Fantastic experience: At first, I had my fear and doubts about going to the dentist, but Eric L. Wilkins and the staffs at Morrison Dental Associates on abercon street make it easy and smooth for me. First, I had a crown put in and they went back and forth until it was smooth, and I had a Even bite. I had no side effects from crowns put in my mouth. I could not tell after a few days. Next, I had two wisdom tooths pull which was fast and easy with no side effects from the pain and dry socket. My mouth heal up nice. I had a deep cleaning which did not hurt at all and was kind of fast. Last, I had chip front tooth which they did a great job on it that I cannot tell which is the broken tooth. Thank you for being great, warm and welcoming when I walk through the door. I will be back.

Negative experience: Have been going to them for the past 4 years. Every 6 months I get a cleaning and pass with no issues. The last time they told me I needed 6 fillings and a crown! Went to another dentist and had ZERO findings! SCAM ALERT!

Negative experience: Had to go to a different dentist after last visit. Went in to get a cleaning, I’ve always had amazing and clean teeth and been going for three years now. But randomly I have 8 cavities that need fillings??? Along with the dentist being rude and making a joke about my weight. I then went to a different dentist and she said I had amazing teeth! Turns out they didn’t clean my teeth properly and put the fluoride over it, causing cavities that they were unable to fix, even though they caused it. I hope that dentist looses her license because no one should go through what I went through…

Fantastic experience: When I say the service at Morrison Dental is TOP TIER, I truly mean it! I found them last year when my son needed his wisdom teeth removed, and I was so impressed with the care, professionalism, and attention to detail that I decided to become a patient myself. I had my first visit today, and I can honestly say everyone was amazing, from the front desk to the clinical staff. They were welcoming, patient, and made the entire experience comfortable and stress-free. I’m so glad I chose Morrison Dental and highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional dental care.

Negative experience: Made an appointment at 10am almost waited for a hour why make appointments if it's not on time if I knew I was going to spend my morning here I would have went else where Morrison be mindful of people's time would not recommend this place to any of my friends.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Wilkins, seen me on Tuesday for a consultation and by Thursday had my tooth extracted. His team was helpful and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I have had some negative experiences with dental offices and I can say I felt fully welcome and never felt judged or pressured. They explained what was happening and made sure I was feeling no pain. Afterwards he explained everything to do and not do while healing and explained it to where it actually made sense. They were great the whole time and the price was actually cheaper than quoted!!! I have and will be recommending them to anyone who will listen!!!

Negative experience: This office has went down hill this year. It WAS a great office but my daughter had her appointment rescheduled twice this year. I received a text on Saturday, November 1st asking me to confirm her appointment. I confirmed her appointment for today. We drove over an hour from the Statesboro area (which consist of awful traffic), just to be told that they tried to contact me in MAY to update her insurance. MAY???....okay first off you didn't try to call me this week at all, you just gave away my daughters appointment after trying to get in for an ENTIRE YEAR!!! Second, If you called me in MAY, then why would I get a confirmation text a few days before my appointment? Everyone in my family that was seen there will be transferring. Waste of my time, gas, and my personal leave from work.

Negative experience: Came here early to get my partial found out they forgot to check me the ladies up front to busy laughing and having fun I mean really but waiting almost a hour this place sucksll l

Fantastic experience: This is the only dentist I will go to. I have had some experiences in the past with staff, billing and a particular hygienist but all relationships have tests and trials. They are professional and most are kind. You can always feel the energy and identify the side eyers but that’s every where you go. However, I’m terrified to go in sometimes, because it’s the dentist of course! Maybe they feel that energy too and mistake it for something else. Anyway! Who knows!? People will be people and we all have our own personalities but if you’re looking for a great dentist office, I highly recommend Morrison Dental and Associates.

Negative experience: Morrison dental has ruined my mouth. I wish I have never heard of them....The hegeinist took the drill and separated my two bottom teeth. Only the gum line needs to be cleaned. Low and behold teeth started shifting and tooth loss began...ruined my whole appearance. One terrible visit!!!! Years of braces down the drain. I will never recommend anyone go there...!!

Negative experience: Had to miss two appointments because of ongoing health concerns and tried to set up another appointment, policy is you miss two appointments even with up front notice they restrict you to same day appointments only. Terrible way to treat someone who is already going through a lot especially with no notice of any kind. If I had been informed I would've just gone to my appointment with a fever. Ridiculous in my opinion. I realize I missed appointments but I have an ongoing health concern that even prevents me from having a job right now. No notice, nothing. Thanks y'all.

I had to have my wisdom tooth pulled and I was hesitant. I had some bad experiences with dentists before Morrisons. They really made me comfortable despite my anxiety. However, Dr. Carson and his assistant literally wiped my tears and told me I was doing great. I can't remember his nurse's name, but she was sweet. Negative experience: I made an appointment and called several times to check and see IF my insurance would pay for my dentures and if so how much. I was either told to call back closer to my appointment or when I called the day before I was put.on hold for over 30 minutes until the call was disconnected at 5pm. My appointment was at 9pm the next morning so I had to leave my homeand make the hour and a half drive before they opened to make it.on time. I signed in and I asked the receptionist about it and she wouldn't tell me anything either. As soon as they called me to the back as soon as I told her why I was there she said "oh yeah,you know your insurance won't pay for that?" I dare them to send me a bill!!!!

Negative experience: This is day 2 of us going up there and leaving without being serviced..Yesterday we went up their they claimed they meant to reschedule us bc the lady was out on maternity leave which is no biggie I have 2 kids so I’m like ok we can just reschedule.They rescheduled us for today at 11:30am we get there I fill out the 2 sheets of paper they ask for my sons birthday AGAIN then they call us back there…we get back there the lady starts telling us that they don’t have a children’s dentist and don’t plan on hiring one she says no one in the office wants to do his teeth bc he’s so little.so in my head I’m livid bc keep in mind they asked for his birthday yesterday!they saw him in person yesterday!when I first made the appointment they asked for his age!they saw him and asked for his birthday again today! So at this point I’m confused bc if yall knew yall never had a children’s dentist why schedule him not once but TWICE and why the hell did yall act like the lady was on maternity leave.Most importantly WHY did no one say anything the 3 times I talked to someone?Not only was my time wasted but my stepmoms as well and I will be calling my insurance company to try to exclude that charge.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely best experience at the dentist. I was rescheduled twice in a row but was worked in and had a great dental hygienist. The front desk staff were also great.

Negative experience: Office staff horrible or at least the two I encountered. Son had appointment check in easy, at check out told staff needed to schedule an appointment no one in front of me or behind me 3 people walk in to check in and she got them instead of me that had been standing there another staff member come in she asked had I been helped I said I needed to schedule an appointment same thing she proceeds to check in someone else

Positive experience: When I set my appointment was clear tht It should be for consultation and hygienist, but you have only appointments for november 2025. It was a bad surprise for me, If I kenew it in advance I could get a different provider

Fantastic experience: Wait time to go to the back was less than 10 mi utes. X-rays were done and Dentist came in for a quick exam. Soon moved into the hygienist room where my cleaning was done quickly and efficiently.

Negative experience: 1 star is too good for this associates. Waited 3 months for my appointment and appointment is cancelled. I understand I was late but I notified them ahead of time plus they are the who rescheduled it. front desk lady is horrible and don't have customer service nor sympathy for the customer. She dont even know what she is doing, they need competent people at the front desk!

Fantastic experience: Since the age of 19I have been a patient at Morrisons Dental. 58 now still here. Dr.Grant didn't treat me well the last time I appeared for my scheduled appointment to fix the chip on my front to that my dental hygienist cleaned off. Scheduled appointment to repair it and she said she didn't have time to do my scheduled appointments dental care. Implant is now infected year 7 since that has been installed.. A whole year I am still waiting to get this un-installed. Antibiotics from CVS They take lunch from 130 until 2 every day Year 5 since Covid. So I am still waiting to get the antibiotics . The games!

Fantastic experience: Great experience for me, I broke a tooth and nobody would take me in, Morrison Dental did, not only did they get me in, they were early for the procedure, best experience I've ever had, I recommend this place for all your dental needs, I'm not saying your experience will be like mine, but worth the try. I would like to add that they also have an awesome staff from the receptionist to the dental assistants to the dentists across the board, excellent.

Fantastic experience: Usually a scary experience oral surgery was a breeze. Rutledge Coleman Jr. DMD is a downright brilliant delight! and his staff are a true comfort , Before during and after the process. The bedside manner here, is nothing short of magical & makes all the difference. And the next day it was like it never happened..zero pain at all. Five stars and two thumbs up. Don't neglect your gums.

Fantastic experience: I just want to start off by saying this review is a long reading review lol….But first hand I just want to thank the receptionist Mrs Sha’tavia,I called earlier was scheduled 2 weeks out but when I called back just trying to get information… and let her know what’s going on she said ok call me back the following day and I’ll see if “Dr Savannah Grant” can get you in but no Myself,I came up there to see her personally and she did just that Thank god my crown in the front of my tooth came out I was devastated Confidences ,was down depressed wasn’t the word but “Dr Savannah Grant”is a life saver her and her wonderful assistant Mrs Tara helped me she went above and beyond, guys I started crying because I thought I couldn’t get my tooth back on!!because I had a trip the next day but she got my tooth back on Boost my confidence, I’m so happy I know it’s not permanent because I have to come back to have it fixed again But Dr Savannah Grant has CIA Character, integrity, and ambition. I told her she might be my cousin since my family last night is Grant Lol but she has a Patient for life when she opens her own Dentist office/Practice I’ll be the first person to follow her!!! Positive experience: Arranged for the 1st appointment to get a partal for my mom. All we did was sign the short form, get called back, and a technician color matched her teeth to a sample. Then a doctor came in looked at her teeth and wanted to get the remainder of the broken tooth out (later), and plan for a root canal and other things (later). $46.

Negative experience: waited over 6months for an appointment to get called 2days before stating i have to reschedule, but next availability to suite my schedule wasn't until another 5months later. extremely aggravated and disappointed

Negative experience: I had and appointment set for a day 3 weeks from when I had called. I had told them that I was paying with care credit which they accept because it's posted over the entire office. Then when it all came down to it I was on my way to my appointment and I finally parked and went inside and then filled out two different forms and sat and waited for about 10 minutes. Then they called me back up to the front desk and they said that they had canceled my appointment. Nobody had called me. Nobody had informed me that my appointment had been canceled nobody emailed me or anything. They had told me that the reason that they had canceled my appointment was that my insurance wasn't going through or that it had not been working anymore and I told them that I wasn't going to be using insurance because I didn't have any but I don't understand why they didn't tell me until the day that I got there and was in the office. So then I had to reschedule my appointment for another 2 weeks away and then it came down to it and I was back at the office for my appointment and then I had to set another appointment for actual extraction and With my work schedule I found out that that wasn't going to work so I had called multiple times only for them to not answer or put me on hold and not come back and then when they finally answered they had asked me what I needed and were not very friendly at all and then I had just told her never mind because after days of not being able to answer my call they had no openings for when I needed to reschedule

Negative experience: This is the WORST dental office with a very unintelligent manger name Jamie. I called the office to let them know it was an accident and I would be a few minutes late. I arrived TEN MINUTES late and was told my appointment was rescheduled. I explained that I traveled from out of state and an accident was on 95. I inquired about the late policy and was told they do not have one. How can you not have a late policy BUT rescheduled my appointment after being 10 MINUTES late. Jamie had no reason but only stated they triple over booked the appointments. HOW IS THIS MY PROBLEM?!! These doctors and Jamie do not care about the customers. My question to Jamie was how can 10 MINUTES cause a problem when SEVERAL people were already sitting in the waiting area. One man in the waiting area told me his appointment was at 1:45 and it was 2:10. My appointment was at 2:00 therefore, I would go after him….SO WHAT’S THE PROBLEM YOUR OFFICE IS ALREADY LATE WITH TAKING APPOINTMENTS!! I got it, it’s okay for the doctors to see patients 30 minutes late but a customer gets rescheduled for being 10 MINUTES late!!!! As the manager, Jamie should be able to give a sensible explanation of why I was rescheduled instead of saying they are triple overbooked because again how is this the customer problem because your company overbooked appointments.

Negative experience: I had an appointment for my daughter made it there in the 15 min window and they stated that she cannot be seen due to giving it away already and she has to do a walk in and wait. This is not the first time I have had issues with this company I would not recommend.. example also another time I took my husband there to told them exactly what was needed to be done and they did not listen charged us for the visit and told us what we already told them and didn't do anything that was needed to be done.

Negative experience: I got there and my 15 minute window I had I had 1 minute to walk inside and it reach 15 after and they canceled my appointment way to start the day!!!!

Fantastic experience: Kudos to Dr. Coniglio and her assistant Sara. Dr. Coniglio extracted my tooth without surgery which was recommended at Chatham Oral. Dr. Coniglio is a capable dentist, and she and Sara are compassionate people. Visit them for all your dental needs.
