Negative experience: I went here for a couple of years and my experience was fine. But my regular cleaning appointment got canceled due to staff illness once and that was that… I’ve called literally dozens of times since and nobody ever answers the phone. I filled out an online form to be contacted to schedule an appointment and nobody ever called.

Fantastic experience: The first person I met was very nice and delightful and enjoyed her commitment to serve was really a joy meeting Karen and Dr. Case whom I've know since my sons were 8&14 now 30and36 dedicated to your needs and experience in all aspects a very good dentist

Negative experience: Long review - glad most other people have had great experiences but want to share mine in case you come here looking for unconventional hours like I did. As a working mom with 2 little kids, when I found a neighborhood dentist with rave reviews and evening openings, I was very excited, but after 3 years I’m now looking for a new dentist due to the constant cancellation and rescheduling. While Dr. Case is fine and friendly, and there has been some turnover the office has to deal with, my biggest concern is with their communication and rudeness of some staff members (especially Miss Linda). They text/called me “your appointment was canceled” or “we need you to come at 5 instead of 6”, a couple times on the day of the appointment without providing any reasons, offering rescheduling assistance or using any words such as “sorry”. When I was pregnant/breastfeeding while navigating a demanding job, having taken the time to schedule, and structured my day to make the appointment, it was extremely frustrating to be told “we do not respect your time”. 6 months ago, after my appointment was canceled twice and moved twice, I voiced my concerns and frustration to them - in an overheated manner for which I later apologized to Linda - and they promised that they’d put my next appointment on the calendar and honor it, which was this past Wednesday. However, it was canceled AGAIN, this time not even a notification. It was on my calendar and I had to call to find out after not receiving any reminder email or text. The office staff should remember that you are talking to the patient as customer service and not their boss. The office manager should consider additional staff training and adopting an AI texting assistant who can improve your tone considerably. Lastly, if you send a survey to the patients, you should review those responses and address their concerns proactively.

Fantastic experience: I was impressed with the detailed examination I received as a first—time patient. Dr. Case’s staff were accommodating and very friendly. Dr. Case took the time to review my x-rays closely and discuss areas of concern that will be addressed in future visits. My prior dentist would have his hygienist clean my teeth, he’d come in look for a short minute, and say everything looks great. Well, according to Dr. Case, everything isn’t great!

Linda the receptionist, Karen the hygienist, Brooke the office manager and of course Dr Case were responsive, thorough and kind and empathetic. I was especially impressed with the intake process online for new patients and the comprehensive exam. I liked my previous dentist, but changed to Dr Case because I would have had to wait over a year to get my teeth cleaned. Now with this great family of professionals, I wish I had made the change sooner!

Negative experience: I had a filling done and they over filled it causing extreme pain a couple weeks later from biting down. I went in to get it fixed and they fixed that issue and tried to charge me for fixing their mistake. After eating I got some food stuck between those teeth and realized that however they filled it makes it almost impossible to floss and whatever they did allows food to easily get stuck there. I would’ve been better off never visiting them from the start as I wasn’t in pain and could easily floss and eat without issues.

I really think it's cool how Case Dental did it the same day, use the machine there to create one, first time ever had that happen is perfect and smooth and it feels wonderful now that I'm not numb. BTW they numbed me a perfectly wasn't not too much like other dentists. Please let Dr Case and Brooke and staff know that! It is perfect! I am so tired of my old tooth and new crown was the same day! Never had that ever. I was dealing with a crummy tooth for 12 years before Case Dental, cannot believe how much this has relieved my pain. I still can't get over how much more wonderful it feels compared to the old crummy tooth , of course it's only the first day, but damn....I'm really loving my new tooth LOL Look forward to many more stress-free and pain free visits Cheers Kraig
