Negative experience: If you are a mother in need do not bring your kid here, save the trip and go to a pediatric dentist I feel like I was misled because they do not usually see children and I did not know that until my child was sitting there with a bib on. I am a single widowed mother of two who booked an appointment for my son and was told it would be $150 without insurance for an x-ray to check on a cavity and even was told about a special yearly plan they offer When I got there, they weren’t sure if they could do the x-ray, but they did it anyway, and then proceeded to tell me that they Did not specialize in children and he definitely had a cavity. Which was very obvious. I feel like they should’ve given me the option to not be seen there because it was outside of the Doctor scope of practice but not mentioned until I was sitting there. He mentioned that they did it because sometimes if it’s easy, they can fix it. I feel like I was charged unfairly and unreasonably.

Fantastic experience: Dr Adam is the best (& the team is pretty fantastic!) especially the front desk staff. They are A++++. Great communication, helpful in emergencies and set you all up. Have gone to them for regular cleanings, fillings & an implant. All came out very well!

Fantastic experience: As someone who has put off going to the dentist and doesn't like needles, I wouldn't say I've enjoyed going, but they make it the best experience possible. The front desk staff are very welcoming and accommodating of schedules; the office texts with last minute openings, which I like. I needed periodontal cleaning and Lacy was super. She explains everything and works efficiently. Although I still don't love going to the dentist, this is this best experience I've ever had.

Fantastic experience: I have never had such an amazing experience at the dentist ever in my life. It was literally the first time that I ever felt like I was not rushed out of the chair, and my teeth were cleaned so well. I have always felt like when I go to the dentist that I am rushed to get the most expensive procedure done, and it’s just that. With Marshpoint Dentistry, they let me know what they recommended, but emphasized that it is up to me and what I fell is best for me. I felt so heard, I felt so relaxed and everything was explained thoroughly. I felt like I could talk to my dental hygienist and the Dr. as if they were my friends. It was so layed back, yet professional. I think I have found my forever dentist!

Fantastic experience: My experience with DR Adam has always been great. I followed him from his previous practice to his new one. He does not do anything unnecessarily and has the best manner about him. Kate was his assistant for my visit and she was so friendly, reassuring, and informative. They have a care plan available which helped a lot as it included 2 cleanings which would ordinarily cost more than the plan itself and it got me a discount on my procedure.

Fantastic experience: My first visit was wonderful. I first saw Lacy who did the best job ever cleaning my teeth and was very helpful in teaching me to effectively take better care of my teeth and gums. Then I saw Dr Adam who placed a crown on my lower right side. Overall a great experience I look forward to my followup visit in a few weeks

Negative experience: Chrissly?! Really like you can't take 10 seconds and read a chart? Chrissly is no where near Chelsey. Last time the dental assistant (gotta be because not caring like that....don't touch my mouth). I got a product from them no care instructions or a case or nothing. Thanks and bye. A dentist told me the health industry is just a job to people now. There's no care in health care...i can see where they are coming from especially here.

Fantastic experience: I am a new patient here and my records were scanned. X-rays and a comprehensive exam of my oral health was completed. I was asked about any discomfort or dental concerns. The office is clean and pleasantly designed. My wait time was in sync with my appointment and my questions were answered clearly.

Fantastic experience: The staff at Marshpoint Dentistry go above and beyond for their patients. The offices are immaculate and I very much appreciate being able to get all of my needs met here without having to wait for things to be sent it outside labs. For example I needed a crown done and had expected to get a temporary put on then have to come back for the permanent crown to be installed. It was great that the dentist made the crown on site, which also fit perfectly! Everyone’s time is valuable and being able to get this taken care of at one appointment was perfect! Thank you to all the staff there and if you need a dentist, this is your place!

Fantastic experience: Very thorough exam. Dr. Wermuth explained every aspect of my exam, additionally I had an assessment of my teeth that I have never had by other dentists. Hattie, warmly greeted me upon arrival, and Lacy (the hygienist) explained every aspect of my cleaning and provided recommendations on how to improve my daily dental care. I wish I could provide more than a 5 rating!!

Fantastic experience: I love Marshall dentistry. All of the staff is so wonderful. The dentist takes very good care of you. They check out every little thing to make sure the little problems don’t become big problems. I can’t wait to come see them.

Fantastic experience: Laci is my hygienist and she is always wonderful! She is gentle and offers good feedback as to how to get the most out of flossing and brushing. She is also very informative and has realistic expectations. She is comforting and validating and I always appreciate coming to see her. She is warm and friendly and helpful. The rest of the staff are also very knowledgeable and informative. They are welcoming and kind.

Fantastic experience: Who loves going to the dentist, right? I loved my first impression and experience. From check in, to the assistant and finally the dentist herself everyone was friendly professional and I so adore a clean and organized environment. 6 stars. My friend referred me to this practice, going forward I'll be giving the referrals. Try them, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: If there were six stars available I’d probably give them seven. To be fair, I may not be the best judge of a density, seeing as I had gone almost 10 years without a visit, but as someone who knows a few things in general; this place is great. My appointment started on time (which cut into me making some hot chocolate while I waited). The staff were all incredibly kind and enthusiastic. The bathroom was roomy. The parking lot had a pirate ship parade float. They said I didn’t have any major problems under the hood). I don’t know what people look for when choosing a dentist, but if it’s none of those things, then get out of town.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Natalie and staff are very caring and efficient. Excellent! Only problem is paying bill and scheduling future appointments, understanding what one will have to pay in future. Station has no place sit, very noisy and many distractions. Perhaps private quiet room with AI robot could be employed to explain math. This also could be done at home after day’s bill paid.
