Fantastic experience: I love them all…with such personalized service it’s hard not to. They remember little details about you and your family. They help keep nerves at bay with scarier dental procedures. Dr Herrero has a huge piece of my heart because every little thing she did to care for my aunt who suffered from dementia. My aunt was very skittish and could get angry easily. Dr Herrero handled her with ease, grace, kindness, and love. Dr Delk is a gem too! He has a calm manner that quickly puts the most nervous of patients at ease. Couldn’t say better things about this practice!

From the front desk staff to the hygienists to Dr. Delk himself, the whole team creates an atmosphere that is warm, comfortable, and reassuring. I have soft enamel and have had extensive dental work over the years, so the health of my teeth is something I worry about deeply. Dr. Delk has always taken a conservative, patient-first approach, only recommending work that truly needs to be done and doing everything possible to preserve what I have. That means the world to me. As a low-income patient without dental insurance, I’ve never once felt taken advantage of or pressured into unnecessary procedures. The clinic is gracious about payment plans and handles financial conversations with dignity and compassion. That kind of care and sensitivity is rare and it does not go unnoticed or unappreciated. If you are looking for a dental team that is skilled, honest, and genuinely kind, I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough!

Fantastic experience: I started going to Dr Wood the first time I lived in Richmond 30 years ago. When we retired and returned I went back because I remembered the extraordinary experience I had with this gentle funny cheerful and expert dentist. I have transitioned to Dr Delk as Dr Wood retired and I am having the same extraordinary experience with him and his office staff. The office is warm and welcoming. The staff are all friendly and very kind. The hygienists are gentle but thorough, all very professional but at the same time human and friendly. Dr Delk is a kind man, very expert, gentle and thorough. I trust them to protect me from the Covid19 because of their professionalism. I have had a history of miserable experiences at dental offices but this is nothing like that. I highly recommend them. Plus I happen to like the music in the office, upbeat and a good mix of pop and country.

Fantastic experience: These are the greatest folks to deal with. They were running a little late one day so they called to tell me this and asked if I preferred to reschedule or just come in. They gave me an option!! I wish all doctor offices would pick up this practice. I opted to just wait but ended up only having to wait a few minutes.
