Fantastic experience: After seeing the same dentist for over 30 years, he retired, and I found myself searching for a new dental office. I wanted a practice that truly knew their patients and genuinely cared about their dental needs. Cedarwood Dentistry delivered exactly that. My first appointment as a new patient lasted two hours, during which they took the time to get to know me and thoroughly review both my dental history and my current dental health. Everything was explained clearly, and I never once felt rushed. Everyone in the office was welcoming and friendly. It’s rare to find this level of personal attention and care anymore, and I can confidently say I’ve found my new dental office.

Fantastic experience: Amazing Experience at Cedarwood Dentistry I had an incredible experience at Cedarwood Dentist today, thanks to a friend who recommended this place to me. I’ve always been extremely nervous about going to the dentist—so much that I couldn’t sleep at all the night before my appointment. As soon as I arrived, they took X-rays and started the examination, and I was quite anxious at first. In the past, I used to accompany my husband to a dental clinic in Northern Virginia for over a year and a half, and that only made me dislike dental visits even more. But today completely changed my perspective. The doctor was exceptionally gentle and skillful. I didn’t feel any pain or sensitivity during the entire treatment, and my teeth looked so much better afterward. My friend told me this was the best dental clinic she had ever been to and I absolutely agree. I even decided to for a one-year plan because I’m so confident and satisfied. Thank you so much to the doctor and to Hannah for their kindness, professionalism, and excellent .

Fantastic experience: My first visit to Cedarwood Dentistry yesterday was great. Everyone was friendly. Our dentist of 30+ years had retired and we were looking for a family dentist. I didn't think we could find one like our previous dentist...Cedarwood did not disappoint. Very comfortable, they took time to explain things, the appointment was not rushed. Very pleased!!

Fantastic experience: Actually a wonderful experience though they had a hand full since I'd had a couple of experiences with other dentists which made it too easy to avoid regular dental check-ups. I was made to feel totally comfortable by Chris, Joslyn and the assistant who initially settled me in. I was made very comfortable throughout the processes of examination, cleaning, x-ray and such. At each phase they explained things clearly and treated all questions seriously and answered readily in terms even I could understand. At no point was I felt 'judged' but instead only encouraged and reassured by their sincere friendliness and obvious interest in getting me along on a better path to dental/oral health. Didn't leave there thinking "Glad that's over!" but instead looking forward to my next scheduled visit to further address things and build on the plan we'd initiated, a plan not haughtily 'determined' but instead developed through healthy dialogue. Dentist day was a great day, strange but true!

Negative experience: UPDATED; I was charged for a cleaning of half of my teeth, and then got a bill, after my insurance covered a huge portion as well. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, they will overcharge you.

Fantastic experience: The office was very accommodating, and saw me for a broken tooth the next day. Dr. Wolberg took the time to not only fix the immediate problem but fit the area for a cap so I wouldn't have to make an extra trip back for this. Thanks to all the staff there!

It sounds weird but founding dental, new doctor office is not easy because you looking for, are they nice,do a good job, are they knowledgeable,caring. Yes! My family it's here to stay. Dr Vera took time going to office the day she was off to make sure my husband was taking care of even though he was new patient, she made the call to other Dr for him. Fantastic experience: My husband and I had an app.the same day. We were treated with respect. According to covid-19 protocols, our temp was checked and questions asked. Office was clean. Chris and staff(including his wife) were very friendly. Our appt. for cleaning was at 11. We were out by 12. We both appreciate how they take the time to address any concerns we have. We look forward to our next visit.

Fantastic experience: Dr Wolburg and his staff at Cedarwood Dentistry helped me with a loose tooth and some pain from my nightgard he treated the inflamed area and offered some relief to my pain and gave me tips to reduce it, he also adjusted my nightgard ! This was an emergency call the doctor had never seen me before and he got me in evaluated my problem and got me out at a very reasonable price! The entire staff was courteous and accommodating, I highly recommend them !

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this practice for a very long time and have always had a good visit. Everyone is very pleasant and welcoming.

Positive experience: Cleaning and polishing the teeth is OK. But when I first went to see Dr. Wolberg, he said I needed a filling and so he put a filling in, but today I learned that part of it chipped off and I need another filling to repair that. This week he refilled that and it has reduced considerably the sensitivity in that area.

Fantastic experience: A lot of people go to the dentist with apprehension and anxiety, but Cedarwood couldn’t be more friendly and inviting. I have been a loyal patient here for over 25 years, (since way back when Dr. Nystrom was the head dentist) and continuing in that tradition of excellence, Dr. Wohlberg has taken over with the same great knowledge, patience and kindness I’ve grown accustomed to for decades. Though their office and staff is small, it feels like a family and they get to know you as a person and not just a patient. They offer x-rays, cleanings, whitening services and can even accommodate certain dental emergencies, but you should probably call to schedule ahead just in case. I believe they cover most insurances and even out of pocket, their procedures aren’t terribly expensive. Highly recommended for anyone looking for to quality dental care in the Midlothian area.
