Fantastic experience: I am 58. I struggled for years trying to find the time and the money to get the dental work done I needed. I had cavities that needed to be fixed. I had three teeth rotting out... I am beside myself happy with finding Habersham Dental. From the receptionist who helped me get financing through Cherry, schedule my appointments and kept me reminded and updated, the hygienist that did my regular cleaning and my deep cleaning, the doctor who my extractions, the doctor who did my fillings, the doctor who did my crowns, the staff that fabricated my crowns and all the dental techs and support staff... EVERYONE was kind, considerate and genuinely cared that I was treated WELL. I NEVER spent more than 10 minutes in the waiting room. (When do you see respect for your time at ANY care provider? ) While having anyone work in your mouth would never be "comfortable", The staff made SURE it was pain free. I have finally, after 38 yrs of searching, found my dentist. Thank you, EVERYONE at Habersham Dental. You will never know how you have helped me. You do this everyday, but to me, you are HEROES!

The facilities were very clean, nicely decorated, and the choice of soft instrumental music is a very pleasant surprise. They also offer complimentary coffee and water. Snob that I am, I had only wanted to see the amazing Dr. Sommerlin whom I’d been a patient of for five years. I now feel beyond confident with ANYONE from the Habersham office on Eisenhower! This was an emergency last minute old root canal gone wrong. Dr. Smith had me medicated, X-ray-ed, and out the door with three Endodontist referrals written out. Fantastic experience: Habersham Dental on Eisenhower Rd is a wonderful group of dental professionals! They came recommended, so I swapped to them as I needed some major work done. From the lady at the front desk, to the woman manning a computer, to the hygienists and dentists everyone greets patients and asks relevant question fors. The firm offers its own insurance (yes, I took it), giving %s off for complex procedures. I've had X-rays, cleanings, fillings,crowns, and implants with full anesthesia: all top notch. If you wish to have more than the two cleanings/year included with the insurance, you pay the regular fee. If l were to move from the Savannah area, I'd have to make road trips for my teeth. Never have I experienced what I did today with Dee Very shocking when I did not go through this at all before. If you're having a bad day, please stay home. It is too easy. I am a disabled war veteran and I, We, All have enough to look around and be upset or angry about however the worldly world has nothing to do with your training or professionalism. Treat others how you would like to be treated...That's It. You were even nasty when I called back for help after the surgery, however Thank you to the rest of the team that goes above and beyond to support your needs. Thank you greatly. You all deserve 10...............That was an old post...afterwards October 2025-2026 this team decided to react because of this posting and turned the remainder of my dental services down! Do not go here...no morals or work ethics within that office. Thank you for the long report to the VA after I complained about your lack of professionalism with your team and office. I'm OK and am glad I went elsewhere.You all did me great justice! Veterans choose other dentists for your smile....let the civilians deal with all of the bad behavior and attitudes that work there.

They run such a good office with a staff that not only generally cares for your overall health, but remembers your name and things like your children’s names and when you went on vacation previously. The dentist office is usually not somewhere where people really enjoy going, but yet at Habersham it’s really pleasant. And let’s talk about Dee at the front desk? She is one of the best employees they’ve got. She’s personable and she’s kind and she’s quick to reply. Should you have a question. She’s also so funny. And Hannah that Dental hygienist? Fantastic experience: I just started with Habersham dental at the Eisenhower office, and with Dr. Susan Smith. I am so glad I found this office. It's a well run office, comfortable, relaxed, and well cared for. The staff is friendly and professional. Both the RDH, Hannah, and Dr. Smith, actually listened to me, my concerns, and what I was hoping to achieve. This is refreshing change from past experiences with other medical professionals. They also utilize the most modern dental equipment, including 3d graphing of my teeth. Being able to look at this image really made a difference when discussing issues. And because of this capability, anything that required a messy impression in the past is no longer required. I really respect an office that embraces new technology, because the reason for it is to make it easier for patients and to help the professionals do a better job. I came away feeling like I've established a partnership for future dental care, and that meant the world to me.
