Fantastic experience: My smile is back thanks to Smiles By Design!! There are no words to truly describe Dr. Lee and her Hygienists. God put me in Dr. Lee's care after Dr. Stets went on maternity leave. Dr. Lee and I hit it off right away. She was so patient with me and my many questions and points of changing her clinical plans for my ideas and best smile. During certain points, I became scared, nervous and wanted to go my own direction a few times. Dr. Lee listened and responded with why my ideas were not bad, but they wouldn't work long term...etc. Dr. Lee explained crystal clear why our original plan WILL WORK and she was correct. She was a magician. She was meticulous. She was methodical. She was timely, she was calming. She was caring. Most of all Dr. Lee is the reason I have my new "smile by design". I've waited for this moment for over 16yrs and three other Dentists who screwed me out of money and didn't truly care like Dr. Lee and her staff did. I used to find ways to smile without people seeing my missing teeth. I now smile so big and brag about my new Dental Office, Smiles By Design. A special thank you to my girls Erica and Jax as well as all the girls at the front desk and in the office as well. Don't do another Google search. I'll save you time by 100% backing Smiles By Design. They have a 4.9/5.0 stars for a reason. Forever and always thankful and grateful.

I had fallen earlier that day and I called them to see if they could help me and they made room for me that same afternoon. They fixed me up with a temporary bridge. And now in a couple of weeks I will have my full bridge back. I highly recommend them.

The staff there in a whole are so sweet and very easy to talk to. They had newer technology than my other dentist had. They answered all questions I had and explained what was being done and the cost up front so there was no surprises. Wonderful experience I use to dread going to the dentist.

Negative experience: The only reason I’m leaving this review is because of the spam texts and emails I receive from this office on a regular basis. “Write a review and enter to win…” This much advertising alone is a red flag. This office is EXTREMELY overpriced and you WILL spend hundreds of dollars out of pocket up front. They tried to sell me thousands of dollars of work I didn’t need (I realized this after going to see another dentist within the next two weeks because I was so weirded out by this one.) Literally, I was put into a room and pressured to sign a financial document and pay a deposit up front for an appt I couldn’t get in for several weeks for. I felt like I was at a car dealership and never felt comfortable enough to sign or pay a deposit to this place. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. In addition, the hygienist was incompetent and unable to adequately take X-rays or clean my teeth. Spent two hours in there between waiting for my appt (a cleaning!), waiting to visit with the dentist, waiting for my sales meeting, and finally getting out of there. Odd to see so many five star reviews. I’ve been going to dentists for decades and never had a bad experience like this one.

Fantastic experience: I had to get a tooth pulled which I was very nervous about it and they maybe the whole process easy and walk me through the whole thing step by step and even called me the next morning to check on me.

Positive experience: My daughter Kai recently visited Smiles by Design. There was some confusion about paperwork when we arrived and I misunderstood what services they did and did not provide. However, the people from the receptionist on the phone to the dentist were all wonderful.

Fantastic experience: 10/10 would recommend Dr. Lee & this office any day. i have been going to my previous dentist telling him the fillings he did hurt, i come to Dr. Lee and she quite literally filed down a high spot on the filing and it took the pain away i’ve had for 3 years. Also after going to 3 different dentist due to a problem with an implant and no one helping due to them not doing the implant themselves. Dr. Lee was more than willing to help, she had it taken out and she filed it down so 2 implants were not so smushed together anymore, now no more pain with the implants like i said 10/10 would recommend!

I've never had such great dental care until I met them. I'll be traveling hours to come back....no joke...they're worth it!!

Fantastic experience: I needed to see them urgently for a botched temporary crown from another dental practice and they got me in right away. The dentist was very knowledgeable and took time to explain treatment plans with me and rushed to get me an emergency root canal before my flight travel plans the next day. They hygienist and the dentist there are awesome and really care about your oral health. They are thorough and really listen to your concerns. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Smiles by Design for over 15 years. They have always been great! The staff is friendly, professional, and the clinicians do a great job. I use a power wheelchair and have a physical disability and they have always been willing to figure out how they're going to take care of my teeth. The staff work together really well.

Negative experience: 6 months post tooth extraction which was extremely rushed. Now have constant issues of what I’m assuming is a tooth fragment. Something under gums has been shifting for months now and I keep having constant sinus and throat issues because of in and am in constant discomfort. Sadly I just have to deal with it because I can’t pay this office another 700$ or more to fix what was caused.

Fantastic experience: “Smiles by Design” is one great dental practice. Dr. Lee and her assistants do exceptional dental work, fully explaining the procedures to be performed and post-dental steps. I’ve also heard great things about the other Dentist at this practice. Given, that a dental chair is not the most enjoyable place to be in for any length of time. I can say, Smiles By Design’s staff gives that extra friendliness, professionalism and quality care one can only hope to find anywhere. 5 Stars is earned and well deserved

Fantastic experience: This dentist office was a Godsend. I was in so much pain and in need of a tooth pulled. I call one place, whom I had some dental work with before and they told me I needed a referral to have a tooth pulled! I prayed, pls Lord find me someone to pull this tooth. And I found Smiles by Design. I called them, it was after 2pm and they said they could take me right in but wanted me started on antibiotics first. They called in the Rx, I started on them and they had me in the chair the next morning!! Plus, they were local! All the employees there were so nice, friendly and the dentist, she was wonderful!! I’ll be going to them from now on. Love them!!!

I am not good with dentists and she made me feel comfortable and had little to no pain at all she was very tentative & caring. I would recommend her anytime for service to be done. No pain when getting novacaine nothing she did great!!!!! Can't wait for 5 months to get the healing process over and be completely done! It's worth it! Fantastic experience: I've going to the practice for years and recommend it, especially if dentists tend to make you anxious. It's a very calm atmosphere, while also feeling very professional and competent.

Fantastic experience: Childhood dental trauma left me with a fear of dentists. But age and time robbed me of some teeth and my ability chew food. SBD has taken my fear seriously. And every consideration has been shown to me. They use methods to channel my fear, soothe me, and keep the anxiety at bay. Procedures are done with minimal pain, and I am awed by the human consideration and kindness I have received. I have gone outside of network to use SBD, but it is turning out to be the right decision for me, and I am on my way to better dental health and a true smile designed for me.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Robyn Wenman is one of the greatest dentists I’ve ever brought my teeth to! She took the time to listen to me and then present me treatment choices to find the best solution. Her explanation of how teeth work together was thorough and helped me to choose the best outcome without pressure. Her personality and her knowledge earned my immediate trust, which is the foundation to an excellent patient-doctor relationship. This was my second visit with her to solve a problem. This time I traveled all the way from Tennessee!!!!

I grew up not being able to afford quality dental care, and now that I can invest in my smile I’m so happy I choose Smiles By Design. I had a lot of nerves my first visit because I knew how much work I’d need. The entire staff had been so helpful, from the moment I called to schedule, to getting the actual work done. My father wasn’t even a patient when he walked in with severe tooth pain, but the amazing ladies at the front desk immediately reassured him that he would be seen since it was an emergency. No other office would help him that day — some wouldn’t even speak with him because he wasn’t already a patient — but this team welcomed him right in. After his exam, it was clear that quick treatment was necessary due to an infection. They started antibiotics and scheduled the extraction promptly. The entire process was handled with patience, kindness, and professionalism. Since my dad is from Eastern Europe and has a strong accent, I was there with him throughout, and I can honestly say that the staff went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable and respected. They continuously followed up to check on his healing and progress — something you don’t see often. Fantastic experience: The last few months i’ve had dental pain and it was so bad to where i wasn’t able to chew on either side of my mouth so i called numerous of places with little less solutions and felt like i wasn’t getting anywhere. so i called smiles by design and explained to them what was going on and also explained a horrible experience at aspen dental prior to all this. since the first phone call to this place i can say that the people here are very nice and polite. i’d like to shoutout dr lee and the 2 dental assistants(not sure of their names) that ive had they’ve done a great job and seem willing to help you get the care you need! i also like how they have a coordinator to financially coordinate your treatment plan. this whole place overall deserves an A plus. i will be back to continue my treatment plan
