Fantastic experience: New patient here. This is a top notch dental practice, one of the best I've ever been to. Dr. Lewis is a skilled dentist with excellent chairside manners. Nothing seems to fluster him, he is cool, collected, and always happy. Super nice guy, strong attention to detail, and very talented. He maintains an excellent professional working relationship with his dental assistants. You can tell he trusts the assistants, depends on them, and respects them. Special shout-out to dental assistant Taylor who was an absolute delight to be a patient of. She is highly trained, knowledgeable, kind, gentle, and considerate. Taylor really impressed me with her skills, friendliness, and how considerate she is. She too has an excellent professional working relationship with the other dental assistants with a strong sense of mutual respect and collegiately. What a great group of professionals. I had an extremely positive experience with a brand new crown!

Negative experience: You do great work, but would have been nice to know that you switched my dr on me that was my preferred and the only dr and there under my insurance. OH AND that he was leaving and you werent willing/able to schedule him. I also had to find out from the insurance company that dr. Grimes was out of network, so obviously a additional fee and soon to be procedures were going more bc of that. Its about how the other brother of grimes charged me over a decade ago 299$ for a extraction when anything over 300$ could be on a payment plan. Fool me twice shame on me...almost twice.

Fantastic experience: Five stars all around for Dr. Misko, Ali, and everyone else I’ve met at Grimes Dentistry. They did excellent work to give me multiple new bridges and new fillings for my teeth. I recommend this dental office with no hesitation. Give them a chance!

Negative experience: I used to really like Grimes Dentistry and even left them a glowing review, but sadly, that’s changed. We’ve had several times now where they gave us appointment dates, but when we showed up, they said we weren’t in the system. It’s happened with both me and my kids, and honestly, it’s incredibly frustrating. It feels like our time just isn’t respected. On top of that, they’re very expensive. They quoted almost $600 just to pull my daughter’s tooth—she ended up getting it done elsewhere for under $100. Meanwhile, my spouse had two cavities filled there for about the same cost. The pricing just doesn’t add up, and what makes it worse is the lack of clear communication about costs before procedures. I’ve had similar work done in the past for much less at this same office! If their customer service and transparency matched their pricing, I’d feel a lot better about it. But right now, it’s just disappointing.

Fantastic experience: Great office, very organized, clean, excellent facility, very beautiful building, very comfortable chairs in waiting room, nice, heavy doors, very kind, professional and attentive staff, Dr. Misko is very amiable and funny. Highly recommend. Overall great experience!

He really took his time with my cleaning and even showed me a couple spots I was missing in my cleaning routine, AND showed me techniques for addressing those issues! I’ve been coming here for a few years and I’ve always had a wonderful experience…for the dentist :)

Negative experience: TL;DR: Disappointed and disheartened by the front desk experience, which unfortunately prevented me from establishing care with Dr. Misko despite hearing great things. I was looking to establish care with a new dentist due to an insurance change. My mother had shared nothing but positive experiences about Dr. Misko, so I was hopeful, even though the dentist is not exactly my favorite place. Compassionate and understanding care was important to me, and Dr. Misko seemed to offer that. Initially, I called and scheduled an appointment for 9/23/25. The young woman I spoke with, possibly Paige, was respectful, patient, and thorough in answering all my questions. I explained that I had new insurance and asked about coverage. She told me the office was out of network but that I could expect a call with an estimate of services prior to my appointment. However, I didn’t hear back. I followed up on 10/6/25, which was the week of my appointment, and spoke with another staff member who said she handled estimates. She explained that they usually complete them the day before the appointment and that they were currently a bit behind. As a healthcare provider myself, I understood the delays, but I was concerned. Like many people, I am on a tight budget, and having only 24 hours to prepare financially wasn’t realistic. I also expressed concern about the cancellation policy, but she reassured me that cancellation fees only apply to same-day cancellations. I appreciated that clarification and felt reassured. Unfortunately, the estimate never came. I called again the day before my appointment, a little over an hour before closing, and spoke with another staff member, possibly Kaylee. She told me my phone number wasn’t on file, which was confusing since I had clearly been contacted before, and said they were still working on it but were short staffed. Given how close it was to my appointment and the fact that I still had no estimate, I decided to cancel. She offered to reschedule, but I declined. I didn’t want to risk going through this entire process again without answers. If I hadn’t already had negative experiences with dental offices in the past, maybe this situation wouldn’t have affected me as much. But like many others, I carry anxiety around dental care, which makes compassionate and reliable communication from the front office even more important. It’s truly disappointing that I didn’t get to meet Dr. Misko, who I believe could have provided excellent care, due to the disorganization and lack of follow-through from the front desk. The front office is the face of the practice. They set the tone, build trust, and are often the reason someone either feels reassured or walks away. Based on other reviews, it seems my experience is not unique, and there may be a larger issue with customer service and organizational training. I hope the owner and management team take this feedback, along with similar feedback from others, seriously. A great provider can only do so much when the front-end experience is driving patients away.

Fantastic experience: I'm truly grateful for the staff at Grimes Dental, who went above and beyond to assist us. My son had a situation where a rubber band from a previous dental procedure snapped, and we were in a tight spot. With our trip out of town, we needed help, and Grimes was the only dentist available. The doctor on duty was kind and took the time to trim the rubber band down for my son at no charge. I wish I knew the name of the doctor, thank you for your help!

I had a root canal done a few months ago and just recently had a veneer come loose that I had done at a different office, Dr.Grimes got me taken care of quickly! He lets you know what he’s doing every step of the way and also what he recommends you need for future appointments. The office staff is very attentive and friendly as well, I highly recommend Grimes Denistry if anyone needs any done!!

Fantastic experience: I've had a number of dental cleanings over the years, so I can usually tell when someone takes their work seriously. Erin did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. She was detail-oriented and considerate throughout the appointment. When I arrived, she already had my X-rays pulled up and was clearly familiar with my dental history, which I appreciated.

Fantastic experience: Best experience I've ever had at the dentist. They got me in as a new patient within a week, at a time that worked for me. They were so nice and thorough. The doctor came in a showed me all my xrays and pictures explained them to me and showed me the things he was seeing. And they even explained my treatment plan and bills in full detail so that I didn't have to question anything. I whole heartedly recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: I could not recommend Dr. Misko enough! He always makes sure I am comfortable and cared for when I receive treatment. He is great at answering any questions I have, easing any anxiety I may have when I come in. Today he performed a root canal on me and made it feel like a breeze. 10/10 recommend! Negative experience: ***** edit to respond. ***** Another edit because they changed their response to pretend like it looks like they care*** They didn’t bother to reach out, and they added that they donated to veterans yet won’t fix the negative impact they caused after lying to our family. They were so incredibly rude on the phone I kept asking to speak to the owner and the owner has yet to reach out or try to resolve anything. But they claim they donated to a charity which anyone who speaks to this office will know that’s a bold face lie. Disgrace disgrace disgrace! Also, my husband and I both served. You’re welcome. Your office will never be forgotten and I will make sure to spread the message around on how yall scam families. ( also upon looking at other reviews it appears to be a common scam to lie to people about insurance. What a disgrace) The response is actually exactly what I said to every person I spoke to on the phone when I called to resolve this issue. You’re right it was very dishonest and apparently you don’t bend over backwards and apparently your staff is not trained because otherwise my family would have never gone there. There’s a dental office on every corner I would gladly picked another had you been honest and said you were not in network. Not only did your office lie to myself and my husband but now you’re just trying to cover up what you did. I hope everyone reads this review so they see how you treat active duty soldiers and veterans. I visited this dental office for a routine cleaning and was informed by a friendly receptionist that I had insurance coverage. However, a year later, I discovered a negative $600 claim on my credit report. I had paid $120 for the cleaning, which felt excessive, so I decided not to return. When I informed the staff that I wouldn’t be coming back, they didn’t mention any outstanding bill. Now, they claim that I should have read the fine print and trusted their staff’s assurances. My husband was retiring from the military, and we were in the process of buying a house, so I didn’t have the time or inclination to thoroughly review the fine print. I’ve had experience with various dental offices in different cities over the past 20 years, and this office is the first to say it’s not responsible of what the staff says that I should read the fine print. Furthermore, when I called to schedule an appointment, I mentioned that I had Tricare. If they had informed me that Tricare wasn’t in their network, I would have sought alternative services. We are a military family of five and would never go somewhere not in network. I wish the staff would have been more forward and honest over coverage instead of saying “ this is what insurance should cover”, how can I read their minds and why would I try when I was told over the phone they take tricare? This experience has been nothing short of disrespectful and unacceptable. I expect a more understanding and accommodating response from Grimes Dental.

Fantastic experience: My first visit with a hygienist was excellent. She put me at ease and engaged my attention away from her pick.

Negative experience: I have had great experience with the doctors and hygienists but the front office could care less about the patients. I had dental work done at the end of January. Prior to scheduling or making a decision about the work I called Grimes (1/7/2025) and asked to speak with someone concerning my insurance (they should be trained to speak knowledgeably, right), I asked them to check my insurance and give me an approximate quote on what I would be responsible for said work. On January 23 they called me and said my out-of-pocket would be $1400.00 so I agreed to this amount and scheduled an appointment for January 31. On that day I paid $1461.00. On February 11 I received a call and was told my claim had been denied and I owed $1000.00. I explained the situation and did not pay. Today I get an email stating I owed $500.00 so I called and questioned this amount ($1000.00 on 2-11). I was told my coverage had dropped, and it had on 1-1-2025, so why did they not check my insurance like I asked. I was told they "assumed" it would be the same. Wrong answer! I called my insurance and they said the coverage change had been updated on 1-1-2025. My biggest question that no one would answer was why on 2-11 I owed $1000.00 and my insurance paid 1000.00 on 4-1 and now I owe an additional $500.00. I told them I would pay (and I did) but asked them to admit they made a mistake and they would not! Keep all your receipts and don't accept a verbal quote, get it in writing!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Misko and Aleigh took out my wisdom teeth this past Wednesday and did a great job with keeping me updated, checking on me, and even told me how proud they were of me multiple times. They even called me the next day to see how I was doing. Their entire team is so supportive to each other and their patients! I thankfully found Grimes Dentistry last December when I was in extreme pain at 3AM. Dr Grime was the only person that answered my call, didn’t tell me to just take Tylenol, and told me to come see them the next day. They got me in first thing and took care of me right away. They even had a personalized teeth care plan printed for me (with amazing prices) for right after I was finished. I love this dentist’s office! You won’t find a better or more caring team.

Fantastic experience: I went in because I had a tooth that was bothering me and they were able to get it pulled the same day which was amazing!! Dr Lewis and Aleigh did such an amazing job!! The whole process was really smooth and when it came to pulling out the tooth they made sure to keep a happy environment (which really helps with the nerves too lol)

Fantastic experience: These guys are a Dream!!! I had come from Family Smiles of Lubbock that told me I had a bunch of issues but these guys made me feel relaxed and understood my fears and concerns, they listened and made me feel valued. They also showed me I didn't have nearly as much to worry about which makes me question Family Smiles. I highly reccomend Grimes because they will make you feel like a person and not a number.

Fantastic experience: The facility is stunning, dr grimes is very nice and knowledgeable, my hygienist angel was so wonderful and broke everything down for me in a way that was easy to understand. Highly recommend this place for dental work.

Fantastic experience: I went in with a tooth ache. Dr. Grimes shaved the tooth down and didn't charge me for it since he had recently worked on that tooth. I hope that will fix the tooth and I won't need a root canal. He tries to fix things at a lower cost before having to do the more extensive procedure. Even though I didn't have an appt to get imppresions for my teeth whitening mouthpiece, they were able to get it done. I didnt have to go through the process of almost gaging with the stuff that my old dentist used. A wand around my mouth is all it took. Dr Grimes has a very high tech office which I like. I started seeing him the later part of 2024 and I am very pleased with him and his office staff.

Fantastic experience: As usual Dr. Grimes and Hope were terrific today after I’ve been having tooth pain for a week. Now I look forward to meeting Dr. Faraj next week to get what I guess will be my first implant or two. Not looking forward to the implant process to be honest but I am sure that Grimes Dentistry will do an awesome job just like they’ve done with everything else for me since September 2022. I am so glad I found Grimes!!!

My husband got a couple implants and a full set of crowns a few years ago and has been pleased with his team. I was very pleased with my visit today. He showed me where several of my teeth were cracking. Unsure why I hadn't heard about this before today. I believe it's the top of the line equipment Grime Dentistry has. Dr. Grimes is very knowledgeable. I look forward to my 2nd appointment which is tomorrow to get my teeth cleaned and start on my treatment plan.

Fantastic experience: I have never been able to say I knew a dentist who cared so deeply about his patients, But I can now! I was truly afraid of dentist from past experiences, especially the one I went to for my first set of dentures 20 years ago,they never fit properly and he never cared that they didn't nor did he care that I was unhappy the way they looked on me.So for twenty years I never would go to another dentist and suffered disappointment and shame of how I looked untill recently when my bottom ones broke. I prayed and did a Google search several times and always came back to the grimes dentistry. So I made an appointment got in quickly and everyone there was so friendly .My dentist was Dr.Faraj, he made me feel so comfortable right from the start and his assistants were so kind. He listened patiently to all I had to say and treated me as if I was family. I never smiled so much in 20 years for he wanted the perfect fit,the perfect bite and the perfect smile. A few visits and today I got my new teeth.I can't believe I actually look like myself again.O' the tears of joy that filled that room today,for like a family we cried together.My teeth by the way fit and feel great. I have found my forever dentist family. Should you go,you wont regret it!

On first visit he accessed my situation and gave me a concise and accurate run down of the problems and treatment plan with pictures of all my teeth. During treatment he also explained the steps he is going to take as well as listening to me when I get confused or felt uncomfortable, then made adjustments accordingly. Other staff members are also very friendly and caring, would recommend this place 11 out of 10.

Fantastic experience: Nothing short of my heroes on a bad Friday! Had been having an issue with a mouth ulcer that felt as bad as an abscess around my top wisdom teeth that I've neglected to have removed. They got me in at 800am on a Friday with no appointment. And by 400pm had the top two wisdom teeth extracted and immediately easing the pain I was in. Frankly, and I don't know how, the pain from the extractions has been less than the ulcer was which is amazing, I mean almost no pain at all with really just being considerate of avoiding dry socket. I really have to shout out to the staff I interacted with as not a single one of them made me feel any less special than if they were doing this for their own mother, even taking special consideration with my expressing my past negative dental experiences that had led me to neglect cleanings that got me to this point. With that said Euvia (sorry if I misspelled) at the front desk was an absolute sweetheart and was my first interaction and got me in the door. Breanna was my hygienist who did an amazing gentle job before the extraction with consideration of the pain I was in. Elma was the amazing nurse that took my x-rays and did my initial consultation and who again was absolutely wonderful and caring throughout the process. And of course, Dr. Grimes who was the icing on a very positive cake with his thorough explanation of my challenges and what he could do to help along with just being an overall pleasant Dentist and again taking great care to make sure my pain wasn't exacerbated during the process. Besides doing a phenomenal job from start to finish, the real beauty of this amazing staff is that after visiting them, they have broken down my dental fears to the point that I know going back every six months like we all know we should, won't be such a mental challenge for me going forward. Fantastic experience: First of all the place is beautiful and huge. The front staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr Lewis and his assistant were so nice and explained everything that was needed for the health of my teeth. I was and have always had a resistance to going to the dentist but they made the experience very pleasant.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful staff and Doctors! Extracted a broken tooth, did bone graft and installed an implant in a little over an hour - with minimal discomfort! Highly recommend Grimes Dentistry.

Negative experience: I highly recommend going to get a second review, went here a couple of days ago and told me that I needed a crown and my fillings redone. After I went and got a second opinion and had my bite pressure points moved higher in my mouth with a light 5 second shave of my teeth and my pain has been relieved.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Misko and his assistant Aleigh did my tooth extraction yesterday and they were phenomenal. I was so extremely anxious and in so much pain and they made the experience so easy and talked me through it. Aleigh held my hand through it when I was struggling and Dr. Misko reassured me repeatedly when I needed a moment. Thank you for all yall do and y’all’s incredible service. I appreciate yall immensely and for working me in so fast.

Fantastic experience: The only dental office I have been happy to return to. The staff in it's entirety are beyond exceptional. They actually care about you and want the best for you. Their work and compassion are unmatched. I can think of about a hundred other things I'd rather do than go to the dentist but that was a fear from past experiences that this dental practice has put to rest. Fantastic experience: The staff at Grimes Dentistry are always very nice and welcoming with a smile! I had 3 implants put in and was scared at first, but Dr. Farraj was wonderful! Every step of the way he explained the process and eased my fears! Dr. Faraj did an excellent job and today I got the last procedure done. It’s been 3 1/2 months since we started the implant process but it was worth every minute. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Grimes Dentistry for over 20 years! Their staff is amazing! Cinnamon is may regular dental hygienist, and she always takes the best care of me! I saw Dr. Grimes today for some tooth pain I have been having, and he provided compassionate care and made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. Grimes Dentistry has the sweetest staff that are always willing to go the extra mile for their patients.

Fantastic experience: We had a fantastic consultation today. My daughter is needing some dental work done and Dr. Grimes did a great job of explaining what she needed done and why. Shes been very nervous due to a previous bad experience elsewhere. Dr. Grimes gave her so much confidence and peace of mind for her upcoming procedure. Fantastic experience: I have had such an incredible experience with Grimes Dentistry, Dr. Misko and Aleigh in particular. Prior to coming to Grimes I had not been to a dentist in over 10 years, so it’s goes without saying that I required some extensive work. Aleigh and Dr. Misko approached with such a non judgmental stance, were quick to validate any concerns I had and answer my questions in a way that someone who doesn’t have a medical license can understand!
