Fantastic experience: Great dentist office! Everyone is always friendly, professional, and they do a great job staying on schedule. My only wish is that they were open more days during the week. They’re so busy that six-month cleanings often end up being scheduled 8 to 9 months apart. More availability would make an already great experience even better!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I were new pts yesterday… first appt was a cleaning w/ a Hygienist. We agreed wholeheartedly after this . We had each, never had such a thorough, excellent, unbelievable cleaning . And we’ve had excellent dentists and staff prior to this . Dr Kaltaler was then thorough and highly knowledgeable and professional after cleanings were done . A plan in place for further appts , receptionist extremely knowledgeable and pleasant as well,! with insurance details explained . I am so impressed with this office and each person that cared for me . I am a retired nurse, and I understand the patient’s needs top to bottom . This office is exceptional . Fantastic experience: The dental hygienist was extremely kind in working around my jaw injury. And in order to find out just what was wrong, Dr K examined me after my cleaning, determined what was causing the malfunction and pain, and fixed it. It was pretty amazing! I had long sessions with PT, but my pain returned. I’m so grateful for Dr K’s expertise, patience and kindness.

Fantastic experience: Excellent treatment! Only had teeth cleaning which can be uncomfortable but no issues with that today. X-rays were taken as I had one tooth that was bothering me and Dr K will keep an eye on it. Today (day after) the pain in the tooth is gone. I guess it just needed a good cleaning.

They took X-rays then helped me design a plan that will get me a dental clearance and hip surgery which was what precipitated the visit to begin with. I was treated with dignity, compassion, and respect. Gonna get the infection risk cleared up and be able to walk again soon.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Kalteler is the best. He treats you with respect and kindness. You’re a person not just a number. I had an appointment to have my upper denture fit better. Not only did they fit better. It looked brand new. If you want the best come to Dr. Kalteler’s office. You won’t be disappointed. I would also like to add that his staff is very nice and friendly and always greets you with a smile.

Fantastic experience: My wife, daughter and I have been going to this practice for our dental needs (examinations, cleaning, crown work and fillings) for 5+ years now. This office is always professional and at the top of its quality work (and I've been to a number of other practices before, let me tell you). I must say that I always feel like I'm treated as a relative there, very relaxing and welcoming. This is the first dentistry that when I have an upcoming appointment I do not get shivers down my back prior to the visit but rather an excitement of sorts that my mouth will be "refreshed" again :) Dr. Kaltaler and his staff rocks!!! Negative experience: Dr. Kaltaler, treats his dentistry very poorly. Uses it as a quick money grabber to have a large volume of clients. Nothing but a big rush. Dental hygienist are trained to get customer's out real fast.

Fantastic experience: Liverpool dentistry is the best practice I have ever visited. Yesterday was my first visit. The location was conveniently located and parking was abundant. Upon entering the building the very first thing that I noticed was how much of a home vibe I got from the reception area and the waiting room it was clean and decorated very nice. I was received a very welcoming greeting from the very kind and lovely receptionist and she quickly got me checked in. I didn't have to wait too long before I was brought in for my x-ray and exam. The x-ray technician was incredibly gentle and very good at what she does. The exam room and procedure room was very clean and also had a very home like vibe which made me feel very comfortable. When the Dr came in he was very personable and knowledgeable I have multiple issues going on and he was very good about coming up with the best treatment plan I could go about to fix all my issues as fast as possible covered by my insurance. Then came the extraction I had an infected impacted wisdom tooth that was absolutely killing me. He got me numb and before I even though he had gotten started he had it out and I was ready to go home. I couldn't believe how well he did that I never had an extraction go that smoothly. After care was explained to me very well and then I was on the way to reception again to do the finances. The woman who checked me out was just as awesome as the one who checked me in she went through my insurance and figured out what was covered and I was suprised and grateful as to the fact I just owed a copay and everything else was covered. Making my follow up appointment was simple. I wouldn't recommend going anyplace else Liverpool Dentistry is the only place I will go for my care from now on.
