Positive experience: My whole family was using Mapleridge for years without issue. Unfortunately, our 6-month cleanings started slipping to 8 months. On our last visit, when I needed to reschedule my daughter’s and my appointments, I was told there were no openings at all within the next year—only a last-minute cancellation list. We found a new dentist that could see us in two weeks, and they were awesome. Overall, Mapleridge is a perfectly fine dentist, but it’s never a good feeling to be pushed out of a practice you’ve patronized for years.

I stayed right where I had been going since relocating here from Binghamton and have never been disappointed. Dr. Saini and her entire staff are personable, professional, thorough, considerate with a good sense of humor. Children even have their own special, appropriately decorated examining room. If you are looking for a dentist, this is the place. You won't be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Saini and the staff at Maple Ridge are great. I feel completely confident with Dr. Saini’s work, knowing I am getting the best care possible. She talks to me about my situation and takes the time to go over my best options. I was in need of a lot of dental work, and my insurance was going to expire and the team there worked with me to schedule appointments quickly to complete all the work needed before my insurance expired. I am so grateful to Dr. Saini and her staff for staying late to help my preschool daughter after an accident on the playground. Two of her teeth were broken after the accident and they worked quickly and calmly. They were gentle and patient with her and I could see that she was calm and not in pain as they worked to help her. Very grateful. I feel like they gave her the same care they would for their own family and that was a huge blessing on that stressful day.

Positive experience: I am new to the practice but was pleased with Sue. She did everything to make me comfortable since I am a gagged. The only thing that surprised me was Dr. Sani did not do much as she checked my mouth for cancer but never measured the gum depth around my teeth. I go back for a filling replacement next week so I will get a better feel about the practice.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Saini and staff have always been friendly, and flexible. I was a patient for the dentist who was there previously for many years. The transition was seamless. I am usually in and out of the office in about 30 min. For routine cleanings. The office location works perfectly for me as I live literally around the corner.

From the moment I first called and spoke to the friendly receptionist I knew this was the right place for me. I have a lot of fear and anxiety about dental work. I have been avoiding work that I knew needed to be done. It was to the point where I was experiencing pain. Dr. Saini was generous enough to move around some appointments and see me immediately. I was so nervous, but she made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I am no longer scared to get the necessary work done. She has designed a treatment plan just for me and it won’t be long before I have my confident smile back! Dr. Saini is gentle and knowledgeable. Her assistant Vicki is compassionate, friendly and works beautifully with Dr. Saini. The office is spotless, sanitary; and it’s obvious that Dr. Saini is up to date on modern dental technology. Negative experience: Went in with my wife and child who is about 3. There was a huge misunderstanding with our insurance. I understand you’re a private practice but that DOES NOT EXCUSE THE FACT YOU PULLED MY WIFE IN THE OTHER ROOM TO YELL AT HER!!! You yelled at her because you have a busy schedule and were taking up your time. At least that’s how you were reacting. So for a future note to yourself doctor? Show some respect to your…was new patience’s because we showed nothing but respect when we walked in. Never ever going back here. 0 stars

Negative experience: My husband called and set up this appointment months in advance. He asked and made sure they took our insurance card. They also in advance texted and asked for us to take a picture of the insurance cards awhile before even going. He did. They never replied so he thought it was all set. When we get there they first say they don’t take our daughter’s insurance. She is almost 3 and her first visit so we say we will pay out of pocket. We did her appointment first and it took almost an hour. The technician was fantastic but the Dentis was a bit aggressive with yelling at my daughter to open her mouth wider which I thought was a bit much since she’s not even thee. Then Within that hour they still didn’t tell me and let my husband to start taking his turn to then tell me they don’t take our insurance. I asked if they could pull him so we don’t pay out of pocket that much. It was $800. Then the dentist came out and yelled at me to follow her. I said I have my daughter. She said they’ll watch her rudely. She took me into the room and pointed to her computer yelling at me for wasting her time with these appointments then cancelling when we are there. I told her this is all confusing to me of why this is happening when we planned months in advance and they said they took our insurance. She said our insurance will pay us some back and we had to pay upfront. I was stupid and stayed even though I was furious. Will never go back again.

Positive experience: Dental hygienist and doctor were both wonderful. The hygienist was so kind and patient with my 2 year old. As for the office, there were no toys or activities for kids while waiting which is odd as it is a peds office. There was miscommunication with my appointment time as well, my reminder said 8:15 so we showed up 15 min early to do paper work, but really they didn’t have my scheduled till 8:30. It was very misleading and frustrating as I had a toddler to entertain for much long than expected. Overall we will go back as the hygienist and doctor were great.

Fantastic experience: It was good, I get so nervous at the dentist office. I know it was just a cleaning, but I still remember when I was young. She was gentle, understanding and did not make me feel bad , because I couldn't do all of the x-rays.

Negative experience: I booked an appointment with the office to schedule to be looked at as a new customer for a chipped tooth. After months of waiting, they did the typical exam and scheduled to fill a cavity and I told them I wanted to fix the chipped tooth. IThey filled the tooth and then said I would need to schedule another appointment to get the chipped tooth fixed. This would have been the third appointment to simply fix a chipped tooth when this was the only reason I went to them in the first place. I was going to an event so dr saini agreed to fill the cracked tooth then but it came out a few days later. I scheduled another appointment to get the chipped tooth fixed and she agreed to do it at no charge, so I agreed to have her fill the cavity. I didn’t have an issue with the tooth hurting but now it does! Three days later the filling came out again from the chipped tooth. She said that it was from me grinding my teeth but I’ve never had a cavity filled that came out, especially after 3 days of the filling. The office called me today randomly and when I called them back, the receptionist was clueless and said she asked everyone and no one called. They called me back a few hours later and stated that I would need to pay $260 to have the filling redone and over 450 for a mouth guard. You would think the office would communicate with each other. This place is a rip off and are charging premium prices for work that’s far from great. After my tooth started hurting, I scheduled to go to a different dentist. I Will not be going here moving forward.

Negative experience: I called ahead to schedule an appointment for my kid, and when we arrived, the staff member was quite unfriendly. She informed us that our insurance was no longer accepted and asked us to pay out of pocket. However, just a few days later, I heard that existing customers are still being allowed to use our insurance. Honestly, this has left me pretty unhappy with the service. I really hope this can be addressed so that future visits are better.

Fantastic experience: The hygienist that cleaned my teeth and did the x-rays is gentle and friendly. The doctor is very thorough. Overall a good experience and will continue to go every 6 months. I have no dental and they have a great in house yearly plan to make it more affordable and I can get my teeth cleaned regularly.
