2K Dental

Negative experience: Not a fan! My family member had 5-6 cavities filled here and ALL have fallen out with in a year.. some of them twice. Went back to get them refilled and no answer to why they kept falling out…. Receptionist should be fired for the rudeness and attitude. LONG LONG wait times. Never expect to actually get in at your appointment time. Dentist seems like he hates people and hates talking. Not friendly, just weird.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment at 2KDental at the Akron, OH location today. Jataysia did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. She made my appointment for my 6 months cleaning today too. It was a good experience. If you are looking for a new dentist office I would recommend you giving 2K Dental a try.

Negative experience: First, let me say that I receive services through 2K dental in Cuyahoga Falls but since they’re all connected, I figured it would be good to give you guys this warning across the board I went to have a couple cavities field two on the top two on the bottom left. Let’s just say the experience was horrible. Very rough. They are inconsiderate so don’t waste your time complaining about your discomfort They also expect you to hold your own mouth open the entire time because they don’t adequately have the proper things to hold your mouth open None was provided for me Hold your mouth open while getting four cavities field on top of that one of the girls slipped half way down my throat Don’t even get me started on the amount of times the dental assistant allowed my mouth to feel with saliva and Me to start coughing and spattering before she would suck the additional fluids out of my mouth I also had R&B music playing on my phone as a way to calm my nerves the dentist and the original or the first dental assistant did not mind this. However, the woman who came in to do the feelings, asked if I could turn my music off so that she could play hers I’m a woman of color she is not what I will say. She is the one that I received the Harsh care from honestly it’s the worst dental experience I’ve ever had I was having slight pain from my I was not even having pain from the cavities heck did Not even though I had cavities, however after these cavities were filled, my mouth was in an extensive amount of pain for over two weeks. I couldn’t even sleep. I still cannot on my left side of my mouth. It hurts. I did not have these problems prior to going to their dentist now I have to go to another dentist and have what they did fixed Correctly imagine Not being able to eat on the side of your mouth that you didn’t even have Until going to the service, I wholeheartedly believe that the care I Or the lack of there was done purposely we do live as steel to this day and age where people Our provider services because it’s a part of that person’s job not because want too And because of that, we are often miss As well as the judicial services when I contacted the Cuyahoga Falls 2K dental, letting them know of the pain and discomfort, I was in as well as the experience with the dental assistance. I was simply met with attitude, which was surprising because On the forefront, they appear to be pleasant people most of them However, I was completely disregarded and they showed no concern for the issue and when I asked for a referral to another dentist because the dentist that I am now currently going to go to, which is University Hospitals required a referral well at the time asked me for a referral to fix the screw up All I can say is if you’re a person of color and you go here beware

Fantastic experience: I was so impressed with how the dentist talk to me about what I needed to have done and the hygienist and all the girls working. There are so very sweet and nice. I think I have found a home.

Negative experience: Will never be back to 2k on E. Market. Was told my jaw pain was due to stress, bruxism, etc and was told to "chillax". Found another dentist for a second opinion and it ended up being a root canal. Next time, listen to your patients and don't tell them to relax when in reality I had something really wrong that could've gotten much, much worse. This isn't the first time I've been dismissed here. Work on bedside manner and caring about your patients. After all, you work and care for the public.

Negative experience: One on Market be careful. The dentist is creepy. Took my 7-year-old daughter there first appointment no problems. Had to come back because she had her first cavity. They wouldn't let me sit back there with her at all. Told me I wasn't allowed and asked me if I trusted them. WTH. She was getting her first shot and they told me I would distract her. Um wouldn't I calm her down. I have several times to go back with her. They wouldn't allow it so I didn't want to stay. Even the gentleman in the lobby said it was weird that I couldn't go back with her. I ended up going to the one on Waterloo Rd. And has no problems. Wasn't an issue to sit with her during her appt. NOT OnLY that but the weird thing too was she didn't even get a SHOT for her cavity being filled. She didn't need it because he cavity wasn't as bad as they were saying. SO was I going to be charged for something she didn't need or is the guy just a creep? Just be careful if you have children get a second opinion, make sure your with them in the room.

Fantastic experience: My teeth have never felt as clean as they do after a visit here! The office staff are also very kind!

Negative experience: Had my appointment canceled because their system was down. I was told someone would call back once their system was up to reschedule. No one called so I called one week later but once again their system was down, and the person on the phone had attitude. When it was Waterloo Dental it was very good no cancelations no attitude and they would actually call you. So far I am not impressed with 2k Dental.

Fantastic experience: I fear the dentist even for a simple cleaning! But they are wonderful. Denise did my cleaning and was absolutely amazing. She kept me informed about everything she was doing. She understood when I told her I put in earbuds to listen to the radio as a distraction. Denise is the best!!!

Negative experience: They try to upsell. My young son went in for a sensitive tooth, turns out it wasn't a cavity but they tried to sell him a pre-treatment plan and told him he had several cavities on other teeth that was going to cost him $1,500.00, 2800.00 in total before insurance pays. He just left an office where we all have went for years but they sold out to 2k Dental so we went with them. He has had his teeth cleaned and xrays his whole life routinely and never had any problems with cavities. I called the office and told them we will not be back. He did not ask for xrays on all teeth, etc. He already had full panoramic xrays done this year and they knew that and failed to get them sent over to that office like they said they would. They took seperate ex-rays and was going to charge his insurance company who only pays for 1 full panoramic xray a year. Just simply check his tooth. Check and clean his teeth as needed every 6 months. We just can't believe the dentist we went to for years never said anything because anytime he saw anything with our family and friends he told us all right away and we took care of it. Not trusting 2k. Moving on.

Fantastic experience: Dr. K and his staff are so kind and caring. They make you feel comfortable and take the time to answer all your questions. Lisa is the BEST! I've been a long time patient at this office and would recommend them to everyone.

Negative experience: My fiancé had an appointment here at 2:15. He waited for over an hour while other patients came in and got taken back almost right away. He still waited until 3 more people came in and got taken back and nobody said anything to him about how much longer he’d be waiting or anything. He had to leave work early for the appointment so a waste of money and a waste of time. There was also nobody at the front to ask. Very unprofessional, I don’t recommend this place. Don’t waste your time.

Fantastic experience: All staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Was friendly and explained everything clearly. My husband and I LOVE this office!!! The staff are great! Always willing to help, very Friendly and know you by name. Dr. Klobas is amazing!!! Very knowledgeable, gentle and explains everything in easy to understand words. I have hated my smile for a long time but could never afford to do anything about it until now. I was very apprehensive about the process we discussed but he made me feel safe in his hands. It was a long process but the results are fabulous! I am so happy I smile all the time. Here are some before and after pictures. If you are looking for a nice friendly dental office, I would highly recommend Dr. Kolbas!

Positive experience: This was my first time at this office. It had been years since my last cleaning and X-rays. The doctor reviewed the X-rays and discussed future need options thoroughly. The hygienist had their work cut out for them and took the time needed with great skill to clean my teeth. Four stars because the fifth would be dependent on the skills for fillings and extractions if ever needed.

Fantastic experience: So nice to be able to have the “dreaded” dental experiences be comfortable and convenient! The entire staff is knowledgeable and caring. Hygienists, Denise and Chris, are gentle but thorough. Lisa knows ALL the ins and outs Re: insurance. Assistants, Dawn and Altria are kind, personable and reassuring. Dr Klobas is wonderful! He’s patient to explain available options and always provides emotional support for complicated procedures. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Positive experience: I tooth broke and I was scheduled the next day which I appreciated. The doctor was empathetic and skilled in removing the remaining piece. I was concerned about the hygiene practices of the dental assistant. She kept touching her hair and ears without gloves and then took sterilized instruments out of the packaging and put them on the tray without using gloves. What's the purpose of using the sterilization with bare contaminated hands? I would give the doctor a 5 star but the assistant 2 stars

Fantastic experience: Yesterday I had to face my #1 childhood fear of going to the dentist to have 2 teeth removed. I had problems with verifying my insurance because my company was recently purchased by a new company and GRACE helped me so much and was so patient and kind trying to figure out my insurance with me. I called several dentist offices yesterday trying to find someone to help me and she did with no hesitation. Once my insurance was confirmed she got me in for a same day appointment and I had the pleasure meeting AKHIRA. Akhira sensed my nervousness and apprehension and she was so sincere, informative and kind. It was like bringing my mom to the appointment with me I felt so relieved that our paths crossed and she was with me every single step of the way. If it wasn’t for her I probably would still have the two teeth and continue to ride out my pain because I was SHAKING SCARED. Between grace and Akhira setting the tone and assuring me i was in a safe place I was excited when Dr.Klobas was able to remove my two problem teeth. It didn’t hurt at all he was so gentle and understanding and explained everything. All of this to say if you need dental work done and have a fear of the dentist I would sincerely recommend going here! I won’t go anywhere else as long as I live in the area. Thank you to this entire team you made such a difference in my life I can’t thank you enough.

Fantastic experience: Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Easy to schedule appointments.

Negative experience: Great place to go if you need routine filling messed up so you can be in pain for weeks, written off as that being normal recovery, and then have to get a root canal. This has happened to be twice now with Klobas. Wouldn't recommend to an enemy. (Would give zero stars but that's not an option.)

Fantastic experience: I started going here at the beginning of the year and they have been great. They were able to get me in fast when I had an issue with a tooth and the receptionist recognized me the second time I came in. Dr. Klobas was phenomenal with the numbing shot and Jenifer did a great job with the fillings and was really personable and friendly. Amazing staff and facility!

I was running a few minutes late due to traffic and Dawn at the front desk was so kind and accommodating. Denise, my dental hygienist, was excellent and provided me with a thorough and informative cleaning session. Dr. Klobas was so kind and knowledgeable and took the time to not only review my dental images and discuss my treatment plan, but he also answered all of the questions that I had as a new patient to his office.

The receptionist was awesome making sure of my insurance company before the work was started. Had my 6 month cleaning the dental assistant took care of that no pain at all great work 2K dental.
