Fantastic experience: Falls dental has been excellent. Just finished my 3rd visit and have had an incredible experience every time. My appointments have been on time and efficient. The staff are very friendly. I really can’t say enough about this clinic! They did a great job with my 3 year old too. I really can’t say enough about this clinic!

I didn’t feel like she was digging for gold as she was cleaning my teeth. I’ve had other bad experiences in other dental office. Negative experience: Called asking if they accepted my insurance, they said they didn't. After searching for dental near me that did, I found their website again and it explicitly lists that they do.

Fantastic experience: I had my first visit today at Fall Family Dentistry, and as someone with dental anxiety, I was honestly pretty nervous going in. From the moment I walked through the door, though, everyone made me feel welcome and at ease. Linda, my dental hygienist, was incredibly kind and gentle, and Dr. Keller was both knowledgeable and reassuring throughout the entire visit. They took the time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable, which really meant a lot to me. I also had a great experience with Kevin, the Senior Dental Coordinator, who was friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable when it came to answering my questions. Overall, this was a very positive experience, and I would absolutely recommend Fall Family Dentistry to anyone especially if you feel anxious about going to the dentist.

No prolonged waiting to be taken back or waiting for the Dentist. Kind and engaging hygienist, and the Dentist examines as well as scrapes each of your teeth (personally lovedddd this). That's how a cleaning should be. Told my husband he will love his appointment. We will definitely be long-time patients here.

Negative experience: Update: This dentist not only slashed my tongue open with his drill, he tried to get this review removed. How many other honest reviews has he gotten removed? Dentist lost control of the drill, slashed my tongue open. I had to stop him from continuing and force him to deal with it. He claimed this happens all the time and they see it every day, and refused to refund any of the fee I was kind enough to pay in advance. They didn't even have an emergency number for me to call afterward. Is this what you want when you're paying $600+ an hour for service? Lies, injury, and zero accountability? Find another provider.
