I was impressed on how hard they worked to make me comfortable I know it was a harder job then they expected, because I have dense bone and big deep roots. They really did good. It is very affordable, compared to others

They made sure that I understood everything before I left and they made sure I knew what our next steps were and what my total out of pocket price would be. Fantastic experience: These people are amazing they got me in on very short notice, when things didn’t go as planned with the emergency dentist that I was going to see that day. I figured I was only going to have my problem tooth looked at but they were able to get the entire procedure done that day. Everyone in the office was super kind and understanding. Huge difference to other dental offices I have been to in the past. I can’t give enough praise to how kind and comforting they all were with me. I was a mess of anxiety and they helped me feel a lot better. The procedure finished with minimal pain and I will definitely encourage anyone who wants a honest and kind experience at a dentist to go here.

I miss the old staff but the new staff has been just as friendly and supportive! And they’ve always had my best interest in mind. I strongly recommend that people give them a try!!

Negative experience: BEWARE: I went here with full coverage dental insurance. my first red flag was that they didn’t want to schedule a dental cleaning until they first saw my teeth to determine the “type” of cleaning i’ll need…. pretty sure there’s only one type of basic dental cleaning but okay. i played along, went to my new patient apt. they did all the x-rays and scans only to tell me that the dental cleaning they plan to do will cost me $170 out of pocket!!! mind you, my insurance covers regular dental cleanings. they tried to get me to sign a paper agreeing to all their upcharges for the cleaning. so ridiculous and such a scam! please avoid going if you can. no one wants to be gauged for a teeth cleaning - someone who has never had a cavity in their entire life and takes great care of their teeth btw

Prices are way above the normal prices in the area, so be prepared to pay an average of 35%-50% higher costs is paying with cash. Quoted 1 crown at $1680 and one core filling at $393, normal cost in the area is crown $600-1000 and core filing $110-140. Recommend you do your research.

Fantastic experience: I had my 2:00 appointment for my scheduled cleaning. My favorite girl there, Angel, performed my cleaning and she really made my experience pleasant. I really appreciate her and the dentist’s compassion while doing an excellent job for me.

Negative experience: “Bridge over very troubled waters.” First, read Yelp reviews. I was treated nice - until I wasn’t. Be very careful when they tell you, on your “treatment plan,” ‘it looks like you can get your bridge, and have plenty of $$$ w/your insurance until the end of year.’ I mentioned that to front desk. The billing person, quickly perked up and said, ‘it’s still an estimate.’ I understood that - but this company spoke out of both sides of their mouths. ?Plenty benefits until end of year? The bridge wiped out my insurance, and received 3 different amounts owed via text - no phone cal of explanation, received bill, of course. after bridge was completed. Boy, after Dr. Veeges left; there appealed to be a noticeable, dental assistant change. My “estimate” was way off. I don’t consider it an estimate when it’s $285 off, and wipes out my dental insurance in June already. Staff became very uncooperative, gave me incorrect info (I have the bill with the proof.) I hope you never have to call their corporate number, She talks very fast; I asked her to slow down so I could understand. In my opinion she was the rudest billing rep. I have ever encountered. I asked not to ever be contacted by anyone ever again at the office or the “corporate number.” I had my insurance agent deal with them; they literally made me sick just trying to get solid answers. No one, not even corporate person could tell me if I had a warranty on thousands of dollars worth of dental work???All I can Good Riddance!! It was worth charging the full amount, so I did not have to deal with anyone associated with “Affordable Dental” ever again.
