Fantastic experience: My wife and I were patients of Drs. Yeager when they were part of a practice in Lynchburg, Va. We followed these fine dentists to Inspired Smiles in Richmond. It is a bit of a drive for us, but well worth it. They work at providing the best dental experience they can offer. They must really screen their staff because everyone is friendly and professional. The “chair side” manner of both Drs. Yeager is so easy and comfortable. If I had had these dentists growing up, I would have taken much better care of my teeth in stead of being paranoid about dental visits. I cannot say enough good things about Inspired Smiles.

Fantastic experience: I had a dental emergency at a business lunch this week resulting in an old crown falling off. I called the office and they saw me within an hour ! Dr. Dan with the help of Carole and quick x-ray, assessed the problem, cleaned the area, and re-attached the crown. I was in and out of the office in less than 30 minutes. Super accommodating and super professional.

Fantastic experience: Been going here for 35 years. Dr. Talton passed the business to the Yeagers and i have ridden along for the transition and can honestly say they are doing a fantastic job. Kelly at the front desk has always been extremely welcoming and Cricket in the back keeps my teeth clean even when i dont so such a hot job myself. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Debbie was my dental hygienist today. I was very impressed with her thoroughness. She and Dr. Yeager examined. My neck for abnormalities. Debbie did an oral tongue and mouth exam .She used a new method and machine that was new to me. The machine shoots water, air and cleaner. I could feel Debbie cleaning each tooth and surface. I told her it felt like a massage of my gums. I was really glad to hear that this method cleans under the gums .No more paste and rubber electric cleaner..As she took X-rays , she answered some concerns I had about my bone bridge. When Dr. Yeager came in she shared some concerned we had discussed. Dr. Yeager explained reasons to use a certain product that was best in the market and would enhance my dental care. I had stopped getting fluoride treatment long ago. I did not like the experience with trays etc. I was so pleasantly surprised to hear of their new way of fluoride treatment. It took maybe 3 minutes of painting my teeth. The taste was fine and it soaks into your teeth. They just told me not to eat anything crunchy or hot for the next hour.Today I had excellent treatment!

Positive experience: A neat clean modern office. The dentist and crew were all extremely friendly and kind. I won't be going there however because what I need is to expensive and apparantly my dental insurance isn't as good as I thought.

Fantastic experience: I had no one I called "my dentist" for quite a while, so, with prodding from my wife (Yeager Group patient for some time) I appreciated the early morning appointment. After xrays and exam, Dr. Yeager clearly described my condition, options (pros & cons), and patiently responded to my questions. In about an hour or so, between Dr. Dan and assistant (Emilee), I had a procedure that included a "fashioned" replacement for a tooth extracted, an adjacent capped tooth to anchor the replacement, and a preserving bone graft. They worked confidently - "comfortably" even - there was never pain and I soon relaxed (not even aware, for example, of tooth extraction in the procedure sequence). In the following week Dr. Dan and assistant (Carol) removed a stain I had thought permanent from a front tooth, and hygienist (Cricket) concluded with typical "new patient" xrays & cleaning. So... I can now refer to "my dentist"...and heartily recommend him & his friendly, helpful, and patient staff.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of inspired smiles for almost a year now. The decision to become their patient was carefully assessed by me and so many other members of their team, we talked about finances and the depth of work that needed to be done. Every question and every concern, was considered with such personal care and explanation. I really felt like I was not just a number. So I began my journey of a whole mouth restoration and I am a very complicated case. I have spent a lot of time with them and they have been nothing but accommodating kind and gentle with me. Caring for every aspect from physical to mental care. I am over the halfway point of my journey and every step I take I'm fully assured and feel like I can trust them and I get so excited because the work they're doing is amazing. I can't wait to write in again with my final review about how this whole thing concludes. I'm talking full upper and lower replacement teeth as well as pulling some healing trying to adjust my bite with very little bone .....all of these careful pieces of this puzzle that they have spent so much time on trying to perfect for me. I would give them 100 Stars if I could.

It was super easy to complete new patient forms online, they sent reminders and even communicated via text (my preference which they asked), and provided a thorough cleaning and checkup. Both Cricket and Dr. Vicki were very knowledgeable and personable. It was a huge bonus when we left my kids’ appointment and my youngest said “mom that was so fun!” Update 2025: We've continued to trust Inspired Smiles with our dental needs and have not been disappointed! The general atmosphere in the office is friendly, family orientated, and helpful. When I had insurance questions, Kelly was great in helping explain the details. When a filling didn't feel quite right, Dr. Dan quickly saw me to ensure nothing was wrong but listened and made sure everything felt great before I left. They even followed up the next day to check in - just for a filling! Cricket and Dr. Vicki are a highlight of going to the dentist!

Negative experience: Unfortunately I will not be using u guys anymore, I had an appointment on 7/23 with a different hygienist and it was an awful experience, Missy was not present at the time and I don’t believe she works there anymore she was FANTASTIC never gave me issue always great at what she did, also the times they have available are changing, doesn’t help me at all because of my current job situation, but I never left a dentist in pain after a cleaning I felt it was rushed and just not a great experience, so my time will end here…

Fantastic experience: Both my husband and I had such bad experiences in our past that we stopped going to the dentist for several years, well decades. Dr. Yeager’s staff reached out to me after I timidly reached out for more information after seeing a YouTube commercial. That was February 2025 and both my husband and I have had extensive work done and neither of us are terrified of the dentist anymore. Dr. Yeager established a “tone from the top,” that flows down to all levels of the staff—they are courteous, patient, understanding, and so very friendly no matter if a storm made their alarm sound for hours! Dr. Yeager just muffled the sound the best that he could, and the staff followed suit—all with great attitudes and friendly dispositions, which makes even the most frightened patient relax. Not only that part of Dr. Yeager’s successful tone from the top, but also his superior skill in dentistry left both my husband and me with little to no pain! Now that is an accomplishment. After 30+ years from being too fearful of the dentist (I used to make my mom sit next to me up to the age of 28), as long as Dr. Yeager and his staff provide my dental care and my husband’s dental care, neither of us have any more fear!!!! Thank you Dr. Yeager and all the rest of the best staff ever!

Cricket was my hygienist and was really informative about dental care and future options. I unfortunately cannot remember the name of the person who took my scans but she was also very welcoming! Also got a cute gift bag for my first appointment ☺️

They saw me next day to take care of it and then expedited placement of permanent crown. Easy and seamless! Thanks to the Yeagers and Dr. Vicki! They are the best.

Fantastic experience: In 2023, I was at a very low point in my life, dealing with both a serious heart condition and a complex dental issue. I cried throughout my first consult with Dr. Dan, uncertain about what I should do given what I was facing. He listened and was patient in explaining a proposed course of action which he thought might work. He didn’t guarantee a complete correction but he gave me some hope. Two years later, my heart and my teeth are in good shape. At my most recent appointment, Dr. Dan said “I love when the plan works out”. I highly recommend Dr. Dan, Dr. Vicki and the staff at Inspired Smiles, they are the best!

Negative experience: DISAPPOINTED. Long time client spent a bunch of money on implants. Went there due to one of my implants came loose within a year in which they charged me $400 to tighten the screw down. I question the $400 at first and then I called back to the office asking is there some warranty within 12 months requesting at less a discount...NEVER got a call back!!!

Fantastic experience: I have nothing but great things to say about this practice !! Dr Vicki and Dr Dan are absolutely wonderful and Debbie , the hygienist is my favorite. I feel like I’m visiting good friends when I arrive. The most important thing though is my smile. I actually can’t stop smiling because my teeth look so amazing! You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and it shows. Debbie has been my dental hygienist for 6 years and she is amazing. She always takes the time to really listen and walk you through the process. I have dental anxiety and really appreciate the way she handles my nerves and is so gentle when working on my mouth. Dr. Vickie is outstanding, and you never feel rushed. She and the team always take the time to walk you through the treatment plan and go over any concerns or questions. Fantastic experience: It started with a brochure I read from this wonderful team. Since I was recently diagnosed with central/obstructive sleep apnea, which I've found to be of personal life-dominating concern, given some of my other lung/heart issues (let's think holistically). So, as of today, I've been set on a course of effective, less invasive treatment with a mouth device under Dr. Yeager's world-class care. The entire team was kind, cheery, respectful, and took every careful and specific action with their state-of-the-art equipment to fully, and skillfully walk me through the initial steps. My hope has been renewed, toward using an effective and unique oral device, which will help keep my oxygen level up and stable, and give me the deep rest I've been needing. I've been going here for several years, and think of them now as part of my extended family, these happy pros at Inspired Smiles!

The staff member who scheduled my appointment showed great empathy and assured me they would call if an earlier slot became available in case of pain, which was very thoughtful. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted with a kind smile. Emily took my X-rays, providing clear and easy-to-follow instructions, making the process smooth and stress-free. Margaret then cleaned my teeth with precision and shared excellent oral care tips. Finally, Dr. Yeager concluded my visit with a thorough examination and thoughtful recommendations. Fantastic experience: There are no words Grand enough to explain the quality of work you will receive along with kindness caring and respect. They will go out of their way to help you find financial support if thats a issue. Mine was and they didn’t stop working with me and my husband until we had what was needed. Even them I was so grateful for that but had no idea of theb quality of work they put into what u need . Regardless what it is .I guarantee you will walk away with a Million Dollar Smile! wondering how was it even possible to go in like I did and a short time later walk away with a movie star smile. Fantastic experience: Great experience across the board. Dr. Victoria and Dr. Dan are both amazing and care a lot about their patients (I havent had experience with other dentists at this practice yet). I am so happy I found this practice. Had a couple of fillings, a crown, and an implant placed - everything done so thoroughly, with such attention to detail that it puts all my previous experiences to shame, really. Their dental hygienists and admin staff are also fantastic. Beware - you will have seriously high standards after coming here!

Fantastic experience: Dr.dan and his team are awesome ! I highly recommend them. I live an hour from their office but it's totally worth the drive . very professional clean and transparent. my all on 4 implants have been life changing. the photo are not the permanent implants but for temporary they look amazing in my opinion super excited to see the permanent ones. my mom also is in the process of replacing her dentures and is very happy with her experience.
