Positive experience: They aren’t going to work for me. I went thru 2 hour of exam and waiting. Only to find out they can’t do my procedure this month or next month but rather in April because they only have a surgeon there once a month and it is already booked for March. I am going elsewhere!

My dentist was patient and communicative and my oral hygienist Mary Jane was helpful in educating me on oral health and how to maintain healthy teeth. Fantastic experience: I would most definitely recommend Aspen Dental. The staff and Doctors are very good at what they do. I am not shame to say I was fitted with upper and lower dentures and so far I am very happy. The made sure they fit right. Fantastic experience: This has to be the nicest, most judge free, understanding staff of any dentist appointment I’ve ever been to. Im young but my teeth aren’t great and yet I didn’t feel an ounce of judgement which I can’t say the same for other places in town, hence why I’m here. I’m also not in a great financial position either and still they helped me pick the best options for my budget without a moment of hesitation. I genuinely can not say enough nice things.

Negative experience: Most places call you in order to confirm your appointment, But not this place, they send you a long weird text and then after closing send you a voicemail about confirming your appointment to where it’s to late to talk with someone cause they are closed and then even if you try to confirm it with the call Machine it freezes or doesn’t work

Negative experience: Don’t come to this dentist my husband came hear 12/11/25 to get 2 of his teeth pulled out and didn’t even pull out all of it they left the root on both and didn’t even tell use they did and spent $1,700 to get it all done and they gave him some medicine that wasn’t a-post to be taken together he started feeling very bloated and when he would lay down he feel like he couldn’t breathe and the medication that he was taken was a type of medication that messes with your nerves and everything and had to take him to the emergency room

Negative experience: These people are horrific I am going to be reporting them to every board. These people have taken me for over $15,000. They medically neglected me they traumatized me please stay away from these people. I have tried for over a year to work with these people, they are rude. They are disrespectful. These people are absolutely horrific. Do not go to them. The trauma that I have received from Aspen dental and all of their employees is absolutely unacceptable. I will be posting my experience through every form of social media. Please stay away from these people.

Negative experience: The worst experience I have ever had. The facility was dirty. I was laying back with my mouth open looking at dust and dirt all over the ceiling. They uncharged all kinds of items that were not necessary. They overcharged plastic my insurance to 1600 dollars for a cleaning and two fills with insurance. It was ridiculous and I will never return

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth infection and was able to be seen the same day, the first dentist to see me was a lady and her demeanor and how she was towards me did not make me comfortable, she was quite rude. After sending me on my way with no help the lady who takes care of billing etc spoke to the other dentist who was a man to see if he would pull my tooth and he did. It was like night and day, even with all my dental anxiety he definitely made me feel very comfortable and he pulled my tooth out so quick. Will definitely be seeing him for the rest of my dental work! 100% recommend to see him for any dental work you may need.

Fantastic experience: Aspen Dental has been great! I came in at 9am . They did x-rays, exam, we discussed a plan for my dentures, and handled the financing all by 10:30. Now I'm back at 2pm the SAME DAY for a cleaning and two fillings I need. Then they will do the imprint for the new partial denture. What a FABLOUS dental office!

Negative experience: My experience started off good but when it came to the time for to come back for my teeth pulling it was horrible. Let’s start by the fact that I was squeezed it so basically almost the last patient which I was thankful but the fact that everything was rushed and painful on top of having a big abscess. The problem was I asked before the procedure started I asked the Dr was she good bc she looked wore out she said yes. The process of everything seem so rushed that I was done within 20 min, the numbing process didn’t work. I got the Gel numb for the outside of the gums and 30 seconds later got the shots for the numbing after that 30 seconds later she started on my tooth. The fact that I was moving historically and trying to holler she still kept going, my wife then told her I could feel it due to how I was moving (mind you she have seen many teeth pulling and have had a couple herself to know something wasn’t right) but not once did she stop and ask me was I okay or what I was feeling they kept telling me I was ok and it was just pressure. This was the worst pain I have ever felt in my life. I felt every bit of that process and I regret being squeezed in I just felt like as a Dr she didn’t do her Job as making sure the client was okay and comfortable and I felt like she was overwhelmed by how many patients she had bc she was the only Dr that day and should of said she could get me in tomorrow instead of rushing the process

Positive experience: It was fairly good for my first time going to the dentist, the only thing I can say, is that I felt kinda rushed. I didn't even finish the paperwork before they took me back. It was also super expensive for just a cleaning. About a grand. So it's good, but depending if you have insurance or not it could be cheaper.

Negative experience: I confirmed my appointment on text message. I show up to my appointment today. The young lady at the front desk tells me that they canceled my appointment because she called me yesterday and today to confirm, I showed her my call logs that there was no call from Aspen Dental. She proceeds to tell me she did call me and that they can't fix my broken tooth. I've had this appointment for over a week. This is just poor business management. I lost time at work to come to this appointment. I am beyond frustrated. So I tell her just refund my money and of course it's going to take up to 7 days to refund.My money, but they sure in the heck took it out.The same day I was there that made my appointment

Negative experience: I went to this dentist because they are in network with Delta Dental. They did a filling and did great. However, I feel they used unsanitary tools during my visit because I have been having an issue with a burning mouth and tongue since my visit on 9/11. This office is unethical and dirty.

Fantastic experience: No one likes going to the dentist but I have to say I will be returning!! The staff was so friendly and patient. I did have to wait for the help I was needing (toothache) but well worth the wait. The receptionist was the sweetest! The benefits coordinator Beth, was truly amazing and so kind even when I wasn’t because I was in pain. And the dentist explained all I was needing done. Thank you staff! Negative experience: They were expensive with the first price quote they gave me. When I told them no I was not going to do that they came back with a 50% less quote. I still told them no and then they lowered it another 25%. They went over the plan and charges line by line telling me what each charge was for. This was a two visit plan and quote. The majority of the cost was for the first visit and the last line item on the bill was the follow up visit. I accepted the plan. When I arrived for my follow up the receptionist told me I would have a charge for this visit that was double what my original visit cost (which I was told included the follow up visit). I told her there must be some mistake and she looks on her computer and tells me a new price which is half of what she said 2 minutes ago. Again I told her no I had already paid for this visit she looks again and tells me a third price. Again I told her I had already paid for this visit. She prints out the paperwork I signed the first visit to show me that I had not paid for this visit except there on the last line item was the charge for the second visit that I had indeed paid for. When I pointed that out to her she tried to say no that’s for the first visit. I had been told a line by line break out of each charge before I agreed to it to begin with so I knew exactly what I had been told. I repeated to her what the previous employee had told me about each line item. The top line was for the first visit and the next few were add ons that they required for that visit and the last line was for my follow up. She very rudely told me no he was wrong and she didn’t know why he was telling me prices to begin with because that’s not his job(the person that has been given the responsibility to go over your treatment plan and collect the money). I then asked to speak with someone who had the authority to take responsibility for the situation to rectify it. She told me in the most indignant way she could that since I had already had the first visit there was nothing that could be done and that a charge of $$.$$ (a different fourth amount for the day) would be the bare minimum I would have to pay to complete this treatment plan. Take it or leave it. With all that being said if you can afford to go somewhere else by all means do it. If you have to use the place be sure to have them write out in layman’s terms what you are paying for not just have them explain what each line of chart code means. Have them sign it and keep a copy with you. Best of luck to you.

Fantastic experience: I felt very at ease. They explained everything to me and made sure I didn’t have any questions. From check in to check out ,x-rays hygienist and the were all very professional. Answered all of my questions. I was able to get done what I wanted to get done for my visit. I also got follow up appointments to my convenience of availability. It was a very pleasant experience. Negative experience: I had a tooth that was absence and was told that it couldn't be pulled until it cleared up and they would call in my pharmacy for a antibiotics. This is 5 days later and still has not been called in. I have called the office to no avail.

Negative experience: Dentist was nice, wasn't greeted when I walked into the office. Granted the receptionist was with another person but there were 2 other people at the front desk. As I was sitting in the lobby waiting to see the dentist, these two people helped check in other people. Visit wasn't pleasant either. First the lady who did my X-rays couldn't work the machine right. Now the dentist comes in. Looks at my mouth and says yeah implants won't work in top, but can in bottom. When the lady was taking the impressions for dentures, she mad me gag several times and caused me great pain. Fast forward got to the financial office. The lady in there was kinda rude and pushy. Kept pushing the implant cost. Which is way higher of course. I get that. The she didnt even discuss just the denture cost with me. I got a quote from a different provider a while back, it is 10,000 dollars less. So I will begin my treatment with the other provider tomorrow DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. ONLY PLAYING DENTAL PROVIDERS AND PRIVE GOUGING EVERY SERVICE THEY OFFER.

Fantastic experience: Fast, friendly and didnt try to talk me into doing more expensive alternatives, just preceding with the option that I requested. All other dentists I have been to tried to force implants on me.
Negative experience: My father set up an appointment for me to get a tooth fixed. I guess they assumed he was wealthy because they tried to charge 20 times what their competitors charge. On the bill breakdown they wanted to charge 1400 for a single tooth removal, and something close to 8000 for a bridge. An implant procedure was marked around 15,000. Looking at individual charges there were things like "dental advice" in the list, 10 times at $100 each, all on the billing invoice for the bridge or the implant. Billing lady was stern with me when I questioned those numbers. I went to Lonestar Smiles, got the tooth removed for like 300. They said they'd do a bridge for 1500.

Fantastic experience: The staff isVery friendly and explained exactly what they were doing. Negative experience: So the receptionist guy, and Tara and the manager were what's makes this place the pros. The cons? The owner. Dr. Nimesh shingala. We had given them ahead of time to be aware that my S/O has severe anxiety. First words that come out of his mouth to her? I won't say it to y'all but it definitely really made us upset and he scoffed after that. As if belittling her condition and expect us to take it. And not the humourous way either When I asked him a question about what to do out of his expertise if a certain situation arises from the cavity bleeding he disregards me and felt like I offended him by saying "I was going to get to that" he sounded rude and condescending the whole time and I don't want her to have her work done by someone charging THAT much money with that attitude. I'm glad the first three mentioned made her feel better after getting the heads up but for him.. I am not spending a dime for that specific doctor. No one should feel anxious or disregarded, no one should feel like they have to just sit there and take that especially when she and I are being calm and softspoken. It doesn't matter what experience you have, it matters how you treat people.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience at Aspen Dental! Dr. Robles did an outstanding job on my crown procedure—everything was smooth, painless, and professional. Dental Assistant Jade was incredibly supportive and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Office Manager Beth was friendly, efficient, and helped make the whole process stress-free. Negative experience: The receptionist was very uninviting, not knowledgeable unprofessional and rude. I waited for 15 minutes until someone else came in before they even acknowledged me and told me my appointment had been cancelled because I didn’t confirm the appointment by phone they never called me until they cancelled. Positive experience: I went and and a check up, went back to have my teeth cleaned ,,then when I called to make appointment to get digitally fitted for a bridge, a 10 minute appointment,,I couldn't even make he appointment until i paid at least 60 % .. up until then I would have given 5 stars..

Negative experience: I was very disappointed in the amount of time it took them to get my crown for my implant. It should have taken a month but instead it took them 3 months. Aspen scheduled 2 appointment I went to and they only asked me which doctor had done the implant surgery. This could have been handled over the phone and this was waste of time since I had to get off of work.

Fantastic experience: I went to Aspen Lubbock out of curiosity and ended up getting a brand new denture. The Dr and his assistants ( all of them), were the best. They did not give up on my teeth until they were perfect and fully functional. I was totally impressed with how hard they worked to ensure I was pleased. I strongly recommend this Aspen branch in Lubbock, Texas even if you have to travel a distance to get here!!!!you won’t be disappointed!!! From the receptionist, to the lab assistants, to the One only Dr and all in general were the best. Thanks for a job well done!!!

Fantastic experience: Everyone at this practice made it a little easier to be at the dentist, even for this big baby! From the front desk to the assistant, hygienist, financial person, all the way to the dentist, all kind and caring. 100% recommend!
Negative experience: I have never been to a dentist office that was so unprofessional. I was having a deep tissue cleaning and the hygienist spent no more than 20 minutes. It was more like 17 minutes on my teeth. Most of the time he used a water pic device from maybe a little over 10 minutes. He used the tools to scrape the teeth from maybe seven minutes. I questioned the hygienist about how he didn’t get the teeth cleaned in certain areas and he told me that he had been doing this for a long time and that his tools could not scrape the areas to get that stain off. I canceled the other appointments I had at this place, and it cost me $1,075 for 20 minutes work if even that. I will never go back to this place and I would not recommend it to my enemy. They are a joke.
