Negative experience: Cancelled appointment because if you haven’t already had dentures before, the economy tier is not an offered option. Being of the working poor, middle to upper tier is not affordable right now. If they’re worried about multiple visits for adjustments, then limit them. It may just be a money grab. Idk.

Negative experience: I just called to get pricing the lady to answer. The phone was very rude. She was not professional at all. She was yelling at me and telling me she couldn’t read my mind. Very rude. You’re not gonna get any customers like that.

They did a great job nice service. I recommend them to anyone who likes good customer service friendly staff and with a big smile. Today 3/31/26 I went back to get some work done to my mouth upon sitting in the chair in the lobby a older lady was call to the back she dropped her keys and the stuff run over to pick them up that’s good customer service and when I was in the back they take care of me like before the second I’m very happy with the stuff and service. Negative experience: The front office staff are very unprofessional. I observed them discussing how to defer providing my dental records and x-rays. They express a charge after the doctor said they would give them to me before leaving.

Fantastic experience: 1st time patient here. I am in awe at how my visit went today. I was greeted Upon entering, after filling out my paperwork hygenist Ashley greeted me and talk me thru every step beforehand. The dentist Dr Compton came in gave me a hug while I was lying in the chair and made me feel so welcome. My husband has been going here for a cpl years and never had anything bad to say. I finally gave in and I'm so glad I did. I can get the work that I need to get done and everything is in house. I look forward to having my bright smile again.

Fantastic experience: I was introduced to these guys a while ago and they have become my go to for my teeth. I’ve had three crowns put in by them and I’m always very happy with the level of care and concerned that they show. The staff are all pleasant and the Dentist is very knowledgeable and willing to answer questions clearly. My most recent visit was excellent as well. The prices are fair and reasonable. Abel and I will be going to them in the future.

Fantastic experience: I am in love, who said you can't find love in your sixties. I am here to let the world know, that anything is possible. To my surprise this operation has the midas touch, from the front of the house to the back of the house, they get customer service. The cleaning was delightful, I usually have to really be prepped, but my hygienist was so gentle and caring I am in awe . Then the doctor came in and she embraced me as she introduced herself, where have they been all my life, I am never ever leaving Garden City Dentistry ❤️. This morning during my prayer call at 6:30 am my Pastor said expect surprises God has in store today!! And indeed the service and care was beyond what I have ever received from a dentist appointment. Negative experience: This place is a scam!!! Denied warranty coverage over a timing issue when the dentures haven't even been completed. The women in the office were more concerned with expressing an attitude on a monday morning than they were customer service, that's for sure. I recommend going elsewhere. I'd rather pay twice as much if that be the cost of professionalism and compassion

Fantastic experience: Dr.Compton was so nice and showed a compassion I had not felt b4 That they were able to do my crown in one day and not charge thousands of dollars was so awesome. Thank you too the entire staff for fixing my old crown from Godley Station Dental that wouldn't stand behind there work and wantedd to charge me another 1500 dollars
