rescheduled as I had to take time off work for a start and my wife also so I will send yall an invoice for my 3hrs wasted waiting for an arrogant rude inconsiderate dentist with no manners what so ever and have no knowledge of transplant patients which is a suggested requirement after transplant to see dentist regularly to prevent infection as I'm taking immundepresent medication I told all staff that I have had a transplant so wouldn't you take a little more care with patients with existing problems DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST WHAT DO EVER IF there was a minus -star rating it definitely would be a -5 stars absolutely disgraceful from this dentist office i will not step foot back in that office ever again and you won't see any payment from me either !!! Everyone else there the hygienist staff that helped where great but the dentist is a DEFINITE NO FOR ME

Negative experience: One of the worst dental experiences that I have EVER had. They scammed me into paying more than I had planned, didn't relay this information to me, if the experience was better I would have been fine. They are to expensive not worth going at all. I will NEVER be back. If I could warn more people I would just not worth everything I am going through.

Positive experience: 2 days later I have a lot of bone or tooth coming out. Which is shredding the inside of my mouth on a Sunday. They tried to reschedule after I got a Iecture from the dentist about putting this off because of my fear that it was so bad I was needing dentures right away! Then they try and put it off 2 weeks. Because they don't have the dentures ready. But I have another procedure coming up so I have to walk around with no teeth for a week, that was the best they could do. So if they take me right away tomorrow to get these shards out of my mouth I will up my rating. But so far it's not looking that great. I'm very sorry to say.

Fantastic experience: As a veteran, I have some trauma from past experiences going to the dentist. I was in a lot of tooth pain and some shame for letting my teeth get so bad. I was hurting so bad, I had to finally go. I contacted Aspen Dental and they got me in within less than a week. I explained everything to them about my past experiences. They were very understanding and made sure that I knew what was going on at all times and that I was comfortable. The staff was very compassionate and understanding. I would recommend going back to them for future visits. They also have payment plans for people that don't have insurance or have all of the money for dental work.

Negative experience: The worst dental experience. My husband was in extreme pain, wanted one tooth pulled, went to aspen instead of our regular dentist because they got him in sooner. He was bombarded with pricy options and told they wouldn’t do just the one, but he could comeback and do 4k worth of work at once?! He left in extreme pain and feeling hopeless and like there were no options, missed work that day and following due to pain, and not a single problem resolved. fortunately after explaining what happened we were able to get a better date with our regular and a prescription so he can continue working until the tooth is pulled. SIMPLE Problem solved. But NOT by aspen.

Fantastic experience: I've only had one visit, but so far so good. I'm having extensive work done soon to change my smile forever.. I'll let you know how it goes
