Fantastic experience: I had a very thorough check up and cleaning at SmileWell Dental. Everyone who helped me was personable and explained what they were doing. As this was my first visit, Dr. Sasek took time to get to know me and review my health history. She answered all my questions and gave me useful tips that I could choose to try for some minor issues I mentioned. She is professional and has a friendly personality. I felt very comfortable and look forward to my next checkup. My second cleaning and I am just as happy with the service. I had a small cavity which was expertly filled right away. No pain whatsoever. Third cleaning, still a charm! Happy that I chose this dentist! My Mom now gets her teeth cleaned here, too, and she always comments about how thorough and friendly they are! I also got my husband to switch to Dr Sasek and he’s glad to have made the change!

Fantastic experience: I changed my insurance and was able to use Dr Sasek. It is so much better than my previous dental group. I had a crown replaced and the procedure was much more thorough than my previous dentist. Yesterday I had a cleaning that lasted 30 minutes longer and thorough than my previous dentist. SmileWell has sophisticated equipment to better diagnose your personal treatment and head off potential issues. I could tell within minutes that SmileWell was a huge step up from my previous dentist. Fantastic experience: It was my first ever appointment with SmileWell Dental and it’s safe to say, I think I found my new dental home! I came in and Scott immediately greeted me with a smile and kind energy! While waiting for my appointment to start, he talked to me on a personal level and we chatted for a bit! Then I met Eileen and, oh my gosh, she is about the sweetest dental assistant ever! She’s funny and her laugh is contagious! Then I met Dr. Sasek, and she was the most gentle and compassionate! She listened to me and tried to come up with solutions to my concerns. They also got me in so fast and I loved that!

I never have to wait for more than a few minutes, and the team is great with my 3- and 5-year-old children. They have an exceptional blend of speed, competence, and bedside manner. Also the first place I’ve ever been where they read the pre-visit questionnaire I completed online and used it to prepare for my visit.

Fantastic experience: I had a wisdom tooth extracted and Dr. Sasek was very gentle. She took her time administering the lidocaine injection and I barely felt it, which was a pleasant surprise. Everyone in the office was super friendly and unpretentious. Very laid back yet professional group of people. No high pressure sales, they didn't push me to set up a treatment plan, they gave me the information and pricing and then left it alone. I did sign up for a discount plan that includes 2 regular exams, 1 emergency exam, 2 cleanings, X-rays, and 15% off all procedures because it was so affordable and I don't have insurance. The cost of the tooth extraction ended up being very reasonable compared to the estimates that I received from other dental clinics in the area. Highly Satisfied, would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Today I want to post a review for Adrienne and Eileen and Lindsay. Every good leader needs a set of team players to keep the whole organization running smoothly. These three ladies give beyond the normal and give their jib their 200%. They care for me and about me. Adrienne is the hygienist and does an excellent job helping me keep the teeth plan for healthy gums and teeth going when I am at home. Eileen and Lindsay do whatever is needed when needed. Smile Well Dental is the best care for my health, teeth, and gums I have ever experienced. I love them. You will too.

Every step was well explained, and she has a ton of options that didn't want to make me cry immediately as a grown man deathly afraid of needles that sometimes forgets to regularly brush his teeth for years at a time.

Negative experience: They said they took my insurance, turns out they were out of network. I wound up paying over $400 for a cleaning. If you go here, be sure to do your own research because they did not let me know what I was in for upfront! Then, they charged me $50 dollars for a cancellation fee because I had to cancel my next appointment before they could charge me even more! Even without insurance, the prices should not have been this high, and I have insurance! I felt stupid and bamboozled and this is seriously impacting my life!

Left a text message that was responded to that day with a probable appointment the following Wednesday if not sooner after the schedule was checked. I was to call if pain occurs. Negative experience: DO NOT GO HERE! I brought my 12 year old daughter who’s had cleanings her whole life and missed 2. They claimed she had 15 cavities. The dentist didn’t even tell me this the front desk did after the hygienist was trying to book me for 3 month visits and fluoride treatments that I had to pay for out of pocket. They pulled me into another room while my daughter listened to them tell her she had all these cavities and it was her fault for not flossing brushing and eating sweets before bed. The dentist deleted 3 cavities to bring it down to 12. There was no professionalism. All they wanted was to book appts and use my insurance. I called our old dentist the next day and they sent her X-ray over. She has 4 cavities!!! 4! One on watch and two need major treatment but 4!!!!! Not 12 not 15!!!! They said they take an aggressive approach. I need not say more.
