Very professional in their ability to provide needed dental services and answer any questions you may have. Moreover they are both very nice people and a pleasure to know.

Positive experience: My flipper was uncomfortable and Dr Richardson took care of the problem She adjusted my flipper and now it fits much better. She gave me more options with her honest opinion. I trust in her and have faith in her as a good dentist that cafor me, as a patient. My hygienist was very thorough with my cleaning. She thoroughly cleaned my mouth and there was no pain. My mouth feels great and refreshed.

Fantastic experience: Miracles do still happen! I cracked a tooth on the evening of June 28th while enjoying some popcorn (skip the kernels, is my advice.) I discovered that Doctors Duff & Richardson have an after hours way (on line) to let them know if a patient has a serious issue that needs attention ASAP. So, at 11:00 PM on the 28th I was able to send them a message to let them know what had happened and that I needed to be seen as soon as possible the next morning. I learned that at 7:30AM, their office would be open and I could show up to be seen as an emergency case. This was extremely helpful as we were going out of town the next day. I went in on Thursday morning at 7:30 and Dr Duff was able to see me within minutes and even was able to have Dr Overstreet look at the chipped/cracked/popcorn attacked tooth as well. My tooth was saved, a temporary cap/crown was put in place and I was able to make our trip as planned. I cannot imagine having any better, or more attentive and patient care, and at the last minute without an official appointment! I am so grateful for their willingness to work-me-in to their schedule at such extremely short notice, and for the input of Dr. Overstreet as well. Thank you to everyone who helped deliver such kind and excellent care for me and my popcorn-kernel-abused tooth!!!

Fantastic experience: If you're looking for a privately owned dental group where they make you feel like family; look no further than these dedicated and compassionate group of dentists. The whole team is extremely focused on the well-being of the patients that they take care of. My wife and I retired almost 100 miles away from Richmond, but we will drive back just to be seen by these dentists and the highly trained dental hygienist staff that work in their office.

Fantastic experience: I really love this dental office! I’ve been going for about 5 years and have always had great care. Scheduling is easy and you can get in pretty quickly if need be. Dr. Collie is a great dentist! He provides wonderful care and will take the time to talk with you and listen to any concerns.

From scheduling the appointment (thank you Leah) to the dental care I received from Dr Anna Richardson and her assistant , Rosie, it was all a great experience. Dr Anna is professional, personable and kind. Her staff are all accommodating and helpful. It’s a real family practice- they care about you as a person as well as your teeth! Their equipment is state of the art, yet the practice feels cozy. I am so impressed and looking forward to my next visit (now who says that about going to the dentist??!!)
