Negative experience: Terrible... so much so that I think this is the first negative review I have ever made... from them cancelling the first scheduled appointment to now them cancelling the second scheduled appointment only after I confirmed it online and then called to double checked the appointment... also, a cleaning can not be done on a new patient appointment which is not what was said all throughout the scheduling and rescheduling ordeal... waste of time and effort
Fantastic experience: I came in as a walk-in patient with massive pain. The staff was so very helpful and supportive. The Doctor and Sam kept it so light hearted and easy to have the procedure done. Best Dental ever, I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time going to the dentist in a long time, and I was immediately impressed. The office manager, Chris, greeted me with such a cheerful and welcoming attitude—especially refreshing for an early morning when most people aren’t so upbeat. After checking in, Kyara brought me to the back, and we instantly clicked. She had great energy and did an amazing job explaining everything she was doing and what to expect. She truly went out of her way to make me feel comfortable, which meant a lot since I’m very insecure about my teeth. Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, Dr. Davis came in with energy through the roof. He explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and kept us laughing the entire time—all while maintaining such a positive attitude. This is hands down some of the best customer service and patient care I’ve received in a long time. It’s very refreshing to know there are still people out there who genuinely love what they do.

Fantastic experience: I can’t say ANYTHING bad about my experience with Aspen Dental in Savannah. I was originally going to Aspen in St Augustine, as I was moving there, but I ended up staying in Savannah. (Thank goodness) I I don’t want to get into my story with my smile but the people who work at the office have been the best experience I have ever had at a dental office, EVER. From being greeted by positivity and a big smile from Crystal in the front reception, Chris the manager who has been just as excited as me along side my journey for my perfect smile, even having a sit down conversation being honest, raw, and encouraging when I felt insecure and defeated. My two dental assistants, Kyara and Asia, who have comforted me and reassured me multiple times, who have dealt with my jokes, my laughing to crying to laughing, for letting me know it’s okay to voice my opinion. TO Dr. David, who also has been nothing but understanding, kind, real, and extremely patient with me throughout each visit. He’s funny, gentle and a pleasure to have has my doctor. Last but not least Mrs. Sherry, the tech, who also has been understanding, patient , present and has reassured me multiple time to speak up and that 3 things that we are allowed to want to be perfect and that’s our home, cars and our smile. Letting me know that my wants and needs are valid and will do whatever she can to make sure I’m happy with my smile. However long it takes. I have gained confidence just by this whole process and I’m truly grateful for being taken care of by employees that actually care. And all of them care so much that I don’t know how I will ever repay them. I want people to know that if they are scared of the dentist like I have been my entire life, please go to this location as they will make sure to show you at your pace, there is nothing to be scared of. Fantastic experience: On Monday the 26th, I had a dental emergency, I just arrived to Savannah Georgia from Las Vegas Nevada, when I lived in Nevada this also happened, But the difference in care was so far apart. In Las Vegas the same problem happened there was no compassion it was just about money 350.00 dollars later. But here at Aspen Dental from the first phone call back to when I first walked into the door and there set was Crystal a beautiful lovely kind woman who was at the front desk , she just made everything so much better. When I say to you that Southern Hospitality is a real thing, I am telling you no one wants to have any kind of emergency like dental, but if it does happen hopefully you will be in Savannah GA on Abercorn street look for Aspen Dental and when you walk in and the kindest Woman name Crystal is at the front desk have no fear you will be Okay and all of this will the cost of are you ready 49.00. All I Can Say Is WOW

Fantastic experience: From NW Florida and visiting Savanah over Thanksgiving weekend with an "extremist" need for a Dentist due to a ainful cracked tooth! Negative experience: So here’s what they do, you need a basic cleaning? Well they won’t do that the first time you come in, they’ll do X rays and other stuff and then try to convince you you have insane dental problems that will cost thousands of dollars. Don’t use “The Amazon of Dental” go somewhere local where they’ll treat you better than just acting like you’re an endless bank account. Another corporate cash grab company.

Negative experience: To be completely honest, I felt like they did at least An extensive look at my teeth, Aspen Dental actually did more than most when it comes to identifying what’s going on with my teeth. but the problem that I definitely had which very much angered me I spent 3 1/2 hours there from 8:30 until 11 and they didn’t even do a cleaning. They just scared the crap out of me by telling me things that I did not know, of course, and they left me without anything to put my mind at ease and didn’t fix the original reason I went Tell in there which was my very embracing Spend all day chipped front tooth. A accident I had when I was seven years old. It’s usually bonded intends to fall out every 10 years or so I have to get it rebounded which was very important to me because of my job. They didn’t touch it. They didn’t touch my teeth at all, except a poke holes in my gums in order to check them. I’ve never in my life spent almost 4 hours at a dentist and didn’t even walk out with a cleaning! Im very upset at the manner of treatment and urgency, never mind the money I lost just by taking off to be there. Matter fact nobody even came to explain. In fact, I had three different people nurses included that this would be taken care of same day. Every single dentist or nurse, etc., that came in there said something different. I was very unhappy at the end of all of this and then I was supposed to receive a callback the tooth to be fixed. Instead I got nothing, they neglected doing really anything.

Fantastic experience: I Really am Grateful and Thankful for the care and service that this dental office continues to show! VERY DETAILED!!! As usual, Mai is THE BEST Hygienist EVER!! We went over every nook and cranny of my teeth and gums, and she removed a stain from my front tooth! She also educated me on Why and How the stains can show up..! I had no idea…!! Dr. David was great as usual. He’ll definitely give you the specifics about what he sees! I am Very confident about my treatments going forward! Hopefully I can start my Invisalign plan after my next cleaning..

Negative experience: While all of the people working there were friendly and the wait was seldom more than a few minutes past my appointment time, I can not give more than 2 stars. I went in to replace an upper denture that was damaged (I fell asleep wearing it and it fell out and my little dog got it long enough to Crack a piece out of the roof) As I said, the staff and dentist was nice but here's the thing-- it took 13 trips for them to get my new denture made correctly. Over 2months. I live in a senior community and we have a bus for transport as I use a mobility scooter until after my hip is replaced. 13 trips. First 2were normal then denture was put in- the center was off by about 1/16th of an inch- very obvious. Next couple of trips denture was remade so small that teeth were not visible and when compared to my old ones the individual teeth were smaller. Next several visits, remade when denture put in it sloped low on the right side (very obvious). Finally they were made again and are adequate. They do fit well now. And while a manager offered me a partial refund due to the excess time /effort, she gave me to understand i would get $xx back but I only got half of what she said. Honestly if they had refunded what she said which was not even a third of the amount I paid, you wouldn't be reading this. I just think they need to retrain the lab people. I came to Aspen because a long time ago, my husband had dentures done and it was quick, efficient and turned out well. I don't like writing negative reviews because I hate that it may cost someone's job but this needed to be shared.

Negative experience: The front desk was fast and polite the tech who took my x rays was fast and polite. That process took about 10-15 min I then spent about and hour in a room waiting on the exam. No one updated me on a time table came to check on me nothing so I got up and walked out after and hour. I won’t be back

Fantastic experience: Everyone was so helpful and polite. Everyone acted like they cared and as if they too were human. The last dentist I had everyone had their noses so far in the air I thought everyone was following a light on the ceiling. But Aspen was definitely impressive.

Negative experience: Unprofessional and unwelcoming. Was told that my insurance was accepted when I made the appointment, but once they started xrays,i was told they didn't then offered a financing plan. I left unsatisfied.

Negative experience: Had an appointment at 8:30, after they rescheduled my appointment 3 different times. Woke up early on my only day off to finally get my teeth on a role about getting fixed, and they make me sit in the lobby for 53 mins then go to tell me that they are short staffed and need to reschedule WHILE SITTING IN THE LOBBY!!!

Positive experience: Today's visit went smoothly. However, I was only there to pick up my permanent upper denture and my temporary bottom. Overall, I would not recommend this location to anyone looking for care.

Fantastic experience: The facility, staff, and service I received at the Savannah office has been great! It is a very nicely designed spaced with excellent equipment. I went for a second opinion on some dental services suggested by my primary dentist and was very impressed. The new dentist listened to me and was not pushy when I resisted his first suggestion of an extraction. I went back today for a follow up and they were happy to see my mouth appearing to heal well on its own, and was no charge. I definitely recommend them.

Negative experience: Misleading no accurate information overpriced.1 will assume that paying out pocket will get you quality craftsmanship on dentures but with this zoo not the case.broke 1 tooth return for there on site lab to repair the shipped it out to another lab told me 1 week no updates 3 weeks now .then they get upset because your patience is gone.iam a disabled veteran and refused to be told on how I must be more patience on the screw ups.no updates just b.s

Negative experience: Waited for hours, was told one thing when I made the appointment and after I got there I was told I had to make another appointment to have work done. You are better off going to a private Dentist then aspen Dental. Some of the personal ware rude and ignorant.

An offices ability to do same day treatment does depend on the number of staff, patients, procedures they have on a given day as well as the treatment needing to be done. -The Customer Service Team
Fantastic experience: Dr. David and his staff are the BEST! Everyone is warm and welcoming and even though I knew what I was having done would be painful, Dr. David does his very best to make me feel as comfortable as possible. Prices are reasonable and they have options if you don't have insurance. If you are looking for a great, caring place to meet your dental needs, you really need to make an appointment!!!

Negative experience: Will not use them again. I wanted an appointment for a cleaning...scheduled said appointment online. Got a phone call the night before saying that they don't do cleanings at the first appointment, but "maybe" they could squeeze me in. They didn't. The truth of the matter is that they only have 1 hygienist, but didn't mention that. I was at the office for over 2 hours and only got xrays...and someone trying to sell me a toothbrush. Waste of my time! Oh, but they can schedule my cleaning for 3 months from now

Negative experience: Front desk lady was kind and informative apologized for how long I waited an hour pass my appointment time, I was patient but it turned into a total of two hours of a waste of time. Appointment was 29.00 which was amazing xray tech didn’t really have a personality or make me feel comfortable but she did her job, Denist David was nice and explained options to do, but to get treatment was over 1400.00. Made an appointment else where.

Fantastic experience: Always satisfied when I leave Aspen Dental Abercorn Street location. Today I had two teeth taken out by Dr Schiminow and he was quick efficient and made sure I was comfortable during the procedure. His assistant Kiara was great too she even helped me put Vaseline on my lips. The nicest lady Crystal at the front desk is so pleasant kind and caring. She assisted me with scheduling my next appointment on my way out. Such a great team.

Fantastic experience: I called the 1-800 online number on a Saturday evening because I was in that much of pain and received an emergency appointment right away for Monday morning. The receptionist Krystal is amazing and their staff was very welcoming and friendly. The dentist D. Schiminow was very informative and caring. Because of the snow we had to reschedule, however my procedure went very well and I would recommend them to everyone.
